A+ experience from the start! Sent Caroline an idea for my newest tattoo. She drew it up and it was even better than I was envisioning! Very welcoming and friendly place. The owner, as well as other artists, would stop and ask if I needed anything throughout the session. Caroline did an amazing job. I could not be any happier with how it turned out. Highly recommend M and M to anyone!

Came here today to get my nose pierced! The woman before me felt as if she was going to pass out and instead of pushing it along, Tami made sure she was okay and felt comfortable enough to get the piercing she came for before moving on. You can tell she cares about the people who come to get pierced by her and does not treat them like just another number. My piercing was quick and almost painless. Will go to her again for piercings in the future!

I called to set up a consultation for a 2×2 commemorative tattoo of my uncle (who passed suddely) the girl that answered the phone sounded nice until I asked if I could schedule a consultation. Her tone changed and said I had to send a photo to their website. After obtaing said Americana paint pallet (as my uncle was an artist) idea I couldnt find a link on their website so I called back. The same girl answered and i asked if I could come in person tomorrow with said photo she said no go to insta then I said I dont have insta. Then she said well i cant help you. Rude tone the whole time except when she answered the phone.Why cant I make an appointment to just come in Im thinking to myself. I made an appointment with iconic. This saddens me because Ive known Monicas family since the 80s im taking my business to iconic as they said come one over with your photo tomorrow

I only got line work and shading done but the girl I was with was super nice and she did an amazing job, the shading was on point the lines where clean and my tattoos look so much better

I had a great tattoo artist she was very helpful with my tattoo. Thanks Allie good work. Everyone was nice and friendly. Going back soon

I have gotten three pieces done by BG, one being my biggest piece I have so far. Her personality makes you feel so comfortable while getting poked. She checks on you throughout your tattoo to make sure you’re okay and the overall experience is a 10/10. It’s hard finding good artists, but BG is a fabulous artist & human being. I highly suggest getting tatted by her 🫶

I have been coming to liya for tattoos just about non stop since my first there. She is a wonderful artist who is quick, light handed, and extremely creative with great attention to detail. It’s always an amazing time over at m&m it’s such a friendly environment fillled with amazing artists!

Today was my second appointment to finish up a tattoo that was done by Robin. This is also my second tattoo from him. Robin exceeded all of my expectations for this piece. He is very thoughtful to the art and customer, I felt completely comfortable and knew I was in good hands. Robin will be my absolute go to for tattoos in the future. M & M has a complete gem in Robin!

Bg has done 2 of my tattoos and impresses me every time! I love going to her and letting her incorporate her own style into my ideas. Bg is also so caring during her sessions. Every time I’ve gone to her she always asks how I am doing and if I need a break. Such an amazing artist!

Visiting family from out of town...I never go to anyone outside of my small circle...they are now included in that circle. Super friendly, super clean, and piercing prices are great!

Me and my husband had appointments to get tattoos with Allie. When we can in she was prepared and had everything ready for us. A couple things had to be changed and she fixed it right then. She made sure everything was lined up and exactly where and what we wanted. She is friendly and easy to talk to! She is only18 years old and she is going to go so far! I am so excited to have found her (thanks Courtney)!! I already told my sister about Allie! We will be back!! Thank you!!

M&M has fantastic interpersonal skills all around. I recently got tattooed by Courtney. She did roman numerals on my thigh and they came out perfect. She also talked me thorough the whole tattoo cause it was my first and gave great aftercare instructions. I am so happy cause it is such an important meaning to me. If I decide to get more I will be going back for sure! Thank you again!

My husband and I had an appointment with Courtney to get numerical tattoos. It was our first time at m&m and she was was kind and easy to talk to!The lines came out very clean and crisp.Will definitely be making future appointments with Courtney!

Allie did both my mom and my first tattoo. She was amazing. Not only is she super talented shes also so nice and patient. I was really nervous and have allergies and with it being my first tattoo at first I didnt know what to expect, she was patient with me and worked with me and what I envisioned beautifully and also had stress toys for me to use. At the end I was given lollipops and printed instructions. Thank you so much Allie for making it so special!

