Love this place! Erica was very patient, knowledgeable, sensitive, and caring. She was more than willing to make lots of changes to make me happy with the final image. And there’s snacks and drinks, too! I’m so very happy with my tattoos and recommend 802ink.

I love love LOVE this shop! I have gone to Erica for almost every single one of my tattoos, and she never disappoints! She is very caring, gentle, kind, hilarious, and super duper clean with her station!! She is trauma-informed and is an expert in consensual tattooing, so she has always made me feel very comfortable during our many sessions together! The whole shop is like one big family and it has always felt like such a safe and positive environment to be in! (The shop is also such a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community!!!). They have a lovely seating area where you can relax before you get your tattoos/piercings done, and they also have a little snack set-up in case you need a pick-me-up during your appointment! I cant say enough good things about this place, you just have to go see it for yourself!!!!

Got matching tattoos with my best friend yesterday and couldnt believe the care and kindness that Erica showed us. For me, it was my first tattoo! She made sure we were comfortable and felt 110% about the design before moving forward! She even gave me tips about my new piercing too and cleaned it for free. Definitely will be coming back!

Erica has done several tattoos for me and my family! Absolutely love her work and will never go anywhere else! Reasonably priced and an amazing artist! Also had my nose pierced by Tony and he was great! Best shop around by far! Always feels like hanging out with old friends every time we are there!

I’ve been here a couple times now, to see Peyton, an apprentice, for a handful of pieces. I am continually impressed! The vibes are just awesome, super welcoming and comfortable environment. Peyton is so sweet, always ensuring I’m comfortable and getting exactly what I want. The owner, Tony, is always present and supportive of his staff! I can’t wait to go back again!!

I’ve been here 2 times, once for a tattoo with Taylor and for a helix and nostril piercing with Tony. This was my first tattoo and Taylor made me feel comfortable the entire time, and my tattoo turned out great, just the way I wanted it. Tony did a great job with my piercings, I was a little nervous, but he also made me feel super comfortable. I will definitely be back for more tattoos in the future!

They are very accommodating! I emailed them about getting appointments, and they responded in a timely manner.The artist is very talented and wonderful! I had a wonderful experience with them!

I’ve gotten tattooed from both Erica and Tony and had amazing experiences both times. They do absolutely phenomenal work and also are very trauma-informed and make the experience as comfortable as possible! They also check in periodically throughout the process to make sure you’re doing okay which I loved. I recommend them to everyone I know!

I have worked with Erica on multiple tattoos and cannot recommend her enough..she is both kind and empathetic and creative with her design. Works with you to ensure you have the best art on your body.Tony did my daughters 1st ear piercings and worked with her neurodiverse needs and honored her consent and then change halfway through. He never pressured her to continue the procedure or make her feel less than for only piercing one ear.The shop is immaculately clean and sterile and the folks are warm and inviting. The crew is really inviting and extremely humble. My tattoos are fantastic, clean, heal well and are designed super cool. They really get what I’m looking for. Tony even did a whole side piece cover up that’s incredible. Now I just book standing appointments for the foreseeable future and get excited every time to see what they’ve got for me next! Highly recommend you get your work done here!

10/10 can’t wait to go back in a few months! Great artists and clean shop. They fit 4 of us in for walk ins through out the day. Tony, Erica and Taylor were amazing, friendly and patient with us as we all wanted different pieces and it was the first tattoo for one of us! Erica even did a stencil on the baby at the end :)

Peyton and Erica are awesome! I hadnt planned on getting anything until I saw a design I HAD to have. Peyton was so great to work with, I definitely have some custom work I want to have her work on.

The staff is incredible here! An absolute gem of a shop. They make you feel comfortable, no rushing you, just lots of love for their craft. Came in around 4, had 5 people wanting to get inked, they got ALL of us in and Tony stayed after to do mine! There is a get what you get claw machine and i 10/10 would recommend it! The apprentice, Taylor, is literally amazing!! Erica is super personable and super kind. all around such an amazing environment. I can not speak highly enough of this place! if you’re looking for a shop in this area, this is the best choice!!

I enjoyed it so much that I’ve been here 3 times to get piercings. My paired piercings are perfectly matched between my ears and all have healed very well!

I have been here on 3 separate occasions over the past year, I have had tattoos done by three different artists, and I will not be going anywhere else. They’ve always been incredibly friendly and professional. The shop is clean and also beautifully decorated, and you can tell they really enjoy being there and doing what they do. I had a tattoo planned and one of the artists explained that, in order for the tattoo to look its best for as long as possible, it had to be bigger than I had planned. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that, having an artist explain why he thinks I should make adjustments and still giving me the option to stick with the original if I want (while clearly telling me what he thinks the results will be, but with no judgment). They don’t just care about giving tattoos, they care about providing the best tattoos they can and working WITH you to make that happen. My most recent experience was for their flash event, and it was incredible. They had a long wait, but I was able to sit and enjoy watching them work and the wait didn’t feel that long at all. I would’ve waited all day for these tattoos if I had to, they were worth it. I’ve been tattooed all over the northeast and this is the first shop I’ll recommend every time. Thank you to all staff at 802 ink, you do an amazing job all around.

They have organic feminine products in the bathroom! And snacks and drinks! Also all around fantastic team members.I called for a walk-in and the human who answered the phone was super sweet and helpful.Scottie tattooed my sister and I (her first tattoo!) and spent as much time as we needed positioning the design. Erica was there and participated in our conversations and even offered some professional connections in my sister + I’s fields of study!We felt super welcome, comfortable, and the tattoos came out amazing.I’d definitely recommend anyone to stop in!

My husband and I stopped in hoping to get a walk-in. We got incredibly lucky with a no show and were given the spot! Tony did both our tattoos and did a PHENOMENAL job! I love them both so much! 10 out of 10 recommend! Fair pricing, great people, warm welcoming atmosphere, amazing conversions and stellar tattoos! We are both VERY happy!

I came in today (5/28) to get my metal jewelry put back in because i had previous silicone retainers in. the staff and owner were so incredibly kind and SO COOL! the shop was super clean and sterile. all of the staff were so friendly! from the instant i walked in i knew how awesome of a shop it is. 100% going to be coming back for my next piercing. if you’re thinking about coming to 802 ink for a piercing or tattoo definitely do! you wont regret it :)

I got lucky with a spur of the moment walk-in spot this afternoon, and it turned out to be a super fun place to get ink. It felt like being welcomed into a family who all really enjoyed being together.
