Pierced my 5 year old daughters ears, great job! He took his time making sure the size of earrings picked out and placement was on point. Gentle and comforting, my daughter didn’t even shed a tear. Great work!! I recommend for any child receiving their first ear piercing.

My daughter wanted to get some piercings but she was a bit nervous. But Louie was great! He took his time with her & did a wonderful job making her comfortable. He made her laugh & was very efficient in his work!

I have been here a few times, and they are amazing!! Had both of my nostrils pierced here, and the wonderful girl who did the second one for me, (the first girl was so cute and sweet and amazing, btw!!!) And a first nostril for my girl, she was amazing!!! Will be back for more, and tattoos too!!

I went for a walk in with a custom idea I thought that they would just schedule an appointment but they went above and beyond to understand exactly what I want and turn it into a good tattoo as well! I LOVE IT, and I will go back with my next idea.

I brought my very anxious eight year old here when her ear piercing (which was done out of town) wasnt healing correctly. They handled her perfectly and gave us good advice about how to help. We will definitely take our other daughters there to get their ears pierced!

On April 29th my mom, sister and I came here to get matching tattoos. It was my first tattoo since I’ve only turned 19 and I was extremely excited but nervous. I have anxiety and a huge fear of needles, I’ve dealt with that all my life, but I decided I didn’t want to let it stop me from living my life. I informed my tattoo artist ahead of time of my fear of needles and that I might need a break or two. I did not think that this was an issue because it was my first tattoo, I assumed he’s accustom to that. He was not. I got anxious when he first started and I asked for a break. I calmed myself down and I was ready after that. I didn’t ask for another break, I stayed as still as possible, and let him do his work. Lowkey was proud of myself, this was a big step for me. But In the middle of my tattoo he said blurted out “I don’t even understand why people with a fear of needles get tattoos anyway! You guys shouldn’t even come in here.” I started crying. Which in and of itself was embarrassing but he finished the tattoo and i left and let my mom and sister get theirs. No issues after that but the tattoo is either messed up or unfinished in one palm tree. Owner offered to fix it for free but i haven’t had the urge to go. Kind offer though.Cant remember artists name but he’s pictures below.

The vibe here is wonderful. Very fun and welcoming. Easy walk in line work for 3 matching tattoos. Jess did a great job. Showed her what we wanted and she went right to it. Absolutely will be back.June did good. He is learning but still did good. He really took the joking criticism which he has a good sense of humor.Jeff is great. He was very helpful and kind.

They did an alright job on my wrist tattoo of a black crow. Not sure if it was worth $80. 2 years later I had to have it touched up by another artist. They used a stencil, not freehand, but it the wing tips of itwere rounded and not as sharp. This was not my first tattoo, so I know how to care for them. Giving them 4 stars because I had no wait, and it was a weekend.

They did an absolutely lovely job piercing my 9 year old nieces ears. She was completely enamored with the artist. Please, if you are considering getting a childs ears pierced, take them here!

Hasn’t even been two weeks since I got my tattoo and it’s nearly gone, spent $70 for a TINY finger tattoo. My friend requested no shading on a tattoo they picked out from a flash sheet and left with the darkest shading possible and shaky lines. No after care instructions were given nor any proper bandaging. They ID’d us AFTER the tattoo??? I was made aware finger tattoos don’t last the longest but I’ve had a stick n poke on my finger that’s lasted me nearly 7 years that I did with a sewing needle and ink. Shouldn’t a professional tattoo last me longer than two weeks?

Went with my partner to get her a small-ish realistic bee tattoo on her hip. We had reference pictures and made expectations very clear. They charged her $20 more than they said it would be and didn’t tell her until after it was done that the artist had decided to go a different direction and did an extremely simple, poorly drawn cartoon bee with almost no detail. Least reliable artists I have ever met. Additionally, ever piercing anyone I know has gotten here has gotten infected. Do not come here ever.

I want to start off by stating that I love MOST of the artists in this shop, butch in particular. I’ve had several patchwork tattoos from this shop, but there was one artist who didn’t preform to the best of her ability, I wish I could remember her name. I picked a flash from one of the books, could tell line work wasn’t going well and asked her not to shade or color. Still paid her full price, but that’s not what I’m complaining about.I returned almost a year later on my one day off a week (I’m only available Thursdays) and asked if someone could touch up the line work and maybe shade it to add some dimension. They refused to touch another artists work- respectable, but somebody’s going to have to- and told me I’d have to come in on a Wednesday when she was available if I wanted it touched up at all. Being that I don’t have any Wednesdays free, I will never see her again.Here I sit, drawing out the tattoo on a piece of paper almost two years later, inspecting it more than I ever have and really, this is upsetting. She’s cute but damn is she lopsided and most of the ink didn’t stick.I apologize, Max ink, as I do love this shop. And I am sure she has improved her work since, but I am disappointed.

Obsessed with my new tattoo by Jeff! My best friend and I came in for her Birthday, everyone in the shop was super nice, I love the vibes! I went in wanting so much done to my hand, Jeff worked with me and figured out the perfect placement for what I was looking for and I could not be happier! Literally can not wait to come in and have more done.

Nicki did a great job piercing my ear lobes. Everything was sterilized & very professional and friendly service!

I want to start off by apologizing because I cant remember my artists name. Girl u were awesome. You did a tattoo that nobody else wanted to do. And you nailed it!! Im so happy with it and so is my daughter. Youre amazing and im coming back in about a week before I go back home for another. Yall if youre in this area this is the shop to go to. From the start to finish its absolutely amazing... just make sure u get ur ID back... sorry bro lol didnt mean to call u out haha!!

