All I wanted was a simple tattoo as shown in the picture. When I first walked in there was no politeness nor care with trying to figure out a way to get this tattoo done. They all gave me nothing but poor excuses when there was barely anybody there. Ive been here once before but there was a whole different staff this time. Very rude. Then they kept giving me excuses on why they couldnt do the tattoo because it was too small and would fade LOL. What a horrible excuse. If you didnt want to do the tattoo just say that. I will never ever come back to this bs establishment again! 👎🏽👎🏽

I have been looking for an artist who had experience in doing tribal pieces and was referred to Chito from a friend. After looking through his artwork I decided to reach out to him directly and inquire. Chito was very professional, prompt, and thorough with his responses. We set up a time/day to come in for placement and measurement as well as the appointment for the session. Chito’s work is phenomenal and I am so glad that I chose him.I highly recommend going to him if you are considering on getting some work done. His skills are diverse and his efficiency is top tier.The shop itself is very clean and staff provided wonderful customer service!

Julia is the greatest piercer I have ever had! She is very knowledgeable, super friendly and easy to talk to, and really cares about her clients leaving with the piercing of their dreams. She’s also super reachable for any of my aftercare questions and concerns. I will never trust another human to put holes in my body because she’s just that amazing at what she does. I always leave her shop happier than when I arrive!!

Jules did an amazing job with my rook piercing! it hurt way less than i expected it to, which goes to show how good she is at her job. she made me feel super comfortable, talked me through everything and helped me decide which piercing to get. she’s very sweet and made the process really easy.i will definitely be coming back here for future piercings :)update: i got my first tattoo with anna and she executed my request perfectly :) she made sure i was comfortable and to explain everything through the process!super happy with my tattoo and that i chose to get it done with her.(my boyfriend came with and said he also would want to get one done with anna!)

I recently just got a lip piercing here and needed to change out my jewelry, as I was having issues healing it. Both dimitri and Jules have been AMAZING at helping me. I came in about a month and a half apart, and dimitri was very kind, and recommended me different ways to clean my piercing as well as exchange new jewelry with cost. About a week ago I visited Jules with a similar issues, she gave me a longer bar (with a very pretty jewel, without cost as well), and my lip has been helping a lot better. Both are awesome, down to earth, and keep it straight with you. Will definitely be coming back for more piercings! Only place I’ll ever go too :))

The shop looks very inviting from the set up inside to the lights on the ceiling. It gave me a great vibe when I first walked through the doors.Chito was absolutely amazing to work with. He worked with my schedule in order to get me in as soon as possible. Throughout the session, he made sure I was good-even had me entertained by watching shows on his phone! His attention to detail and skill in transitioning colors is flawless. Ive recieved so many compliments on the piece he did for me. I initially wanted a different piece but after seeing his artwork, I changed my mind.Chito and I agreed that the new piece was definitely the one. When he sketched the piece and showed me, I instantly knew that I made the right choice in going to him. It looks even better on skin! The price for the piece was also great!If anyone is looking for a great shop with amazing talent and skill, I highly recommend Chito. A while ago my siblings went here & got a piece done by Jared of my dog and matching koi fish. For my first tattoo, I chose Jared and asked for a piece of my dog as well & he gave me such a beautiful and talented piece. He never disappoints!! He took his time & made sure I was as comfortable as possible. He got every single detail of her. He always reminded me if I needed a break I could, he really made my first tattoo experience amazing. Will definitely be coming back for more☺️

Just got my piercing done tonight by Ms. Jules and she did an amazing job!!😭😭it was my first ever piercing, standard lobe, and got it done today on Friday the 13th and she was so sweet with everything and making sure I was comfortable. I decided on a impulsive decision about 2 days ago that I was going to get my first tattoo finally and when I walked in I was immediately greeted, I had Dmitrii that did my tattoo, he did amazing and made me feel comfortable with the process, he explained the healing process pretty well to me as well as how to take care of the tattoo, I highly recommend this place to anyone

If you’re going to get anything pierced please go see jules!! she pierced my daith and i love it so much i was in and out of there maybe 10mins tops! she really does make you feel comfortable. i decided to get my conch pierced by a different piercer and was having trouble for 2 weeks it most likely it was pierced the wrong way and me and juless bonded over the fact what we though was going to be a jewelry change for a bigger bar, into a bloody mess!! jules was very professional made me feel comfortable and cleaned up the mess and got me a bigger bar without feeling any discomfort. she seriously knows what she’s doing and such a professional and sweet person! i can’t wait to get more things pierced by her!!

