Beautiful new facility, friendly staff. They showed me so much kindness and were very professional.And, thank you for the song and dance last Tuesday when I was nervous about the procedure!!!

Today was my first day and it was amazing I want to give Alexis a shout out because she made me feel so comfortable.She explained everything step by step that she was doing and Im excited to see the results in a few days and more excited about going back next month for more pampering and to make me feel good about myself again. Yall Deleted my last review aye? Thats okay must have hit a nerve with it. They talk down to you like you are a child. They act like better then you they are rude they claim to be very godly but judge people on what they wear and how they look. 10/10 dont recommend

I love this place, I highly recommend this place. I was late for my appointment today but they made sure that I can still get my appointment done. The first time I visited this place, everyone are soo friendly. Laci who helped me with my skin problem all I can say is that she is the sweetest. She is very friendly and she made sure I am comfortable.

I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Everyone in this office was genuinely nice and very knowledgeable! Honestly felt like family, which is nice when you are wearing nothing but your undies and a paper gown. They got me in, took care of EVERYTHING I needed and got me out in a very timely manner! I would 10/10 recommend!

Ive had two facials with dermaplaning and both times the experience has been fantastic. Highly recommend

Everyone at Renew is wonderful! My visit went so smoothly so I highly recommend. Laci, Ashley, and Doc answered all of my questions and were very thorough during my exam start to finish. We are so fortunate to have this wonderful office to serve our community!

My wife goes yearly for checks about her skin. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the Nurse practitioner takes great care to Spot any places on her skin.

Amazing every time I go, Dr. Digby explains everything and writes notes for you so you understand what you need to avoid and what your medication will do to help, as well as other options later down the line. He got me into the laser room immediately when I mentioned it and they didn’t charge me for my first session! Mallory also made me very comfortable when I was nervous for the laser treatment, and it wasn’t bad at all! Love this place :)

Great group of people from front desk, nurses n doctors. They take their time and explain everything well.Fort Payne is lucky to have this quality dermatologists and office.

Dr. Digby is so kind and funny. He made me laugh even when I didnt need to lol. I had 6 skin cancers and 9 biopsies in the last two weeks. The staff were so attentive and kind. Brought me a blanket when it was 98 degrees outside but I asked for it. Thank you guys for everything you have done for me. Im sure I will be back.

Waited several weeks to be seen. Arrived for my appointment to be told I canceled. No, I did not cancel my appointment. In fact, I confirmed it. Not a care given for waisting my time. I’ll go elsewhere.Update: Renew recognized the mistake and made a new appointment ASAP. Thank you!

I am a fairly new patient, however I adore the staff in this location. They are friendly, accommodating, listen to your concerns and make you feel comfortable! I drive from Albertville to this location in Ft. Payne because I believe they are the best in the area!

Very friendly staff. Super comfortable and welcoming environment. No long wait time, even as a new patient. Communicated well with me prior to and during my appointment. Provided good information and helped put me at ease and also taught me more about what to look for concerning moles, freckles, etc. Highly recommend this office for anyone concerned about skin cancer or other issues.

I had skin cancer removed from my face this past Thursday. The doctor and his staff are the kindest most caring people I have ever met at a doctor office. They are smart and truly care about their patients.

Today I had my first appointment at Renew Family Dermatology. All I have is positive things to say. From the moment I walked in the door to leaving. Heather Combs was the Nurse Practitioner that saw me today, and she was terrific. She listened to my concerns and developed a plan to help me reach my goal. I was very nervous coming in because my face was looking horrible and it was a little embarrassing. They never once treated me like it was something to be embarrassed about. They are there to help, and that is precisely what they did today. The whole staff was top-notch, I 100% recommend them.

Im an established patient with a severe rash that has lasted all summer and have bruised my arms from clawing at it and they couldnt be bothered to try and work me in, said it would be 3 months til they had an opening; they wouldnt even put me on a cancellation list, wow.

Went to this facility today had a suspicious spot on my ankle that I wanted checked out awesome staff awesome doctor everybody I had any enteraction with was extremely professional and very well trained they addressed my concerns with good feedback and took care of me also wow very well staffed no shortage of employees to take care of the patients needs out front or in the doctors office also I called this morning around 715 left message and was called back shortly got me an appointment next month but said I would take a cancelation if they had one got phone call 2 hours later and got in before lunch would recommend this doctor and facility to anybody

Wonderful ppl with wonderful staff. You feel like you are being heard and you are priority when you are there. They listen, care and take care of you! Do not judge you. Welcome you and make you feel like family.
