I have been coming to skin and vein center for years. I began getting filler five years ago and was very nervous. I did not know what to expect as far as pain level, down time, or longevity. When I arrived the doctor explained all of my options, how long they would last and the different price points. The pain was minimal, the process was explained thoroughly and I left with a very natural look that just accented the volume I already had. I recommend them to everyone!

This office is exceptional. I have occasional cystic acne and they are one of the few offices that will get you in same day for an injection. The staff is outstanding and they offer so many services. I highly recommend this dermatology office!!

I absolutely love this place! Before I came here my hair used to be soooo thin and would NEVER grow! The difference since I’ve been here has been phenomenal! My Dr. always ask me the proper questions to make me feel heard and understood and is always sure to keep me updated ways to help grow my hair. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Ive been going to Skin & Vein center for years and I would highly recommend them for any Dermatology needs. Today I seen Dana Tozzi NP-C, for filler and she was absolutely amazing. If you can ask for someone by name at your appointment I would very much recommend her! She is very attentive and caring about her patients. Can’t wait to come in and see her again!

I called to make an appointment, lady told me I had past balance due , (years ago) she told me they had been sending it to the wrong old house, remind you Ive been there in the last year! I gave them my right address all the visits Ive had with them. They told me I still she to pay 500 or no appointment, even though I had no idea about this payment! I couldn’t even make small payments until paid off! This was their mistake! They couldn’t even be understanding where they messed up!! It’s super sad ive been going there since I was 18… I am now 32… I changed derms! Now it’s on my credit report!

I had such a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door to checking out at the end of my visit. The entire staff is so warm and friendly. The music in the waiting room was soothing and fun to listen to as well!Lisa brown was an absolute sweetheart. I felt safe and taken care of during my full body scan.Can’t wait to come back :)

Your typical DR that looks at each patient as a paycheck! Had no information to give me about the medication she’s prescribing me. As I was still asking questions about it she was trying to walk out the door to end the visit. Would not recommend.

I would NOT recommend anyone to go here for the mini facelift. On February 13, I went to the skin and vein center and had a mini facelift. Wow, four months later my face is still numb. My lip is crooked and basically I’ve wasted a whole lot of money. I now have to find A doctor that can fix what Dr Steiger did or didn’t do. While he was doing the procedure, he kept running in and out of the room and it was making me very nervous. My anxiety was high, even though they give you sedatives. I asked him why he kept leaving the room and he said because he was seeing patients in between. So he is going to seeing patients in between and bringing germs back into me with my face all cut open. As far as my lip goes when I went back to see him for my latest check up he said oh I must’ve nicked a nerve. Like it’s no big deal, this is so embarrassing. I now look like I had a stroke. I don’t even want wear lipstick because it draws attention to my lips. I thought it would give me my self-confidence back as I am a widow and going back into the dating world after 50 years. I feel even older than when I went in. Don’t Do It!

I love the Fenton office , great staff very helpful, and then they have Dr. Seiger he’s so kind and he’s awesome at his job .

I was apprehensive of having any work done, mostly because of low self-esteem. Not only did the treatment make feel better about my blemishes, the staff made me feel better about myself.

Ive been using the Skin and Vein Center for correcting my hair loss. It has worked great, stopped the hair from falling out and I have new hair growing. I enjoy the friendly people who work there too, very helpful.Also recently I had my whole body scan for anything that may look like cancer. Peace of mind! Everything looks good.

Coming from a 30 year customer/member service career, I cant say enough about the excellence this office exudes. From the professional, knowledgeable and friendly woman at the front desk to the compassionate and talented doctor and PAs as well as the attentive and caring nurses, truly the finest this area has to offer. I had surgery at the Fenton office recently and couldnt have asked for a smoother experience. I knew exactly what to expect when I walked in that morning. I love everyone at the skin and vein center. The front desk are so sweet they always work with me when I’m trying to schedule an appointment. I felt like my skin care needs were addressed on my first visit and follow up without having to waste time going in multiple times to get answers or options that works for me and my skin. I love that they have a lot of their RX products in office, previous dermatologists basically told me to use over the counter products which was a waste of time and money. Skin and vein were so professional and actually listened to me and were able to resolve my skincare needs without making me feel like I didn’t matter as to what I wanted address. I also visited the vein center part for varicose vein issues and they gave me so many different and effective options. I love that they spend a good amount of time answering questions and always smiling and super caring, I recommend them to all my friends and family and trust their advice!

