Ive had multiple tattoos from this studio and can say that all of the artists here are extremely talented! The focus here is solely on tattoos which I think is important. Also I like the open environment which allows for interactions with other artists and clients. There is definitely a camaraderie vibe here which in my opinion adds a comfort level. Adrian the owner is very involved. You need to check this place out!

Marc did an amazing job on my tattoo and was very accommodating and understanding to what I was looking to have done, he drew ip a couple samples and BAM!! We’re set and I’m getting tattooed! Same day walk in unbelievable service from the owner to the employees!! Highly recommended!!!

This place was the real deal! Clean, professional, inviting. From the minute I walked in Ramiro greeted me and we discussed the piece I wanted to get done. We went over the options, location, and size. His vibes were on point. Not pushy or rushing. He made sure I was comfortable through the entire process! Their name says it all.I was an out of state walk in at 7pm. Willy took me in and got the right size set for my Bulls logo. He was very professional, very cool guy who had some amazing artwork on his body. Ih am extremely happy with the way my tattoo came out. If I could give High Class Studio a 10 out of 10 I would. Miguel was very pleasant to work with! He was very understanding and patient and made sure my tattoos were absolutely right! He was extremely detail-oriented and, most of all, honest. He gave me advice on what would look good and what wouldnt. I really appreciated that. Although my tattoos are still new, Im excited to see the end results! Definitely go see Miguel!

I went to Lexie at High Class Studio for my first tattoo. I havent been inside too many shops, but I was floored by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The staff had this great repport and played off eachother - it helped keep a smile on my face and distract me. Lexie was amazing, and a massively talented artist. I was scared (I have a history of nerve/skin pain) but she walked me thru it and it went beautifully. I already have plans for my next one…welllll my next 6. Book her for your next tattoo!

Willy is the absolute best! Ive gotten 2 tattoos so far and Ive always had a great experience with him. You can tell hes passionate about his work. My go to artist for sure!

Great tattoo shop with great staff! Came in for a walk-in tattoo and was tattooed by Lexie! She was very professional and gave me insight about my tattoo design and what would make it “pop”. Made sure I was comfortable during the experience and was very clean and sanitary. Once finished, I was given a very thorough aftercare routine! I definitely will come back for my next tattoo, I totally recommend!

This place truly is High Class with the best and nicest people in the game. They make sure everyone feels comfortable and cleanliness is definitely a number one priority at this shop. You can tell that all the artists really take their work and clients seriously. Mitch has done all of my tattoos. He is super creative and helps you plan a design around whatever you are interested in. I love all the tattoos he’s done for me and they have all healed perfectly!!! I love this shop to say the least.

My boyfriend and myself both got tattoos today both done by Kiddo. My boyfriend has gotten several other tattoos previously done by Kiddo, he definitely exceeded my expectations for a cover up on my neck. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend this shop everyone was nice and professional, the atmosphere is great and it was very clean. I loved the wall Art and the whole setup of the shop. All the Artist here do great work. He is our go to Artist for all future tattoos.

100/10 experience! Paisley is the best! I just had an appointment for a chest tattoo and coverup. Her styles and application are astounding! Her understanding of colors is untouchable! I felt comfortable the whole time, plenty of privacy with wall dividers.Other artists were nice and welcoming. Each have plenty of work on display, whatever style you are looking for, they can provide! The owner Adrian is professional and has a great sense of humor. The studio is clean and decorated with amazing art! Location is walking distance to Potbelly and a grocery store, though the shop has snacks and water if needed!I can’t wait to go back for my next session!

Went over last week for their Friday the 13th Event. I just want to say it was a pleasure being in High Class. Clean area, full of great artist to choose from. Shop is very nice ! Had the pleasure of having Paisley do my first tattoo ever and I just want to say she did not disappoint me at all. Already looking for my next piece to get done. Highly recommended! It’s worth traveling for.

It was a great experience from start to finish. John and Adrian were more than helpful in assisting with design suggestions and tattoo placement. Perfect environment for a first tattoo or adding onto your existing tattoos. Very clean atmosphere and very professional. Will always recommend to friends and family and continue being a returning customer because of the vast experience within their personnel.

