I cannot describe how incredibly happy I am with the art work and treatment that I receive from Moto and Amber Island. From beginning to end the experience is a pleasure - exciting, easy and fun. Between my SO and I, the tattoos weve gotten have been pretty varied in style, size and content and Moto has knocked it out of the park every time. I cant recommend Amber Island enough! If youre thinking about getting a tattoo - absolutely do it here!

Moto is the best, he takes the thoughts that I have of what I want and turns them into works of art. Ive had a good bit of work done there and always left satisfied. I get so many complements on a quarter sleeve that Moto did for me. I came up with ideas and he made something I can be proud to show off. I took this pic 10 years after he finished it. The colors and art are still amazing.

Ive dealt with a lot of artist. Moto is truly a great artist. He took his time to get my tattoo exactly how I wanted it. Once he started he kept a nice smooth flow with his work. The shop was clean and his entire attitude was truly just that of someone who cared about what he was doing not just a lets get this guy in and out to get the next canvas in the seat. Moto did a fantastic job on my first tattoo. He is exceptionally skilled and has a wry sense of humor when talking to you that keeps you relaxed. If and when I decide to do another there is no doubt that I want it to be him to do it. I also like how he uses disposable equipment to ensure sterility. Thats a nice touch in todays world.

I went in for my first tattoo after some coworkers had told me about this place and had high praises for his work. He was wonderful and friendly. Not only am I very very happy with how it turned out, but while he did my tattoo, i was able to talk about some stuff that helped me heal from past trauma. I brought in a drawing i had done and he was able to do my exact drawing down to every little detail which i am amazed at. Ive been through a lot of stuff in my past and not only do i now have an amazing tattoo to remind me that i can overcome anything, but it was a great therapy session too. I highly recommend Amber Island Tattoo! Im horrified of needles but he helped calm my nerves and listened to me ramble as he did my tattoo. This is the best tattoo place!
