Was a great experience. First time there, just decided to walk in, no appointment. Was greeted upon coming in, I was fortunate someone rescheduled and they had a open window, Lexy did a fantastic job drawing up what I asked for and took care of me right away. Very happy with her work. Thanks Honeymoon tatoo and Lexy for the ink. 5stars.

Matt and Lexie are super nice and easygoing. I walked in and Matt had just enough time to give me these roses I wanted, added near the leaves that I already had. My dad was able to make a same day appointment to get a memorial cross. When an appointment didnt show up they called my dad immediately and allowed him to come in early for his tattoo. Im very happy with Matts work and would recommend him to anyone! They both were very nice to talk to and I will be coming back when I want another piece done.

This shop is fantastic. Everyone in the shop are very friendly and eager to help you get the tattoo you want. I received my second tattoo from artist Jason Ross. I came in with an idea and Jason hit it out of the park. The design he came up with went far beyond my expectations. When the tattoo was completed, I was truly impressed. I cannot recommend this shop and Jason Ross more. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed .

I got an olive branch tattoo here a few weeks ago and I never couldve imagined the experience I under taken. Really nice down to earth guys who are really enjoyable to talk to. Andy was my artist and Im definitely requesting him again for my next tattoo in a few weeks as he did a wonderful job

Unfortunately completely disappointed and pissed with the tattoo I got from Ross. After seeing plenty of his work on people I know,I booked an appointment to get a tatoo, I gave him a drawing of what I wanted. Super simple. Almost 200 (160 plus 20 plus tip before tatoo) later stuck with a permanently messed up tattoo forever. Called to express my frustration and was pretty much met with oh well . Avoid this place like the plague. Cant fix permanent and never even received a follow up call.

I have nothing but good words for this shop. I was greeted promptly when arriving and the lady in the front was very nice. I scheduled to get a tattoo done at 7pm and when I arrived my artist Lexy was ready, had the outline done and ready to work. Lexy was quick, very professional, and had a great attitude. The cleanliness of the shop, tools, and work stations was a very nice sight to see. Lexy was very detail oriented and even asked for a 2nd pair of eyes to confirm she had the piece straight. Thank you again Lexy, will for sure be returning to get more work and will be recommending my friends to this shop.

Lexi was amazing. She did such an amazing job and helped me work through a couple of difficult moments. She made me feel comfortable throughout my entire experience. I will diffently have her do my next tattoo. Do yourself a favor and get your next tattoo at Honeymoon tattoo.

Ive gotten two tattoos from Matt and I love both of them! He did my great grandmas memorial tattoo on my lower back and my sun and moon tattoo on my sternum today, definitely coming back for another once I save up !

I cannot say enough good things about this shop and specifically the artist I worked with today, Alex. He is extremely talented, personable and professional. Not only was Alex great, so was Jordan who also helped me out with getting set up. She was attentive, caring and friendly. She even offered me water while I waited and even went in to check if I wanted more while I got my tattoo. Everyone here takes pride in their work and it absolutely shows. I will definitely be back and keeping this place as “my go to shop”. What more could you ask for? Great people, clean, fair priced and some of the bed damn work

I originally got an O at another shop a while back, it was all sorts of messed up! I walked in looking for someone to help me fix and add on onto my wrist. Alex helped me out and did an amazing job! Super chill and does amazing work! Everyone was nice and helpful! Love the fact they are honest. Highly recommend! Definitely will be going back!

Best tattoo shop in the Fair Oaks area hands down. I have seen them for almost all of my tattoos and every time Ive gone Ive had a positive experience. They are very professional, the store is clean and run by very nice people. Alex at the front desk is always friendly. Ive been tattooed by Sam, Jason, and Matt and they are all very professional and take pride in their art. I get so many compliments on my Tattoos and I have recommended family and friends to them and they love their tattoos. Only good things to say about this place and they are affordable

Been coming here once a month for the last 2 years to get tattooed. Love this shop, and everyone who works here. Super friendly, solid artists. Jordan and Ross are my favs. Located in old town Fair Oaks on a lively little street with small but adequate parking. Come make an appt, leave a deposit, and get tattooed!

Ill do a new and updated review, once I get the tattoo. The young lady that helped me was very nice and realistic with the quote , and was upfront with the artists being booked up for atleast 2 1/2 weeks, so I did not hesitate to make an appointment, professionalism like that just speaks volumes of the character of each person in the shop. Im very excited to get my tattoo done on the 28th

Just let me say this..everybody there on today was so nice [Alex, Jordan, Andy, Lexi and even the dog Romeo :) (my first time here). Alex did an excellent job on my tattoo (I will be back not sure when but I will) Its not inexpensive (just depends on what you getting I believe) but trust and believe it is well worth your money by any of the tattoo artist(s) here at Honeymoon. Thank you Alex wont forget you did my tattoo 2 days before my 44th birthday.. My present to myself.. Look forward to getting more work done..I love it..thank you Alex.. God bless

Oh my god! I LOVED this place. They are the sweetest people ever! Not to mention how helpful they are too. Some friends and I came here for my first tattoo and it was the best experience I could have had as well as my friends’ favorite experience too(and they’ve gone to a bunch of different places. The standard of excellence and customer service here are hard to find. The staff is made up of well seasoned artists, who are all very knowledgeable and professional, and have excellent suggestions. Ive had three of the staff members tattoo me, and the design work that theyve done has been excellent.All of this is housed in an incredibly clean, and comfortable environment.