Paisley!!!! I went to Florida on July 8th. A security guard from O’Hare airport stopped me as I was going through the body scan. She told me to turn around. I assumed they were manually scanning me. I was wrong. She was looking at my tattoo. Lol! I gave her your info. Paisley did such an amazing job! When I returned on July 17th, I was standing at the baggage claim waiting for my suitcase and a gentleman stopped me and told me he was very impressed with my tattoo. He asked if I got it somewhere around Chicago. I told him about you and gave his son your Facebook. They had been looking for someone to do a rose just like one I have on my shoulder. Love you Paisley and your work!!! ♥️🌹

High class tattoos is probably the nicest tattoo shop I’ve ever been too. Adrian the owner is an amazing artist and does great work. I travel all the way from Detroit to get my ink from him. He’s always professional and courteous and I won’t have another artist touch my skin ever since my first tattoo from Adrian.

Paisley is a sweet heart. Nothing but good vibes and listens to all your needs. She is High Class in her art work, High Class in her cleanliness, and High Class at making you feel comfortable. We have had fun High Class conversations that don’t slow down the work that she is doing but her bright personality distracts you from the pain, walking you through the whole process the whole time. Came in For the first time to the friday the 13th flash sale they had heard about them through my friend afro, but my artist was lexi best traditional artist I’ve met. Glad to finally found a traditional artist i like. My fiancé artist Paisley did a good job as well great shop overall.

Hands down best experience ever. Ive had a few tattoos before but lets just say that every one at High Class Studio -even the patrons- are very personable. Miguel was very patient and as he is obviously dedicated to his craft, he was able to make a tattoo that I was so unhappy with into something Im proud of.All the tattoo artists are incredibly talented and have their own niches, and I cant wait to get my next tattoo.

Showed up close to closing time(did not even realize it) but when greeted at the door my mom and I explained we just wanted a couple little tattoos and they were totally cool with it. Every single artist that walked past said hello and made sure we were getting help. Thats super unique in my experience, as with other shops nobody will say anything at all and just look at you as if youre from a different planet. These guys were all funny, super nice, and overall extremely talented. Brian did an amazing job making sure everything was perfect in terms of size and location and look before he tattooed. It was such an awesome experience and I cannot say enough good things!! We are definitely going to be returning customers.

Very professional environment. If you are looking for a fine line tattoo or just any tattoo in general go plan a consultation with John Bass. He crushed a scar cover up for me and then replicated a drawing of my deceased grandfathers handwriting which was spot on

I came here while I was on holiday in the states. They have a minimum charge of $200 that you need to pay in cash or venmo. Once the stencil washed off 2 days later my tattoos looked like this. Do not recommend.

Hands down thee best tattoo shop I’ve walked into. From the art work, cleanliness, atmosphere, and staff! My man Kiddo Castillo rocked my first neck tatt and I couldn’t be more happier! His artwork is phenomenal and he puts his all into it. Just a great person to be around and I was actually sad I had to leave. I was able to walk around and see the other artists work as well. I have a handful of pretty small tattoos but never found an artist I liked enough for bigger pieces until I came across John. I found his page on instagram and immediately knew I wanted his work on me. He was super easy to get in contact with and quick to respond. My experience at the shop was also great! The shop was very clean and 6 hours flew by so quickly. I am in LOVE with my tattoo and so many people have complimented me on it telling me its the best work theyve ever seen. It was worth every penny and more. Im definitely sticking with John from here on out and I cant wait to schedule another appointment.

I went to High Class last Saturday as a walk in and Mark took me. I had lettering done and booked with him for another piece yesterday. Mark is officially my tattoo guy from here forward. I had a hand piece that came out so insanely dope I cant stop staring at it. Was asked by strangers to see it and was complimented all night. Im going back in June with Mark for another large piece. Loved my experience with Mark and cant wait to go back! Thanks Mark I LOVE my pocket watch!

