My 10 year old went and got her ears pierced. It went very well, clean, and they explained the whole process to my daughter.They also have a good selection of starter earrings included in the price.

Fast, easy, pretty painless, and professional piercings!My piercing specialist, Amber, was amazing! She was very professional, polite, and I was in and out with my first two piercings ever in about 25 minutes. I loved how she respected my gender pronouns as I asked. The piercing was very well done and not too ridiculous in pricing either. I will definitely be coming back!!!

Keely is awesome at piercings. I came in for two and it was almost painless, so we added a third piercing. She is so patient and kind. I would highly recommend her. She’s the best! She would be great with kids too.

I received 2 piercings from Amber today. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She took her time on prep to be sure everything was level and in the perfect spot. Then, when it came time to break the skin, she was quick and efficient. She gave me all the aftercare information and even some great ideas for comfort options during the long healing process. I went to Ryan looking for help fixing a crooked tattoo I’d gotten at another shop. He was able to fix it in the exact way I wanted and I left happy. Ryan was great and I’ll be recommending him to any friends wanting work done. The shop itself looks great and was very clean. I felt more valued here as a customer than I did at the first shop I went to. Sarenity will be my go to for any future tattoos or piercings.

Extremely nice employees!! I loved the employees!! But my sister in law and I got a navel piercing and we both have had issues with them. I would definitely go for their jewelry but I wont go back if I ever want another piercing done. But I give a 3 star because I loved the employees nothing but nice.

I took both my daughters there to get their ear pierced now and they do such a great job. I tell everyone to go there its much safer and cleaner than anywhere else I know. The lady made my girls feel very comfortable with what was going to happen before she did anything very professional mannerisms

Edited review 4/3/23: Ive had two piercings and one tattoo done at Sarenity, the piercings being my septum and lip. Overall its been a good experience - everyone there is very kind and helpful. However my one negative experience is with my lip piercing. I got it done about a month ago with the hope of switching to a clicker ring eventually. I ordered multiple size rings and took them in to get it switched. I told the piercer that I wanted it as snug as possible, but that Id go with her professional opinion, as it was still healing and slightly swollen. She told me that the smaller ring would be okay, just to wait for the swelling to go down. Fast forward a week later, I got a second opinion from a different piercer at another shop and she was horrified. Ended up having to completely take it out because my lip was splitting, in pain, and only swelling more. I understand mistakes happen but Im really bummed to lose my favorite piercing and have wasted that money. Although Ive had mostly positive experiences here, Ill be going elsewhere in the future because Im worried to trust the piercer at Sarenity.

I went here to get my first set of piercings since I was 6 at Clair’s. When I first walked in we were greeted and they went through the whole process. I got my second lobes and helix done by Keely, she was so kind and did an amazing job. Overall I would 100% recommend Sarenity Tattoo for your next piercing. I can’t speak for the tattoo artists, but I have a feeling they are just as great.

Had my belly button pierced here 12 years ago- gosh has time flown 😅 now that I have my own kids I let my girls decide if and when they want their ears done. My six year old decided she wanted hers done a few months back. After asking and still wanting it done, we decided to go here. We had a great experience and she was such a trooper! Ladies were kind, equipment clean- they were patient with her age and ofc her fear of pain, empathetic and it costed a fair price! I’m happy she got them done here, no regrets. Highly recommend ❤️🙏🏼

My experience with Candi was wonderful! I got my first kanji tattoo done by her, I felt very comfortable with her and she gave good tips on aftercare of the tattoo.

Went with my lady to get her piercings done. Went very well besides my right hand might need three fingers completely replaced due to crushing. The tattoo artist was and Angel and helped me help her through. Got her water and fed her chocolates. It was awesome!! 11/10 Amber for the win!!!

When I arrived Hyde was very friendly and quick to assist me once I was all checked in I had Amber for the daith piercing she was very nice and informative. Would recommend and would come back.

I took my daughter here to get her ears pierced shortly after her 5th Birthday. We saw Amber. Amber was AMAZING! She was so good with my daughter, she explained everything and was very patient. My niece recommended Sarenity to us, shes been there quite a few times. We were very happy with our expiration there.

I got my lip done and it’s crooked and weird. lady had to move it around funky to avoid a vein but i tried switching back to a straight bar after having a hoop in for a day for a photoshoot and couldn’t. ended up tearing several paths in my lip bc it was done so bad.

Perfect place to go! Everyone there is so friendly and attentive to what you want, and also perfect with helping make the designs more creative and one of a kind!

Amber did absolutely AMAZING on my lip piercing! She walked me through everything she did and calmed me down from having a panic attack! I have A LOT of veins in my lip and she missed ALL of the veins and found the sweet spot! 10/10 recommend!!

I am so satisfied! I was originally going to go somewhere else to get my earlobes pierced, but instead had free time and went here instead. The person who pierced my ears was very friendly and talked me through it. I felt pain for about three seconds then it was done. People at the front desk were also very friendly and helpful. I got a walk-in tattoo done by Drew and it was probably the best experience I could have had for my first tattoo! He explained everything to me step by step and made sure I was comfortable. Amber pierced my nose and she talked me through the whole process! She was absolutely great and gentle during the process.

I got my nose periced by Keely. My ring would not go in and I was so nervous but keely talked to me about random things to cool my nerves. Keely was calm and didn’t get frustrated when the jewelry wouldnt go in. I would recommend to get your nose periced here.

I went in to get my nose pierced a couple weeks ago and the lady told me it would be quick. It took her about three seconds to shove the needle through my nose and caused me so much pain that I almost passed out after my face flushed and I started getting light-headed and dizzy. She just sat there telling me what I needed to do to take care of it and told me to have a good day without realizing her customer was about to pass out. I got to the lobby and sat down with a friend, and I probably would have passed out if it werent for the front counter lady who brought me a bottle of super cold water to cool me down. The lady at the front counter was awesome but I give this one star for the pain and the lack of caring from the piercer. And just for reference, I broke my nose about 10 years ago and I begged people to take pictures while blood was pouring out. So I dont have a low pain tolerance

I walked in today on a whim and the artist taking walkins for the morning was gone. Drew wasnt schedule to do work until this afternoon but came in and worked with me. He was EXCELLENT. Super friendly, very clean, and did a great job. I would definately recommend this shop.

The staff were nice, I had keely as my piercer. I got a basic lobe piercing and it turned out great.

I love this place. This is the only place i go for my tattoos and piercings. Ive had 3 piercings and five tattoos done by them and they all turned out perfect and to my perfection. I just got my first tattoo of a flower behind my ear and I was told by everyone that it was a bad idea and that it would hurt really bad but Jonathon Anderson reassured me not to worry and I was pleasantly surprised! I had a wonderful first experience and will be definitely coming back for my next one because of the great experience and quality of the tattoo!

This shop is great! Sometimes a tattoo shop can be intimidating, maybe your not sure what you want or dont know the lingo. Sarenity creates a inviting atmosphere with no egos or attitudes, just a bunch of cool people interested in art,tattooing and piercing. The shop is spotless clean and obviously they care a lot about their reputation. Ive walked in to shops before and was like no thanks cause it seemed dirty and the people there act like they are too cool to be approachable and nice. I will continue to remain a loyal customer and really appreciate the way these guys do business.

Dont wast your time. Poor service. Went at 11am to see about getting a daith piercing and was told to come back at 3pm. When returned, said he was ready then five minutes later changed his mind.
