I LOVE Sarah Victor Beauty! I’ve been a client of Sarah’s for years for brows as well as lip blushing and she truly is top of the line in her industry. My first session with her I was so nervous because I’m very particular about my brows and she instantly made me feel comfortable and heard. She listened to my needs, wants and concerns and walked me through the process before we started. On top of her amazing skills, she’s genuinely just fun to be around! On top of permanent cosmetics, I’ve also been in for facials and it’s always such a treat! Her staff is so friendly and inviting and they always take great care! 10/10 would recommend and have!!

Let me start by saying the moment you walk into Sarah Victor the vibe is welcoming the staff are so nice and the esthetic is so damn cool! I have done microblading in the past with Sarah and let me say I immediately said why did I wait so long the absolute best investment. While getting my brows done I was chatting with Sarah about a tattoo I’ve wanted to get done to represent my grandma. I was able to book that day. And I just knew she would kill it! Day of the appointment I was nervous but she was so supportive and reassured me I’d do fine. The tattoo came out even better than what I imagined possible and Sarah was so gentle it did not hurt one bit! Also can I just say they offer coffee, water, tea, snacks, and candy while you’re being tattooed. Sarah is so personable, professional, and knowledgeable in her field. She is probably one of the coolest most down to earth people I have come across and is such a talented artist. I 10/10 recommend this business! Don’t hesitate, book now you won’t regret it!

I chose to go and see Sarah because her line work caught my eye. I followed her art journey for years and fell in love with her style. I knew she was the one that could bring my vision to life. The studio itself is welcoming, comfortable and full of interesting stuff. The staff are all kind, friendly and funny as heck! People don’t believe me when I tell them my age.The studio is clean and inviting; the staff works hard to please. *I also bring my teenage granddaughter for skin care.

This place is amazing! Came for the first time to get nano brows with Shelby- she was so sweet, kind, and detail-oriented. I felt welcomed and comfortable during the entire experience and Shelby’s work was incredible. I loved the studio so much that I decided to try the salon and got balayage and a cut with Lyss. This is the happiest I have ever been with my hair! Lyss was amazing and so personable. I will be a regular customer and have even recommended family and friends. Went today for the first time and was really impressed! The studio is beautiful and their communication is top notch! Lyss did a great job on my hair and makeup for my engagement photo shoot! She asked if I knew the look I was going for and after I described it, she went right to work! She was super professional and personable! My hair and makeup turned out great and I can’t wait to see how it all looks in photos after I get my engagement photos back from our photographer!

Honestly, I’m very picky when it comes to getting my makeup done professionally. Not only did Alyssa do a phenomenal job she was also very pleasant and just all around great to work with. I loved the natural makeup look that she did for me, I’ve received so many compliments. I will never get my makeup done by anyone else other than Alyssa. You will not be disappointed if you give her a chance, totally worth it for a night out, bridal makeup, and any event that you want to look your absolute best for. This place really disappointed me. I got a lash lift for $120 total including tip and the next day my eyelashes were literally sticking it out straight. I dont know if its because of the person who did it or whatever it was but I asked to come in again. They said I can come in for a full lift again for retouch price. It is damaging for the lashes to be fully lifted within a few weeks of eachother and unfortunately I dont live near the area. I called a few months later to come in to accept the offer and now it apparently changed to 20% off of 120 which it is basically 100$. I asked do your retracting the offer and she said yes and was very rude. So you just lost a customer that could have been coming in for the next few years and to me I would be very upset if I was the owner how the lady on the phone handled it.

I love this place so much. Ive loved everything Ive had done here (facials, brows, tattoos). What really makes this place so special is the staff. Everyone is truly amazing, kind, talented, fun and lovely. I always leave here feeling beautiful and reenergized. Amazing place, amazing work and amazing people!

