I had started a tattoo 2 weeks ago upon doing what my body could handle which was almost 4 out of 7 hours to fully finish it I was ready to schedule my follow up appointment at that point in time which he had told me to wait and he would squeeze me in on a Sunday I have attempted to contact him multiple times since then with no response from him. His work is good which is the only reason I gave him the 2 stars if your new tattoo will take more then one session I would either recommend making sure you schedule it when you are there and not hold your breath on getting a message from him on when he can get you in or going to a different shop

Jack is a great tattoo artist. Only person I use. I have 4 already n counting. My wife has 2 from jack already also. Highly recommended

Steamworks is the BEST place to get a tattoo. Jack is one of the coolest and kindest people I’ve met. He makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable being in his shop. Not to mention his work is amazing. He fixed up a tattoo I got from another shop that I was extremely unhappy with, and he worked his magic and made me love it. I just got my second tattoo from him and it’s perfect. I recommend Steamworks 110% !!!

Will never go anywhere else again! Jacks work is unbelievable. He has done new work on me that is outstanding and has fixed old tattoos from another artist that I was never 100% happy with.

Absolutely unprofessional. I contacted Jack over a month ago stating that I know people who have gotten work from him and absolutely loved it . I was excited . He told me to send him my ideas and pictures of my arm . I did that promptly over a month ago. He read my message and has left me on seen for over a month. I then asked him if I could make an appointment. Again , left on seen . If he can’t do it or needs time I’d prefer to be told that instead of being ignored . I was more than willing and excited to give him my money . Very disappointed.
