Abyss Tattoo

My husband and I went in Thursday (815.24) and did the Get what you get gumball machine on spur of the moment for fun. I ended up with a star and the husband got a shark. Both artists did a great job. Shop was VERY clean and everybody there was nice. We would highly recommend them.

Came in with an an initial idea. JD told me it wasn’t gonna be a good idea and it wouldn’t last. Really appreciate him being real with me. We went ahead and scoped a few ideas and came up with the finished product. He helped me out with my budget and promised excellent quality. He definitely delivered. Genuine guy, solid artist, and really did me good!

We spontaneously did the 50cent machine! Best experience ever. Love our new tats. Puffer fish 🐡 and misquote. Our artist was amazing and had us laughing. Fully recommended this tattoo shop especially our great artist JD. 100% recommend 👌 thank you!

I called to make sure they’d have time for a walk in, which they did. From the start the front desk girl just didn’t seem to understand but the artist Jp was great. Double checked about prices with the artist but when it came time to pay she said it was double the confirmed amount. Walked out super frustrated. Definitely don’t recommend.

I took my wife to Eureka Springs last weekend for an early valentines day getaway. We have been getting tattoos to remember our trips. The 2 artist here that did ours 4 days ago did a great job. We walked in shortly after they opened Sunday and told him my wifes idea and our time constraints due to a massage being scheduled later. He took her words and made them a picture exactly how she pictured. Great job and great results. These pictures are right after removing the second skin today. Thanks for helping us remember or trip!

They did amazing the best walk in appointment I’ve ever had. Made it flow with the work i already have! Absolutely beautiful super kind and talented very fair priced.

My husband and I were walkins. JD took great care of me with a coverup that I wanted. My husband used Brody and had an excellent outcome. All of the staff were very friendly! We highly recommend this place and will for sure come back!

Walked in and told JD what I was looking for. He drew it up and found a great place to tattoo it. Absolutely love it, better than I had pictured. (Misspelled tattoo on purpose, because everyone should live their life!) JD was very friendly, and did an amazing job. 13/10 recommend.

Amazing experience here! My friend and I walked in on a Saturday afternoon for spur of the moment tattoos. Our artists were professional and gave great advice and suggestions to make what we wanted happen but look the best! Very clean, calm and comfortable atmosphere, I would return to this shop all the way from Fort Smith, Ar for my next tattoo. My tattoo artist JD kept me distracted with just the right amount of conversation and reassurance:)

Brody was really kind and meticulous to give me what I wanted for my walk-in tattoo, and I walked away with something I absolutely love. Im grateful he told me what would and would not work. Im not a professional tattooer, so its great that he let me know what would look best/age the best placement-wise. I knew I was gambling getting a walk-in tattoo at a studio I had never been to, but it could not have gone more smoothly! Thank you, Brody!!

Clean shop, excellent artists, trusted tattooers! You know you’ve went to the right place when they aren’t just here to take your money and copy/paste the idea you found on Pinterest. They do beautiful, custom tattoos that hold the test of time! 10/10 highly recommend!

Everyone at the shop was great! Very helpful and patient. Got me in as a walk-in not really knowing what I wanted. JD showed me some of his new designs, was very willing to answer all my questions and excited to do one of his new designs. Me and my husband stopped in Abyss Tattoo while on a romantic getaway. We were able to speak with Brody Garich right away and give him an idea of a Tattoo that we both wanted. Brody was able to do the art work and he did an absolutely amazing job on the Tattoo he did on my husband. J.D. Davis did all the work on my art and Tattoo. He did an absolutely amazing job, as well. We were so impressed by both artists. It was awesome that we were able to walk-in and give them an idea of what we wanted and we were able to get it done the same day. The work they did was matching Josephs Coat Roses. Both Brody and J.D. were doing our Tattoos at the same time and they came out beautiful! We would highly recommend Abyss Tattoo and both Brody Garich and J.D.Davis!

