I usually do walk ins (piercings) I never have to wait (they usually aren’t busy when I come in) I’ve gotten all my piercings done here, they heal up nicely and quickly. When I got my nose pierced, he suggested that I put a bandage on it before I go to sleep, so it wouldn’t fall out and close up, which was really helpful!! He usually checks in with you before going through with the piercing, to make sure you like the placement n stuff. They also give you a paper for how to clean your piercing and recommendations. The only minus for this place is that they overcharge but oh well.

This place had a decent price, clean utensils, and was helpful with opinions. Everywhere else it seems across a lot more, but this place has everything you need for a definitely lower price. I recommend this please to anyone wanting a piercing

Artist Dan did some special thing for me! So friendly and nice place! Definitely recommend! Already wait to come back for more tattoos!

Messed up a part of my tattoo and will need to get it fixed or covered up. Don’t know if the artist is still there but I would expect a business to be able to admit to fault when they mess up on a tattoo this badly

Went for new piercing jewelry replacement. I knocked out my nose ring and needed another. They were quick efficient and the price was reasonable. I had an irritation bump. I talked to a couple of others and no one knew what to do but they gave me a remedy and it worked. Plan on going there for my other piercings.

Very nice people. My esring ball broke, and I was able to get a new earing for my unique piercing. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable about my needs and was able to show me the perfect earring. The mall itself has only a few open stores, so i was super grateful this store was available. The earing i ordered in amazon was junk.

Came in to get my philtrum jewlry replaced and the swelling was getting bad (pierced at another shop)They were very polite and informative, I was in & out! The piercer had very gentle hands which is always appreciated! Affordable as well, the total being only $26. Cozy, snug atmosphere, had mom n pop energy. Go here!

What a great place! Walked in without an appointment and they were able to accommodate us. Loved the music that they were playing and the relaxed atmosphere. Erik the tattoo artist did an excellent job inking up my old lady (tattoo cherry popped) and gave us the best price. I know where to get my next tattoo.

Raven was very helpful and nice for my cartilage piercing! Thorough and informative and let me know of common misconceptions with piercings. Very fast too! Super satisfied with my piercing.

They changed my septum piercing. It was a bit strange because the piercer didn’t wash her hands prior to putting on gloves. She used hand sanitizer. But that’s understandable being that this is a store in the mall.

I’ve been to crimson heart studio twice in the past month.First time I went in on a walk-in to get a double nostril nose piercings the woman that was piercing that day decided to take me in even after the time they stop piercing. I was very nervous and she made me feel very comfortable and calm,I think that’s big for a first timer.I went in yesterday to get all four of my ear piercings re-pierced (again no appointment) the piercer was very informative about my nickel allergy and gave great information he did a great job.I practically didn’t feel a thing great customer service.The only thing is there was no tattoo artist there which after him explaining he nor the shop was at fault plus I was a walk in.Thank you crimson heart ❤️

Theyre so nice and accommodating. they make sure your experience is as smooth and painless as can be and take the time to inform you fully about how the procedure will go, aftercare, etc. prices are good, too. i got my septum pierced here a few weeks ago and will be coming back if for other piercings on my wishlist, definitely! :)

My sister-in-law wanted to get her ears pierced for over 45 years. She has an intellectual disability and my mother-in-law wouldnt allow her to get them done. She was so excited. I didnt want to go to a small shop where there werent professional piercers. I did a search and found Crimson Heart Studio, called and spoke with Dan. I asked how they pierced ears and if they used a gun, he told me no, that they are professionals and use needles and a barbell. I asked if we had to have an appointment and he told me it was a quiet day at the mall and we could just come in. He did a great job with her, explaining what was going to take place. Everything was sanitary. It was quick and she said it didnt hurt at all. Its only been a few days, were following cleaning instructions and there have been no problems. This was a big deal for her and it made her extremely happy to know that she would no longer need to wear painful clip ons. Thanks Dan!

Had my first facial piercing done a couple weeks ago by a sweet lady here! I had my nipples done back in Arizona and was worried about the healing process considering this one will be publicly visible. She was caring on where the placement was and made it quick and almost painless! :)Definitely my go to place if I decide to get more!(They only take cash I found out, but they do have a $3(?) fee atm inside if needed!)