Went here for a tongue piercing, while they seemed very busy the staff was very understanding and compliant with answering questions and making sure I was comfortable, as this was my first proper piercing.

I got nothing but great things to say about the team over at Atmosphere Tattoo Gallery, I went in relatively last minute to get a sleeve done. I walked in and was welcomed right away, talked to the receptionist and she took into consideration who’d best be for what I wanted and within my budget, I met with Anthony C. Showed him a pic of what I’d like, we talked and set a day for the same week which was absolutely amazing. When I came in a few days later to get the sleeve done everyone was super friendly and I felt at home honestly. This was my first tattoo ever as well, Anthony got to work he spent a good few hours making sure the template was perfect he didn’t want to shortcut it which I’m thankful for and I have my full trust in this guy, the way he carriers himself and treats everyone is amazing. The sleeve I wanted we both thought was gonna be relatively quick and easy but it was the exact opposite it took longer than we both thought WHICH I was completely fine with, I have a great deal of respect for Anthony due to this his attention to detail, level of understanding and respect towards me. I’ll be returning to Atmosphere Tattoo Gallery in the future for more work I live in Texas and was visiting for work when I had this done it’s worth the travel in my eyes to fly back up and have them to there thing. Anthony and the entire team there is awesome. Thank you guys so much!

Second year in a row getting tattoos with the family for Christmas. Artists always work with us to make our tattoos perfect. This is also one of the cleanest places I’ve ever been/seen to get a tattoo or piercing done.

First off, shout out to Sam🙌🏼She did a wonderful job with my cover up! She very super nice and made sure I got what I wanted. I love my tattoo more every day and definitely going to her if I decide to get more later in my life!Overall everyone was very nice in the shop and I highly recommend Sam to everyone :)

Went to get my nose repierced! The employees were pleasant from START TO FINISH! From reception down to payment, everyone knew what they were talking about. Place is clean and good vibes all around! The atmosphere of your piercing parlor is 50% of the experience. this place takes the cake by miles. feel certain to skip 2-3 towns to get your work done here. the workers feel more like friends, and they will turn your ideas into real life. my dad always said “as long as you’re happy with the result, you’ll wont even feel like you spent money ”. i didn’t understand that until i got my eyebrows pierced here. much love to all the employees here!!

Had my tattoo with Vito this week and he was so great!!! It looks gorgeous and while it hurt a lot he kept me distracted with great conversation the whole time. On Sunday, I went to go get inked up by Sam. I know Sam, shes a really good friend of mine. But on an honest, fair review she is absolutely amazing to work with. She is always making sure she uses sterile equipment, and her line work is perfect!! Even though I had tattoo experience, she still told me how she recommends aftercare which I really appreciate. And as soon as I walked in, Sam made me feel felt right at home. Very LGBTQ friendly, respectful of pronouns, great music, made sure I was doing okay during the tattooing, and we made great conversations. Even though shes a good friend of mine, it was my first time getting tattooed by her and she already had me SOLD as my only artist I want creating masterpieces on my body, no one else!!! I came here with my sister and we both got our seconds and I got my middle cartilage done back in July. No problems at all! I just came back to get my cartilage and was reminded of the great experience, they open the packages in front of you and are just overall super friendly. Very clean and great quality jewelry and service. Both times I had Jesus do mine and my sisters piercing and he was understanding and also explained everything to my mom (who is very conservative when it comes to body alterations) and helped put her at ease when I was still under 18. Highly recommend this place and Jesus!