We walked in. Picked out what we wanted. Brody was my artist. He did a cover up and he did amazing with it! I felt safe in getting the work done the whole time. He was professional, hygienic, polite and very skilled! Ill be back next time I visit that area! JD did my boyfriends and he was equally as skilled hygienic professional and polite. Stella was also working and I seen her working and her work after the customer was finished she did awesome. Place was very neat and orderly. It was a comfortable atmosphere and with a partial divider around thier work area it gave some privacy.

These people are amazing! I drove from OK and got both of these tattoos done by JD. Everyone at the shop is amazing with different art styles! They not only do my tattoos but 2 of my friends also go to this shop. They make you feel comfortable going in, are honest with the work they do/what would look good, and care about their clients tattoo work they want done. I feel comfortable enough with them and trust them to put permanent art on me. Thank you guys can’t wait to come back to continue work on my arm!

Performed these as a walk in. JD is an Awesome Artist the detail, line work, and shading. WOW!!! Brody and Stella are just as good I watched Stella give a Celtic cross and the finished product WOW. Brody did the Combat Veteran Tat again as a walk in. As a testimony to his light hands, i fell asleep getting mine LOL. They are all very knowledgeable and I am ready for Brody to fix another Tat that I got from another place that I will not mention.

I have been using Stella for close to a decade. She has done my last 9 tattoos and I will never use anyone else. She is by far the most talented artist I’ve ever met. She really is amazing! If there are bad reviews I can guarantee they are not tattoo people

JD did a phenomenal job on my cover up tattoo. Showed him a reference of what I had in mind and he took it, made it his own and rocked it. The whole crew was super laid back, friendly and fun. I would definitely make the 2.5 hour drive back from Tulsa to see JD again!

Was a walk-in right at Noon when they opened, with a vague idea of what I wanted. Brody showed me what would work and discussed different ideas and executed my tattoo beautifully!! Highly, highly recommend - great people all around and entertaining conversations. Great place!

At age 51, I got my first tattoo. JD was great! He told me to just relax, sit down, and not to move. It didnt hurt any worse than a Botox injection in the forehead. He worked with me to create the perfect tattoo design, and it turned out absolutely beautifully. I got to honor my Dad and also begin a new chapter. I highly recommend Abyss Tattoo!

Hubs and I stayed at the Crescent Hotel for the weekend for our 20th anniversary and decided to get matching traditional style crescent moon tattoos as a souvenir. Abyss was highly recommended by a local, and we were not disappointed! We were paired with Scott and Brodie - fantastic gentlemen and fantastic work! My tattoo turned out GREAT!!! However the service was a little iffy. My artist was very knowledgeable and very kind. He treated me with respect and did the tattoo very well. The woman at the front desk was rude and I waited about 3-4 hours. The reason I am giving them a low rating is because my boyfriend wanted a simple verse in a very simple font, he wanted it not to big and on his chest. The woman at the front desk told him they couldn’t do it because it was on his chest and it was “to small”. So she blew it up to this giant lettering tattoo that he didn’t want. It was a simple tattoo a beginner could’ve done it.

Had been wanting an Ironman Tattoo since finishing in 2021. Brody was able to work up my art and get me inked all in the same day. Wasn’t the cheapest but who wants a cheap tattoo. Clean, professional and not afraid to tell me what he really thought or make good suggestions on how to improve my design. Would recommend and use again

Schedule your appointment in advance. You will benefit from talking to your artist.2. Dont bring clip art. Thats for losers.3. Look at their FB page, study their original art and take inspiration from it, or choose it. They have hundreds of unique designs.

Me and my husband went to Eureka for our honeymoon and we decided to get tattoos while we were down there and picked this place. Very welcoming and nice people. Scott did both of our tattoos and we love them! Clean and fast. I love my wizard! Super sick!

We were in town celebrating my parents 60th anniversary (Diamond) and rolled in 11 deep to all get diamond tattoos. JD, Brody, and all the staff could not have been more accomadating and helpful. They rocked it!!