The employees took great care making sure my daughter was comfortable getting her ears pierced. They walked her through each step and did a great job. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left our experience was great. I highly recommend them

I went here in July 2020 for my very first tattoo. My mom had been there twice before and hers came out decently and she had her nose pierced here. I only wanted small symbols on my left hand. I felt like he rushed but I wasnt too sure until the next day. My mom saw my tattoo and she had wanted to get another anyways. We went together for her to get one on her leg. He had to touch mine up because the lines didnt connect.I feel horrible for my mom. The design was printed perfectly and placed nicely but he did horribly! He went too deep and it didnt heal properly even though she took great care of it.The skin is still damaged 2 years later and the tattoo you cant even tell what it is.We will NEVER be back to them again.My mom is embarrassed about the tattoo and I am sure I will be having my hand tattoo redone again as well.

I liked this place, 🖤 my ONLY “issue” was that after I got my tattoo done he didn’t put a clear bandage over it, or tell me how to maintain it while it heals. ( He might have thought I already knew, and I could have always have asked) with my other tattoos they would put a clear like bandage over it after they finished. The lady that owns it is pretty cool, I’d most definitely back :)

My husband and I were out and about and I decided I wanted to get my nipples pierced. I had them pierced previously but had taken them out prior to giving birth to my first child. I called and spoke with Dan and was able to just come in. He was very friendly and informative. By the way, nipple piercings definitely hurt more the second time lol!

I got two piercings today and the team was great. Very patient and reassuring. The piercings turned out symmetrical. They took their time and made sure that it was perfectly. They made sure I was comfortable and did not rush the process. I have quite a few piercings from different places and I can confidently say that I will be going back if and when I want more

Attempted three times to get some piercings. First time they told me it was cash only. The next time they said it was too late in the day to do them. Third time they were closed when they should have been open. Took my business elsewhere.Bummer b/c I had a pleasant experience for my nose piercing here several years ago.

My friend got her ashley pierced a few days ago and im in awe, the piercer told her they didnt have the correct piercing and so they used a short barbell instead of a flatback with space for swelling, she also pierced it completely side ways, i got my nose and septum pierced here with no issues so i reccomended it but i wont anymore, she was so happy about the piercing and she wasted her money, she went to another piercing place and they reccomended to take it out and get it repierced, so at the end, the piercer should have rejected my friend for the wrong jewlery, AND she should have refunded my friend and told her she messed up the piercing, dissapointed is an understatement.

Overall, really great in my opinion. I got my first tattoo there pretty recently, and the staff were social and friendly. They had nice music playing, and I had a nice time there getting my first tattoo. Definitely plan on returning for another. I dont remember the name of the kind woman who did it for me, but she has black hair, some tattoos of her own, and she made me feel comfortable about it. I was a little nervous about my first tattoo (as most people are) but she was friendly and talked to me, helped calm the mild jitters. The koi fish swimming upstream I wanted came out fantastic, Ive been getting compliments on it. Basically, I really enjoyed it, and I love what I got and plan on returning for another

Took my two girls, and my mother, here today. All four of us had our ears pierced. We had four people to pierce and kept them busy!! Their kindness, patience, and professionalism were all incredible. I definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Crimson Heart! Stacy the tattoo artist did an amazing job on my cover up he provided a sample right on the spot! you cant even tell a name was ever there! I highly recommend their shop, very welcoming, professional, clean and they treat you like family!! I will definitely be sending anyone I know who needs a tatt to their shop!

Went into this awesome little shop to get my first tattoo done last August. Service was great, the receptionist was really nice and made an effort to hold up a genuine human conversation with me, and the artists at the shop are really talented and know what theyre doing. My favorite thing about Crimson Heart is that they are willing to negotiate a good, fair price for your tattoos within your budget and the artwork turns out amazing! Ill be going in to Crimson Heart again for my second tattoo tomorrow. 10/10 would reccommend.

I took my daughter there for an industrial bar. We LOVED it. The piercer is friendly, knowledgeable and polite. She even took time to calm my daughter down before piercing her. Weve gone back and my daughter got 2 nose piercings, second holes in her ears and a septum piercing. Today Ill be taking my 15 yr old in for a septum piercing and Im going for the lip piercing. She is the GREATEST piercer Ive met. Talked us through the whole way, gave us precise info for after care. Will be going back for more piercings. LOVE HER TO DEATH. Would trust no other piercer!!!!!

I got a tattoo from here recently.. it looks horrible, terrible service, rude and was rushed, was not given aftercare instructions. The tattoo was simple wording and looks like a little kid wrote it. Got it yesterday and already scheduled my laser tattoo removal. Don’t come here!

