Paul is an amazing artist. Absolutely love my Phoenix. He is efficient and a good guy to boot. Keeps you in the loop on everything he is doing. Hell get all my business, absolutely amazing guy and shop. On a scale of 1 to 10, i give it a 15.

My daughter and I did a walk-in and were greeted right away by Dash, who was also our artist. He did an amazing job with the art and placement! Would recommend this shop! Good quality work and friendly, talented artists.

I saw a design online that I just had to have . Communication and booking was great and fast . Dash made my experience to a new shop and artist amazing and comfortable . He took his time and truly cares about his quality of work . I will be back for him to work his magic on my next piece soon !!!

Went here for a couples tattoo with my wife. Dusty took plenty of time go the designs he had come up with and get out feedback. Throughout the whole process he was fun, kind, and collaborative. The shop as a whole is clean and welcoming. The other artists that were there were friendly and professional. Overall great experience. Already looking forward to scheduling another tattoo!

Went into the shop today for a memorial price for my grandmother. Way better than I could imagine. Paul took his time great conversation really paid attention to what I wanted. He was very thorough and explained everything. His shop and crew are the epitome of professionalism. Definitely recommend! Thanks again Paul, Liz, Justin guy that sat in the back. This place is absolutely amazing! I have been here for three tattoos now and cannot wait to come back. The staff are all extremely friendly and nonjudgmental, which allowed me to be comfortable with working with them. I worked with Will for my first two tattoos and he was extremely helpful in putting my ideas to ink. My third tattoo was with Paul who blew my tattoo out of the water. He was extremely kind and was so easy to work with, it made the experience that much more enjoyable. I have so many tattoo ideas, I cant wait to come back. Highly recommend!!

The wife and I set up a couples session with Dash, and we have both been to other shops prior to this visit. Dash set the stage and couldnt have made us feel more welcomed right off the rip!! Dash performed some magic and made a few minor adjustments which provided us some options to pick from. We absolutely loved the tweeks and decided to use his alterations. Our visit was prompted by a high praises from a friend, she was spot on and we will absolutely extend the same praises abd recommendations to all that ask!The facility was super clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Dash was amazing. I came in on a Saturday impulsively and told him what I wanted to get. He immediately got to drawing something up for me. Dash made sure everything was to my liking no matter how many times we had to move the stencil. Definitely will be going back here soon for another one!

Everyone I briefly met at the shop was kind and very personable. Very clean and well maintained shop. My artist Dash did an amazing job talking me through the process and aftercare. I am very pleased with the work he did for me, and cannot wait to book again.

Went in for my wifes birthday to get each of our first tattoos and we couldnt be happier with the results! Paul did an amazing job putting together a design I described and making it look awesome! I had made a post in a tattoo Group showing my ideas and stating my budget.He commented on it that he would love to do it for me. I thought that was us aggreeing on the price! I do have screenshots of this🤔🤔i reach out pay the deposit ,the tattoo comes.He does not confirm the price before starting Im still expecting 500ish. It ends up more like 700🫠😵‍💫i was so embarrassed to text my spouse to cover the rest.I try to understand why the difference and he says well thats my price and get irritated. Tattoo is gorg🖤 not fully finished but what is is good! That said I wont go back.paul was the artist.despite shops claim no I charge this hourly was told beforehand.but he is the owner so response expected. I paid 100 deposit,275 cash,328 debit not counting the 40 tip. If I was aware of the hourly price before hand I would of reinforced the budget. Sadly ruined an excited about event.Brightside: shop was lovely and clean

Paul did a tattoo on me a few years ago and I was amazed how easily he turned my vision into my dream tattoo. Fast forward 3 years later and he did it again! This is such a relaxed, chill shop. All personalities welcome. And hands down the cleanest shop I’ve ever stepped foot in. All his artists are wonderful! I will never go to another shop. No advertisements needed. Their work speaks for the shop. Paul definitely has a lifetime client with me! And I’ll be sending many people his way!

Professional, clean, attention to detail, accommodating. I had a cover up done by Paul. He custom designed my cover up and I couldn’t have asked for any better. They place a high level of importance on you getting exactly what you want as well as your comfort during your session. Stellar shop.

Paul was great. He took what I wanted and gave me some experienced guidance so that the end result exceeded the vision I had in my head. This was my first tattoo and he went over each step of the process thoroughly and clearly. He gave detailed instructions about aftercare, as well.

Had an appointment with Paul at 4, I was done by 5:17 and it is one of the best tattoos I have. His line work is on point. He did super good on my dads signature. I even booked another appointment while I was there. I definitely recommend going to Royal Prevail Tattoo.

Will was so fun, and engaging during our sessions. He made time for multiple siblings tattoos and made our experience so fun. Lines were super clean and coloring is top knotch. I will never get a tattoo at any other shop ever again. Will is so incredibly talented as an artist in general and this made the process go very smoothly. He was able to to take my vision and turn it into a masterpiece. He took creative freedom in the details and made it so much better than anything I could have asked for. It’s a super chill environment and the staff are so cool and friendly. No doubt I’ll be back!

Paul did an amazing job designing me and my sister’s tattoos and did an amazing job with the detail. We were both super pleased and extremely grateful for the talent and artwork of Paul. I love his work and he’s not afraid to tell you if an idea will work or not. Truly a master of the craft. Shop was extremely clean and comfortable and the saniderm placed on my tattoo afterwards was a nice touch that made those first few tender days of healing much more bearable. I’ll definitely be back.