Went in for a custom tattoo. I was told that design can’t be done especially with the letting. Went to Parlor Tattoo and he made it happen. Abyss tried to get me to go with a cheaper design they had. Don’t recommend Abyss

JD did an amazing job on my coverup. Went in to see them and was given great advice and I am beyond pleased with the outcome. Great environment and amazing artists.

After reading the reviews, my girlfriends and I were a bit hesitant to come. However, JD and Stella, the owners, and Hugh, were amazing. We showed them what we wanted and they gave us suggestions on how to improve our art we wanted. Some people have complained about that, but why wouldn’t you want the input of an artist who does it for a living?! Very clean shop, very friendly artists, and will definitely be back again!

It’s been quite a while and I’ve had many tattoos since, but I got my first tattoo (a sunflower, because I live in Kansas and I wanted to bring that part of me wherever I go) a day after my 18th birthday. The art is pretty good, but my artist was not nice at all. I went with another friend who got one of those girly flowery vine things because she felt left out, and another friend who got an anchor. After I and other flower friend left, our artist gave anchor friend a discount because she didn’t choose a flower and the artist “hated doing flowers.” I’d also asked my artist to do his own twist or make the design I showed in a way that it could be his design first. He said “every tattoo is the artist’s own twist.” I have shown other artists since exactly what I want and they didn’t “put their own twist” on it at all, because that wasn’t what I asked of them. He did end up doing it but definitely wasn’t nice about it. Now, I will say that it’s been 4 years, so maybe take this with a grain of salt, but it’s left a bad taste in my mouth this whole time. The lady in the front was really cool, though.

Everyone at this shop is phenomenal. I cannot recommend them more. Fantastic people with unbelievable talent. If you want a tattoo that will be admired & stand the test of time, or a piece of incredible art for your wall...these are your people. Sterile, clean, & professional environment. Honest, amazingly talented, & seasoned artists. They are a true gem in Eureka.

I went in for my first tattoo and was paired up with Scott Diffee. He was kind, professional, and didn’t make me feel stupid. If you’re a first timer and anxious about getting work done be sure to book with Scott. He’ll put you at ease and do a phenomenal job on your piece.

By far my favorite tattoo parlor with amazing artists who are welcoming, understanding, incredibly talented and really care about the work they are doing for you.I had a piece done by Stella and also had chance to chat with JD, theyre both lovely and have a great sense of humor. The shop feels calm and stress free.Stella helped me to find the best position for the tattoo I wanted and really thought carefully about how it would fit on my body, how it looked with my current tattoos and with consideration for the work I want to have done in the future.I will definitely be coming back in the future and will be directing friends their way (and strangers, anyone who likes my tats basically!)

My stepdaughter turned 18 recently and wanted to get a tattoo she’d been considering for a while. She submitted pics she liked to Hugh, he put his own artistic spin on her concept, and she was beyond thrilled with the result. He was on time, professional, made her feel comfortable, and he definitely made her first tattoo experience a great one!!

My husband called on the phone to see if they had any available appointments the lady he was talking to was very rude. Had no available appointments and that she would see if the tattoo artist even wanted to do the tattoo we wanted. Basically treated us like a joke. Very unprofessional. They might have good work but you should never treat your customers like that. 1/10 would NOT recommend. Be nice. Looks like I’m not the only one with this problem.

The capabilities of the artists is not why Im giving such a low rating. The shop apprentice was really laid back and easy going. JD is foul mouthed, but really enjoys what he does. Stella. Stellas attitude is terrible. If what you want is simple and therefore beneath her skills, she will let you know. She was really nice to her apprentice, but to my wife and I she was conceited. When we said we wanted our tattoos on our biceps, she immediately questioned that while looking over the top of her glasses at us. Ours werent good enough for prime real estate.

This is the best tattoo place I have ever been to!!! Stella does my work but they are all wonderful and do awesome art!!! They are honest and thats hard to come by! They will not do a tattoo that will not come out looking awesome! They do custom work thats one of a kind! Some bad reviews are from idiots that want a crappy looking scribble done on their wrists-if thats what you want this is not the shop for you! If you want an excellent awesomely done piece of custom art work then go to Abyss Tattoo! They will give you the knowledge you need to make the best decision for the greatest piece of art! Another thing-----people its 18 TO ENTER- not 17 or 18 in a couple days! Dont give a bad review cause they didnt bend the rules for you!!!