I have attempted to go to this shop twice now. Once on a Sunday afternoon at around 11:30am and the other today, a Saturday at 10am. According to their hours online they are “open now” however that is not the case. You couldn’t even call and talk to anyone because they aren’t there. I spoke with guest services at their location in the mall and was informed “they are always late”. They need to change their hours or come to work on time. I will be taking my business, to buy simple jewelry, elsewhere.

I just went to ask a few questions about getting a couple of my tattoos fixed, and about getting my daughters piercings she wants a a couple tattoos she wants, and the same tattoo my son and daughter want to get, because they are so close to each other. I spoke with Mike, he showed me some of his work hes done some amazing peices of art. Excited to get the Never ending story castle on my thigh fixed, he had a client come in so Ill have to discuss it with him a different time.

This is now the second time I’ve gone to their shop during business hours just to have my time completely wasted by them never showing up. Waited from 10-1 just because I lost a piercing and wanted it replaced before it healed up. Gave up and went to a shop that actually knows how to show up on time. I will never use your shop again. Update your hours if you don’t want to work.

The tattoo artist gal was great to work with! Even though we ran past closing time, she was chill, working with me and taking her time, helping me get the perfect first tatt i wanted. All stars to her!The lady at the counter, though, had not told the artist that I was coming. From the beginning I felt unwelcome. She looked annoyed when I asked if I could see an industrial earring which I then purchased while waiting for my tatt. Sitting there waiting, I tried opening the earring, but couldnt get one side to unscrew. My friend tried to get it open and when it still didnt work, I asked the lady over the counter for help. She curtly said I couldnt try on jewelry in the store and didnt offer to try to see if there was a problem. When I told her it wouldnt unscrew, with a deep sigh, she then went to put on a pair of latex gloves and tried it herself. It worked. I felt unwanted and I wont be going back.

The lady who works in the evening that does the piercings is awesome ( i cant remember her name🤔) I took my daughter there twice to get her nose pierced she let the first one close because the jewelry fell out while she was sleeping and couldnt get it back in which was all her fault because she didnt do what the lady told her to do anyways she made both my daughter and I feel comfortable and had nothing but good vibes she is great!! And Crimson will pierce minors 12 and up with parent consent which I think is fantastic my daughter was 12 the first time so thank you for an excellent experience from start to finish oh and the prices are great cheaper then a lot of other places and great selection of jewelry

Brought the kid in to get her ears pierced. Simple thing, not much to it. Price is a bit high for what it is, but otherwise everything seemed to go well.Update: I was unaware the price of piercings had jumped as high as they did. Not just at Crimson Heart Studio... So I wont fault them for that...

Great experience. Walked in waited for her to finish up with a client then she took care of the gentleman that was obviously there before myself. Answered all my questions and got me taken care of. Read at least a couple dozen reviews before I went and definitely think some people are just rude. It was clean and professional what more can you ask for? My ears look great thanks guys!

Just called to ask a few questions and get clarification about getting my sons ear pierced. The lady was rude and after asking a question she moved the phone away from her mouth and said “my god” like I’m bugging her. My apologies if having you explain a few things is too much work for you to do at the job that you signed up for. Needless to say we wont be going there!

Pretty excellent make sure you know what you want so youll be happy with it!........ after posting 5 star review came back and owner refused to replace under-sized jewelry (it was swollen and is protocol to get oversized jewelry to compensate). She went on to expect praise for referring to BJP to get the correct size. It was kind of funny, she may be bipolar, she seemed so joyful the first time *part of the frustrating part was the piercings cost a small amount and figured it fair to replace when the procedure that costs $160 plus tax was a bulk of the cost which was below standard). They have a pretty cool staff all in all

Was very quick to get an appointment, but not a good job. The artist who did my ink seemed more interested in what his daughter was doing then on how he was doing my tat. I was told no aftercare and when I got home and was able to unwrap, the tattoo lines were all over the place and looked as if a child had drawn a picture. Will not be visiting this place again.

I love my tattoo 😄 it was very clean and organized. There was a bit of a wait but that was understandable as we were just a walk in and the two artists that were there were already working on some fairly big pieces. Great quality and was done exactly how I wanted it

Been coming here for about 3 years for piercings now. The lady has done my moms nose piercing, my lip piercing, and my sisters belly and snug piercings. I am about to get my tongue piercing there this weekend. The minimum they charge is 60$ which i think is a little too much. But EVERYTHING there is sterile, and they really know what theyre doing. Id rather pay 60 and have no infection than paying a shady tattoo shop 40 without guaruntee that everything is sterilized.

