I usually do not post reviews, but April is phenomenal. I had to take my 9 month old there to have one of her ears re-pierced (no fault to anyone, the original location was Hickory.) She did an amazing job with her! I was really nervous, but she made sure my daughter was comfortable, and didn’t rush anything, she was super patient. I can’t praise her enough. She even changed out the earring in the other ear so they matched. My daughter barely cried. It’s a night a day difference between this location and Hickory. Somebody promote this lady. I’d trust her as a nanny any day!

April did a good job helping me find the best for my buck for my first piercing. I know the worth of what’s in my ear, I hope the management knows the worth of the great employee they have there! Thanks again.

I had gotten my nose pierced by April and a week later got two studs on my cartilage, some call it double helix or spider bites. April did all of my piercings and she’s awesome!! Emily and Sarah are also the sweetest employees!! More than likely will be going back to get my other cartilage piercing done!

My niece likes to come here and shop around when she’s hanging with me and she likes the cashier with the tattoos who is always so nice to her. One day we’ll get her ears pierced when her mama says it’s ok.