Dustie and K. Hill did an awesome job on my best friend and I today! I had initially started talking to Dustie about another piece but decided to hold off and get some smaller pieces done with my best friend instead.We both got a matching tattoo and she got 2 other small pieces done by K. Hill and I got 2 more small and 1 medium size piece done by Dustie. Made a half day, girls day out of it.Everyone we met from the other artists to the owner, and the apprentices were wonderful too meet. We threw several ideas at them and initially planned for only a couple pieces but they were more than willing to add on the additional pieces we wanted.Everyone was professional, the shop is immaculately clean, and everyone is so nice and creative! One of my biggest take aways was the fact that every artist seems to have their own niche and they work very well as a team, collaborating on projects, recommending other artists in the shop who could do a better job for a perspective client etc. wonderful environment. We will definitely be back!

My daughter and I went in for matching tattoos, and it was my daughters first tattoo. Kara took care of us and did a fantastic job! Our tattoos match completely and the lines are good. Not to mention, Kara was great with my daughter, answering questions and making her feel comfortable through the process. Royal Prevail is amazing! I got a coverup by Will when I was ghosted by so many shops, and now we are starting a leg sleeve! I have met most of the artists and they are all super talented and down to earth! The shop is an amazing space, super clean and so welcoming! If you want a tattoo, look no further!

I got my first tattoo yesterday by Dustie and every time I look at it I smile. First off I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’m 36 and this was a completely random, fun, pretty, and silly tattoo. Dustie’s instagram definitely caught my eye because he seemed like a personality I would get along with, but also he called himself “The Pinterest Wizard”, and that caught my eye and I connected with that. Especially since mine was so feminine but silly. I decided one day to fill out an inquiry in January because I had it on my New Year’s resolution. He texted me pretty quickly and was extremely responsive. It took a few months but I finally decided which one I wanted and scheduled a meeting. He made me feel extremely safe and welcome and was very responsive to my edits during the consultation. He also talked me through every step before he took it, took his time and checked in with me constantly. The experience was great! I seriously do smile at the tattoo every time I look at it. I haven’t been this happy in awhile. Highly recommend Dustie for whatever your tattoo needs arePS I also wanted to add that everyone who works there was so nice and friendly and professional! Everyone seems to be happy there

Paul at RPT is a great dude! He took me in for a random piece I wanted, worked with my schedule to get me in, and then we booked the next tattoo! He’s been in the business for long enough that he’s gentle (as you can be with a tattoo) while still being precise with his line work and shading. Helped me sit through a large, painful piece and did what he could to keep me comfortable when I was ready to call a quits. Thanks for the sick cover up my man!

Ive been coming to Paul at this shop since earlier this year. Every time is a great experience and I always leave with great work done. I struggled for a while to find an artist I will consistently go to but Im happy to say Paul is my first choice always for anyone asking for recommendations. Every artist I have interacted with has been so wonderful and friendly, tons of talent here, and the shop is clean comfortable and, welcoming. I got my bumblebee at their pride flash event from Kara and I couldnt be happier with it!

BE WARNED TO STAY AWAY. Paul and his wife Liz are horrible people. They make up reasons to stop doing work you’ve already paid for. They talk shot about Will, one of their artists, about how when he was an apprentice he didn’t “pay his share”. They will drop anyone in a second if they feel they don’t have anything to get from you. I received some work by Paul. At first, everything was great until he decided to stop his work before it was finished, and refused to finish it, despite it being paid for. Beware of this place. He threatens to sue anyone that leaves a review with an honest opinion (claims they’re false, but they aren’t) and they even have people leave fake reviews to boost their rating. There are far more reputable and professional tattoo artists in Fairborn. Avoid this place at all cost.

I could not have asked for a better artist for this job. I will definitely be back!Update:I went back for a second tattoo which I absolutely love, however it had a rough heal and needs some touch up. My other tattoo also had a few very small areas that needed touched up. Paul told me that he charges for touch ups, which I understand, its costing him time and supplies. However I do feel most artists that Ive spoken with do not charge for their touch ups. I emailed him multiple times to try and see how much the touchups would cost and gave him a few dates that would work. I would get an email that stated he would look at his schedule and get back to me. I never got an email back. I emailed him to schedule both of my new tattoos and we would get a date set immediately. This experience has left a lot to be desired and at this point Ive decided to take my business elsewhere.

Yall i cant even express how happy i am with this cover up. Like i cant stop thinking about it or posting to my snap story about it (to those who are my friends on Snapchat im sorry because my story is probably a million miles long.) Like with the first one i never felt this excitement or happiness. I had the happiness and excitement of getting a new tattoo but i wasnt anywhere near as happy as i am now. Thank you Paul and Royal Prevail tattoo for making my old candle i wasnt happy with into a candle i cannot stop thinking about. The environment is so amazing and chill and Paul is one of the dopest and chillest tattoo artists ive ever had work on my body and ive got 11 tattoos with 12 artists. I would 10,000% recommend this tattoo parlor and tattoo artist to anyone like I literally made another appointment to come back friday to get another tattoo.

I came in for a small coverup on my collar bone it was three small hearts being covered I showed the artist the picture of the butterfly I wanted done the artist rushed and kept stopping during the session the flowers I asked for with the butterfly are absolutely awful and nothing like what I asked he never finished my tattoo because I was bleeding the artist told me to come back within a week to have it finished I tried contacting back and couldnt get back with anyone now Im stuck with a unfinished awful butterfly for life do your research!

Steve silvey is one of the best on this coast. We are lucky to have his creativity, cleanliness, professionalism and attention to detail in Jacksonville. Go check his work out. It speaks for itself.
