Joey did such a good job and even helped me get a price and look of another tattoo I’m hoping to do in the future. Really fair prices and he got me in quickly! He’s really talented. It was my first tattoo too so him being calm about it really helped me relax too. can’t wait to do business with y’all in the future.

I wanted to get a tattoo as soon as possible and when I called to schedule an appointment, I immediately heard back from Keith and was seen the same day. I highly recommend this place, Keith is knowledgeable and does great work. I was so happy that two weeks later wanted another tattoo. I had an overall idea what I wanted, Keith designed the tattoo and I am so thankful and grateful! ☺️

I had a super irritated and painful piercing that desperately needed a longer post and my own piercing shop was closed and I was in a time crunch since I was leaving for an international trip before they opened. I called the shop and they got me in within the hour, even though piercing changes aren’t something they really offer. Niko was super chill and made me and my boyfriend laugh. He did a great job changing out the piercing and I immediately had some relief from the pain I was feeling. Niko 100% saved me from having to abandon the piercing all together and I really appreciated his help and the effort he put in on such short notice.

About a week ago, my daughter called to make an appointment for a septum piercing. They made the appt for the next day, Sunday, July 14, at 1:30. The guy she talked to didnt ask her name, but I figured he just forgot.We arrived the next day and the shop looked completely closed... lights off, shades drawn, neon OPEN sign turned off, door locked. We peeked into the window in the door and saw no one. My daughter called, and the same guy answered the phone, said he had been downstairs and would come and open up, which took him a few minutes.When we got inside, it was just that guy (he never introduced himself, so I dont know his name) and a woman. He seemed a little off, almost like he was slurring his words. My daughter, who was already nervous about the piercing, was getting more and more uncomfortable. We asked a couple questions but then left without the piercing.I debated leaving this review because I see lots of good reviews here, so Im hoping this was just a fluke. It just seemed like there was a lot of unprofessional behavior here... first, not asking my daughters name when the appointment was made. Then not having the shop open at all at her appointment time (which was well within your normal operating hours; you have a sign saying you take walk-ins, so how does that work when you look completely closed?). The piercer seemed nice enough, but wasnt ready for my kid at the scheduled appointment time (honestly seemed like he had forgotten). This would have been her first piercing, and it sucks that this left a bad impression on her.

Victor did an amazing job with my tattoo. He was understanding, explained things I asked about before and during the tattoo. Good price too. 10/10

I went in to get my belly button pierced about 4 months ago. And I thought it was a little uneven but said nothing about it. I took care of it properly everyday, 3 times a day with saline spray like he told me. And soak it in hot salt water. Yet it still got infected. I went back to him 2 1/2 weeks later. And he said it probably just needed a bigger bar, so he switched it out. Didn’t tell me anything like oh maybe it’s rejecting. Still taking care of it everyday it still was infected after that. So I had to take out. And it’s been out for 3 months and still barely even healed with scaring. The whole month and a half I had the piercing it was so painful. I’ve never experienced a piercing hurting after for weeks even though it’s minor. And I have gotten many on my face over the years. Don’t recommend!!

The guy has been doing piercing for over 20 years. He’s very cool and gives good advices to maintain and care for your piercings. 10/10

The workers were nice and welcoming, however the guy who pierced me did not do a good job. I went to get my tongue webbing pierced and the piercer did not inform me that I didnt have the anatomy for this. I bled for 45min-1hour when I should not have bled at all. While he was piercing me, his hands were shaking uncontrollably which ending up making the puncture crooked and uneven. I went to different piercer a few weeks after which is when I found out that he should not have given me this piercing in the first place.