Willing to Pierce anything and then send you on your way without proper after care or help when you begin to develop problems... couldnt give definite information regarding piercing material, size of standard bar used, whether or not it was surgical grade. Gave 2 slow healing piercings in 1 sitting. And told my niece to take out the infected piercing... yet that is the #1 thing youre not supposed to do. Without even seeing it.. potentially trapping bacteria and becoming ill. 🤦🏼‍♀️

The place was wonderful!! It’s so clean and the staff is super friendly. I have seen Tami twice now for a piercing because she is the best. She is super friendly and open. She has always made me feel comfortable and is very knowledgeable. At the end of the session, I wasn’t feeling well and she took perfect care of me. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness, her skill and her professionalism.

We had a great conversation and his space was decorated really well. He was very flexible with adjusting the design how I liked it, and I love the end result. I told my artist, Bg, that I wanted a pheonix on my arm but I wanted it unique and different from everyone else. She did exactly what I wanted and it turned out beautiful. She is an amazing artist, cant wait for the next one.

So my girlfriend and I went to M&M for matching tattoos, we brought our idea and hooked up with Robin. So let me tell you I am 70 and Jen is 61, we wanted the tree of life on our shoulder. Robin captured our concept perfectly. The day of the tattoo came and the skill that Robin showed and the patience he demonstrated made the experience unforgettable. This was Jens first tattoo and she is already planning her next one. Me well Im all tatted up and it was easily my best experience. So if you want an amazing tattoo go to M&M and ask for Robin.

I was easily able to make my appointment for a diath piercing with Tami and she could see me in a quick amount of time. The piercing was an easy process and healing has been smooth (thankfully) as well! I suffer from migraines and tension in my neck/shoulders/back of my head, which is why I was interested in the daith piercing. Less than a month after getting it done, my pain management doctor commented that my neck has never been as flexible and open since Id been seeing him! I am SO happy with the entire process!

Ive gotten 2 tattoos from M&M so far and they both turned out better than I could have pictured. I will definitely be going back for more. And if you took the time to read this review I highly recommend that you checkthem out. Theyre good people.

Just had my daughter in their for her ears pierced. I can not say enough good things about the owner Monica and the piercer Courtney. They were both so patient with my daughter. Highly recommend getting your kids ears pierced here!!

Robin is awesome! I went there about two weeks ago around thanksgiving and got my first tattoo done. I was super nervous before getting there but from the moment I stepped in the shop, everyone made me feel so comfortable. Robin was so accommodating with what I had in mind and talked to me the whole way to make sure I was ok since it was my first tattoo. They also give great aftercare advice! M & M is so lucky to have such amazing artists and I will be recommending Robin to everyone!

I’ve gotten 5 tattoos from Robin so far and have absolutely loved his work! I’m lucky to have started getting tattooed from him as an apprentice, and now a full time tattoo artist. He’s always so flexible with scheduling and is very communicative. I’ll absolutely be back for another tattoo as well!

Isaac was my tattoo artist and he did awesome! My third tatt by him and would totally recommend. All staff there really nice and chill.

I had two tattoos done by Liya the one I told her what I wanted she designed me something awesome which turned out perfect and so happy with it. The other one she used an existing tattoo and designed the names and banners to match that tattoo. There was an issue with my old tat done a very long time ago that was not done straight and they discussed with me the options of making it straight or not perfectly straight but matching the existing tat and what their thoughts were which I felt I would rather it match the old one then to have it straight and I have absolutely no complaints it looks great and matches other then obviously looks fresher as it was just done and still healing. She also was very patient with me even when I choose to make the tattoo stencil bigger and then stretched out some so I was picky about the specifics but she wasn’t rude about my changes she just did it to my liking. Thank you Liya for two awesome tattoos that I have been wanting for years. This shop is very clean and uses sterile equipment and they pride themselves on quality work and quality inks. If I decide to get anymore work this is where I will go for my work.