I was worried about finding a new Dermatologist when I moved to Fenton- but my worries were gone as I found Skin & Vein Center. The providers in the back are very professional and thorough; the ladies at the front desk are very kind and welcoming! Every concern I have is addressed while I am there and I never feel rushed. Overall the atmosphere and care are hands down the best around.

Dont trust these people. Doc must be pretty hard up to take someone to court that never received a bill, but instead sends a server to your door and it is way less than $1,000.How about sending a bill from the appointment 10+ years ago first!! And notice they only leave the good reviews up!

Ive been going to Skin & Vein center on and off for many years, and would highly recommend them for any Dermatology needs. The attending PA, Rachel, at the Fenton location has seen me the last couple of visits. If you can ask for someone by name at your appt. I would very much recommend her! She is very attentive and caring about her patients. Cant say enough good things about her.

I had a mole on my face removed at the skin and vein center, and it looks perfect now and healed well! The staff here is all so friendly and kind too. I love being a patient here.

I just left here with my son they put chemicals on him that left him scaring in pain a 3 year old. There staff is not friendly. I wouldnt go here for such a huge building the waiting list is ridiculous as well....to me they only take advantage of people for the insurance money in my most honest opinion.

I discovered I had vein issues not too long ago. I was recommended to go here and Im so thankful I did. Through them I learned what I had was venous insufficiency and was then told what the best course of action was to treat it (EVLA). Had my left leg treated in June and right done today. These guys are just so incredible... They are always kind and knowledgeable, I truly believe there was no place better to go to. The heaviness and pain has decreased dramatically. The only downside is that these guys are just so so busy. I really feel for them and hope they can get more staff. Those that are there are world class though and I cant recommended them enough. Thank you so much!

Im so happy I went to the skin and vein center in Fenton. I was taken to a treatment room within minutes of arriving and the staff member was very friendly. I had all my questions answered and everything was explained thoroughly. I never felt rushed or that my questions were ignored. I would highly recommend this place.

Ive received Botox from a few different providers but Aimee Adams stands out on top! I have large facial muscles and her technique/knowledge definitely took that into consideration! Due to her level of expertise I even decided to get lip filler and couldnt be more happy or impressed. Id like to thank her and the Fenton Office for their generosity and support in taking care of me and concerns.

Extremely professional and helpful! I went to skin and veins for cystic acne after going to one of the top dermatologists in the state who completely dismissed me. The doctors at skin and veins listened to my concerns and gave me multiple treatment options to try out, with trying the first treatment plan, my cystic acne cleared and hasn’t came back since! Very happy with them and would recommend.

Hands down the most professional and up to date staff from top to bottom. I had melanoma carcinoma that scared the life out of me. Dr. Seiger and his Fenton office staff are top shelf when it comes to providing excellent care and support. It has been my utmost pleasure to have experienced the Skin & Vein Center’s office and spa on many different occasions over the past year. My experience with Dr. Sieger involved the consult, procedure, and one hour lift, and follow up. He is truly the classic example of professionalism, knowledge, and thoroughness. Top notch doc! Furthermore, I purchased the one year Skin Fitness package and what a great way to partake of the many options available! Hydrofacials by Alaina have been wonderful! Bev, the master aesthetician, is informative and kind. She is welcoming and knowledgeable, kind, experienced, and shared many insightful ideas and suggestions for future procedures and products to utilize. On a final note, I’d recommend and suggest others give it a try! You won’t be disappointed!

