Ive been a patient of Mandy Sauler for several years...I was incredibly lucky to have found her. The wings of my eyebrows had disappeared and I had become a slave to an eyebrow pencil. No matter how careful one is, one can never make their brows symmetrical while doing it yourself. From the first session with Mandy I came out with Perfect brows .I have people asking me how I do my brows so well - my brows look natural and are now totally carefree. Mandy has an uncanny eye for giving a person a very natural look - no one would ever know my brows were tattooed, unless I told them. I see her about 2x a year for a touchup. My brows are natural looking and totally carefree. Mandy is a true professional and does a fabulous job - I couldnt be happier that I went to her initially, and have her for maintenance. Their work is immaculate and I could not have foreseen how much it would boost my confidence. I heard about Mandys 3D nipple tattooing shortly after I was diagnosed with breast cancer. After my double mastectomy and implant reconstruction, I compared her work vs others since its a very unique area. I wanted an expert so I booked with Mandy and could not be happier with my decision! Not only did she create beautiful nipples for me, but they looked better than my real ones had! My eyes filled with tears the moment I stood up and saw them...Ive shown many friends my new breasts and they are always stunned with the 3D design. Even up close, they cant believe theyre tattoos. After losing my breasts to cancer, Mandys work made me feel like a woman again. I cant thank her enough for making me feel complete.

Mandy did a phenomenal job on my eyebrows. I am very light so I was afraid I would come out with eyebrows that were too dark and looked crazy. But the shading was a perfect light taupe ash color that blended perfectly with my skin and hair. She also recommended that I do microshadowing instead of microblading due to my skin type which I appreciated her extra care and knowledge. I returned and brought my mother who was ecstatic with her results as well!!

The Sauler institute of tattooing gave me back my confidence and made me feel complete after having a double mastectomy because of breast cancer. The office is very clean the staff is so friendly. I went with my daughter to have my Areola’s tattooed on and they did a great job. It came out so good and the 3D tattoo to look like a nipple was amazing. They made me feel complete as a woman and brought me to tears of how great of a job the did. I highly recommend them I will forever be grateful.

I traveled all the way from Georgia because I had a hard time finding the right place for great service and at a good price.Mrs. Mandy and her staff are very professional, they gave me a comforting experience. The facility was nice and clean. I definitely recommend this establishment, they even have a program that offers assistance to patients that have received treatment for cancer. I give them 5 stars.

I had nipple tattoos done after my double mastectomy. Too say you don’t feel like yourself is an understatement. What Sauler did for me was the best gift. I could look at myself and feel like a woman again! I just went for a check up and my doctor said they were the best she has ever seen!! What they do for so many people is just amazing!

A few years ago Mandy did the most beautiful , natural enhancement to my eyebrows . As I and my friends are aging I notice their eyebrows are sparse and disappearing while mine remain quite nice . Mandy truly does the best work!

The office manager Carla was so helpful from my first phone call to the last. Just loved her attentiveness to everything. Now lets talk about Kris Fernicola who did the actual tattooing of my areola. WOW she is absolutely AMAZING!!! The whole process took about 3 hours. She took her time spoke with me asked me what i wanted. Just the best. Our conversations were personal and sweet. Thank your for the most amazing experience. When you are diagnosed with breast cancer and then have to go thru the process of a Mastectomy knowing that your last step to the process ends with the most amazing people, is very comforting.

Not only Mandy is a great professional, she is the most pleasant and kindest person. Her work was implacable and I felt that she truly cared about me. I visited in her Manhattan office and my appointment was just on time, no waiting whatsoever.

I am a permanent makeup artist and trainer (for over 7 years) and I had been searching for the BEST trainer in camouflage and scar correction in the US, when I found Mandy. I was looking to expand my services, and learn more!....So, super excited, I flew over to Pennsylvania to get a 3 day, one on one, in person training with her. I am so glad I found her, and even happier that she had the time to dedicate to me because I learned SO much from her. This was by far the best tattoo I ever received. After my unilateral mastectomy and the loss of my right nipple I didnt really feel whole. Yes I have an implant and so with clothes on everything looks right but... After my tattoo- which let me tell you how real it looks is astonishing I now look in the mirror and I feel whole again.

I was a model a few years back for nipple tattoos after BMX and re-construction and I was extremely happy with the results. I would love to get a refresh and would not mind being a model again. I would recommend Sauler to anyone in the same situation

I had a nipple tattoo after my mastectomy. I was literally crying and stopped the process because it hurt so bad. I was just going to leave, at that point the artist offered up numbing cream. Why wait so long? A couple years later not fully satisfied with the coloring. And I do not want to pay to fix it

The rep from the Institute went out of her way to accommodate the dates I could come in by squeezing me in before my coverage ended. The rep also assisted me with the number to see if I could qualify for financial assistance with the Tattoo due to the loss of my job. The tattoo came out beautiful.

I cant say enough about Mandy and Sauler Institute. Not only was the entire experience extremely professional (and sanitary) the talent of Mandy is mind blowing. I had scars on both knees from childhood and no surgeon over the years could recommended a way to rid. They were significantly lighter than the surrounding skin and that is all I would see when looking at my legs. I would avoid shorts and shorter skirts and use makeup when I could if I had to expose my knees. Now you cannot even see my scars. One trip to Mandy and all wounds gone! Highly recommend. Truly gifted. Thank you, so much. Loving my legs now. Did not even hurt at all...never go a tattoo before...now at 64 thinking maybe...lol. Thank you, Sauler Institute of Tattooing.

Took the fundamentals course with Mandy and her team January 2019. It was well orchestrated and structured for practical hands-on learning. The atmosphere and culture was very open and receptive to fostering learning for whatever background you came from. Mandy and her team are irretrievably passionate about what they do, and are true leaders in the medical tattooing industry. When it comes to education and skills you get what you pay for. This course is inevitability an investment, but a worthwhile one if your determined to have a strong starting point with medical tattooing.

I am totally satisfied with my experience at the Bryn Mawr office! Artist Maddy exceeded all expectations. I couldnt believe how she was able to design and create bilateral areola/nipples in less than 2 hours! The results are amazing. In art this technique would be called Trompe-lœil, painting that is an optical illusion and tricks the eye into perceiving the work as three dimensional. Its been 16 years since my initial post mastectomy reconstruction surgery (I didnt do nipple reconstruction) and it was worth the wait! Thank you, Madeline!

I attended the nipple and areola tattoo course back in March 2021 and found it to be unbelievably helpful. It was life changing for both my skills but also for my patients. I highly recommend this course.

Ive received the worst customer service from this so called school. I spent 25% of balance for their advanced areola construction course which came up to over $800. When I initially paid for the deposit, the site did not state that the deposit was non refundable. I signed their contract but had the wrong date (I was one day off), and I received an email stating my contract was legally invalid. That same day, they stated that my blood borne pathogens certificate was not from a company they use (mine was from the Red Cross), and I was not interested spending any additional money on any bloodborne pathogens certificate when I already have one from the Red Cross. I then requested that my money be refunded, and they did not return anything to me. The refund conversation was immediately after I paid my deposit, so it was not like I waited until the last minute to request my money back. I did not receive a service, the company stated that my contract was invalid, so why did I not receive my money back? Awful business practices and I would not recommend this company.

Just had my eyebrows, upper eyeliner, and lower eyeliner refreshed at the Plymouth Meeting office. It looks amazing! I had a great experience! You should try it!

NJ Blue Cross/Blue Shield NJ Horizon says this is a covered procedure. As a consolation prize for a $50.00 fee, I can be a guinea pig with a newbie tattooist. SHAME ON YOU MANDY.
