Voodoo Tattoo

I have gotten many tattoos done with Josh. He is always friendly and the shops atmosphere is the best I have seen. Every artist (including the amazing piercer Courtney) always makes sure you are happy with whatever you are getting. Will always be my #1 shop to go to. The pictures below are tattoos josh has done. Including one he did a complete redo since I got it at 18 and the previous artist left it blotchy.

Josh is an outstanding tattoo artist. He completed two cover ups for me awhile back. His work is exceedingly better than what the previous artist left me with. He and his coworkers made me feel comfortable and welcome in their shop. I would highly recommend Voodoo Tattoo to anyone who is looking to have work done. I hope to return again and have a sleeve done soon. If youre looking for a place to have work done, look no further and contact Voodoo Tattoo. They are the best in the area.

Firstly what caught my attention about the specific tattoo shop was the scenery and the decor it gives that Louisiana vibe and even more captivating on the inside. You can really truly tell that the owner loves what he does and my fiance and I appreciate everything he did from communication, time, and patients. Really felt at ease getting tattooed by him and will definitely be back. Thank you again and will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing experience! I went in with my sister and my mom to get our ears pierced and Courtney was so sweet and accommodating! Everything was incredibly clean as well! Will definitely be back

Came in for a walk-in, and the atmosphere blew me away. Everyone was friendly, and my Artist Monkey took what I wanted and made it an art piece that Im privileged to carry with me. Im already working on my next piece with him and cant wait to come back

The lady that did my ear piercing was super professional and clean and polite and made me feel welcomed and comfortable

I went in to get a supernatural tattoo everywhere else priced me at the minimum double what they charged. The environment is very open and welcoming I mean cmon they got a dog. On top of all of that tho it was the friendless of the staff that will have me come back.

My artist was Ashley and she did an absolutely amazing job on both the Friday the 13th spider tattoo and a sunflower. Would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a quality tattoo

Best tattoo experience ever! Staff is super professional but also creates a fun, carefree and relaxing atmosphere. I will be a customer for life! I got a tattoo touch up by Josh and my daughter got her ears pierced by Ashley. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. My daughter and I are both very pleased with their work. (Also, very clean and well decorated parlor, which we loved!)

Josh was amazing. Came in with my friends to get tattoos and it was my first time getting a tattoo. Josh was super nice, great listener to the ideas, and made sure I was okay during the whole process. All in all definitely will be back for more.

I went to Voodoo Tattoo on January’s Friday the 13th flash sale and I’ve gone back every opportunity I get!! I have three tattoos, two done by Marshall and one done by Izzy, and all of them look amazing!! I can’t wait to go and get my fourth done here soon!!

Ive had multiple tattoos done here! I just want to say that Marshal and Izzy killed it tonight. They covered an old tattoo with a mandala flower and it is by far the best tattoo Ive ever gotten. They rocked it! For real, go see them and get one done!

Ashley Owa takes so much pride in her work and she does excellent work. This shop in general is amazing. veteran owned,great tattoo artists, calming atmosphere, reasonable prices, and downstairs theres even a puppy. Definitely my new go to for the pain ink.

Ashley over at Voodoo did these 2 pieces i couldnt be more happy with the work she did a great job! The atmosphere is chill there and they are great people to work with couldnt ask for more thanks guys

I had an amazing experience. I came in asking for a tattoo, and he got to it immediately. Marshall was my tattoo artist and he did an incredible job tattooing a design I had made. The customer service and conversation was also amazing. 100% recommend

Retracting this statement entirely because they completely butchered my tattoo. I do understand it was a special but I tipped 100% because at first it looked legit but once it healed half of the spots are missing. I took care of it just like I did my 400$ piece. When I called to get it fixed I was told they would call me back. Never received a call, then when I called again they told me to come right in. Why couldn’t I have been told the first time? Either way at that point I lost the trust due to other reviews that I should’ve looked into before hand(my mistake) I won’t be returning, sorry :/

Great job, awesome atmosphere, and dedicated to their clients. Got a flash tattoo, even past closing time where most places wouldnt even bother. Love the new piece! Thanks alot guys, big shout out to my man Marshal!

Very clean shop. One of the nicest I have ever been in. Veteran owned and operated. I had a great experience and would definitely come back. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Will definitely come back. Window displays are awesome, nothing like them on the coast;)

EDIT: It has been months since I visited, however this is still unacceptable. I was personally messaged on social media by one of their rude employees, not even asked if they could change anything or better my experience, just berated and called a liar.The owner of the shop, Josh I believe, was very disgusting towards MULTIPLE of his female employees in front of me while I just came in for a consultation. I noticed so many unsanitary things, bloody papertowls on the floor around a full trashcan with no bag in it. Needles sitting around OUT of the package, no customers around. The one of their artists quit and I called up there and was told shes dead now , but she is VERY MUCH ALIVE. Her Instagram is still active. The most insane, backwards,nasty shop Ive ever been to. Please dont risk getting diseases or dying by going her.

I am not very happy with my tat. If the man had actually listened to what i wanted it would have been nice. But i will get it fixed sometime later by someone else. And this was supposed to be an infinity sign with rose in the middle for remembrance for my husband who passed last August. Even the yellow i am not happy with. And he had a picture sent to him the day before. 😟

Josh is great and he knows what he’s doing! He took the time to look at what I wanted and gave his recommendations so I could walk away with exactly what I was wanting to be happy with for years to come. The shop is clean and professional. I’ll never go anywhere else ever again!

Got a tattoo done, at the time I thought it was okay, now where even close to the pic I showed her but was semi fine with that. But after the tattoo healed I’m left with a very very patchy mess. Not at all what I expect for this price!!!! Very upset!

Inexperienced artists. My tattoo is botched, looks like a child drew it with a fine point pen. now I will have to pay someone else to have it covered. Do not recommend.

The needle packages were already opened, they didn’t wash their hands, the floors were dirty and unwashed, there were bloody rags in the trash, and josh was unprofessional and touchy, NO ONE HERE IS LISCENSED !! IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME ASK FOR CERTIFICATION! THEY CANNOT PROVIDE! DO NOT GO HERE ! HORROR SHOW
