Absolutely amazing artist, in every way! My husband has been a regular customer for over 5 years! The shop owner, Shadow, never disappoints! Hes very talented! A lot of times my husband has an idea & runs it by Shadow! Shadow quickly whips up an amazing drawing & tattoos a one of a kind piece on my hubby! Again, a true artist in every sense of the word! Ive been in the shop & watched him interact with nervous customers, hes patient, kind, knowledgeable & friendly! A perfect place for a first timer, or someone thats been getting tattooed for years! Were always completely satisfied! My husband got a pretty big piece recently & Shadow messaged him a few days later & asked how hes doing? What other artist does that?! Pretty cool! My husband said, Healing beautifully & Ill be back for another in a week or so! Love this guy & his awesome shop!

Came in yest to get my minor daughters septum pierced and for my man to get longer bars in his nipples. Shadow is awesome!!! He knows what hes doing. Im so glad I found him for my daughter!!! He will be doing all her future piercings, he just doesnt know it yet lol.

When my husband went in for a septum piercing he said the guy was nice but he ended up piercing through the cartilage in his nose. Super painful. So instead of 3 months of healing he now has 6 or more months. I got my septum done somewhere else and it barely hurt at all. The guy also cleaned his piercing with BACTINE and said to continue spraying it with bactine everyday while it heals. Which you are not AT ALL supposed to use on a piercing. I dont know about the tattoos but just be cautious when it comes to piercings.

Shadow is a cool guy and a great artist. He made our visit really enjoyable! Made an appointment for 4 of us to get small tattoos done, so we were there for several hours hanging out. We all left really happy with what he did. He was really patient with our indecisiveness (at times) and helped us in the process. Some of his artwork is hanging in the shop and is truly incredible. If youre ever going to be through the area, go see Shadow!

Definitely will be back took my daughter who is about to be 18 on Monday for an Ashley piercing. Shadow was amazing and very helpful. Definitely recommended just going inside seeing all the art work on the walls the shop was so cool too look at as well.

I had to have a bad tattoo covered up and He did awesome. He took the time to customize a concept that we talked about. He added his own artistic touch to make it a one of a kind just for me. I have several other tattoos that I want done and Ill definitely be going to him. Im very happy!

RedRum is by far the best shop around! The owner Shadow has been my artist for just about 14 years. With RedRum you will not only get yourself some amazing ink but you will gain the best artist around. If your looking for great ink and a good laugh RedRum is definitely the place to go.

This place is GREAT!! Shadow gave me a fantastic Memorial tattoo in honor of my brother he has a super light touch and a great eye for design, I would never go anywhere else! I recommend this place to everyone. Super relaxed atmosphere.

On a quick birthday trip to the river My Brother and I made appointments at Redrum, to get Brother-Sister tattoos of Bart and Lisa Simpson. The shop location was easy to find and was clean and inviting. Shadow was professional, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend Redrum Tattoo!

Was happy at first until I figured/found out our piercings were done wrong. Daughters septum was not right had to take it out at another shop. Belly button too tight. Over all Im upset about my daughters septum not done right and would not heal correctly.

So professional, I wish i could give more stars!! I got my nose pierced, and he was SO knowledgeable and even numbed my nose with an ice pack so that I didnt bleed all over the place. Very experienced at what he does, 10/10 recommend

Called ahead and made sure Friday was a good day to do a couple of piercing, showed up at 3:30 when he said he will be there at 3, but never ended up showering up.