Ive been coming here for a few years now and I absolutely wouldnt go anywhere else. Both my best friend and I see Jason and we definitely recommend him. The cleanest, most professional shop that I know of, and every artist here produces amazing work. Went and got a forearm tat done and it was an unforgetable experience. Alex was the man at describing limits to the tattoo sample I brought in. Even though he isnt a tattoo artist. And Matt was on point with his knowledge when he did my tattoo. Best place to get a tattoo with strong meanings behind them. They are incredibly friendly and understanding.

I was a walk in for my first tattoo and was blessed to have met the amazing staff especially my official tattoo artist , Jason Ross. After much planning. I knew what I wanted but I still needed some guidance and artist input on the placement, size and font style. Ross (as he prefers to be called) is honest, experienced and knowledgeable and easily helped me with all of my questions and it was stress-free and fun. Hes fast, thorough and reasonably priced. Ive been back for more after getting that first tattoo and wont be stopping anytime soon. All the artists are amazing here, and the environment is clean, and welcoming with a family feel while still maintaining professionalism. 💙

I dont usually leave reviews, but I really have to share how happy I am to have gone with Honeymoon Tattoo for my latest tattoo. They were extremely professional, very affordable, and the work is astounding! Sam just did an amazing mandala above my ankle and it is so beautiful. I absolutely love it!! I have had nothing but compliments all day and people stopping me everywhere I go to gush over how awesome it looks... and I have only had it for 24 hours! I tell everyone who asks about it to go see Sam at Honeymoon Tattoo. I will definitely be coming back for more work in the very near future!! Thank you Sam!!

I always go to new tattoo shops whether it’s locally or on a trip and it’s extremely difficult to find artists that truly care and take their time especially in California I’ve noticed. I gave this shop a chance and it was very very expensive for the small pieces I wanted done so I figured it would be amazing quality but unfortunately it is not. Line work is terrible I’m going to have to get basically whole thing touched up. It’s very disappointing because it’s a cool shop but I think artists should take more time and focus on the tattoo they’re permanently putting on someone’s skin rather than talking to other people and rushing. I have over 30 tattoos and this is my worst experience so far.

No long wait, they listened to our request, made sure, we and they, agreed. No hidden fee or surprises, ours was a simple tattoo, but it came out perfect. Even adjusted the primary color a bit in muddle of it, per wifes request.

I had my last tattoo done here and Im really happy with it! I went in to get a fairly fresh scar covered up and they appropriately advised me to wait until the scar is healed a little better, and what I can do to help the process. I know plenty of shops that dont care and wouldnt have given me the proper advice. Ill definitely be coming back in a few months to get that scar covered when its ready!

Would definitely recommend this place I went in today for my first tattoo and got my fingers done. They warned me that the ink may bleed a bit but the final product looks so clean and crisp. The artist was really good about working with me to give me what I want with placement that makes the most sense and I couldnt be more satisfied.

Tony is Uh-mazing! Went to several places (including Fat Cat) looking for someone to listen to my concept and make it a reality. Tony had my confidence day one, and he has truly continued to impress. We are not yet done, and Im so happy that I just had to give him a shout out! PS everyone there is professional and welcoming, seriously met the owner and didnt even realize it. Great group of people! Cant wait to go back and finish my sleeve!

This place was clean and the people were so nice! I love how they draw out what you want and make sure youre happy with it before they begin! This was my first tattoo and they were informative and gave me all the instruction of what they were going to do and how to care for it while it heals! I would definitely recommend this place 😊

Best artists and the cleanest most professional shop you could imagine. I have had the privilege to be tattooed by everyone in Honeymoon and these guys are some of the best in the world! Andy Campoy really has created one of the most amazing tattoo parlors. Top notch service and work, this is the only place I would recommend!!

My boyfriend and i were on vacation from CO and scoped out tattoo shops before choosing Honey moon tattoo. I chose it because they had great ratings and reviews. Im so glad i did we are both so happy with what we got. The guys were awesome!! We will definetly be returning in future vacations to Come! Thank you Jason and Matt!!

Not a happy camper. He didnt draw up my design until I arrived. Paid $400 for an ankle bracelet tattoo and the lines werent even straight. Now I have to find someone else to fix. Didnt feel they were professional at all.

I don’t know why it took me so long to say anything, but there have been quite a few months that I’ve been referring friends to this place. I had a fairly large work done here, and Sam nailed it. In fact, it came out better than I expected. It’s clean, it’s courteous, and I’m never going anywhere else for possible future updates.

He made sure I was ok at every point and I was very happy with my tattoo he took my ideas and made it an original very happy customer.... Matt didnt do a very good job with is line work some different sized lines throughout and in one spot went out side of what he was supposed to do over charged for a super simple tattoo i wouldnt send anyone there unless i wanted them to look stupid definitely going to have to get some else to fix his mistakes definitely did not take his time very rushed i wouldnt have gotten it from him if i knew how it was going to be very disappointing

Rudest most unprofessional place Ive been. When walking up was rudely asked what I was there for, when I said to make an appointment attitude turned friendly. When speaking for a disabled friend we were told he had to speak, I couldnt speak for him as I always do. Then was told to make an appointment would need a $60 deposit. We walked right out and will never go back.