Lately I’ve been feelin like I wanted to see how it would look with a nose piercing. One day I was driving back home and I happened to pass by this shop. I have been coming to this shop to get tattoos/piercings for about 10 years.Jesus, is one of the most friendly, knowledgeable, and professional piercers they have. I have gotten many piercings from him and all of them have healed great…. If you actually take care of it the way he tells you to yours will be great too!As far as tattoos, anyone at the shop will give you a kickass tattoo at a reasonable cost. I think very highly about all of the staff at this shop and have recommended it to many of my friends/family members.

I trust Jesus with all my piercings hes so nice and helpful. Today I got my second cartilage done by his apprentice Julia who is so nice and funny. They both made me feel comfortable during the whole thing. They also replaced my daith with a cute gold heart. LOVE to come here.

We were walk-ins and within minutes we were talking to a tattoo artist. We came here on our honeymoon to get a couples tattoo. Its a quote from our wedding song on our wrists. We went in with a basic idea of what we wanted and Sam (our tattoo artist) helped us iron out the details. She was very patient and helpful. We are extremely happy with her work and it was very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

The first time I went here I was tattooed by Vito. He is an INCREDIBLE artist. He is very comforting and willing to work with you on the exact piece you’re looking for. I have several tattoos but the one he did is by far my absolute favorite one. I’ve had it for almost a year now and it hasn’t faded or anything, it still looks gorgeous. I sat for 4 hours with him and he is awesome at keeping a conversation as well. The second time I went here I got my septum pierced by Jesus, he is also awesome. Super friendly, talks you through the whole process and makes you feel comfortable.Overall, the shop is super clean and everyone i’ve met that works there is amazing, I don’t think i’ll ever go to another place to get anything done. The shop has a very easy modern and laid back environment. My artist Vito Masellis is extremely professional and talented. I really appreciated the fact that he was able to listen to what I wanted but also advised me of different ideas and options. Vito is extremely knowledgeable and gifted. I strongly suggest that if you areLooking to get a tattoo go see Vito at Atmosphere you definitely will not be disappointed. This place was recommended to me by a friend. I always wanted a septum piercing but never acted on it until recently. I read so many great reviews about Jesus that I just took an impulsive leap and had him pierce my septum. It’s been 10 weeks now since getting pierced and it has healed beautifully. I was nervous before I went in because I didn’t want him to go through cartilage and I didn’t want the piercing to be crooked. Jesus sat me down and explained the whole process and it was over in a flash. He seriously knows what he’s doing and I’m glad I went to him. He pierced me through my sweet spot and did it straight and I honestly could not be happier. Highly recommend Jesus!! 👍🏻

Walked in, without an appointment, to get my Medusa. Jesus was informative, patient and friendly. Definitely the person to go to if you’re in need of a piercing. The admin is also very sweet and helpful. Like literally said she would come in the room to support me while getting it down. Love this place!

Got a total of 3 tattoos by Jared now. He is very professional and makes sure the client feels important. He always took my opinions I to consideration when creating tattoos. His line work and shading is very good!!! My three tattoos all had thin lines and he did a great job! Will count on him for all future tattoos.

Sam Minneci is a True Artist- my daughter and I had a great experience here getting our butterfly tatoos. Sam worked with us, recreating and refining the designs we brought in. Her technique is beautiful, we couldn’t be happier with the final products. She’s also a kind, interested human 🦋. We have also had Vito for our feather tattoos 3 yrs ago. He was excellent as well! This place doesn’t deserve even one star!! First of all, I called them to assure myself about the prices and everything about appointments. I wanted two earrings in my ear, and my sister just one. One of their team members really friendly answered my call, and he EXACTLY TOLD ME the price of ONE HOLE would be 30$ PLUS the jewelry. He also told me, if I wanted a better quality on the jewelry, the price would be 50$ EACH, which it seemed to me really FAIR. And then he offered me 2 FOR 60$ of course with jewelry INCLUDED. Fair enough. HE WAS SUPER NICE! So I decided to go and I drove all the time to way to the place, literally 25 min., and I directly asked for the prices that he confirmed me by phone, with a guy in front kinda rude and serious. HE SAID: WE DO NOT DO ANY PIERCINGS LESS THAN 50$. I told him that one of them told me 2 for 60$. He refused, he looked at me like I’d be lying about it. He didn’t even provide me more information about what I asked. I don’t recommend this place. When you give a service, you must provide information, quality, and empathy.