I chose Liya as my tattoo artist and i could not have chosen anyone better than her! i started with one tattoo and now i keep going back to her to get more! her artistry, detail, compassion, talent, just everything about her is awesome :)

Ive gotten tattooed here 3 times by BG and have had an amazing experience every time! BG is so accommodating during her sessions and artistic with her pieces. She will always make sure you are comfortable with the artwork, the placement, and your comfort level while getting a tattoo done. If you give her a reference photo, she will re-work it for you catered to exactly what you want out of it while making it unique to you! She will never do two of the same tattoos (unless youre getting a matching of course). I dont know if I will go to anyone else to get a tattoo any time soon!

I was going to get a tattoo from a girl named Liya but less than an hour before the appointment she texted me saying that another girl was going to be doing my tattoo because she was having medical issues. wasnt going to tell me the tattoo artist who would be taking over, I had to ask her. I checked out Courtneys (the girl who would be doing the tattoo) instagram and everything looked okay-- Ive gotten tattoos before at M&M and loved them. I figured that all the artists who were hired there were good. The tattoo that Courtney gave me is uneven and when I messaged her about it, she said it was due to the way it wrapped around my body. However, I just went to another tattoo artist yesterday to get a tattoo and asked him (hes had 12+ years experience) and he said that wasnt the case and it was uneven. While Courtney was doing my tattoo I asked her if she liked drawing and she said that she couldnt do it herself but she could copy things exactly. For some reason I trusted her and I ended up with an uneven tattoo and she was trying to tell me that it wasnt but trust me, it is. What got her into tattooing in the first place was the owner of this establishment asked her if she wanted to learn how to. I wouldnt say dont go here-- Id say just dont get tattooed by Courtney (stabbing strawberries).I cant obviously reply to the response you gave-- but the thing is that it had looked even when I looked in the mirror. it had been symmetrical but she must have done something while doing the tattoo. One side is thinner and higher than the other side. the stencil had been even but the tattoo is not.

Robin is amazing! Did an incredible job on my tattoo and was super friendly and flexible to work with. He was always willing to message me on Instagram to discuss ideas and was incredibly friendly and conversational as I was getting the tattoo done. The entire shop was very friendly, as well. Can’t wait to get more done in the new year and I’ve already recommended to a few friends!

I was lucky enough to find the incredibly talented artist, Bg, to do my first tattoo. I can’t say enough good things about my experience- from the communication beforehand, the planning, the beautiful work, the guidance about aftercare- everything about working with Bg was just above and beyond. She is such fabulous artist, and so kind and welcoming. The shop was also so lovely and everyone I interacted with was just lovely. Truly a wonderful experience, all around!

Definitely recommend! I got a handwriting tattoo from Robin and he ensured it was the best it could be. He was very helpful and kind when I asked to make adjustments, which is so important. Overall, he was a pleasure to talk to and the result was clean and perfect for what I wanted. Ill return for sure!!

I got my ears re-peirced here 2 years ago and the staff was great. Excellent atmosphere and customer service. I came back to get a tattoo designed in Novemeber and met with Taylor. During my visit to the shop, she told me she could create my idea and get me booked once I approved it. I waited 2 months while she told me she was busy and could not get around to it. She told me today after I re-sent her my design idea that it was something she couldnt do. Im upset that she went back on her word and makde me wait over 3 months for nothing.

Went for a helix piercing. Everyone was great from front desk to the nice lady doing piercing. Would definitely consider getting my next tattoo there.

I cannot say how much I love this shop. It’s so clean, everyone’s mega friendly, the environment is easy and non-intimidating. My artist, BG, is insanely talented and has done 9 of my tattoos. Every single one has been absolute ART. They healed beautifully and during the process BG checks up on you consistently. I get asked about where I get my tattoos done constantly and have had multiple artists compliment them!

Bg did my very first two tattoos. She was so nice from the time I messaged her about an appointment and even after. She made sure I was comfortable before and during the tattoo and made sure I was happy with the results. I’d book with her in a heartbeat again.