I had the office face lift I waited a few weeks so I could give a better report. Oh my gosh. I am so happy swelling is gone and I look amazing. My neck a jowl line are so tight and smooth. I was at first no way I’m spending money on skin care product’s. (thinking my ones at home are fine that I have) Then I called my daughter that’s a nurse, and she was telling me I should be using. ( love the retinol serum and vitamin C) I went in to see Alaina she was amazing talking me through the steps that I need to take care of my skin. People have been saying how good my skin looks now after only a few months of using. I’m so happy and will be buying more products. Thank you all for all your hard work.

I’m came to Dr. Seger after months of doing research. I have been communicating with the nurse Amy via email . She was so patient and answered all my questions. I made the incredible journey there from Canada. Dr. Seger was completely honest with me in expectations and ended up giving me a partial refund because I didn’t need the full procedure. He could’ve easily kept my funds and I wouldn’t of known any better. The entire staff are welcoming and make you feel comfortable. Thanks again to the entire team 💕

Skin and Vein Center is an excellent dermatology center. The PA found a melanoma in early stages. I had been following with a different dermatologist for several years . I felt the visits were rushed and incomplete. The Skin and Vein Center is thorough and professional and the staff is excellent . I have recommended several friends to this center for cancer screenings . I gladly give a 5 star rating !

I have been to Skin and Vein now twice. I would not use anyone else EVER besides Dr. Seiger. He has been so wonderful. Im so happy with my results the first and second time. The doctors , nurses and office staff are incredible. I had to get ready for daughter’s wedding and had no idea that a couple visits and advice on product could make such a big difference in the appearance of my skin. Why did I wait so long?!?

I started going to the skin and vein center due to having Rosacea. Over the course of the last year, not only has my Rosacea improved drastically but the overall look and feel of my skin has improved. Fine lines and wrinkles have diminished. The brightness of my skin has improved. I am now going in for long over due spider vein treatment as well. I highly suggest Skin and Vein Center (especially Bev) for anyone who is looking for overall skin health. Not only do they offer more invasive options for longer term results but the non-invasive treatments can also do wonders if you just want to look and feel like the best you!

They got me right in at a lunch appointment with super friendly staff. Dr Seiger was super thorough and timely and actually recommended far less filler than I anticipated I would need. I felt comfortable and trusted in his vision.

The best dermatology office around! I personally go to the Fenton location and couldn’t be more pleased. I’ve always been greeted with kindness from the front staff—all the way to the in house pharmacy. I can definitely say the doctors and medical staff truly care about their patients and have always went above and beyond to resolve any issue or concerns I’ve been in for (small orbig). There’s several dermatology offices much closer to my home and I’d still choose Skin and Vein Center over every single one….even if I had to drive an additional hour. 10/10 recommend.

I drove from Missouri after doing much research on the Y lift and the lunch hour lift. It was a clear choice taking into consideration cost, results and a surgeons years of experience. Dr Seiger and the rest of his staff were AMAZING!! I can not say enough good about my experience! Results are outstanding, care was above board and the readiness to make you feel comfortable and important. I will definitely be making the trip back whenever I need or desire his services again. I’ve been a customer of skin & vein for years. Never felt ripped off until now!My Service cost $500 this time which is fine , but I needed a touch up that should have been done at no charge! That’s why they offer a two week check after your Initial appointment. I had one area that needed to be fixed and they were going to charge me another $500 really??I will not be returning!!

My first visit here was a couple of weeks ago. I did not know what to expect. I came to find out what could be done about the brown spots on my leg and face. I am 63 years old. I saw Emily first. Emily is caring and compassionate. She wrote up my paper work. She put my mind at ease as I waited for Lisa. Lisa is phenomenal. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions how the process works and what to expect. She made me feel comfortable and confident. I would highly recommend this clinic. So far, I couldnt ask for any better treatment than what I have already received! I cant wait to see my finished results!

Skin and Vein Center Fenton.Having lupus can be complicated.All of my needs have always been met to the highest standard when seeking medical care. I have also used the Skin and Vein Center for cosmetic surgery.. No matter if its for cosmetic or a complicated skin condition with my lupus I have received the best quality care.The staff is amazing and courteous very professional..

