Pure Image Tattoo & Piercing

My daughter and her friend got their belly pierced today and he was very thorough, clean, knowledgeable, and very personable. We were very happy with his work. I would highly recommend! Will go to him again for piercings and tattoos.

It was a great experience and I am planning on going back. It was clean and the owner was very attentive to what I was looking for.

Tommy was great he kept me distracted so i wasnt as focused on the needle and made time go by a lot fast than if we just sat there in silence and the tattoo turned out great. this is a great place to get your first tattoo they talked to me about what I wanted for a half an hour figuring out all the details

I decided to get my first tattoo and ended up coming here and having Joel as my artist. I asked for a very intricate zebra head. Joel informed me of the best size to make it for where I was asking to get it and Im very glad I listened to him. Today I had my second session finishing the tattoo and it looks amazing. Joel and his partner at the shop were very friendly they made the experience fun. Everything was very clean. I took a little longer healing from the first session than usual and was given clear instructions on what I should try. I definitely recommend Pure Image Tattoo. It was a great experience and I see myself going back in the future

I took my daughter there for a spare of the moment nose piercing and they took us right in. Very clean, very professional and reasonably priced. Made her first piercing ever at great experience.

Took my 16 and 14 yr old to get septum piercings. 1000% professional and courteous to my daughters and myself. While we were there I decided to get a nostril piercing and he fit me in no problem! One of the girls lost the ball to their piercing on the way home, called the shop and he helped right away!!! Awesome job and awesome service!!! Would highly recommend! Cannot wait to consult on a tattoo at the shop!!! Thank you so much for being amazing to me and the girls!!!

Tommy did my first tattoo ever and he was really helpful when it came to what I wanted for my first one and I love it! I was a little nervous but he talked me through it the whole time so it wasn’t bad at all. Both Joel and Tommy were extremely nice and talented. I would definitely recommend and would go back again.

Izzie was fantastic! My wife and I went in to get our first tattoos and we were both a little nervous but Izzie walked us through the whole process and the tattoos turned out great. Five star process.

I got my first tattoo done here a year ago and it was super fast. The workers Tommy and Joel were very friendly. I got another one done by a different place and came here today to have it touched up they were once again very friendly and remembered me. They do amazing work definitely where I’m getting all my tattoos from now on

This is a fantastic shop! The owner, Joel, is an awesome artist that makes sure hes doing a perfect job and that youre completely happy with it from start to finish, hes a total perfectionist. His portfolio is top notch and he loves doing original work. I couldnt be happier with the progress of the piece on my leg, and Ill be back for more tattoos from him after its done. Hes a versatile tattoo artist that is very friendly and easy to talk to. The shop is a super clean and friendly environment. Joel drew up several designs to choose from and the end result was even better than expected. Ive had numerous piercings, new tattoos, and a touch up done on an older tattoo- extremely happy with all! I called the shop and asked if they be willing to look at a piercing, which I had concerns about, done by another business. They were more than happy to help. At the shop, they assessed my piercing and even fixed a broken clasp for free and made some recommendations of how to get my healing back on track. I found the studio to be very clean and calm and it didn’t smell of the old burning incense of the late 1990s which my allergies angerily remember . Thanks for your help today! It’s nice to have this in Fairport.

If you want an artist who has one kick-ass portfolio, is experienced, and has an eye for pure perfection, then this is your place. Joel is really serious about originality, and is amazing at font (lettering). I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants a quality tattoo. He does amazing portraits, and loves doing originals. I wish I had more time to get tattooed by Joel- he is one of those artists you dont find often. Clean shop, and really comfortable ambiance; not intimidating, or busy. Somewhere to relax! 5 STARS all the way.

Awesome experience! They were so kind and welcoming from the moment I stepped in the door. I had a pretty irritated piercing that I needed guidance with in terms of care/needed taken out and Joel was extremely gentle and helpful with it all. Was a spontaneous decision with friends to go to get my next tattoo over the Thanksgiving holiday in this cozy shop in Fairport. Joel was friendly, accommodating, patient, precise and professional. He took his time to make sure I/we were satisfied. Loved the decor and the stories behind them. He was able to fit 3 of us in to his day (2 tattoos and a double cartilage piercing) and deliver a positive experience for all. Hes a Very talented artist. Would be happy to return again (from Boston) for my next piece. Talking about doing a larger cover up job. Thank you Joel! I LOVE IT! Absolutely recommend! Great experience. Had my daughters nose pierced and it could not have been a better experience. Guys were great, welcoming, friendly and hilarious! Definitely will go back. Worth the 50 minute drive.

Joel is very professional, and brings a warm welcome when you enter his shop. Set you at ease when you sit in his chair to get a tattoo. His work is very good and has a very light hand. I mean by that is that the pain level is Minimal . I would recommend him to anybody for any tattoos or piercing.

Tommy and Joel are both beyond skilled at their crafts, too good for the village of Fairport, but perfect at the same time. Theyll do good by you, as their artwork is impeccable. Joy to work with.

I had my cartilage (at the top of my ear) pierced 5 days ago and it’s already almost totally healed! He did such a good job and gave me the best post piercing advice. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely incredible artist, incredible experience! i went here for my first tattoo and it was a pretty decent size with some fine detail and i was so scared of the pain but joel kept me laughing and talking the entire time, really easing the pain! 10/10 would recommend this shop for any tattoo they’re incredible! i wish i could give them over 5 stars!

Tommy keeps it real when going about a tattoo design and throughout the tattoo, i am incredibly happy with my piece and how comfortable i was during an almost 3 hour tattoo. clean lines, clean shop and honest artists. definitely reccomend this place

The owner really took a lot of care and effort to properly conduct my piercings. Patient, gentle, and willing to take the time to get it right. It’s obvious that he takes pride in his work and is extremely knowledgeable in his trade. Highly recommended.

Yesterday,I got my nose pierced and the person who did it was super nice, so was the other guy! My nose doesn’t even hurt and that is making me so happy! I will definitely come back in 6 month when my nose is fully healed and get a hoop in my nose!