I am visiting the area from central NY and decided to get a last minute tattoo with a friend. I called ahead and asked if they do walk-in appointments and spoke to one of the artists - he said to come on in, as they had afternoon openings. We arrived and they got us in quickly - the environment was chill and clean and everyone seemed nice. We were greeted and directed back to one of the artists, Andrew, that tattooed my friend. Andrew drafted up our tattoos and let us go through various fonts. He was very kind, funny and pleasant to interact with.The artist I was assigned to for my tattoo was Wayne. He seemed and friendly upon meeting and helped us pick a font we liked. He was quick as drafting up the stencil and getting his station cleaned up, which was appreciated. However, when he asked where I wanted the tattoo and I told him, his entire demeanor changed and my view of him did as well.I told him I wanted the small 5 inch tattoo on my pelvic bone and his response was along the lines of thats a weird spot, seems kind of pointless, how about here instead, directly me to my arm. I began grilling him as to why this placement was odd/weird and he said its because its just an awkward spot that he doesnt recommend... he really didnt have a good reason/justification. I then asked about doing it on the outside of my wrist and he pushed back about that placement too. At this point, I honestly should have walked out, given its MY tattoo, a service I AM paying for, and MY body... Every time I suggested a spot I wanted it, Wayne had a rebuttal or argument, to the point of saying things like thats stupid and have fun telling/explaining to people what your tattoo says for your entire life... he was blatantly demeaning and disrespectful. If he was uncomfortable tattooing something on my pelvic bone, he should have simply referred me to someone else at the shop. After about 30 minutes of back and forth, we decided on my right upper forearm. I asked that the text face me, so when I look down at my arm, I can read it. His response was yeah, I dont like that, I think this placement is cuter, but I guess if you really want it the other way, fine, but I dont think its a good idea - his facial expression was judgmental and his tone was completely sarcastic. Again, I should have walked out and not given him my service, but at this point I was fed up and said screw it.The tattoo itself is great - he is no doubt a talented artist, but his bedside manner and customer service SUCK. 9/10 for his skill, 2/10 for his customer service. This shop has plenty of other highly talented AND kind artists, Andrew being one of those, so if youre looking for an all-around pleasant experience, both skill AND personality, I dont recommend Wayne.

Evan Miller is the MAN! I sent him a handful of photos of what I wanted and he drew up what you see! Blown away. Came out way better than I could have possibly imagined!

The shop is awesome and filled with great people! My artist was Wayne and he is amazing at what he does, very passionate about tattooing as well. Great experience going in for my first tattoo and left knowing I want to get more. Definitely a great spot to check out and get work done!

Evan was absolutely awesome. He was so thoughtful, thorough, he was wonderful sterilizing everything, and made me feel comfortable. Never mind the awesome job he did! Highly recommended!! Shane was also great and personable. We loved how they really hear you!!

Just left from getting my septum done by neko and all i can say is that it was so fast i barely felt it til after. he was so nice to me the whole time and the shop is very clean. all together great place and will be going back for future piercings and later tattoos!!

It was an alright experience. I got my nose and bellyPierced. The nose piercing is fine but the guy told me to clean the piercings with dial soap. Come to find out you shouldnt clean piercings with dial soap. I ended up getting an infection within the week of having the piercing and am now on antibiotics for it. I would not recommend this place for anything other than a nose piercing. I dont know if I am going to have it taken out but would definitely not go to them to do that.

I loved this place, this was my first professional piercing and the experience was wonderful, i loved the atmosphere and the humor of the workers. overall great place to go to and i will be coming back for more services

Went in on new years eve to get a 12g ear piercing so I could start guaging my ears. Everything went smooth and the guy was really awesome and the place was spotless clean. Cleaned piercings with dial soap like instructed and they are healing perfectly. THANK YOU SO MUCH

I had a scheduled consultation with an artist, provided a down payment of $40, and scheduled my appt. A few weeks go by, something came up so I texted the number on the business card, advising I needed to reschedule. Artist stated it was fine and we choose another day & we would work out a time later. Never heard back from the artist & im out $40 with no service rendered or even a sketch of the tattoo. I had high hopes but I was left with disappointment.

Took my son to have his ear pierced. People were nice. Place was very clean. The piercing guy was amazing and informative. Answered all my sons questions. Will be back for his eyebrow piercing for sure!!

It was a nice set up while I was there and I was getting a belly button piercing 2 months ago and it got infected from the get go with cleaning since I got it and it fell out. Workers were nice.

Been going here for years. Gotten 3 tattoos and my nose pierced 3 times. A bit high in price but they have had yet to disappoint. Always good service too.

Keith did an excellent job with my tattoo. Just a great experience overall. I will never need another artist to work on me and I have had several different ones before. Go there!

Supposed to be open until 7pm...I show up abt 6:30pm and they are closed, but standing outside and the artist is drunk. Dude takes me in, writes my info on the paper I brought in...and 3 weeks later Im still waiting for the call.

My artist Shane works here and I go where he is. That said, its a great shop that looks awesome after recent expansion.

Liked the artist and the finished product but thought it was a little pricey. Had to wait and hour and a half , which I didnt mind and tattoo took under an hour but it ended up being $150