The Staff at the Skin & Vein Center in Fenton are very friendly and make you feel right at home. IF you have never had a Hydra Facial you have to go see Alycia one of the Estheticians there on Fridays! She is so AWESOME. She makes you feel so comfortable. She has such a soft touch allows you to relax and feel comfortable and very confident in her work. Alycia has a great personality and a lot of knowledge, she made conversation with me throughout the procedure but not too much and I could still relax and enjoy! I have never seen my skin look so great!I highly recommend you go see her for any of your Skin Care needs. I wont go anywhere else! Shes my girl!

I have had 9 Skin Cancer surgeries at the Skin and Vein Center in Fenton Michigan. I have had Dr. Michelle Legacy and Dr. Bryan Gray do my surgeries and they were both absolutely wonderful. They both do AMAZING work and their bedside manners are awesome. The staff there is also amazing. I wish they was a little closer to where I live. It is a drive to get there but believe me it is so very worth it. I would recommend this place to anyone with Skin Cancer or other skin problems.

I absolutely adore Dr.Seiger and his staff. Everyone is super personable and caring. I’ve had multiple procedures in his Fenton and Sterling Heights office and I’m always elated with the results. I go to Beverly A. at Fenton Skin and Vein for laser hair removal and am seeing good results so far!. She has 30+ years of experience in aesthetics and is great at building client relationships. Very knowledgeable about all the equipment and technology that she uses, as well as pre and post-care. I’ve been a client of hers over many years. She’s easy to work with and I always feel I’m in good hands when I go for treatments by Bev! She offers a wide variety of services from laser hair removal, tattoo removal, scar treatment, microneedling, chemical peels etc. I was also seen by Dr. Sieger for removal of a vein near my eye. As one can imagine this would be nerve racking. I was in and out within 15 min with very minimal bruising, no pain, and had a great result overall. Pricing is pretty reasonable esp compared to competitors. Office staff has always been professional and efficient.

The office staff (Robin, Terri, Lisa & Monica) help make the experience enjoyable in that they are welcoming and go the extra mile routinely. I recently had a mini lift and a Y lift done by Dr Seiger. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr Seiger is passionate and loves making people look their very best. There’s an excitement there still even after doing over 6000 procedures.I had filler added to my lips and I now have beautiful full lips. Something I worked very hard trying to achieve with lip liner and lip sticks. They never looked like they do now.Amy, handled all my scheduling, questions and assisted Dr. Seiger. The employees at this office have no empathy or care for their patients. All you are is a folder with a name and number on it, that has the gall to inconvenience them during their bankers hours. I have a cancerous growth a nurse practitioner friend recommended I have evaluated. It was biopsied and Ive called three times for results I was supposed to get two weeks ago. Each time theyve said youll hear from someone today, tomorrow at the latest. They dont care that someone is waiting to find out if they have cancer that will need more involved surgery. They dont care that someone is left to worry. They say whatever they can to get you off the phone in hopes youll be someone elses problem the next time you ask for help. And while my insurance pays hundreds or thousands for the original procedure, theyll probably make me pay for another exam just to give me the results from the first visit. The patients in veterinary offices get far superior care, and the teams there actually care about their patients and clients.