Great place and greeted was awesome! Our tattoo artist was great asked us if the size was okay for where we wanted it and the price was awesome as well! It wasnt busy either

My siblings and I were in town for the week and wanted to get tattooed. I found this place and so glad I did! My brother and I got matching tattoos that were reasonably priced and done by a professional staff. Jay did mine and Vito did my brothers tattoo. It was my brothers first tat and Vito was so great and kind to him. Jay was very quick and efficient and made sure it was straight even though he had to fix a few times before he started with the ink.

Jules pierced my 6-year-old daughters ears and was super fantastic. Very nice and informative. Very enjoyable experience, and she made a little girl VERY happy.

I went in to buy some jewelry for my conch piercing and Jesus was great. He was kind enough to change it for me and was super knowledgeable with questions I had about any piercings. Ive been coming to 4 Aces Tattoo for over 5 years now! I got my snake eyes piercing done and the entire process was amazing, for someone who is afraid of needles, Jesus made the experience quick, easy, and painless!! he walked me through everything he was doing and told me clearly what i needed to do, it was a great time!! and he pierced it in the exact spot that was promised! he told me how to care for it and how and when to clean it and it never got infected!!!

Ive had a few piercings with Jesus now - he is AWESOME. :) Walks you through every step and makes you feel at ease, very thorough with the aftercare instructions, and very professional. Would definitely recommend 10/10!

Hes an absolute joy to work with, so much so I brought my husband to him for his first tattoo because I knew hed take good care to make the experience a great one. Went here recently for a nose piercing. Jesus did a great job with the piercing, and explained what was going to happen, which put me at ease. It was quick, barely any pain, done with great quality jewelry. I strongly recommend this shop for your next piercing.

I came in as a walk-in for two piercings and a small tatt. It was my first tattoo, and Vito did a great job and it wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be. Jesus did my belly piercing and cartilage and he was quick and gave me great aftercare instructions. Overall pleasant experience.

In just one week, the week I turned 18, went to get my first ever tattoo( face ) And after 3 days I went back to get my second ( dragon ). They make you feel comfortable and explain the process in great detail from start to finish. I highly recommend this place for anyone wether it’s your first tattoo/piercing or your 50th! I’ve always wanted to have my septum done but i never had the time of money for it. i went in back in september and finally did it. i went with my friend and she got her nose pierced too, it was so quick! when i had mine done, jesus was so nice and helpful and made sure i didn’t leave the shop until i was okay. love the staff, they were all so friendly:) my septum healed so nicely and it looks great! thank you!

I walked in on Sunday to get my belly button pierced. I was greeted with professionalism. Jay was my piercer and had an apprentice with him. They were very nice and asked me if I mind the student learning... I appreciated being asked... Nice place with nice people!

Got a septum piercing by Julia. She was great, answered all my questions, and took the nerves out of getting my first piercing. 10/10 and am definitely coming back for more after how well that went.

I got a tattoo of my 2 dogs paw prints by Shannon. I just lost my boy to lymphoma and have wanted to get these done for a while. After viewing all the talented artists at 4 aces, I decided Shannon had the style I was looking for so I contacted her and told her what I was looking for. I dropped off some ideas and prints and was able to book with her the next day. Shes normally really booked but was able to fit me in. She reviewed her sketch with me before hand and made a couple adjustments to make it a perfect fit for my arm. This is my 5th tattoo and by far the best one Ive had done. Her work is top notch. She has such an eye for detail and passion for what she does. She delivered perfection. I couldnt have imagined a more perfect piece. I got a little teary eyed when she started my boys print as it was a perfect replicate of the print Id given her. Im so grateful she fit me in so fast, it gives me such comfort to have his paw print forever with me. She did him justice. She was so compassionate on my loss of him and I could tell she just wanted to make sure it was just perfect. I dont have words to describe how thankful I am for this tattoo she gave me. It means the world to me and couldnt be any better.

