Their response time on IG was instantaneous! Went in, got my consultation which was a breeze! Their tattoo artist, Shawn, was super helpful! Went back in for the tattoo and the welcome I received was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Shawn was pretty amazing and took his time. My tat came out better than expected! I’ll definitely be going there for my next tattoo!

I got my daughters (10 &12) ears pierced. It went smoothly they felt the pinch it wasnt too bad, no tears. I surprised them and got my nose pierced which after a few days I noticed it was to long so I called and asked if it was possible for them to switch it to a smaller size, they said absolutely come in and well look at it. And they switched it no problem. Thank you guys so much!

I’ve always had great experiences going to goodfellas!! I will always pick this shop over any other.. Iam always welcome with warm smiling faces and ALWAYS served right away!! No matter what I come for whether it be for a Piercing or just some advice they are always there to help me 100%!! They always are down to earth laid-back and we always joke around when I go there. It’s a very comfortable place and I choose Goodfellas over any other tattoo/piercing shop. If I could give it a 10 star, I would!!

I spent $90 & Got both my nose pierced although she was Very professional i later learned she put the absolute wrong size jewelry in my nose and now i suffer with a bump where she pierced that will not go away, also had to come back to keep getting the nose ring changed because the top of the jewelry they provided to me kept coming off..wish i went somewhere elseUPDATE: KELOID HAS GOTTEN WORSE BECAUSE THE PIERCER PUT THE WRONG SIZE JEWELRY & THIS PLACE REFUSES TO HELP !!!

I’m so happy with my flat piercings! Tiffany did an awesome job. She took her time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The was very friendly. My daughter now wants her ears pierced. They honestly had the best prices.

So this is a first. Im leaving an excellent review for having a sad and not so great but excellent experience. Was I able to get a tattoo done? Unfortunately no. But have I gotten a tattoo here before? Yes, quite a few years ago. Even though things did not work out this time, the staff and the owner were excellent. I have messaged them on Facebook all hours of the night and have always gotten an immediate response. And I mean immediate! I messaged at 12:50 AM, and had a response at 12:51. I messaged a few months later at 9:40 AM, and had a response by 9:41 AM. The owner and my tattoo artist, Ruben, listened to me when I got upset and worked with me. They were both so understanding and always professional. The owner shows great care and pride in his business and customers. Ruben not only cares for his future and current customers, but is down to earth and does AMAZING WORK! He molds himself to his customers and his ideas are one of a kind. Of course some things happened and some mistakes were made when trying to get tattooed which resulted in me not getting my work done. But this 1 situation would not stop me from coming back. Did it suck? Absolutely! I was sad and heartbroken! Of course! But did the owner and Ruben take care of the situation and me? More than I expected. And I am grateful for it and them. Everyone just needs to remember, no one is perfect and mistakes happen. But how you handle the situation is key and they got it. I would recommend Goodfellas and Ruben any day. Great place to do business with and excellent artists to get custom work done.

The piercer....a young girl with the short curly hair with stretched lobes, Ive forgotten her name....uses labret or flat back jewelry to pierce noses. Which of course came unscrewed the very next day. She installs your jewelry for free but my experience was not a good one. My jewelry for the top of my ear cartilage was a gauge bigger....so she used a taper but stretched towards the crease of my ear which makes my jewelry extremely hard to see. So basically she took a piercing that I have had for over 36 years and tapered it on a slant. She was very nice but inexperienced as far as Im concerned. Beware!

If i could give 0 starts i would🤦‍♀️ every piercing i have ever got from this place either got infected due to improper follow up procedures..orrr was pierced in the wrong spot ❌ i wouldn’t recommend to anyone wanting a “permanent” piercing 🤷‍♀️

PSA for my local peeps: Had a bad experience at Goodfellas. Went in for a septum piercing despite my low pain tolerance, and it ended up being crooked. Even after they convinced me to try again, it turned out worse. Not recommending this place at all. Steer clear, folks! Not worth it.

Jessie did an amazing job of my deceased son portrait. Mike pierced myself and my daughter and we didn’t feel a thing! We went to the shop and it felt like we’ve known these guys for years they are so welcoming and accommodating. I will get so many tattoos here from now on. I definitely recommend!