I *literally* cannot say enough good things about SVB. I simply do not have the vocabulary to describe my experiences with Sarah et al, but I sure am going to try.First of all, it’s a little intimidating because all the people there are stunning. You want to give them your money so you can be stunning too. I guess that’s the point. But after mere seconds it doesn’t feel like the point; it feels like a sisterhood. You’re welcome. You’re part of it. And it is extraordinarily cool.Sarah and Lyss have done my makeup for important events, and Natalie did my permanent brows.Re: makeup.Both times I felt like an unstoppable goddess. They understood what look I was going for and absolutely freaking delivered and then some. Any tweaks I needed were delivered with enthusiasm that made the awkwardness of “this isn’t 100% perfect, can we…” SO much easier. I really appreciate that. And it LASTS. Did I mention I felt like a goddess?The brows?I am beyond obsessed. Beyond. I was really nervous because permanent makeup is permanent. And on your face. But Natalie was excellent at making me comfortable, explaining what she was doing and why, and checking in with me during the process. (The numbing cream is amazing and you won’t feel a thing, by the way.) She set realistic expectations for the healing process, and I felt confident with the sometimes alarming changes because of this. I’m now well past my touch up appointment and could not be more thrilled. When these babies start to fade I’m high tailing it back there so fast you could get whiplash in my vicinity.So, yeah.tl;drTrust Sarah and her coven. They’re awesome and are going to make you look and feel amazing.

I had micro blading done at Sarah Victor Beauty and the results were amazing! Life changing I would even say. I had almost no brow from years of over plucking. Sarah is a extremely talented artist and gave me back apart of myself. I was so delighted with my results I also decided to have lash extensions put on. Jazmine is so gentle and the vibe is always right, I usually fall asleep then wake up gorgeous! I would say I save over 30min of time in the morning having my brows and lashes already done! I gave 5 stars because that’s all you can give but this place is even better than that!!!!!!

I had a great experience with Alyssa at SVB! I tried brow lamination for the first time and also got an eyebrow shaping. Alyssa was so knowledgeable and explained the entire process and aftercare. My brows not only looked AMAZING but I honestly enjoyed hanging out with her. It is very evident how much the SVB staff truly care about clients. I am sold!

Booked an appointment in person for a facial. On the day of the facial, my dog was illahd needed to go to the vet. I texted them at 7:43 am, the minute I realized something was wrong with her. They still charged me. The only reason they even had my card information is because I purchased hair products. I understand that they have policies and that their staff has to be paid. They offered me two other appointments one today and tomorrow (I couldn’t do either due to work and previous appointments) and that was all they were willing to do. I have the receipt from the vet which is dated and timed. Sorry but I wasn’t willing to go get a facial when something was wrong with my pet. I am not someone who randomly cancels appointments as I have friends in the industry and I understand. The woman I spoke to said the facialist was “already here” when I cancelled. I doubt she showed up for a 10 am facial at 7:43 am. I’m so incredibly disappointed because they seemed like lovely people but sometimes things happen and people have emergencies.Edited to add: the two rescheduled appointments I was offered: one for 2 pm on Thursday (the same day) when I work at 4 pm an hour away from your location. . The other the next day at 10 am. I explained that I have to be in MA For 1pm and I already live an hour from you. This is hardly “accommodating”. No one I’ve told thinks this is right. Sometimes people just need a little empathy and flexibility because life is unpredictable. I even provided proof of the vet appointment: dated and timed. I have the review because I think people should know your policy is rigid and doesn’t allow for any exceptions. I didn’t get the benefit of being told this. And I did not sign anything saying so.

This is THE place to get your brows done!The space itself was clean, professional, trendy, and welcoming.The true beauty of this place is the vibe.. the energy. Which you start to feel even before arriving- on the SVB website the first words you see are “Come as you are”, THAT is a place I want to support.You can tell these ladies love what they do and are actually having fun. The playlist was my jam and Sarah’s singing and banter with her assistant was quite entertaining.As far as the actual service…I was there for my first nano brow appt. with Jen! I read a little about what to expect but was pretty uninformed overall. I did look at all the ladies work on IG and knew I trusted them to do an amazing job. Jen was beyond meticulous. My appt lasted more than 3 hours with only about 25 minutes of that actually getting my brows done… the other 2.5+ hours was Jen doing her thing and creating the perfect brow for ME; which btw, I did show her some pics of what I liked but other than that I was open and knew to trust the professional.It’s now day 4 since my first appt and my brows already look SO GOOD!I look forward to my second “perfecting” session in about 4 weeks!

I had my hair done with Lyss! Let’s me tell you she nailed it. I was extremely nervous going to someone new specially with my hair loss issues. I have had trouble finding someone to do what I want to find it to be cut and styled how I want it. I talked to her and told her my concerns, and what I wanted out of it. She killed it. I was so happy, it lays the way I want it to lay, it looks full and thick, she listened, she is so easy to talk to. I am truly blessed to have found her! If you are looking for the switch or the change and nervous trust her! I put all my trust into her and I am a picky picky person when it comes to my hair!