This is my second time coming to Crimson Heart Studios. Im very pleased with both of my new tattoos. Bradley has unrivaled artistic skills and an amazing ability to shade and color his work so they appear lifelike. I would recommend him and I look forward to my next tattoo!

I only came in for some jewelry for my nose piercing and specifically told the woman up front that I needed size 22. She took me over and showed me a tray, I asked a few times to double check because they looked a little bigger but she assured me they were all size 22. I got home and they were too big and wouldnt fit. Im pretty sure now that they are an 18 or 20 gauge. Now I am stuck with $32 worth of jewelry that I cant use and its just like throwing away that money. Very disappointed.

Flew 1200 miles to get two tattoos done by the infamous nick suko who knocked out two amazing pieces with his flare on each. The owner raven was a doll and great customer service turned the radio to country just for me. I would totally fly 1200 miles to do this again great shop and people!! :)

I wish I could go lower I legit just paid 180 for a tattoo Saturday and on Tuesdays Is almost completely fadded. Flowed every instruction he did not give me any advice had to ask my mom who has a few tattoos.. didnt ask me what I wanted my number to look like we added in the tattoo he free handed it on my body and I hated it. Really frustrated yet calm about it. I asked hm the price he said 180 went to the desk no more than 30 seconds later he said 185 to the lady. Im not going to get upset over five dollars but its the point of changing it when you have already told me a price with out giving reason why.

I called before coming so I could see if I had time to get a piercing for me and a small tattoo for me friend. When I came into the shop the lady inside was making personal calls about wanting to get pregnant and what coffee she liked for about 5-7 minutes without acknowledging us! THEN the person who was going to do my friends tattoo went out to get some ice cream????? And when he came back he made us wait till he finished? On top of that he seemed to be off some sort of drug, I could tell by the was he was shaking and talking. DON’T GO HERE!

The people that work at and or own Crimson heart Studio are very knowledgeable about the products they offer and the work they do as artist! Everytime I have been there and asked anything, Im not given just a cpl word answer. The knowledge is there, so is the advice and even if they cant help you, they still had a referral for me if things didnt work out! Everything worked out great and I didnt have to go anywhere else! Thank you Crimson Heart Studios!!

I got my tongue pierced here, it took awhile for someone to even acknowledge me when I arrived. And when they did, they were pretty rude. The top part of the piercing is centered, but the bottom is off center. My veins weren’t in the way so that wasn’t the issue. Immediately after she pierced it the tip of my tongue went numb...it’s still numb to this day. I’m pretty sure she hit a nerve and the tip of my tongue will be permanently numb. Do your research before coming here.

Nobody wears masks here. Even when piercing peoples faces when customers cant keep their masks on. I thought maybe this was because staff were vaccinated and felt safe enough to do so but after reading some reviews from 2020 it seems they havent worn masks this whole pandemic. Very unsafe especially when they have to get so close to your face for piercings. I went to a few other local piercing studios and all of them follow covid regulations so I suggest you go anywhere else but here.

Raven was the best! She talked to me the whole time and made sure I was comfortable. I came in thinking it was going to be painful but it was really quick and easy. They make sure to open new packages in front of you and disinfect everything which I really appreciated and helped me calm down a lot more.

Bradley did one of my tattoos and I feel in love with it!!! He drew up the exact same picture as I showed him, and then he tattooed it the exact same way. No differences. Hes now my tattoo artist. I always go to him for tattoos. Soon I will be getting a third, big piece on my back from him. He is awesome!

The staff is awesome...Nick Suko is a true master of his trade...Relaxed atmosphere, conversations and yet very professional..Took time making our tattoos perfect. Would strongly recommend Crimson Heart to anyone wanting a great tattoo....This is my 4th one and the best one...Great for a newbie too

My fiancé and I went to get tattoos done. mine was in memory of my great grandmother, so its very important its perfect. the overall experience was good, they were talkative. they cleaned the chair before and after use and used a clean needle. after everything was done. they wrapped us up and sent us on our way, not even telling us how to clean or take care of our new tats. I had to look it up online. and then after they were all healed the lines on my tattoo were wiggly and in one spot he (dave) veered off the temp line then redid it. my fiancé got the misfits scull, I dont know how they did it but, after healing his tattoo looked like a 1 toothed hobo. the price is low but you get what you pat for and with tattoos spend more for a better tat, itll be on your body forever, right?

