I have had SEVERAL piercings AND tattoos done at this shop both by Ben & Zoey.When I first started coming here Ben was my artist but he got booked up so I took a chance with Zoey. She is very talented & does amazing work.I will never go to any other shop & I will always recommend both Ben & Zoey for ALL tattoos & piercings!

I can’t say enough about how Great Sick Skins shop is. I’ve had a tattoo and a piercing done there by Zoey. Not only is she an Amazing Talent, but she is So fun to talk to. My daughter and granddaughter have had work done there by her also. So Awesome!!! And Ben is so friendly also. We’ve found our forever shop!

I went here for a belly button piercing and zoey did amazing! She was so sweet and comforting! The atmosphere was so cool and it smelled amazing in there! I’m 100% going back! All my friends go there as well!

My fiancée and I called last minute trying to get in to get tattoos. We were able to get right in, Ben was amazing! He really took his time to make sure our tattoos were perfect! 100% recommend Ben for your next tattoo!! We will definitely be coming back for our next tattoos!

Got my eyebrows done here about a week ago, theyre healing at an insane rate! Theres legit no scabbing, no pus or anything. Ive got almost 20 piercings and these have healed faster than any others Ive had. I guess what Im saying is I highly recommend this shops piercer, hes extremely friendly, professional and good at his job. Not to mention the prices are more than fair. 10/10 would recommend.

Woke up with the intentions on getting my first tattoo! After visiting 3 surrounding shops I happened across Ben. Its been a few days now. Wow. Cannot say enough! Process was simple, he had me in a chair within 10-15 minutes and things were under way! It came out wayyyy better than expected! Shop was clean, good music, good vibes. After my first turning out the way it did I WILL be back for another!!! Thanks again Ben! Keep it up!

I have gotten multiple tattoos here from Ben and he is an amazing artist. Love the vibe and music in the shop and would not go anywhere else now! I’ve also gotten a few piercings from Will and he is knowledgeable and the piercings are very sanitary!! Highly recommend this shop it’s clean and they do great work!!

Great place to get either a tattoo or piercing done at.He will take time and come up with a design that you like or make the design you want better! If you have questions about anything, he will take time to tell you the process as well. Ive had two tattoos done there and one piercing. Great pricing and super friendly! Well I think I found the guy to do my 1/2 sleeve Ive been wanting for a long time. Went in and spoke to Ben and within 10 minutes I was in a chair getting my tattoo. He admitted he only been doing this for a few years but from what I saw it looks like hes been doing it for 30 years. Cannot wait to get more done. His shop is very clean and everyone was awesome. Sick Skins is quite possibly the best place to go for a tattoo or piercing in Akron. Ben and the team really know how to keep things moving. I’ve never had to wait too long after getting there he is always ready for you when you show up. Also they are very cool about doing touch ups all you gotta do is book a time and show up. Great honest people all through out they know their abilities and they are willing to help with whatever really just bring them something to work with and they’ll get it done. Always a good time.

I have had 6 pieces here, I’ve had my daughters ears pierced, and my husband has 3 pieces. I won’t go anywhere else. The owner Ben does amazing work, gives you a great price and is so easy to work with. I’ve referred my family and some of my closest friends here simply because he is the best.

I had checked out a number of places in the area and decided on Sick Skins. Very happy with my choice. I had an old tattoo I wanted covered and Ben was so professional! Listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. Very clean shop, brightly lit shop. Looking forward to getting another one here very soon. Worth every penny and then some.

Got my second tattoo from this place and couldn’t be more than happy with the result. Great environment, and great people working there. Very friends and make sure your comfortable and enjoying the experience as well. Defiantly will be coming back.

I’ve gotten a tattoo from both Ben and Zoey along with pierced by Will. They all were very professional and the facility was very clean. They all are very kind and care about what you want. Would highly recommend going there !

Ive gotten 5 tattoos from Zoey and a few from Ben whos currently drawing me a leg madala sleeve, had to book weeks out because of demand but definitely worth the wait. Wont go anywhere else ive found my shop.

Well as the person said a couple of reviews ago. This shop does poor piercing work because I do have a nose infection because of their poor piercing and sanitizing practices. This will be the last time Ill be going to this shop. A person is usually pieced with a 18 or a 20 gauge. He pierced me with a 16 without even telling me after so I had to go to another shop to find out and theyve gotten a lot of complaints about poor piercing practices. Do better guys or stop piercing all together. Thank you

Went to Anna for a cover up and she did such an amazing job!!!! She was beyond professional and friendly. I love my ink and its just the first step in this back cover up, i will definately be going back soon to continue the next phase, highly recommended!!!!!

My boyfriend got a piercing done sometime around Valentines day. Weve just found out he has a HUGE infection in his nose, beside the piercing. Now I wouldnt blame this on the studio originally, but we didnt know until going into a different studio, where they explained MULTIPLE PEOPLE have been coming to them with infections from Sick Skins. We attempted to find out his piercing size and he was hung up on Twice as well. Theres a list of other things I could complain about but just be wary of their cleanliness. Weve done everything right to keep his piercing clean, this is just ridiculous.

I’ve gotten a few tattoos and piercings from here ! It is not like most shops where it’s a grungy and dirty. It’s nice and clean. I’ve seen them sanitize more since covid than they already do. They are very nice people. Makes me feel like home

I came in to get mine and my boyfriends nose pierced and Will was our piercer and he did an awesome job and was very patient with us ! Made my boyfriend more calm about the fact a needle was going through his nose ! Lol

So I was in town for a week and I booked an appointment with ZOEY SPARKS, I had the appointment booked for March 20th, the day of the appointment (which was super hard to book in the first place because of COVID and high demands) she sends me a text saying “she doesn’t feel good and will need to reschedule” when In reality, she was hungover from the night before. Very unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND as you 9/10 WILL NOT GET YOUR TATTOO

Got my nose pierced and my sister got her belly button pierced and were infected within a month. the belly button piercing you could see the bar through the skin it wasnt done right.

Very professional. Polite and courteous. I got my lip re peirced (from years ago).

I went and got my septum pierced. they did it wrong but said it was right but if I didnt like it they would redo it. nice ppl just not experienced. I wouldnt go here for a piercing.
