The perfect ambiance Ive wanted while getting my ink. I just stopped in today for some ideas to be run by the artist with my son. They have shirts, jewelry , insect/bone art, and other items for sale in their shop area. The artist that we spoke with were Aly and Terra and both were kind, easy to speak with and offered great advice in their own fields. I will definitely be booking appointments in the near future.

My wife came in with a piece she really wasnt happy (from another artist/shop). Derrick gave her some options and they started the process. The cover up is huge and almost completed. We both couldnt be happier with the results. Everyone here is friendly, welcoming and incredibly talented.

OMG it is so freaken cute. Dillon did an amazing job. Gentle hands and great to talk to. If I ever make it back to East Aurora Im definitely going to try to stop by and have him do some more ink work.

Such an inviting space! Everyone was so nice and supportive of each other’s work. Aly did my first ever tattoo and I’d 100% go back to them. They created such a safe and friendly environment, they would always check to make sure I was doing good. Everyone there loves their job and you can really tell!

Great people. Clean & comfortable shop. The owners clearly care about all aspects of their business top to bottom. Katie Chesna was wonderful to work with and I left with a lovely one of a kind piece! During my session I got to witness Tara pierce several kiddos ears. She was so good talking them through the whole process and offering encouragement as needed. Id recommend this shop and will definitely go back for another tattoo or a piercing.

I received a tattoo from Derrick and it is amazing! Beyond my imagination. This shop is wonderful in every way, and I highly recommend any of the artists here, as well as Tara for piercings!

We brought our daughter here to get her ears pierced for the first time (5yo) and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! Tara and Derrick did both of her ears at the same time, ensuring it was quick and painless. They were AMAZING - thoughtful, kind, and made all of us feel extremely comfortable; I ended up getting another piercing myself while we were there! Would definitely recommend to any parents looking to get their child’s first ear piercings, or even a new one themselves :)

Would recommend. I’ve been tattooed by Katie, Derrick and Dillon. All very professional and excellent artists. Katie has been working on a sleeve for me over the last year and it’s coming along fabulously. Shop is very clean and welcoming. Laid back and fun atmosphere.

I came here for a flash event and Aly did my Phoenix tattoo which came out amazing. They were extremely friendly and having many tattoos were quite gentle. I definitely will be booking an appointment for more work.

My first tattoo was done here. The work Aly Hyde did for me has literally been life changing. I can’t recommend her enough. The shop itself was very welcoming and well kept. As long as Aly is working here, I’ll never go anywhere else.

Went today to see Derrick for the first time with a rough idea of what I wanted to get. Derrick and his crew were welcoming and great with conversation. Admittedly, I was a little nervous. I also had a mismatched, 80% completed, sleeve with no flow or direction before walking in. He took a look at my arm and knew exactly what he wanted to do. Derrick was thorough, patient, and a good listener. It turned out fantastic! He saved me. I now have tremendous confidence in my body. Their shop is clean and fun. BattleBots will probably be on TV, too! Definitely going back asap!

I have gotten tattoos from both Aly and Katie. They are both phenomenal artists and wonderful humans. I always love coming to the shop, everyone is welcome and belongs. The work lasts and is incredible. Aly did one of my tattoos years ago, and it still is a beautiful and vibrant tattoo. Katie is working on my sleeve, and always comes up with the best designs when I tell her my ideas. Her tattoos are so crisp and beautiful. Stop looking through the reviews and call already.

Everyone is so kind at this business! I panicked one morning when I couldn’t get my earrings out before my MRI & I called this business desperately for help. They got me in ASAP & got the jewelry out quickly. Highly recommend this facility & I plan to spend my money here in the future!

Met these awesome people at Tattoo The Lou this weekend and an apprentice there, named Paige, gave my son his first tattoo her and Derrick were so kind and made my boy feel like the coolest kid in the convention(he definitely was) thank you for such an awesome experience for our family. (My son didnt even want to go and left with more than us😅🙌)
