Rich is amazing. He has done 2 Helix and they are fabulous. Love the atmosphere, his professionalism but able to relax a bit also. Jewelry is beautiful and affordable. Will be back to finish my ears up.

I made an appointment a few months in advance to see rios. Came down for vacation and on the last few days drove up to get a piece done and It is crazy how detailed and realistic his work is! Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out and already looking forward to seeing him again next year! If you’re looking for a black and white realism tattoo artist rios is the guy to see! Pictures really don’t do his work justice and the pictures look damn amazing! Worth every penny spent!

Rich is phenomenal! He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the piercing process! Furthermore, when my nose piercing started to give me problems a couple months later (no fault to Rich; I had terrible allergies while traveling out of town, resulting in all the things they tell you NOT to do while your piercing heals), Rich took the time to look at my piercing and recommend a solution, which helped almost immediately! When a piercer from another shop switched out my piercing and it ended up being too snug, Rich came to the rescue again! Not only is he great with the piercing process, he goes above and beyond to take care of his clients after the fact. Hes incredibly knowledgeable and just a great human being!

Took my daughter here to get her nose pierced for her birthday. Great experience, piercer was very patient and nice. He took the time to explain everything to her and was gentle,The atmosphere was great, cool decor, clean set up, separate booths and rooms for privacy, comfy couches. Would go again 🖤

Went in for an infected piercing that I got somewhere else. Staff was friendly and the piercer technician who helped me was so patient even though I was nervous from the pain of the infection. I was thoroughly explained my options and decided to remove the piercing. Overall had a great experience there and felt like I was treated very kindly.

Ryan tattooed me and my husband, it was a great experience he was very professional and made sure we were comfortable and liked the design before tattooing. He takes his time and explained what he was doing and gave us recommendations on placement and ways to make the tattoos look more coherent. I am on a quest to get tattooed by all the best artists in Florida. Im working on my left arm sleeve and wanted a big piece for my inner arm. Aislyns beautiful illustrative blackwork style was exactly what I was looking for. I booked the appointment through the email listed on her Instagram and she got me into an open spot with hardly any wait.This would be my second tattoo, and I was super excited going in, so much that I could hardly sleep. Eustis is a great town on the lake, and the vibe at Iron Will both inside and out is top class! The exterior is awesome, while inside is clean and comfortable. I could spend hours just looking around at all the sweet art on the walls!After checking in and signing a waiver, I got to meet Aislyn and knew I made the right choice. She was totally chill and fun to talk to while we got prepared for the tattoo. I loved the design she drew from my idea, I wanted a dark nature scene with salamanders and bird skulls and she absolutely nailed it.The main floor is open but each artist has their own cubicle, very chill for privacy and focused work. I even liked the soundtrack of 90s alt-metal.It was awesome that Aislyn was able to complete such a big tattoo in only about 6 hours. A consummate professional! Even when the work got spicy, I had no problems staying relaxed.Please note that Aislyn has since moved to a new shop, DIVINE ANATOMY - I absolutely plan on going to her for more work, but I would be glad to come back to Iron Will any time! I also recommend to check out the art of James Boag, who I got to see working on an absolutely killer piece while I was there!Im writing this about 3 months later and my tattoo has healed perfectly. Thanks again to Aislyn and Iron Will for an awesome experience that I will treasure for a lifetime!

So, my experience at this shop was about a year ago, but I remember it like it was yesterday because it was the best Ive ever had at a tattoo and piercing shop.The piercer was very thorough with making sure the piercing was straight and in the right place. He had the proper tools to ensure everything was safe and they even offer the cleaning supply you will need for aftercare. Even though it took a good amount of time, I appreciate the effort put in to ensure I knew how to keep me safe and happy.Absolutely recommend.

With multiple tattoos, this one was by far my favorite hands down. The shop was super clean, appropriately segregated work spaces, with a nice lounge area. My artist (Rios) was not only personable and easy to talk to for the 5+ hour tattoo, but was hands down the best artist Ive visited to date. His portfolio blew my mind, and the work on my arm is no exception. While he specializes in Grey scale, all of the artists there are amazing. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the central Florida area.

I go here for my piercings and Ive never had a problem with healing. Very clean, the piercer is really nice and good at calming my nerves since Im always nervous when getting pierced.

I just left after getting piercings done. Rich was FANTASTIC. He is super professional, and big on hygiene. He answered all my questions and concerns. He overall did such a good job i will recommend him to anyone in the past.

I like the place. Clean. Spacious. I like the tattoo pieces my daughter got. They look great. Dustin was great. I still dont like the whole watching someone stab needles pens into my daughter... but she is grown and I hold her hand in support. There may be a moody looking pic of me staring down the tattoo artist but I cant help it. #momming

Dylan did an excellent job with my mother, making her feel at ease and cracking some jokes, and also gave me an amazing blue aster tattoo. Ive been here for both a septum piercing and a large tattoo on my arm. Rich did a great job on my septum piercing, very clean, quick, and it healed perfectly.Got a tattoo from Dylan and im over the moon with how well it turned out. The entire shop is filled to the brim with amazing artists and great work all around. I cant wait to come back.