I was in town for the weekend and had time to kill. I researched this place since it was close to my hotel and saw the excellent reviews. I walked in and told the guy what I wanted but needed some help with the complete vision. Vito took my idea and together we created a dope piece. He was cool and professional the entire time. I appreciated the fact that he took his time on my sketch until we both were satisfied. I was so pleased with the final product. Thanks Vito, you killed it!!

This was my first time getting a tattoo at 4 Aces in Franklin Park. I’ve always had friends get tattoos here and always passed it going to work. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and I got what I wanted and more! Shannon Walsh is an amazing artist. She took her time designing it and making sure all the detail was there. By the end of it I cried because of the meaning behind it and how well she executed it. Definitely going back for her to touch it up and let her do what she does best!

My experience at 4 Aces was terrific for an older woman coming for her very first body piercing the staff there were professional friendly and accommodating... knowing my concerns and taking time to talk to me about some pre-existing circumstances, to the point of pointing out to me that I should check with my doctor before my final decision to come for a piercing. Jared the gentleman who did my piercing was so patient kind and insightful. 4 Aces is a clean establishment... you can tell that it is well cared for and their hygiene practices are excellent.

I recently went to get my nose piercing done. The staff was very friendly from the minute we walked in to walking out the door. Jesus was very efficient and walked me through the whole process before piercing my nose. Absolutely love it! Will be back to get a tattoo eventually.

Nice people work here, I recommend. Came to get a piercing that I got at a from a different shop removed cause it wasn’t healing well , and Julia & Jose told me more things about the piercing than the piercer at the other place did.

I had a microdermal piercing gem top fall off. (For those unaware thats bad news & needs to be replaced ASAP. ) I called & Jesus got me in right away. Clean shop & everyone following covid precautions. Jesus used all proper protocols even though he wasnt actually replacing the piercing. As a nurse I pay close attention to these things. The staff were all friendly & fun to talk to. 🤘

I have gone to this shop only a couple of times for my stretched ears needs. Every single time I’ve gone they don’t have what I need, and every single time I walk out in disappointment. I also emailed them about maybe 2 weeks ago with questions and have not gotten a response back. If I decide I want to give this shop another chance for my piercing needs I’ll call and ask, just to avoid any time wasted with a walk-in. The staff is super nice though which is why I’ll give this a 2-Star. Some of the art on the wall intrigued me, but to be quite honest I’m feeling a bit unsure with the track record I already have with this shop. Hopefully my mind could be changed!

Went yesterday to get my tongue pierced with a friend. Had them done by Spears. He is the best! Very knowledgable and very easy to get along with guy. My friend had nip piercings (done somewhere else) and they were bothering her. Spears checked them and found the problem which he fixed! My friend feels much better now. That is now our place to go for any tattoo or piercings! Love love love!

Spontaneously called to see if I can get a peach on my left wrist. Expected someone to make an appointment and to my pleasant surprise they took me as a walk-in and openly welcomed this. I have been to a couple of tattoo shops this being my 2nd. I fancy customer service and after all the years my original shop dropped the ball by not answering their phone. That unanswered call became 4 Aces gain.I walked in and a few guys all welcomed me. Introduced myself as the call in and proceeded to be greeted by Mike. Mike helped me with registration since it had been a few years for me. Very advanced registration system with legitimate questions and concerns prior to services. Once the process was completed, Mike went ahead to set up his station and while I was waiting I sat next to gentlemen that was sketching on his phone and had a very nice conversation. I was a bit nervous and this took any anxieties away. Few minutes later I was ready for my ink!I received the greatest advice from Mike as far as size. I trust you as the professional and once some pointers were explained I was ready to go. The entire process was so fast and literally painless. I waited for my food at restaurants longer lol.Definitely coming back. I would personally reccomend this artist, shop, if you are looking for a tattoo and that extra time of explanation.

