I had the pleasure of getting a tattoo at the Ink library and I couldnt be happier with the experience. His fine lines are impeccable, and he truly has a great attitude that made the whole process so enjoyable. Not only did he create a unique piece for me, but he also curated a fantastic environment for his clients. I highly recommend his work to anyone looking for a talented and professional artist. Best tattoo artist, this side of the Mississippi!!!!!I came across Kelvis one day in 2021 and never looked back. Ever since then he’s the only person I trust with any project, so much so I’ve lost count of how many tattoos we’ve done over the years. Amazing shop matched with the best most creative artist around I could not recommend him enough.

Took me some time to find the right artist but I’m so happy I finally did! Kelvis is super welcoming and makes you feel like you’ve been coming into his shop for years. His work truly speaks for itself, I’m blown away every time. Highly recommend checking out the Inked Library

Kelvis is so Incredibly talented and just an all around awesome person. He wants you to feel 100000% sure about whatever piece you are gonna get, and isn’t pushy at all. That hasn’t always been my experience with other artists in other shops.The space itself is so cool too. He has put so much effort into every inch of that shop. His work is incredible and holds up really well. I was a bit nervous about how much detail would last in some of the pieces I got from him but a year plus later they still look great.I can’t wait to go back!!I recently found out I am pregnant and the only bummer was that I had to push back an appointment with him for a piece I was SO EXCITED to get. He was super understanding tho. That will definitely be my first post baby outing haha.Do yourself a favor and book a session with him, you wont regret it.

Ive been going to Kelvis for a few years now and i cant say enough good things about him and this shop. The shop is beautiful, and extremely clean and sanitary. And Kelvis’s work is unmatched. Every time ive given him a concept, i trust him fully to draw what he thinks will make a great piece and every time he hits the nail on the head. Hes polite, not heavy handed, makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, and produces beautiful fine line work. Cant recommend enough.

I had such a great experience here, the artist was super kind and welcoming, and the tattoo hasn’t faded at all in the two months since I got it, even being such fine lines. And the space is beautiful, he did an amazing job decorating the place. It felt really inviting and unique. Highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality tattoos with high quality service!

Coming into the library is like a Target shopping trip. You go in wanting one tattoo and you leave with 5 more.The only thing is, Target doesn’t make art like Kelvis does. I love every single one of my pieces by him and have plans for more!

Went in with my boyfriend for a forearm piece and was completely blown away by not only the atmosphere but the sheer talent shown in the tattoo. He was hilarious, and really accommodating. He was willing to resketch a tattoo for my boyfriend after a communication error on my part and had the tattoo sketch done within 15 minutes of showing him the reference. Kelvis absolutely killed it with my tattoo and I love everything about it! Definitely recommend!!!

We started working on my sleeve almost a year ago and it came out better than I imagined. Kelvis takes his time when it comes to designing tattoos and not one to rush the process.

I had a great time at this tattoo shop. Kelvin is incredibly knowledgable about tattooing dark skin. I appreciate how he was able to break down the ways in which to tattoo deep dark skin.. which is hard to find. I plan on coming back to him again. My friend and I both got tattoos here with Kelvis and we had amazing experiences! Both of us made changes to our original plans for the tattoo and he was very flexible and modified the stencils until they were perfect for us. The tattoo itself was the most painless tat Ive ever gotten, I even said whatever numbing cream you use seriously works and was shocked when he told me he didn’t use any. My tattoo turned out beautifully, exactly how I wanted. Amazing experience and incredibly talented artist!

This would be the only place I’ll ever get a tattoo from! Kelvis is the best artist and probably the only one that I’ll trust to get a tattoo with. He’s done all my tattoos with great care. This was my first tattoo at Inked Library and I couldn’t have been more thrilled with the whole experience. I messaged Kelvin (I might have spelled name wrong, sorry) on Instagram and shared my idea of what I wanted and he was able to sketch something up. I got to the appointment and he was more than patient in modifying his sketch while we collaborated on which changes should be made. He wanted me to love it as much as he wanted to love the art that he put on me and his passion was so apparent. The end result is better than I could have hoped for and it truly is one of a kind. This place is just awesome. The owner/artist is a visionary, down to earth, artistic guru. Once you enter the shop you are able to appreciate the arts on the wall and all the little details around his shop, but that is just the front.When you come in, you can not see where Kelvis does his artistic work, you have to pass the hidden door! Yes, hidden door. It is just a really cool place where it is all about the client and artistic expression. I am fairly new to tattooing and I am glad to be working with such a great artist who can come down to my artistic level (which is low) and elevate my knowledge and make recommendations based on my vision and budget. The dude is flexible and very organize and truly make things work for his clients. I highly recommend this place!

Kelvis is truly a one of a kind tattoo artist. I’ve requested a custom tattoo where he executed my vision perfectly and I’ve asked him to tattoo an original work I bought a tattoo pass for from the original artist and he nailed it perfectly as well. My friends even tell me that their fave tattoos of mine are the ones done by him! Getting a tattoo from him is such an eclectic and comfortable experience. Just by looking at his Victorian speakeasy-inspired studio, you can see how much thought and intention he puts into any art he creates, and how much love he has for anything creative. From past experiences, I felt like getting tattoos were a purely transactional experience where the tattoo artist just cared about paying their bills, but Kelvis has given me more than just beautiful art on my arm - he has given me so many laughs and so much wisdom that I try to instill in my life every day. I can’t preach to my friends enough how awesome he is and I can’t wait to come back!!!!

I’ve always wanted to get a tattoo but was hesitant because I was afraid of being regretful or not liking the work after the fact. I found out about this place after my uncle got a tattoo and I loved the execution of it. I was also told that the owner seemed to really take pride in his work & works with you to make sure you’re happy with the end product. That aside, it is original art (which are VERY creative and thought provoking) by the owner & once it’s on your body he will not replicate the art on anyone else’s body.. so the 1 of 1 aspect was also appealing to me. I saw a design of his that resonated with me, booked the appointment & to say the least the experience was phenomenal. The owner makes sure you feel at home, is very professional, & does a very good job tattooing. The shop is also VERY unique, clean, & cool af. I would HIGHLY recommend inked library to anyone looking to get their first tattoo or more tattoos in general. I will definitely be coming back many more times.

First of all, the Inked Library studio is a real gem. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated every square foot of this studio is insta worthy. Its one of the most comforting tattoo studios Ive been in. Secondly, getting tattooed by Kelvis is like meeting up with an old friend. A comforting presence and all around talented artist. Not only does he have beautiful flash to pick from he is also very collaborative which I value in a tattoo artist.