Chose this shop to get a nose piercing on my birthday (10/12) based on the great reviews, and I was not disappointed! I called ahead to inquire about wether an appointment was needed and spoke to Rich who was very friendly and professional. I managed to get there with my cousin about 30 mins prior their closing time at 7pm. Rich did my piercing, and delivered stellar customer service to not only me but, other customers who were coming in or calling right at closing. I was very impressed by the level of customer service provided, and his willingness to stay open after hours to take care of his customers. I’ll be moving to Florida soon, and will continue to use this business for all my piercing needs. Thanks Rich for your professionalism, and stellar customer service! You rock!!

Can never go wrong here with the piercings and customer service. From the beautiful girls greeting you to the piercer itself and his experience and knowledge with your piercings. Would highly recommend. He makes you feel as comfortable as possible.

Got my septum piercing and it was super comfy experience! I have major anxiety, and I was oddly calm there! Next to no pain, at all, from the start. Have 0 issues with healing, about 3-4 weeks later.

Today my wife and I called to make an appointment and thankfully someone canceled. We went in and got some ink and piercings. This place is great. The staff are friendly and welcoming as well as the environment is clean and comfortable. Rios did my ink and he did a great job. I highly recommend this shop. The prices are the BEST on the area and the work is great.

Got my ears pierced for the first time here. Couldn’t have picked a better place to get it done! Rich was super thorough and clear when telling me what he was gonna do, how he would do it, and was very informative. Everything was sterile and clean. I got very faint because I hadn’t eaten all day. Luckily, Rich had candies on standby to help raise my low blood sugar. You could tell he cared that I had the best experience! Definitely would go back to get more piercings done.

Kim is an incredible artist. I was a walk in and pressed on time and she gave me a perfect tattoo that I requested within 45 minutes. I had shopped around getting quotes that were very expensive and time consuming. This was not the case with Kim. She was booked out for weeks and I was lucky to catch her in a lull. Thank you very much Kim. She is highly recommended by me!

I was looking for a local place since moving to Lake County. I had heard about James Boag through a mutual friend and started following him on Instagram. This guy is beyond amazing. I booked my appointment in March for an April appointment and it was worth the wait. I have received so many compliments on my Wonder Woman tattoo I need to start passing out their business cards.The shop is very clean and everyone you encounter is friendly and makes you feel welcome.

Me and my boyfriend went here about 2 weeks ago. The service was okay. One of the artists got us in because her appointment didnt come in..which was nice of her. But her art was sloppy and she seemed a little messy in general. His tattoo was simple and even when he wanted the sketch corrected, she was kinda reluctant and a little rude. We will not be returning to her.

Artist Will has very clean, straight lines and shading. The tattoo is slightly heavy handed, but also has very thick lines per my request, so it was to be expected.Instagram isn’t the best way to get ahold of the artists or business, but is to be expected with such a highly rated shop. Recommend calling far in advance. For appointments.

I’ve been to see James Boag several times and I can say, hands down, he is the most talented tattoo artist I’ve ever been to. The shop is very clean , everyone who works there is friendly, and most important , the Ink is insanely high quality .

Never got a tattoo here but the staff was great! They were booked and kept their promise to contact me when an opening came up. I ended up going else where but nevertheless I will return to this place if I’m ever back in town.

Went in to find a plastic backing for my labret piercing and ended up wanting a hoop that would hug close to my lip and not be hitting my teeth or bothering when I ate. I ended up buying one that was in a complete, hard, circle and ended up being a Guage bigger than what I originally had. I asked if he could help put it in and he did almost a new piercing again. Only charged me the price of the labret ring so I gave him an extra 5 dollar tip! Highly recommended and will be going back for another piercing/tattoo soon!!

Went here to get a Venom tongue piercing done my piercer was rich is very knowledgeable and check whether or not I was able to get the piercing so he wont just Pierce you even though you shouldnt get the piercing which is good I found a very knowledgeable and down-to-earth but yet very attentive and willing to work with you even if it takes a little patience just to get some of the trickier piercing done I went back from my follow up after my swelling went down in a few days to get shorter bars in as they were irritating my salivary glands since I got both piercings done for my Venom piercing at the same time it all went smoothly even gave me a discount for doing two piercings at once really nice guy recommend them 10 out of 10 everythings very sterile I had no worries or doubt in my mind that anything was going to happen in regards to that I even talked to some of the tattoo artist about possibly getting some work done and I plan on going back my mom sister and brother have already gotten work done there so I definitely recommend it everyones really nice friendly and welcoming can go wrong thank you Iron Will tattoo