Had the words to a song for my son tattooed on my back. The song is called see you again. The song that was dedicated to Paul Walker when he died. My skin liked the song allot so i had it tattooed on my back in his honor when he was killed. I dont remember the guys name cause it was almost years ago. I believe he was one of the owners. He use to be a policeman. Did a excellent job fitting it on my back. It looks great i would definitely have him do anther.

Got my nipple pierced, wasn’t told until months later after seeing several people that it was pierced wrong. the man who noticed that my piercing was wrong offered to do it again for free, but when i called i was told there was only one piercer and he doesn’t do free piercings. asked for a refund and they refused to give one to me. my nipple is now scarred and i still don’t think it’s fully healed after two years. i was ALSO asked to delete my bad review.

I got my snake eyes tongue piercing done here and the guy did a great job. I messed up on my end and flexed my tongue when he wanted to judge how big of a bar to put in. With swelling the bar was too small so I had to take it out. Totally my fault but just wanted to mention for someone getting the same piercing

My friend and I decided on a whim to get tiny tattoos on a Tuesday because, why not. Live your best life right. They explained that the super cool mustache tats on the inside of our index fingers would not last very long. Thats understandable considering the normal day to day. But in less than 2 weeks both of ours has all but fell off. But ok no big deal. I text the guy, hes an apprentice, I was aware previously of such as well but whatever I text the guy, sent him pictures, let him know I didnt feel that this was done properly. This wasnt normal wear and tear, even for a finger tat. I know someone who has had a finger tattoo on the inside of their index for over 2 years, at least. This wasnt simply due to the healing that it has disappeared. And on two different people? I am not a tattoo artist but I believe that the tattoo was only on the first few layers of skin in most areas and again, just not done well thats all. But cool, He said he would try to fix it but it would cost me the shop minimum of 65, which was what I paid in the first place. Given that he was an apprentice, that was my bad for giving him a shot, But paying again to fix something he should have offered to do in the first place when he saw how bad his own work turned out, no way. He could have used it as a learning opportunity or whatever man. Disappointed in the lack of customer service for a legit complaint about the work, not the money. Ive never met an artist in this field who just didnt care about the finished product no matter how big or small. I wouldnt reccomend any one here.

I would put 0 stars if it were an option. I called 3 times on different days and was told that they would be able to help me change my jewelry for free. I disclosed that I did not get them here in all 3 phone calls. I was told repeatedly that it was not a problem. I drove 15 miles out of my way, Wasted an hour and a 1/2 of my time, gas that I do not have to be told that it would be $20 to change them. Which if I had been told I would have never came because I have 50 cents to my name right now. Im sure the people are great but whoever I talk to on the phone either doesnt know what theyre talking about or purposely misled me I will never go here again.