I would encourage anyone who wants a piercing, dont go here. I had a Monroe piercing done wrong. Instead of going straight through, she went at an angle with the wrong size jewelry. Now through the advice of another piercer, I need to have it removed and done right. I will not be returning😡😠

The piercing lady completely ignored me.I have five piercings up each ear, an industrial, and septum. I was looking to change out my jewelry and get surgical steel or bioplast, she was serving the person in front of me. She proceeded to completely ignore me and shouted over me to the guy behind me and ask if they had questions. Then beckoned them over to fill out paperwork, still ignoring me. I said well Im just here to buy jewelry and she said No Im talking to that guy.Okay cool I was about to drop $$ on jewelry, but that attitude made me walk out.

Pierced my ears here, very professional and the piercer was kind and funny. They made sure I knew about all the aftercare before I left, my only complaint is I cant find prices listed anywhere besides the sign in the actual store.

I went to this tattoo studio and the artist KJ did not even follow the stencil he recreated everything and did a horrible job I went back there to show the owner the work and she justified everything I requested several times to get a copy of the stencil along with a copy of the original photo I had to ask four times and finally got a copy of the stencil and never got a copy of the photo this place plays profanity music the owner is extremely unprofessional beware! They only take cash payments that means that they are not properly paying the IRS they are super shady!

My daughter just got her belly button pierced and the guy who did it was great! He did a good job at keeping her calm for the most part lol she only got kinda scared as he was gonna do it but I told her in three and he went on my count.

I have gotten many tattoos here over the years and I just stopped by the other day to have a quick one. It turned out great it was fast and quick and service was in and out!!!

I have some mixed feelings about this specific tattoo shop. The first ever tattoo I got was at this place and the tattoo artist at the time did an amazing job and I loved the tattoo he did. I also got my ear pierced here and the lady did a good job. My sister also got a tattoo at this place and the guy who did hers did an amazing job. I decided to get another tattoo today and had very high hopes for it turning out good. Once I arrived, the lady informed me that the tattoo artists who was supposed to tattoo me that day never showed up and so they brought in a new guy. Which was the first red flag (I honestly wish I would had payed attention too). She also informed me that he was a very great guy and did good work. Since I had already good expierences with that place I decided to go along with it. During the tattoo is when I noticed red flag number 2, The stenicle was perfect and the placing was right where I wanted it. Half way through the tattoo I noticed the guy stop after tattooing one of the many lines from my tattoo and just stare at it for a bit and then he continued to tattoo. I found that a bit concerning but since he continued I thought nothing much of it. Red flag number 3 happened when I realized how fast he was tattooing me. It seemed way to fast for the amount of lines he had to tattoo. Finally, after the tattoo was over. I looked at it and from far away it looked completely fine. The real problem happened after I arrived home and had a closer look at my tattoo. Granted the tattoo is a hard type of a tattoo since it basically consists of straight lines and circles but, yet again, i did not expect him to finish so quickly. I found one of the triangles from the design to be completely messed up honestly. It looks like a child had grabbed the tattoo machine and just decided to draw a triangle on my outter thigh. I am so disappointed that this had to happen, especially since I had good feelings for, and trusted this place. Not to mention that they raised the price on me after the tattoo was completed (which I found complete BS for the type of work that was done) Thankfully, I had planned to elaborate on this tattoo and I will be doing so while also getting the triangle fixed at the same time. But this time I will be going somewhere else to get the work done. This place is not bad, but I highly and strongly suggest you get to know your tattoo artist and dont ignore any red flags like I did just because you know the place.

I walked in and seen at least 4 to 5 people sitting around. No one said anything to me. I looked through the artwork and wanted a quote. I even went to the glass counter to look for information and nothing. If they dont accept walk-ins thats fine but they should ALWAYS at least greet the customer. I will also be writing a review on the BBB page. Horrible customer service. It was offensive.

Loved my tattoo, the artist did a great job. Rating for 3 star cause the artist was falling asleep while having the needle in his hands and close to my skin, was afraid he would fall on me. Other than that, was good.

The owner is awesome and friendly. Have had a few of my piercings and tattoos done here. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I went there about a month ago and they did a great job. I got my second lobe piercings there and they were very friendly and sanitary. I’m glad I went there. I’d definitely go again, and probably will.