Went a few months back to get my nose re-pierced- the jewelry, the angle and everything was all out of whack according to a licensed trusted piercer that I SHOULD have gone to 1st. I was warned by several other piercing parlors that there are unlicensed people doing piercings at this location, and I believe them. Made me pay cash, probably due to that. Also, yall have 0 decorum or professionalism based on your responses to your reviews. WHACK.

Absolutely horrendous experience, I got my tongue pierced on tuesday and at first everything was fine until day three came around and i noticed my tongue was healing over my piercing, I come to find out they had put a regular sized bar for my newly pierced tongue, I went back to this place to get a longer bar, and turns out they still put the same sized bar just added bigger balls. by saturday my tongue was bleeding since 10:50am- 3pm and I actually had went to a different piercer this time. not only did they hit a vein but i had to take the piercing out because it wasn’t healing right at all. this experience was so discouraging and i should have known when he told me i could drink white liquor but stay away from wine and beer (which despite what he said i did not drink any alcohol) i don’t recommend this place for your piercingand in response to his reply, it goes to show how inconsiderate and unprofessional they are because i have MANY piercings and i was taking great care of my piercing when i got it, and when i came back in i even asked her along with my friend being there and she had said i was taking care of it and even said they put a short bar so i hope you have the week you deserve you’re a horrible person wish you nothing but the worst

I took my daughter to Goodfellas to get her ears pierced. Staff was beyond friendly. I had called earlier that day to make sure they did indeed do ear piercings for children. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and informative. When I arrived, the staff was so nice. They were interactive with my kids. The staff made sure my daughter was comfortable and talked her through each step. Such great care. I cant be more happy. I was given thorough verbal and written instructions on the aftercare. Thank you so much and for providing such great customer service. I plan to come back to get my youngest daughters ears pierced in the future. I definitely recommend Goodfellas.

Awesome shop! Ruben was so detailed with my tattoo, I cant believe how perfect it came out. He was so patient and never once made me feel like I was holding him up even when we had to move the stencil a few times. I also got a piercing by Tiffany, she was so sweet and professional. My first ever tattoo experience was a walk-in with a good family friend for his birthday! We spontaneously decided to get one together after his birthday dinner. We were welcomed into the shop and the artist was able to accommodate our needs in a timely manner. The tattoo my family friend was planning to get was my dad’s signature which was very sentimental to me since my dad passed away almost a year ago. Ruben or Rupy as they call him explained the process & made us both feel comfortable through the entire process. Clean, professional & light handed which I enjoyed for my first ever tattoo! The whole shop is really cool. Mike and the guys are all really good with kids, and keeping them entertained. I love that they give them temp tattoos. Mike made getting both piercings super easy and almost painless. I cant wait to go back again!

Got an amazing tattoo done by Kassondra!!! She created a custom tattoo for me just from a few ideas I gave her and came up with an absolutely amazing, badass tattoo. She kept in touch throughout the drawing process and made any tweaks needed. Throughout the tattoo session, I don’t think I’ve ever had more fun getting a tattoo. We were all just vibing and she talked me through everything she was doing. I will be getting all my tattoos from her from here on out!!

I had my tatas pierced today by Aspen who did an AMAZING job! I was nervous but excited & Aspen made me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions, and was delicate while being very precise. I didn’t catch the name of the other piercer who joined & offered to hold my hand but I am super appreciative of both! Together, I felt very comfortable and happy with my experience thanks to them, I will absolutely be going back for future tattoos & piercings!

Tiffany did my 2nd lobe piercings and did a great job! She was super friendly, walked me through the entire process, and was super helpful instructing me with the aftercare! The piercing was quick and easy and she was so great about helping me figure out what placement I wanted.

Literally I left the shop and my friend noticed how lopsided it was I literally went back and only asked for a discount on something else and Tiffany refused she even told me it “wasn’t crooked” LIKE SERIOUSLY LOOK AT IT but I did get in contact with owner he offered to redo it himself and give me a certificate for a free piercing! Thank god for the owner very understanding! I would recommend aspen or the owner nothing but good vibes from them!