I cant believe anyone had anything negative to say about this place. The staff is amazing, it is clean, and they never make you wait longer than 5 minutes.I have been having issues with my veins for years. When I went to Allure, the main doctor told me I should do something to me face not my legs. Nice????!!!! Blaine and Alley have been treating me for months and I actually look forward to those needles in my veins. You can feel the love and care they have for each person. They have helped changed my life.I was born with Craniosynostosis (Baby born without a soft spot, which causes facial deformities) as long as I can remember I have hid my face with my hair and I would not look people in the face or I would look away. I hated getting my picture taken, because I felt like I looked like a monster. This has caused me so much anxiety in my life and I am 47yrs old. My insecurities have affected my personal life, my career and dreams.I traveled 4hrs from Circleville, Ohio to Skin and Vein in Livonia, Michigan. I was so scared and nervous, but again the amazing staff did everything to help me relax and feel comfortable. While I was waiting, a nurse walked by and said would you like something to drink? She got me a water and she gave me a cookie from her personal lunch. I didn’t get her name, but she touched my heart with her kindness.When I went back for my procedure, the nurse started explaining what was going to happen, and answered all my questions.When Dr. Eric Seiger and all the other staff came in, they all had smiles on their faces. They seemed so happy, which made me feel more comfortable. All the staff seemed to love what they were doing. Dr. Eric Seiger held my hand to comfort me, as I told him my story, and he said; “That is why I do this”. There was a nurse on both sides of me, and I remembered the touch of their hands felt like they were angels letting me know it was okay.The whole experience has changed my life. Im 51 years old and thrilled to be a grandmother, but I don’t want to look like one! I had a total lift. I did an email consult. Ashley answered all of my questions in a kind and timely manner and scheduling was easy. I flew into Michigan on Wednesday, procedure on Thursday and flew home on Friday. Dr Seiger was through, explained the limitations of the procedure and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. I am very satisfied with my results!

I research and ask a lot of questions and that’s what directed me to Dr Seigers office. Ashley is outstanding at answering question quickly and making me feel taken care of. I first met Dr Seiger about 15 years ago in SW Detroit. I worked with offenders who wanted their gang related tattoos removed. He provided his time and service to change their lives. Over the years I’ve received peels, botox, fillers, laser for age spots, spider vein removal and the Y lift. Today I saw him again for a consult for a mini lift. We discussed options and his simple words of advice were if you don’t know don’t do it. He is fair, kind and of good character. Went here for skin issues. Dr. Brown was able to look my skin, tell me what it was right away and how it occurs. She wrote me a script and my skin was cleared up right away. On the bad side the blond receptionist with glasses at front desk is a real peach all three times I talked to her right from the get go. If you don’t like your job or dealing with people find another one. But that aside my experience with medical staff and everyone else was great.

Incredible staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Had several procedures by Dr Seiger and have amazing results would recommend them for all your cosmetic and dermatological needs.

They did a procedure that was supposed to be simple and low cost of $50. Never was explained there could be actual scarring on my face because I would have never done if I would have know. Never had me sign any disclosure of anything. Now that my face has redness (I never had redness either) with scarring that they did. I scheduled an appointment to confront Lisa on how this could happen and how they would fix it. She first explained she didn’t even know what setting she had the tool on (because it was not written in my file) so she wasn’t sure how or why it left redness or scarring. They wanted to charge me $200 to do a different procedure just to fix the redness because you can’t fix the scarring. She told me retinol will “even” it out on the scarring. I have before and after pictures that day of the appointment. Terrible how they treated me when they caused more damage to my face and acted like it was my fault and wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to try to fix what they did wrong.

Incredibly slow and unresponsive staff. After the experience of two appointments there, expect to not be seen for at least 45 minutes after your scheduled time. Reception also offers no insurance help. There are Covid protocols in place but not enforced.

Dr. Seiger is simply the BEST..The entire experience from start to finish was great.He and his staff did a wonderful job and quickly answered questions I had a couple days after the procedure.Highly recommend..

I went for a consultation for tattoo removal and fillers. I was sold skin care products that are awful. My daughter and I both do not like. The way this was pitched to me was I could only get this if it was in my chart. I wasn’t told there was a return policy but after trying and realizing how awful it made my face feel and look I called to inquire. I was told 14 day return but I was calling on the 15. Was told they would see what office manager would do when she got back in town. The office manager was very rude and told me I need to keep trying to see it work. Well if it’s a 14 day return shouldn’t it work satisfactory in that time . She also Informed me the policy is posted and in financial agreement I signed. Well maybe you should be more open and verbally inform. DO NOT PURCHASE SkinReady it is awful. My daughter only used BB cream and called to let me know she didn’t like. I used a 3 step process and BB cream. When I asked if there was anyone higher to speak with Office Manager informed me she was it that she was the office manager. (Ruth or Barb?) didn’t really catch name as she was rude and flustered me with her lack of customer service. Also, I went here about the pico laser treatment, which this location doesn’t even have and I was told it shouldn’t be advertised the way they do because it doesn’t work quite that way and that it is best for oranges and green tattoos. I think this place is just trying to get $$$. They got $199 out of me. Will not be returning. I gave one star only because I couldn’t give less.