Im rating 5 because Im not a dick like some people and I understand that people need to eat and sometimes people misscommunicate with one another. I called last minute for a cover up that nobody else had ideas for. They were ready right away. Sure, I had to wait till the artist (Nick) finished his lunch but heres the thing...Dont go get tatted in a hurry, come with enough money plus extra and then a little more for a tip. I payed for 2 cover ups and we only had time to finish 1 of them because we were there till 1:30am. Yes, they stayed late to finish the peice (Much appreciated). We scheduled for the next day and upon arrival, I found out Nick was in jail. Did I get mad??? No. Did I go to another studio??? Nope! I said ok and rescheduled for the following day. Bottom line is...no company is perfect and every artist is different. Dont take away food from someones mouth because ur impatient or because ur expectations are unrealistic. So I went in to get a 3rd row of double lobe piercings and the lady was so nice. I apologize that I dont remember her name but shes got a long blonde pony tail and on point makeup. She was super friendly, talked to me through the whole thing and it was over before I even knew it!!! I love it and her

Got my snake bites done here back in September! healed great, the lady who did my piercings was so sweet.

Only place i go to get tatted! Theyre amazing and so friendly. Had to have a couple breaks with my first tattoo, they were totally patient. Bottom line, i wont go anywhere else.

Great experience i went in yesterday to get my nose pierced and the process was super easy and and quick i was in and out in about 20min Raven did my piercing and was one of the nicest and coolest person ever would definitely recommend you come here!

Quick and easy place! I came in a second time so she could help me with my cartilage jewelry and she also gave me tips on how to subdue the swelling & get rid of a bump I was forming around it (which is now gone)!

Suko is an amazing artist. Clean lines and some incredible original collaborations. Placement is on point, he is meticulous so dont rush him - Ive been able to work with him for almost 5yrs. His pieces get the most compliments and look fresher then newer pieces from other artists! Nick Suko worth the $$$ dont let the mall shop atmosphere scare you away...

Horrible experience here today.. my sister came in to get a tattoo to remember our dead brother by and he said the tattoo was “ugly” said “wouldn’t he want you to get something beautiful”. Disrespectful as all get out. Don’t deserve service.

We ask if we can do a repaint a tattoo and they said that they will do for $100 and if you going to get a tattoo it will probably cost you around $400 but they were nice and helpful for others people

Got my nose piercing here a week ago, staff is so cool, love the lady , her smile outshines the entire store and the dude was pritty cool , quick and easy process and he was actually the first guy to get my piercing right... Thanks guys !! Rock on.

I called ahead before I walked in. I had a picture of what I wanted. For everything happening last minute with no appointment I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Staff was very nice. Will definitely be back for more ink in the future.

Went in for a tattoo and the new tattoo artist Scott did a phenomenal job, his shading and coloring is very exceptional and im a person with darker skin and scott made the tattoo pop with a varity of colors, most tattoo artists wont do color tattoos on darker skin and thats what shows difference in skill from mediocre to a skilled tattoo artist, i show people my tats and they who the hell got these tats to show so well lol his names Scott and works at crimson heart studio.

I had Tank do my tattoo today. He did a great job. Very gentle and professional. Would definitely go back again to him.

Very disappointed went in to make a app it was made for 12:30 and the guy said it would be 60$ arrived on appointment day and was told the app was made for 1 not 12:30 then had to wait till 1:30 for the artist to show then he didnt start till after 2 on my sisters then he did mine the priced changed to 90$ but he said he would do them for 70$ then called made and app to touch up showed up and she put the app for the week before so had to make a new app very poor professionalism

First time into this shop yesterday to get a very special tattoo. Super happy with the result. Would definatly reccomend this shop.

My right ears piercing gets infected and inflamed even with proper care and treatment the hole are off center and don’t compliant my face at all

Got my first tattoo here from Nick a couple weeks ago. Did an amazing job, my girlfriend just got one from him too a few days ago.

Absolutely terrible service. Waited over an hour for a scheduled appointment. Had to come back to my tattoo fixed. As I was waiting the phone rang 3 separate times and no one answered. This place is horrible.

I went in that place today and it was not the first time that it looks like the tattoo artist was aa ston cold drug addicts the tattoo artist had sores and look like needle marks all over his hands and arms it was disgusting I would not recommend anyone go there

Got my tongue pierced here almost 2 years ago stop there today to get a new tongue ring and she helped me pick the right and told me they also sell individual balls too so i could save money :)