Very professional. I got my belly button pierced with my friend and it was quick, clean, and professional! Very affordable as well! Price was $30 for everything and an extra $5 for the after care for it. Everyone was also very nice and informative on how to care for your piercings afterwards. I would come back any day to get another one done. These guys are awesome!😄

My experience here was incredible I went here 2 months ago to get my nose pierced and my industrial done and the piercer was so nice and was quick, my nose is already healed, my industrial is almost completely healed because she told me how to properly take care of it. And I went back 2 days ago to get a helix piercing and it was a different piercer and she was very nice too, she also pierced my brother’s nose and each piercing was both quick. 10/10 would go again!

The guy that did my septum was so easy to talk to. My husband got along with him just fine, but I was too nervous to say much. To whoever reads this, i am a total wuss, so I made the experience harder than it had to be. It may not hurt for the next person, but it doesnt really last long. I totally recommend this place if you arent sensitive to how people there get along. I saw some bad reviews and unless they met different people, I doubt it was as bad as they say. If I lived in Florida, Id definitely come back. Too bad there arent more than 5 stars to give. Thank you guys again for cooperating with me!

Goodfellas is the place to go! Myself and several of my friends have been pierced by Aspen, and is now the only person we’ll let pierce us. He is very professional and down to earth which is great when you’re super nervous.

Good place but I liked it so much more back in the day. I have gotten two tattoos from her and the owner has done piercing on me. This last time I went I guess I was just expecting it to be more friendly or the ppl to working to talk to me more. I mean I got a piercing and it was great I love it. When I was asking about a tattoo though it’s like she didn’t want to be bothered and just ended the conversation. No big deal I will always get my piercings from here. As for tattoos I’ve decided to look else where. Just because I want to be able to feel chill with the artist like I used to at goodfellas.

Wanted a tattoo on my naughty place and nobody in town wanted the job but Mike at Goodfellas was all about it. He even gave me massage to help me relax. It was a little weird though, Turns out he doesn’t tattoo at all. Still, great team at Goodfellas and I’ve really enjoyed my guest spot there at the shop. The artists are all very talented and the owner Mike is wonderful friend. You should give them a try next time you want a tattoo or piercing.

The pain was a 3/10 for me, i got my septum pierced, the piercer did a good job at telling me what she’s doing and how she’s doing it, she made jokes which helped me calm down a lot, over all 10/10 experience :)!

Tat Tony Nobra not only is an amazing artist but super intuitive to what would make his clientele the most happy color scheme wise and design wise. I love my new chest piece and im amazed at how well he did especially because it was a cover up. Also got some piercings done by I believe her name is Kat? Which my reply was I gave 4 for expected service. Which he didnt understand. Basically they did what they were paid to do. Didnt go over or under. He stated theres he expect his shop to day 5 star service so he expects 5 star ratings. Which i agree, if the do the job they should get it.Now i will say piercer was professional. Very nice and had a sterile room in tattoo shop.No complaints im regards to that.Now picking a little. The piercer was 5 to 10 minutes late, shop opens at 1pm. Apparently had car trouble she didnt relay to the shop just the owner, who wasnt there.2ndly they have a sign/sticker that says they take credit cards. Yet i went to pay with my visa debit card. They wouldnt accept it. Pointed me to the atm in the shop, which charges you $3.00 fee. The owner and I kinda went back and forth back and forth on this to i realized it was futile to discuss this anymore.Last thing is they charge you $5 for an after care kit, which is optional. Now mind the are like 2-3 ounce bottles of soap and saline.Thankfully i have both. Meanwhile the have bottle or mouthwash, ibuprofen and hand sanitizer bottles. All dollar tree items. Ive bought an. If they really wanted to give me something for $5 make a little package of all those items. Maybe its me.Just to be clear the piercing was fine. Priced appropriately. So feel free to get your piercing there.

This place is absolutely disgusting. the guy who was piercing didn’t wash his hands opened the needle packet with his mouth. etc. was super agressive and got annoyed if my tongue had a natural reaction to the piercing i left without getting it done. never coming back

How can i say the piercer had an attitude no patience with me at all no hand washing and opened needle packet with his mouth i’ve never had a worse experience getting a piercing it’s so unfortunate i was so excited front host girl was very sweet.

This place is clean and does really good work at a reasonable price. The staff is professional and willing to help. They will give advice on what they dont recommend if they feel it is unsafe. They have an on call notary as well.