I had invisible bead extensions put in by Lyss. The extensions look great! I’m about 6 weeks post-service and they still look and feel awesome.Previously I had a regular weave and while I was perfectly happy with it, it was definitely harder to hide when I put my hair up in a ponytail or bun, and I also had a few bumps at the ends of each weft that stuck up through my hair.With the invisible beads I no longer have the bumps, and the beads really blend in when my hair is up. Lyss did a great job of coloring the roots of the wefts so that they really blend in with my natural hair.I’d recommend Lyss 100 percent!

I started growing my eyebrows out during COVID with a really specific result in mind (I.e. big, fluffy brows). Two years, and five local experts later, I found myself not much closer dream and prepared to make the pilgrimage for my brow lamination to New York -- until I met Christina. Right away, she asked for a picture, which I was totally unprepared for because this was the first time Id been asked. As we flipped through images together, Christina explained the process, the end result, and what I needed to do to achieve my dream brows. This woman KNOWS. HER. STUFF. While the brows set, I shared with her my hopes for better skin and lashes and my fears of hading it all over to someone with all product and no knowledge. Like a magical face fairy, Christina delivered brilliant answers and even brought in another brow expert to do a micro blading consult. Upon the big brown reveal? I cried with total joy. My lashes were thicker, fluffier, and more natural looking and more than I could have hoped. After many tear-stained trips to the mirror, I made an appointment for a full-on facial with Christina and micro blading -- two things I hadnt at all planned on doing and now cant wait to happen. Christina gets sooooo many stars, yall.UPDATE: Today, Natalie, Goddess of Art and Needle, Harmony micro bladed my brows. I was nervous going in, not because of the needle, because you never know if someones vision of brow perfection is the same as yours. Natalies was ever better. After mapping out my brows with Geometry-like precision, she got to work. The entire process was super relaxing and down-right enjoyable. When it was all done, Natalie did the reveal, and I was in such an immediate state of shock and awe at my new-and-improved reflection that I burst into happy tears almost threw her mirror down on the ground. When Natalies I-can-create-human-hairs-with-a-tattoo-needle is combined Christinas I-will-change-your-life brow lamination, the result is something you have to experience to believe. Seriously. Natalie = STAAAAAARRRRRSSS.UPDATE: Once Christina managed to pry me away from a mirror, she got to work on my Lash Lift and Tint before giving me the most incredible, most magical, and transformative facial Ive ever had in my life. After a head massage that took my senses to a whole other level, Christina combined a whole magical array incredible-smelling elixirs and creams that literally made my skin glow. She is like an encyclopedia of skin care: Every single product had purpose, and she made damn well sure it reached its full potential on my face. The big reveal? Holygeez. My lashes were perfect and my skin was so ridiculously gorgeous that I look Photoshopped. I walked out with a whole array of full of top-quality skin-care products, and a complete skin routine to maintain this insane glow at home because all this woman wants to do is for you to have beautiful skin. I mean, Christinas stars? Think galaxy.

I have gone here for a nano brow with Natalie and a brow lamination and balayage with Lyss. I can absolutely say that with every serviceI’ve gotten here I have loved the results. Both of them were great at explaining the processes and addressing any concerns that I had. I felt like I knew what to expect and was so excited about the end result. Everyone there was super friendly as well, and the vibe of the whole salon is really cool!

Cannot recommend this place enough. I went there for the first time to get my eyebrows done and I was very nervous but not only did they look AMAZING but christina went above and beyond. she examined my skin as i’ve struggled with oily skin and acne my whole life (no improvement with dermatologists) and she was so kind and told me she knew exactly how to take care of me. I came back asap for a facial and skin care education and after one day my skin is smoother, brighter, softer, and cleaner than i’ve ever seen it. Staff is also amazing, welcoming, so nice, so funny. 10/10 place to go

Sarah is awesome! Hands down the easiest and most pleasant tattoo experience I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!!

Lyss is incredible! She installed hair extensions with the invisible beads and I’m obsessed. She did a great job. They look very natural and are easy to maintain. Lyss took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain how the extensions worked and also the aftercare required. Lyss also colors my roots to match the extensions to ensure everything looks natural. She also highlights my daughter’s hair and it came out beautiful. Lyss is super talented and a sweetheart to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend Lyss for anything with hair! You won’t be disappointed.