I asked Adam the owner to design (the balance of) a sleeve and touch up an existing tattoo on my arm.Our first day he showed me one single tattoo and not a sleeve. So that was the first disappointment. However I was excited to get started and liked what he showed me so we got started.I booked several “full day” appointments. Where I’m from a full days work is 8 hours minus a break.So.. after 3 hours of work (if that because he took forever to get started) and a half hour break Adam decided he was done for the day. I asked him about what he wanted to charge because it wasn’t a full day. He replied anything over 3.5 hours is a full day for him. So I paid $1000 for a tattoo that took him if 3 hours to complete. I booked full days at $1200.Moving forward Adam and I agreed to discount a future session. Also in the meantime he never worked on our design at all. When I messaged him about ideas I wanted he never responded to them.When I showed up to my next session it was awkward. He took one look at the work he did and said it wasn’t healed enough to proceed. It was almost a full month later and looked completely healed. I asked him to work on a section of my arm that was completely away from the tattoo he called not healed and he declined.It was at this point that I had lost faith in his professionalism, and decided that between his unwillingness to complete a design, communicate about the design, the previous mentioned issue about what he considered a full day, that I was just done playing games with Adam.I own my own business and it is a big deal to set a day aside.I realize that this is just my experience with Adam and it may not be yours and I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else.. but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND communicating with Adam about the EXACT number of hours he’s going to work on EACH of your appointments and how much he expects you to pay for those hours. And if something comes up where he won’t be tattooing for the agreed upon number of hours then at what rate will he charge you hourly.Lastly, I would’ve given 1 star but I do like my tattoo.

I love this shop! This is my second tattoo done by John Bass and first time at the new shop. The shop is so nice! Very modern, clean, and classy (hence the name of the establishment 😁)John Bass is amazing too! I can’t wait to let him keep adding to my collection. This has to be the cleanest, nicest shop I’ve ever been in. Absolutely spotless. All the artists are extremely welcoming and accommodating to the tattoo that you are looking to get and make you feel at home. They take the time to consult with you and draw out your idea to make sure it is exactly what you are looking to get.John Bass has done all but one of my tattoos, and every single time I’m beyond satisfied with the outcome. His skill and craftsmanship to the art is incredible.I’d recommend anyone looking for good, real quality work to get it done here (whether it’s your first or 100th tattoo). Keep up the good work!

This was my FIRST tattoo (Im 80 y/o) and MIGUEL did a fantastic job. It was exactly as I designed it. Done very professionally. Cant say enough about the artist and the establishment. First time in a tattoo studio in awhile and the new place met all my expectations. It was super clean and sterile. Briant made sure I was comfortable as we took breaks in between. My son got his first tattoo here this week. The studio is clean and the employees are very friendly. Made my son very comfortable. Adrian did a fantastic job on the tattoo. I have followed John on instagram for a while and love his work! I finally got to the shop and had an amazing time. I was very comfortable getting a tattoo on my hip. The shop was very welcoming, clean, and well lit. There is beautiful artwork displayed on the walls and the staff are all very friendly, helpful, and professional! I highly recommend this shop and ALL of the artists! They’re are completely worth any price increases for their expertise!! You get what you pay for and I’d pay extra for a place like this every time!

My best friend and I had a wonderful experience at High Class yesterday! We called ahead to double check protocols with COVID, and set up a time to come in. Adrian, the shops owner, sat and chatted with us while Moose drew up our designs. He couldn’t have been more friendly and down to earth, and he has such wonderful big plans to be involved in the community! The shop was spotless and they went above and beyond for disinfecting and sanitation! Moose was incredible to work with- very honest and detail oriented. He took our vision and made it perfect in a design. His lines are super clean, and his shading was impeccable. We never felt rushed and he made sure repeatedly that it was exactly what we wanted! Highly looking forward to working with Moose, and the rest of High Class, in the future!