The first guy I came into contact with was a super nice guy. I told him what I wanted some really small turtle. Then he got a lady ( Stella) but she basically told me that it couldn’t be done that small and I need to be bigger than what I wanted it and she couldn’t do the detailing everything that I wanted. IMy husband and I both got a very negative vibe from her. I ended up going to a different tattoo place and Emerson @ Odssey Tattoo took the time to draw one up and It was so adorable! He is absolutely fantastic! The energy at the best tattoo just was not good. The girl acted like if it wasn’t something super fancy or she couldn’t cover more of my body then what I was wanting done she wasn’t truly interested. Not great customer service. Emerson diligently in quickly and with great color! And my husband left him a great tip for being such a nice guy and doing such a wonderful job. I would definitely go down to odyssey tattoo And have Emerson do your tattoo any day before especially Stella at this place! Kindness goes a long way!

JD did my tattoo. He was awesome. His line work was clean and he was quick with it. I thought the tattoos were priced perfectly. Great work and a great group of people.

I went into this tattoo parlor to discuss getting my first tattoo. I had been thinking about getting one for a long time and it was a very important decision for me. My first impression when walking in was it was not clean, the tattoo area was dark and there was a distinct odor of mold or something. My encounter was with a charming young lady named Stella. Stella first began by telling me what she couldnt do for me - the area I wanted was not good, the tattoo I wanted wasnt a good idea, etc, etc. Instead of trying to be helpful and make suggestions about what might be a good first tattoo for me, she was condescending, snotty and just plain rude. She went into the back room where Im sure she printed off an image from the computer which was very crude and much larger than what I had in mind. About that time the rest of my friends came in and I showed Stella exactly what I wanted, which was on the necklace of one of my friends. Her response was then I suggest you go buy that and wear it around your wrist. After getting over my initial shock at her incredible rudeness and horrible attitude, we all walked out. We made our way to 1 C Center Street, Tattoos Eureka Style, where a young man named Brian designed the perfect tattoo for me and was so very kind and patient. Very professional!!! I would definitely stay away from Abyss. The staff there are condescending and rude. I cannot imagine how they have managed to remain open.

Me and my husband walked in on a spur of the moment whim. Didnt really know what we wanted and were working on a budget. JD got us hooked up! Designed our tattoos and did our matching first tattoos same day. We are in love and will be back for more!

The only place I will ever get inked. J.D. and Stella are amazing artists with a great reputation and tons of integrity. They stand behind their work and it shows with every piece. Great atmosphere in the shop with original artwork by J.D. and Stella and always a badass song on the speakers.

I would love to leave a positive review but I cannot based off of my experience. Stella came recommended but it ended up in disaster. All Im going to say is that she was completely unprofessional in her behavior and attitude. I am forever stuck with a tattoo that I did not ask for. After discussing my unhappiness with the tattoo that she guessed is what I wanted, I was blamed for providing a cut-off image of what I specifically asked for. I would never provide a cut-off image for a specific tattoo that I wanted, I wouldnt want the artist to guess at permanent ink!

Got my 1st tattoo done and it was amazing. Hugh was great. The service was amazing and since it was my first Hugh was great at informing me on the entire process as he did the work. He even helped me with picking an image I wanted and it turned out incredible.

Wonderful place. The artist was straightforward, down to business and told it like it is. My tattoo came out perfect, and didn’t even hurt. Scott was awesome!

JD Davis is a true artist! My tattoo is a work of art just gorgeous! I could not possibly be happier. Also recovery time was zero. I would highly recommend JD for any Tattoo especially one like mine which was a portrait.

JD and Stella really know the trade. My husband and I got work done by them and couldnt be happier. They are also super cool and easy going. They make sure youre comfortable. Another thing that is AWSOME is honesty! Most places just ask what, where, how big. If you pick out a spot that will not age well or will fade they will let you know so that you can rethink location or size to have the best looking tattoo posible.

