We had our friends down from another state visiting and we all decided we’d like to get a tattoo on their last day. They were the only shop open and when we called they were so sweet and understanding we went in and we all had the best experience. They did an excellent job on all four tattoos they stayed late for us and were so enjoyable to be around. Would absolutely recommend if you’re thinking about getting a tattoo!

I went and got my helix pierced by Isabeau. She was very calming and I felt little to no pain at all when she pierced my ear. She explained the process and aftercare. I felt comfortable and was very satisfied with her service. I will come here to get more piercings and eventually tattoos as well

Brandy and Charlisa took on 4 of us when we decided to get matching tattoos. Another shop in town had messed up our appointment, but these wonderful ladies didnt hesitate to take us on and make our tattoos just like each of us-the same but slightly different. They more than made our dream come true. They made it better! I will definitely make the 7 hour drive again to get another tattoo with them!

Im from San Antonio and have had so many piercings at different shops in the city, but NOWHERE have i ever had the experience i had at Pine Street Tattoo and Piercing. I got my nose pierced by the prettiest, sweetest, most professional piercer Ive ever had...Mojo. She is seriously AMAZING at what she does. She was so gentle and explained everything she was doing before doing it. She also explained all the after care instructions thoroughly and let me know i could come back to have her switch out my jewelry after the healing process. And if I was any closer, I def would! This is my second time visiting Pine Street for a piercing. First time was with my kiddo when they first opened and came back today for a naval piercing. Super clean, friendly staff and would be more than happy to come back for any work.

First of all, you gotta check out the floors in this place!!! Meticulously done with epoxy (and love), every room is different and beautiful in its own right. (Don’t forget to check out the bathroom). Customer service is always top-notch and the two owners are full of awesome personality. Quality of work is always first rate, Brandi always ensures you’re well prepared and doesn’t sugar coat what you should expect. Then she will always make sure to mark where your piercing will go, and get your approval before proceeding! (Also, she’s very encouraging throughout the process, really helps with any anxiety you may feel when getting pierced! Face it, not everybody’s built for piercing!Phil did a dandelion on my wife’s shoulder and I thought, “it’s a dandelion, how great can it be!?” Well, that was Before I saw the end product, turned out amazing. This was her idea but totally his design!!!Thank you guys, it’s been a blast working with you both.Go see them, you’ll not regret it

Brandy was absolutely amazing. She took her time and explained everything as she was doing it. Also helped me to decide how to do my forward helix for the jewelry I plan to wear once healed, and also to get another piercing under it later. Matched my nostril piercing to my pervious one on the other side and offered to change the jewelry for me once I got it. She was amazing and I will be back for more. We have been searching for an alternative to the piercing gun and came across Pine Street in our search. We waited for over a year for my daughter to turn 5 so we could do it properly. Brandy was so great working with her and talking her through every step. Even when we almost stopped with one, she was fine with that and had no problem letting us come back another day. She made the experience of mom and daughter getting ears pierced one that we won’t forget and will always be so happy thinking back on!

I had a sleeve done by Phil and I am absolutely in love with it! I have had many tattoos by different people, and I have never seen tattoos artist as friendly and compassionate as these two. Beau pierced my septum today and I could not be happier with the entire experience. She had an Incredibly friendly and warm personality through the entire process, but above all did an absolutely stellar job with the piercing. Incredibly knowledgeable with aftercare as well! Ive been pierced by Brandi and Tattooed by Phil and I cant recommend either one Enough. Phil has the lightest hand of anyone Ive ever been tattooed by, it was a cover up and Ive absolutely adored it since the drawing. Brandi has done several piercings for me and my Husband both, and all of them have healed wonderfully. Shes very informative, personal, and so, so easy going.Im going back as many times as I can afford before we move, theyre both so wonderful!