I was disrespected by Jeff. Here is a copy of our emails just so everyone can see how disrespectful and unorganized this facility is.This was my first email to Jeff.Hello my name is Danessa. I was provided your email in regards to schedule a consultation as soon as possible for tattoo removal. What I want removed has had two sessions of laser treatment already. I can also send pictures if possible to help with scheduling. Thank you so much for your time.To which he responded with:Absolutely can you please send pics? What does your schedule look like?My response to that:Sure I will take photos and send them now. My schedule is very open. I’m trying to this ASAP because I need them removed before I start the police academy with CPD on the 10th.His response:Well I can promise you that they wont be removed by the 10th of July. We may need 2 sessions on some of them due to the spacing of them. We can possibly start them tomorrow if you would like.My response:Sounds great, what time tomorrow?Jeff Did not respond until the day of the meeting after I left a message to the person who answered the phone leaving my name and number to inform him that I will be in later and if he can get back to me with a time. He than responded soon after with at 5:54pm:Any time after 6My response:Okay would 8 or 8:30 be okay?His:YesSoon after I called at 8:15 pm realizing I won’t be in at that time and if it was okay to come in later to which the person on the phone responded with “yes he will be in all night.”Soon after I arrived later last closing which I didn’t know closed at 10pm, nor have I ever herd of a tattoo shop that closes that early and I have many. So I emailed him this:Well I called earlier and let the person on the phone know that I’m coming from far and I might be there around 9, 9:30, but no one told me you guys closed at 10pm and I’m standing here..so i see that it says appointment only for Sunday’s, can we make an appointment for tomorrow if it’s possible?To which he responded with such disrespect and ignorance:Lol i hope your not late to the academy because its a zero tolerance policy. I waited at the shop till 1030 for you and now show no call. I prob wont be in till Wednesday we can set something up if youd like.How disrespectful and unprofessional! So I responded with this:Okay, first off, I called to inform them that I won’t be in till maybe later and if that was okay. Not to mention that you responded the day of with a last minute time frame that I can meet you instead of giving me a time a day ahead. Also to point out facts here, you have a general time when I can come, not a direct time. Maybe next time, address to whom ever answers the phone, with proper information regarding any client you are seeing. I even left my number and name to have you call me if it was a problem to come in later. Which you never did. And FYI, it should be a “zero tolerance policy” to have such an unorganized, organization, where communication is at fault. There’s no need to worry about my future with The Academy, just your future with clients and your organization. That is where you should be looking at with your disrespectful response to me. I will be posting this, for everyone to see what type of facility you are running. Way to be professional and respectful to your clients. Good Luck with future clients and your attitude, it wont get you anywhere but with bad reviews. 😉I would not trust a facility like this.This post and photos will also be available to see on: Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat. I also have others who are sharing this and will no longer go to this facility for future or finished work. Not to mention that I had a chest piece done by a man who worked there a couple years ago by the name of David Presley, paid him in full and never finished my work. He “ moved out of state” but the facility never did anything about it even though I paid in full to have the piece finished with two sessions. Talk about an organization. This is the worst place to go to.

Went here for my first ever tattoo. I was tattoed by Gio and it was the worst experience. He had zero vision of my described design so I showed him pictures of what I wanted and he blatantly told me he didnt know if he could do that detail. Right then and there I should’ve known that this was a bad idea. But i trusted him and now I am going this week to have it redone at a different shop so hopefully that turns out like my picture.

Vito did a piece on me recently of a hummingbird and a daisy. it’s beautiful and its become one of my favorites . Definitely recommend him to do your tattoos!

So far, I have only gotten one tattoo from this shop, but I am more than happy with how it came out and hope to come back soon. The staff were very friendly and being able to interact with an artist face to face to do my initial design was fantastic. (Photo: on the left is the photo I showed the artists, on the right, how it came out. Font wise, 1:1. Size wise, on my part, I thought it was sized correctly but off a phone screen it was hard to tell so it is a bit larger than it should’ve been but again not blaming the shop or artist it was a mistake on my part)

Walked in to get some piercings and it was done fairly quickly. I was there maybe a total of 15 mins.Jay did a great job, piercings are healing wonderfully.Thanks!

I had talked to an artist the last week in February about getting some ink done. I returned a week later in March 3, and put down a deposit for the tattoo, the artist never drew the tattoo or contacted me afterward. Till this day I still havent heard from the artist. I thought this to be very unprofessional considering its been over 3 months never again

It took almost an hour to get a piece of jewelry changed (Called in advance). And 30 minutes to get the ball put back on an earring they changed the day before (when I was told I would be serviced in 5 to 10 minutes and called in advance).......

Jesus did an amazing job on my septum piercing. Explained everything perfect before and after including aftercare. Super highly recommend this place. Thanks again guys!

I got a tattoo there a while ago and havent been back. Unprofessional. The artist (Gio, I believe) made sexual comments about me, MULTIPLE times. My tattoo is horrible, its about twice the size we talked about and has added features I was unaware of until the tattoo was almost finished. It was on the back of my neck, so I had no idea what was going on.It is the worst tattoo I have ever gotten and I have a stick-and-poke and a tattoo that Im allergic to the ink.

They spend a couple hours working with me via chat to arrange an appointment. So far, incredibly patient, encouraging, and willing to give honest input. Since I am coming from out of town, I asked if they could refer me to a competing business, and they offered help in that arena as well.I will update!
