Got my daughters second set on her ears. The girl who helped us was so nice. Talked through everything and made my daughter feel comfortable and not afraid. Wish I would have gotten the girls name to give her a personal compliment here

I took my daughter who just turned 7 to get her ears pierced. K was so great from start to finish. My daughter didn’t even cry. This was a great first experience. Would recommend!

Just had my daughter’s ears pierced and it was a wonderful experience. My daughter is 5 and Melissa and Kay pierced her ears at the sane time. They were very professional and made my daughter feel at ease and less anxious. I recommend these two ladies for piercing.

I was standing there and I wasn’t acknowledge or greeted. The two ladies just stood there talking to each on the computer. So rude to have there back toward me annd they saw me and they just giggling n chitchatting and when I walked away they didn’t say oh I’m sorry I be with you or how can I help you. I don’t write reviews unless it really bothers me. All I wanted was 2 chains I knew exactly what I wanted. I’m just order online and pick it up at Whitehall.

Whole experience was very unprofessional and unpleasant. From the application process to the actual piercing. The girls hygiene was terrible her hair was matted to her forehead by grease and her breathe smelled of something out of a hot dumpster I wouldn’t had noticed if she didn’t botch the whole process. The young girl working got the gun stuck to my daughters head for the better half of 10 minutes. Then began to tell myself and other customers it was my child’s fault for moving too much. I should have went to Claire’s !!!!