The Skin and Vein Center in Fenton has awesome staff. For the service I was requesting they beat out every price offered in my area and I drive over an hour just to go there. Highly satisfied with my treatment and definitely recommend!

Wow, thats about all I can say. I think that my wife is beautiful. She just gets more beautiful as our years go on. In the last few years she has expressed a desire to see a facial rejuvenation specialist. On her birthday I decided to surprise her with a visit to see a expert. But, who should she go see? After asking friends and family who they would recommend she decided on seeing Dr. Seiger. Boy, was that a good choice on her part. We set up the appointment. She was a little nervous and wanted me to come with her to the appointment. The first thing that I noticed was how helpful and nice the staff was. This helped ease our concerns because to tell you the truth, I was a little nervous too! Staff made us comfortable and then Dr. Seiger came in. I have worked for 20 years in surgery and I was immediately impressed by how honest and forthright Dr. Seiger was with her. We scheduled the procedure and in no time at all were back for the procedure. Recovery went smoothly and now we are 10 weeks postsurgery and just saw her before and after Pics...... What can I say about the results except....WOW. You take a Dr. who has excellent surgical skills coupled with a kind, caring demeanor and what do you get? You get Dr. Seiger and excellent results! I have received laser treatment for tattoo removal. The Front desk staff was fine. The initial consult was good with education on post treatment care and expectations. The actual time for removal was short due to size of the tattoo being removed. Overall, the experience was good and will go back to continue with the process of tattoo removal.

I used the office in Fenton for injections, laser treatment and purchasing of products. The Dr, and his assistants (nurses/MAs) are all very nice. However,, the front desk help isnt very nice, actually rude, and the wait is often well over 30 minutes, for that reason Im not returning.

The quality of care and knowledge of the Physicians and staff at the Skin and Vein Center is second to none. Whether dealing with my wrinkles, skin smoothing, or cancer spots, they are professional and leading the way in advanced skin care. I highly recommend, as I would go no where else!

Dr. Seiger proves that not all doctors are in it for the money, his prices make it more affordable, giving more people the opportunity to have treatment we all deserve.

Incompetent staff to say the least. Cant say anything about the doctor Seiger himself as we have been to his office twice, scheduled an appointment with him twice but never got to see him as his office didnt believe his expertise were needed. On the first visit, we saw another doctor/PA. On our second visit, only the nurse was available and her treatment to my kids problem was to apply lotion and after my questioning, she recommended to use hydrocortisone. Mind you, these are 2 different patients at 2 different time frames. Never again will I take my kids to such incompetent doctor/office. Tor Shwayder is now our go to doctor for kids dermatologist.Note to Seigers office: Do NOT schedule appointments for minors if youre not qualified/staffed properly.

Love love LOVE Fenton Skin and Vein!! The entire staff is so kind and welcoming. Dr. Seiger is a true gift to the community. He always gives me a big hug and makes me feel like a million bucks. His work speaks for itself. I’ve been going to him for years and have ALWAYS been thrilled with the results. I wouldn’t even consider going to anyone else. I was in the office this week and for the first time let someone other than him do my Botox and filler. It was his PA Aya Restrepo. She was so beautiful and sweet that I felt compelled to venture out of my comfort zone. The girl assisting her held my hand and was so comforting (not fun getting needles in the face). Well let me say, Aya is a gifted artist!! I would highly recommend Dr. Seiger and Aya for any of your cosmetic needs. Can’t applaud their talents enough!!!