My boyfriend and I went in to get a couples tattoo and Taylor was our artist. It was our first tattoo ever and she was patient and walked us through the entire process from start to after care. Monica, the owner and her husband are amazing. The shop is so clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. Tami is my piercing girl, she knows her stuff! Her cube is immaculate and she explains everything in detail and answers all questions. Yesterday I had my 1st tattoo with Isaac and the entire process from our 1st meeting to yesterday was perfection. Isaac is a brilliant artist. He is so kind and has amazing vision. He listened to my story, what I envisioned and he took that to a whole new level. I was moved to tears when he revealed his design. It was beyond my dreams. When it comes to prep, his entire area is clean, and all materials are ready to go. He was on concerned with my comfort throughout my 4 hour session. I highly recommend M&M for your piercing and tattooing needs!

I have had two experiences with this shop. Both of which have been great!The first was for a piercing this past summer. I was having my nose redone after surgery. Barely felt the needle. Her after care instructions were on point and she answered my questions for follow up care in detail. I felt confident about her knowledge amd expertise!As for the second experience, I just got a new tat with Eric(k?)a on Friday. I was very happy with my experience from start to finish. She is a precise artist with great attention to detail. She makes you feel comfortable in the chair and I already have two future pieces in mind for her!! If you want a great shop with compassionate artists, look no further!

I recently went in to get my daith done on each ear and cant say enough good things about Tami and M&M tattooing. Being a repeat customer heres really what you need to know... Making an appointment is easy and quick. The shop is clean and everyone there is really nice. I have tattoos & peircings so I know what to expect but the environment the shop creates can ease anyone nerves! I also noticed that Tami took the perfect amount of took time to explain the process and what to do after I got home. I seriously left already wanting another piercing. Dont consider anywhere else!

I have gotten 12 piercings done here, this is the only place I trust to do my piercings, the piercer is amazing, very kind and professional, always does an amazing job, never have any problems with my piercings. Decent, for a tattoo shop on the East Coast, they act a bit too prestigious and high maintenance for my liking In terms of scheduling/walk-ins. They say they will put you on a call list and never call, But post their opening elsewhere for others to claim. Also not a fan of treating regulars like random people. Big difference. When you spend thousands of dollars at an establishments you should feel welcome at said establishment. Customer service 101A lot of young apprenticeships get accepted here which has pros and cons: the artists tattooing skill levels are all over the place. Best guy there by far is Bill

A very beautifully well kept shop. Pretty artwork and jewelry for sale. Lauren was amazing. Got my first tattoo done by her, and it was a sternum piece. She was very communicative over her instagram and worked with my ideas. Definitely will be seeing her again for my future pieces. Love this place!

I’ve gotten tattooed at M and M 3 times by BG and always have had a 10/10 experience. I would highly recommend this studio and BG as an artist, who has always taken the time to make sure my tattoo is exactly as I wanted while adding her own creativity to the piece.

Robin was very sanitary and kept asking me if I was okay and needed a break! Replaced gloves and wiped everything down so there was no cross contamination with anything! very happy with my experience! People have not recommended m and m to me because of past experiences so I was very hesitant at first but I loved my experience everyone there is certified and sanitary I definitely will be returning to m and m

Ive been going to M&M since before I was able to even get a tattoo and this place isnt just an ordinary tattoo shop, its a family place. It feels so comfortable in there and their artists are amazing! They are all so talented and have great personalities! Today I got a tattoo done by Isaac and I have to say that he is my absolute favorite artist! He is so funny, attentive to detail and is great at conversation. This is a place everyone should go to!

I decided to go to M&M because I found them on a Google search, followed their Facebook page, and saw that their apprentice was taking customers for a discount. Oh my gosh - I am so happy I came here. BG was amazing, the whole staff was friendly, and they were following all the health guidelines set forth during the pandemic. I cant believe BG is still an apprentice, she was really helpful in deciding the placement of my tattoo and did an amazing job ... I will be coming back!

My daughter had her ear pierced, the process was very smooth starting from booking to get the job done. Staffs are really nice and friendly.