It really saddens me to write this. I was so excited to have my brows done at Sarah’s place since most of the reviews were great. I booked during my week off of work and let them put an almost $300 deposit on my card. My appointment was canceled because my artist had COVID. I was disappointed, but still hoped to get my brows done on my vacation week. I did, and they turned out great. I asked for my money to be refunded from Sarah and was told that is not the policy and they were keeping my deposit. I can see that the owner makes fun of anyone that writes a negative review so I imagine she’ll do the same of me. She’ll say she gave me a chance to reschedule. Why would I reschedule when I had them done somewhere else? I nicely asked to be refunded since they were the ones to cancel and was told no. I’ve never experienced something like this before in my life. If you need my money that bad, keep it, you planned on it anyway. I just want to warn the public, I booked 4 days prior. They canceled and kept my money. Was there COVID in the shop already? I wonder? I suppose it’s a great way to keep up income without providing services. Quite the scam this girl fell for. I hope the rest of you don’t.

I have done the lash lift/tint/facial (Alyssa), lash extensions (Jazmine), eyebrow microblading (Sarah)- as well as buy a new skin care line for home thanks to Alex. Sarah has created an amazing culture of women supporting women in beauty and I would recommend services to anyone.

This was one of the most horrible salon experiences that I’ve ever had. I’ve gone back-and-forth between writing a review about it because of how I see the unprofessional responses from the company that come and attack those who leave honest reviews but at this point I really don’t care. I came in looking nice and left looking worse. I chose them and selected a three-in-one deal to get an eyelash lift and tint, a brow lamination, and a blowout for my hair. (Something like that; it was a while ago so I don’t remember the exact combo.) Anyway, I went in to the room to lay down on the table to get the services done and the woman who did my services was very curt and she made me feel very unwelcome. She didn’t encourage conversation, and made me feel rushed. She emphasized that I had short, “coarse” lashes, which may or may not be true, but in this day and age using the word “coarse” is known to be controversial and potentially micro-agressive especially when speaking to a black individual. I felt so uncomfortable there, even though the door was closed. I didn’t get to take a so-called “lash nap” because the other thirty-something employees were screaming and swearing at each other with horrible vulgar language like I was back in high school. Completely unprofessional. Just because you talk like that at home does it mean you bring that to the salon. Not everybody talks that way. After finally finishing the eyebrow and eyelash services, I went to get my hair washed and blown out but the stylist who was doing my hair ran out of time and I left with my hair wet and unstyled looking worse than I did when I came in. When I went to complain to the owner and ask for a refund for that portion, she said that the blowout was never guaranteed as a part of the combo and blah blah blah and I just let it go because I was not in the mood to fight. But the explicit music they have playing, their explicit language, and their overall unprofessional attitude are just inexcusable and if they’re going to continue that way, they really need to emphasize that that’s the environment you’re gonna be walking into. Or, just become a professional environment. There’s an option.

I have had microblading done before and it was SO painful. Sarah had me numb for 30 min and then the procedure went so smooth and was painless! Her work was as amazing as all of her before and afters. Would highly recommend SVB to anyone looking for microblading.

I had a hair and makeup with Lyss Oja and Ive never looked so flawless. I went to the engagement pictures looking like a queen 👸 Lyss made the experience a fun time as well. Shes very friendly and professional. If youre looking for a flawless look then Lyss is the only women to go to!!!

The place is the absolute worse! They don’t have any consideration for a parent whos child got sick last minute! They charged my card 1 hour prior to my appointment as I was trying to come later in the day! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anybody & yes I informed the receptionist that I have a family emergency, the receptionist did not care & kept stating their 48 policy over & over. I understand the policy & respect it however this was a last minute emergency and this business had no empathy for the situation. THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING!This business is a scam and just out to take your money! If I could give them less than one star I would! I’ve had my eyelashes done at many places and this place is by far the worst.

Dont let the microblading pictures on the website fool you. These pics are done the day of the procedure. Once they heal they look NOTHING like that. It also does NOT last 12-18mos as the website says. 6mos at best and youll have to pay for a refresh. This is not only my experience but others who have gone there. They will tell you that everybody and every-body is different when you voice your concerns. Apparently there are many different bodies because everyone that I know has gone there has had the same experience.