All of my tattoos have been from Abyss. They are great people, very business-like, and really great artists. Its fun to get to hang out there, checking out all their cool art on the walls. Love this place.

Great place. Stella listened to our design and created perfect matching, coordinating tattoos. Everyone was fun to talk to. Very down to earth. Super clean place too! All the one star ratings are morons.

Tattoos are permanent. They are there for life. The last thing you want is made to feel like you cant ask questions or raise concerns about whats going on YOUR body.My tattoo turned out great, however, I left feeling bitter about my experience. I showed stella the picture of the colors I wanted. Very deep colors of teal, purple and pink. I said I wanted vintage colors , not bright ass pink and such.We agreed on the color. During a break in tattooing she told me to go look at it and I noticed the colors were very pastel and the teal was actually blue instead . Very politely I asked if she could add some green and basically she said no and said I suggest if you want that color you should get another tattoo with that color.I just wanted to get out of there. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I would not recommendAlso, the other tattooist were very rude to every customer that came in. I was appalled.

Good work. Got us in right away. The conversation got too close to transphobia and racism between the staff and another customer for my comfort. If I hadn’t already paid, I would have left.

Great experience all around! I have gotten two tattoos from JD and he has nailed them both, he is a great artist and he has some great stories.

Im Surprised that this place got so many bad reviews. I had a great experience! I knew I wanted my daughters name and decided on my wrist. I went inside and talked to J.D.He explained that the wrist wasnt the best spot because its too small for so many letters and as the years go on, the ink will sort of blend and you wont be able to read the name. He suggested the inside of my forearm, whereas its a bigger space for a longer name. We gave him some time to draw the name out and what he came up with was beautiful! The tattoo had quite a bit of detail for a smaller tattoo but he did an excellent job. The tattoo healed very well and almost a year later, it still looks great! I love eureka and I will definitely go back and see him for another one in the future!

I brought my best friend down for her bachorlette party and she decided to get a tattoo that she has wanted for a long time. We went to this shop and was told they could do this we told them what she was looking for they then told us to give them a couple hours to draw something up. So instead of going on with our other plans we waited around for a total of 4.5 hours just to walk back in the shop for them to tell us the artist was overwhelmed with our request. I understand somethings can not be done but communication is key! This wouldnt have been an issue if we didnt waste our only day here waiting for this tattoo.

I am an inked woman and I believe the reviews given are hardly the case. I received a tattoo by Stella in May of 2013. I had seen some of her artwork before and loved her style. I had described to her what I had in mind. Within moments she sent me a pic of a tattoo I fell in love with... original art by an original artist.The tattoo shop is like any other tattoo shop, not dirty like others have mentioned. Original art lines the walls.As I was waiting for Stella to get ready for me, two couples walked in the door to get tattoos. I believe one wanted some sort of barbed wire with an american flag tied in a bow and some other ideas of tattoos that have just been over done. Unoriginal and boring... JD explained to him that he wouldnt do it... as I thought was a great idea for the customer. One, its over done. Two, the area they wanted to cover, the condition of the skin (wrinkled & saggy), and the size of the tattoo that they wanted (small) would look like crap no matter who did it. Three, Im sure it sucks being an artist and doing tattoos that arent your own and boring. They did seem offended. Thinking what they wanted was really cool. I might have been offended myself. Though his professional opinion, I believe, should trump any thoughts the ordinary citizen has. They all left. This is his job, this is how he makes money... why would he send perfectly good paying clients away? HE HAS MORALS!!! He doesnt want you to regret it down the road. And he doesnt want his name on it. Pay the extra money, get a nice tattoo, and proudly wear it.Now... on to my experience. Stella put me in the chair, we had great conversation, and the tattoo was my least painful Ive ever had. (left inside upper forearm) She had free reign down to the color. AMAZING! Couldnt have asked for anything better!After my tattoo healed, there was a spot on the coin in my tattoo that I thought could use a little extra love... a little more highlight and a little shading. She looked at it and agreed. Right away she sat me down and I was fixed up in less than 5 mins:) I plan to get more from her, but I believe in paying the lady! Tattoos arent cheap! The good ones at least;)Nothing but love for these artists and theyve got nothing but great tattoos to give... be original, be creative... ask them to draw you something... flash art and barbed wire... blech. Its on your body FOREVER!!! Wouldnt you want someone to be honest about what you are getting?