I got my septum done and my dad got a tattoo here about a year ago and then yesterday I went back to get my vertical labret. The staff is very friendly and I always enjoy my time here. Theyre always helpful and really know how to make someone feel safe in there shop.

I walked in on Friday the 13, was greeted on the porch of the shop by some staff, super nice, really into my random little tattoo idea, they both recommend that I get it done by a specific artist bc it looked more like her taste, long story short, short story shorter. I ended up getting the tattoo done by the female artist that first greeted me on the porch. If she didn’t stop me on my way out from speaking to the artist she original recommended , I honestly would have never got the tattoo that day and would have had to wait for another Friday the 13th to come around. Shout out to Jesse, she legit made my whole day and my tattoo is healing beautifully! Definitely would love to have her do more pieces for me.

Honestly was shocked by how good the reviews are and i’m setting my ego aside to leave a comment of my own. to all the college students who want to come here because it’s convenient and cheap, DO NOT. i got the simplest tattoo about a year ago, just some numbers. somehow, the artist messed them up so badly that i had to go back and get it fixed AND have it touched up by another artist. it also got incredibly infected and took 3 months to heal. mind you, this tattoo is about an inch and just a few numbers. the tattoo was done in 5 minutes and i got charged $75 for it too. please don’t waste your time and money, just take the trip to rochester where there’s much better and more professional shops.also, the owner has been exposed as a s3xual predator…

I initially visited this establishment for the purpose of acquiring a new tattoo. Due to a minor wait to receive my tattoo, I chose another body-modification — something I’ve wanted for years — a septum piercing, performed by Jamie.The staff were extremely professional. Not only were they very professional, they were genuine and kind.The two artists who performed my modifications, Nikki (tattoo artists) and Jamie (piercing specialist), are also very beautiful, so it was very much different than my usual artists who are generally buff, hairy men with ‘grizzly’ attitudes.10/10 I would highly recommend visiting this place. Due to privacy I cannot post a photo of my other tattoo performed at this estabkishment— it has a special meaning.Thank you so much for everything!*Edit*I rescheduled for an additional tattoo and it is amazing. We are scheduling something for next week to really give me a piece that will scream “I’m a cool guy.”*edit*The tattoos are healing quickly and look amazing. My septum piercing is also healing incredibly quickly.If you’re looking for a place that offers a variety of designs, a super chill atmosphere, and also really cool people, then this is the place to go go

Myself and my two teenage children got septum piercings together here. Our piercer, Nicki, was very open, honest and friendly. She was able to answer any questions we had as well as put us all at ease about the process. It was quick and clean. I highly recommend her for piercings. Well done.

Came in while on our one year wedding anniversary to get my nose pierced. They were awesome to work with. Very sanitary, and got the job done quick and with very little pain. Fair pricing. Aftercare was clearly explained and they gave a care sheet.

Gave a decently priced tattoo but didn’t do quite what I asked. One of the owners kept inviting me to hang out with him, asked for my number, and kept sending me pictures of his naked wife and talking to me suggestively. Will not go back because he makes me feel unsafe. However, the other owner is a fantastic man and does a very good tattoo.

Do not go here!!! Way overpriced, horrible service, and ugly shaky-lined tattoos. It’s a small room with a guy playing video games on a huge tv and random people sitting around too. It feels very cramped. They all talk to each other the entire time and are completely distracted during your tattoo. They propped my arm on a shaky table while they tatted me, too. $60 for 4 shaky lines that took 10 minutes…Really save your time and your skin, and your money by going literally anywhere else!!!

My boyfriend and I truly enjoy our time when we come in, and we always love how our tattoos come out!! The guys and girls are hilarious and interact based on how your vibe is. Very easy to be around and generally a good time!

You notice the bad reviews on this place are all 4 years AGO and all before JESSICA and JUNE ....they are two of the most amazing people and I know the quality of work that goes on to every skin/canvas she toches and her abilities are so gifted and she is going to go far in this business as well as June... Max tattoo is lucky to have them....FACTS..💯 I posted a picture of a gift that was her first freehand ...every skin she touches you have her gift and that is exactly what it is...it doesnt matter the cost..what matters is its there for life and her gift you carry......

Love this place. Ive had numerous piercings and a couple tattoos done here and Ive never had a problem and Im always very pleased. The shop is really clean, they sterilize and replace everything in front of you. The people are very welcoming and prices are reasonable.

Went in there with a friend about a year ago when she got a piercing and they had 2 dogs running through the areas where people got tattooed and pierced. The dog wouldnt leave me alone as I waited and Im very allergic to dogs. I can only imagine how someone with allergies would have reacted in that environment if they were getting tattooed. Completely unsanitary and unprofessional. I didnt appreciate the lack of control they had over their pets as well and left with an allergic reaction.

Always a blast with these guys. Good times, great artists and very fair pricing. Just got a rose on my hand a couple weeks ago followed by some vines last weekend and I couldn’t believe how well it turned out. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

They are clean, organized, friendly and their drawings are kinda vintage looking toe which is rare and Kool it itself. Went with a friend to get gauges. Although he didnt find what he was looking, he found something he liked and left with something anyways. :) :)

The young lady who did the piercing was very friendly and kind.There was no wait, it was Saturday and they got my granddaughter right in and pierced her nose. I think they were great!