Kiddo Castillo was awesome!! My daughter and I visited Chicago on vacation and decided to get matching tattoos on our trip. I had a friend of a friend recommend High Class and Kiddo ended up being our artist. We gave him an idea and he came up with the perfect tattoo!! 100% I would go back or recommend him to someone!! Great atmosphere, feels like a museum. I was tattooed by Briant, who is an apprentice at the shop. I was his first rib tattoo and he effectively communicated that with me in case I was uncomfortable with it. For his first rib tattoo, he absolutely killed it. I can tell everyone there truly has a passion for their work. Briant was also very accommodating and let me take breaks (which was appreciated because I am a wimp). I have gotten tattoos from other artists, and I would definitely go back to Briant. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get a high quality piece.

Everyone I came across at this studio was friendly and welcoming! When you walk in, you are welcomed with smiles and the atmosphere is happy and warm. John was my artist, but that is an understatement because he truly brings pieces to life. My piece was on my diaphragm/lower sternum, we took breaks to allow me to stretch and relax. John checked in with me to ensure I was comfortable the whole time. I am absolutely coming back to work with John again.

So I was a little hesitant driving three hours to get a tattoo here, based on another guys review. After my experience I realized, that guy must have reviewed the wrong tattoo shop. My tattoo artist, Adrian, was on time waiting inside for me to arrive (and I showed up 10 minutes early) he had his station already prepped and ready to go. For 5 hours he never complained once about my stories I told or the venting I did. Out of all the therapists I’ve seen he was by far the best one. He went above and beyond my expectations which is why I wish there was a way to give him 5.5 stars on here, instead of just 5. Just when I thought my experience couldn’t get any better with him, his accent would come out every now and then. It was just a nice thing to listen to during some of the more intense spots he had to tattoo. I could go on and on about the positives of this place but long story short if you are wanting someone to ease your mind and not waste your time go here, you won’t be disappointed.

Adrian has amazing artistic ability that transfers to skin well. He really pays close attention to the smallest details and makes sure that his work is exactly what you want. We are tourists from Maine and were recommend to the high class studio by a friend and we were a little nervous but Kiddo Castillo is not one to disappoint! We gave him our idea and he came up with a perfect tattoo for us, we had a great experience and amazing tattoos to go home with!!

There is not enough great things I can say about High Class Studios. Cleanest shop I have been to. Every single person I encountered was welcoming and friendly and really made me feel like family. Thank you Adrian for exceeding my expectations with my tattoo!!

Kiddo is a fantastic artist! He was very funny, professional, and easy to talk to. The other staff is very friendly as well! Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a quality tattoo at a decent price!

I went in with my friend as moral support with absolutely no intention of getting a tattoo but was immediately captivated with how welcoming and personable the artists are the second I stepped inside. I spent the whole time flipping through all of the artists books and talking with other staff and knew I couldn’t leave without getting something done myself. Best impulse decision. Will 100% be coming back for more tattoos.

My wife and I got our tattoos at High Class Studio back in November for her birthday. Not only did the team take plenty of safety and sanitation precautions, theyre artwork was truly just that...art. Definitely plan on going back for my next one. My wife already got her second! 😀

Walked in and the atmosphere was amazing! So friendly and attentive service. The tattoo shop was so clean it was sparkling! Designs and artwork was something you have never seen before, everything was unique and different! We will be coming back for more!

I found this place just by luck. The quality art work is amazing. Just opened a little over a month but the years of experience from all the artist shines. I was able to walking and got my tattoo done the same day by Kiddo Castillo. It turned out better than expected. Got a very basic tattoo done and it took a whole hour longer than it should have and then got extremely infected and didn’t heal properly. Waste of money and extremely disappointed.

I wanted to get a memorial Piece on my arm and was willingly to pay top dollar. I drove an hour and a half to make an appointment for a month in advance, but after giving my information, I was never contacted. I called and they took my information down again, yet I still was never contacted by the artist. Terrible service. I don’t care how good the work is if the professionalism is at an all time low. Just disappointed.

I got my first tattoo here, it was such a pleasant experience. The artist did and amazing job on my design. I will continue to come here in the future, thank you Miguel.

Mike over charge me for a tattoo which he said would take him a half of day but literally took him a hour . I like the piece . But I was charged way too much . I even got it smaller than he was about to put on me .