Called asking for a small, simple tattoo. Whoever I was speaking with on the phone told me that I wouldnt find any quality shops with skilled artists that would be willing to do something simple (outline of a mountain ridge) because theyre bound to look like crap (basically saying it would look the same as a stick and poke). I personally have seen plenty of simple tattoos look delicate and well-done, so I dont know where this guys pretentiousness was coming from. Im pretty sick of talking to tattoo artists that think their profession gives them permission to be rude and condescending. Its just bad business.The next shop I called--which has much better reviews and ratings than this place--told me it wouldnt be a problem. Glad to have found another artist that has confidence in their abilities.

JD was extremely rude & seemed put out by the design requests we had. He pretty much said he hated doing “designs like that”. I’m glad I got a bad vibe from him, I wouldn’t want him doing any of my work, now, or in the future. ZERO people skills.

They were really professional and nice. we were laughing throughout the experience and really enjoyed it and highly recommend. We got in at noon and were seen right away.

So I got a word tattoo from Stella and she was amazing !!!! I read the reviews and it seemed as if all the bad reviews had to deal with the fact that people didnt like being told that their ideas on types and size and placement of tattoos were not a good idea.... Stella gave me good advice on placement, size ,what worked and what wont and being a novice I took her professional advice and loved it .

Stella is my ultimate go to for anything gothic/witchy/out of the ordinary. This is now my second tattoo from her and I couldnt be happier. Shes able to put my scrambled ideas into a beautiful reality, while putting up with me too. I make about a 3 hour drive for her, and that aint stopping anytime soon.

1. There was rarely any staff in the room with no greeting into their shop.Once I was able to get a staff member, I asked them to retouch a tattoo that my friend got FROM A DIFFERENT TATTOO PARLOR.2. They said to go back to the original tattoo parlor that they got it from. Really? Why would you decline income to your shop? Oh, and she (the one staff in the room) gave us a rude mono-tone voice.3. I dont care if you, the readers, read this or not; just consider the thought of going to another tattoo parlor because this place DOESNT do other artist touch-ups.

This place is amazing, me and my girlfriend got tatoos here. The atmo was very smooth and calm but very cool. Service was amazing. The ownet came out 2 hours after closing time to get our tattoos done. Very clean and professional shop. Would go there again in a heartbeat.

I got my second tattoo(My largest one) here with my younger sister who was also in for a tattoo,We got this place recommend by my aunt.I brought a drawing of what I wanted and told J.D to put his own artists spin on it,What he brought back was perfection,He drew up something I didnt know I wanted,it was more me and costume.Once done I was more then happy with my piece and I will be coming back for my third tattoo.What I like most about Abyss are that the artist are real and tell you the truth,They told me where the best place was to place the tattoo I wanted and most important, where to put it so it will look good in the long run.The artist understand tattoos and how they work with the shape of the body and thats something you dont find just anywhere,When J.D and I discussed placement he told me where it would work and where it wouldt and trust me 10 years down the road thats whats gonna be important.I would and have recommended this place to all my friends, those who are new to tattoos and those who are vets to the tattoo worldThese are true artist who take pride in their work and will consult you through the process and thats something that is lacking in the Tattoo industry.The place was very clean and the artist give very clear instruction on how to take care of my tattoos.The atmosphere of the place is that of a true tattoo shop,When you walk in you know what their about and the cool thing is the walls are decorated with all the tattoo artist Art(Drawings and portraits etc.) which is nice when trying to figure out a style for your tattoo.In the end when getting something thats permeant you want someone to be real,to be truthful and thats what this place providesJ.D and stella are great artist and by the end of my session became good friends

I’ve gotten several pieces by Stella and JD and they have always turned out amazing. They’re hilarious and open minded. Not for the faint hearted but you’ll never regret choosing anyone at this shop.

