After a recommendation from our pediatrician, we took our four-year-old (who chose this as a reward for going to bed well for 30 nights without coming out and stalling, ha!) to Christa and had the very best experience. Christa was so sweet and friendly, our daughter had no problem warming up to her. She was very precise in measuring and making sure the piercings were even and accurately placed. Once she got had them pierced, our daughter cried for 2-3 minutes but then was perfectly fine! Christa explained very thoroughly on how to care for the earrings/holes.We would highly recommend Christa to anyone looking to get a piercing from a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment.

We had a positive experience with Christa while she pierced my 7-year-old daughters ears. She was very reassuring and made my daughter feel comfortable throughout the process. Christa demonstrated excellent precision in the placement of the earrings and ensured they were symmetrical in both ears. My daughter and I went in for ear piercings for a girls day. Christa was quick and easy to book with. She had a large and unique amount of jewelry to choose from. Everything was clean and her store is cute and easy to find. She explained everything well, sent home a jewelry care goodie bag, and welcomed me back in 6-8 weeks to switch out to a shorter post. My daughter got her lobes pierced and I got my flat. Would recommend Christa and plan for more piercings in the future!

Christa is so wonderful at what she does!! We had the best girls day at her beautiful studio! We drank mimosas while we shopped for the perfect bracelets and ankle bracelets. She helped each of us customize our own bracelets and was very professional! My 2 year old daughter even got her ears pierced, and Christa was so patient with her the whole time! Called on July 3rd very last minute and asked if she had any openings, she did not but said she could pierce both my daughters ears on July 4th! Super cute and clean shop and Christa was professional with me and both my girls talking to them throughout the whole process. My one daughter got her cartilage pierced on both sides and also wanted her tragus pierced. Christa talked her out of it cause it would be a lot for her ear and I really appreciated that she was looking out for her and not just trying to make money. Will definitely be going back to her for any further piercings for my girls!

I went to She Shed in Dubuque IA and came across Christa’s booth. I have had 3 piercings done already and was debating on getting a 4th done. She was very patient with me as I probably came back to her booth about 10 times before decided to go for it. I got one done and I thought that’s all I wanted, left, then came back and decided I wanted the other side done too. She laughed when I came back. I got the other side done and it was the best decision. She made the experience so pleasant and by far the easiest one I have gotten. Lasting Beauty by Christa was at our local Downtown Market on Saturday July 27, 2024. I hadnt been able to attend any of these markets because of work, but today I made it and as I was walking around I came to this booth. I was watching Christa piercing a young girls ears 2nd hole. Ive been wanting to get that done for quite some time so being here for the 1st time in a few years I treated myself to a 2nd piercing on my ears. It was quick, painless and reasonably priced. I love my earrings. Christa was very professional and very kind.

Christa is amazing at what she does. I could tell from the start that her main focus was to ensure that I was happy and in love with my eyebrows. This was my first (of very little) experience learning about my brows (the shape, color, etc) and how I could achieve that natural look I felt I never could have. The information I received from her prior to and during my appointment were beyond helpful (which caused me to have much less anxiety and nerves about microblading). The pain was minimal and I was comfortable the entire session. Needless to say, I wake up now and am ecstatic about what I see.