Took my 17yr old for her 1st Tattoo. I was happy with the young lady who did it. It was important to me that the person who did my daughters tattoo had an art/graphic art background and some sort of art education. This young lady has an art degree and background I. Graphic arts. She was friendly, professional and to our benefit, a perfectionist.The only negative was how blaise they were when it came to parental permission for my daughter who is 17. I offered my ID and told them I was her mother. I asked if I had to sign something. They didnt automatically ask for her ID, nor did they tell us the regulations when tattooing under 18yrs.

Robin did a shoulder piece for me, and I love it! Great atmosphere and really cool people. The time flew by.

EDIT: at this point Isaac Jepson has opened his own tattoo shop, Dark Shadows Tattoo, in Downingtown, PA. I heavily recommend that you reach out to him there, they do most of their scheduling online via their Instagram at Dark_shadows_tattoo.Great place with a good relaxed vibe. Isaac tattooed me and did a great job of giving me what I wanted, yet using his knowledge to ensure my tattoo turned out the best.During the all day session, Isaac also often asked if I needed a break and was very aware of how I was feeling throughout the process.This was my second tattoo with Isaac, I’ll certainly be coming back for another.

Literally love this place! I have been going to this place since I turned 18 and was able to get my first tattoo. That was 6 years ago. Everyone is down to earth and their work is amazing. I just got a tattoo from Isaac today and I was not disappointed. He was sociable and awesome to conversate with. Deffinitly would recommend him for first time tattoos or intricate pieces. He knows what he’s doing and I’m happy he’s a part of this shop.

Ben is an awesome tattoo artist. I would recommend him to anyone.The only downside was when the owner appeared out of nowwhere. Monica has piss pour people skills. If she feels the need to correct the employees, then it needs to be in private not in the middle of the custoner area. If she was joking, she needs to realize that the customers do not know she was joking.

Me and my friend scheduled appointments for my 18th birthday a month in advance. When we arrived they didn’t even put our appointment in the book. They didn’t put in it incorrectly, the NEVER put it in. When we called to reschedule they said they would try to get us in as soon as possible. They scheduled us for the next day after telling them multiple times that we both had work and would not be able to come in. We told them the days we could come in and they never called back. We only got a text for an appointment we said we can’t go to. They never reached out after we responded to the text. I never leave bad reviews but I just cannot believe how they handled this.

My first TATTOO. Ben the tattoo artist was great. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and the rest of the staff were very pleasent as well. Everything came out beautifully. Id recommend this place for your next TATTOO. The price was very reasonable.

I had dealt with a vertical scar on my stomach for 25 years, due to a major surgery. I was completely inhibited by it, mortified, and whats worse, I was compelled to hide my stomach.Bill, one of the artist of M & M Tattoo drew a beautiful filigree tattoo that covered it perfectly. Amazing place with extremely friendly staff. Ben did amazing work. The tattoo was personalized and time was put into the design. I had a great experience with my first tattoo!!!

I just came in to have a nose stud switched out. I told them that I needed an 18 gauge and surgical steel or titanium. Not long after they switched it out and put in the stud I purchased from them, I developed a keloid. I thought it was because I bumped it.Turns out it was a 20 gauge and a different type of metal it appears. I have had this keloid for over a month. I finally went somewhere else yesterday to get it switched out with the proper metal and gauge. Thats when I found out that it was the wrong gauge and possibly metal because my body was rejecting it.I dont plan on returning to this place again and it was my first time going here.

Had my belly button pierced by Tami about three months ago, and its great! Quick visit which probably took around 20 minutes at most. Highly recommend!!

They tattooed a flag on backwards on My lower back. Look correct when tattoo artist showed it to me. It was just recently pointed out to me at the beach that it was backwards and it symbolizes war. M & M doesn’t care. I told them to look at records so they can see. They don’t keep their records. *IN RESPONSE TO THEIR COMMENT BELOW *. YES I WAS HAPPY BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS DONE RIGHT. ITS ON MY BACK, EVERY TIME I LOOKED IN THE MIRROR IT LOOKED RIGHT. SOMEONE POINTED IT OUT TO ME. DUMMIES!!!!