We drive for 3 hours out because the artists are so talented and make our ideas reality. So far weve done this twice but plan for more in the future. 27 out of 16 would recommend

DO NOT GET YOUR TATTOO AT ABYSS TATTOO!!! ESPECIALLY BY JD! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE! In December of 2012, we all took a journey up to Eureka Springs for the weekend. My girlfriend and a couple others decided to get tattoos so we went hunting for a parlor. We didnt actually like most of the parlors we came across, either they were limited in what they could do or they were just horribly rude which was out of the ordinary because the locals are usually amazingly friendly. Last but not least we come to Abyss. There were 3 people in there that all seemed friendly, skilled and confident. As the tattoos were done, we left satisfied. As some time passes by and it heals up, we notice some fading, some lines that were not quite connected and some spots that were not completely filled in. From a distance it looks fine, but close up its very visible. We went up there in May of 2013 (the next time we were in Eureka Springs) and asked to speak to the guy that did it JD is his name. He was outside on the balcony so we went and ever so nicely asked if he did touch ups. He was slouched in a chair wearing unnecessary sunglasses and looked like he hated the world. I then thought to myself...a little too much to drink last night when you have work the next morning mate? In a very rude tone, he asked to see it. He very quickly glanced at it, still wearing his dark sunglasses and said, Well...whats wrong with it?! I dont see anything wrong Confused at his terrible reaction, we then began to point things out on the tattoo itself that we wanted to be touched up. Still rude as hell and still wearing sunglasses, not looking at us he began to bullcrap us by saying well its going to be too dark in this area, it will make it look worse than it already does, noooo, its supposed to look like that, kind of faded into grey *he continues to babble*...excuse me? Are you listening to yourself? I got the impression that he was trying to make my girlfriend look stupid, I very much so didnt appreciate that. So then he began to kind of shew us away. Wow, never have I experienced such a terrible customer service experience. If he was lazy and didnt want to do it, he should have just said he didnt have time because he drank too much the night before and was hungover instead of making stuff up lying to us, and trying to make us look dumb. DO NOT GO TO ABYSS TO GET A TATTOO!!! AND AGAIN, ESPECIALLY NOT FROM JD! HEED MY WARNING!

I got a tattoo at the tattoo convention in mtl. The final result was garbage. After visiting serveral shops in mtl and not being convinced by their artist, I found Abyss Tattoo. As soon as I walked in I knew I was at the right place. Art gallery / Tattoo shop. This is my fifth tattoo and after a couple of bad experiences I can tell the difference between artist. Aby is definitely among the top. Her lines are just perfect. Very talented individual.And about the bad reviews...one thing: when I get a tattoo, I want to make sure the person tattooing me can actually draw. If you want a piece of art on you this is the right place.

My wife and I got work done and are very happy with the work that was done on us. Theyre apprentice does a great job! We will be back and request him again.

Rude Rude Rude!!! There are other options in Eureka besides this dump! I would not trust my health & safety with these people. I went in and asked for pricing on the tattoo I wanted and the guy made a thousand excuses as to why he couldnt do it or shouldnt do it. I think it must have been lack of experience but he just couldnt admit it. When I started asking about his credentials and experience, thats when he felt trapped ( I guess) and the rudeness came out. Just admit you cant, dude!!!I wouldnt take a cow here to be branded! UGH! LOL!

Very rude staff threw me out because I was a couple days away from 18 years old and all I wanted was some pricing and ideas. Very unpleased and will be taking my money and review to someone much more professional. Id save my time and money and stay away from this place if I were you.

Greeted swiftly, although, staff was very self riotous and snarky. Left feeling reprimanded for even suggesting an idea... Didnt know tattooing someone elses handwriting is a no no! #illfindsomeoneelse
