Yellow Rose Tattoo

I had a rose tattoo that (to me) looked like it was placed weirdly and wanted to fill in some spots to even things out. My artist was Ian and he is definitely amazing to work with and is passionate about what he does. He really made me feel comfortable about getting my piece done given how anxious I was and went above and beyond with his work! If you pick them, you’ll be in great hands for sure! :)

I had an idea for my first tattoo but wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. I contacted yellow rose based off a friend’s referral and spoke to Ian. We exchanged a few emails and set a date. I described exactly what I had in mind and let him take it from there. Ian brought my idea to life and executed the design perfectly. I couldn’t be happier! He added an element of creativity that I never could have pictured on my own. He even showed me some of the ins and outs of the design tools he used to bring my idea to life. So professional and a great first experience. Highly recommend!

I stumbled across Yellow Rose Tattoo a year ago when looking for a shop that took walk ins. Today I took my entire family to get tattoos at this shop because of how many great experiences I’ve had here over the last year. Izzy is amazing and makes sure everyone is comfortable and satisfied. Ian has created a welcoming shop environment stocked with incredibly talented artists. 10/10 recommend this shop & these artists for not only great tattoos, but a great experience as well.

My friends and I were visiting the area and walked in on a whim for tattoos. Wow, what a great experience from start to finish. We received a friendly welcome from multiple artists, who were all extremely accommodating. Izzy was my artist and I cant compliment her enough. She worked out a design for me thoughtfully. She is warm, friendly, professional, interesting, and exceptionally talented. I plan on making the 2 hour drive to see her for my next tat and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for great work done by great people.

My friend and I needed a walk-in place. So I googled and called ahead and Ian the owner was so kind and accommodating on the phone. Great vibes off the bat. Not only were we able to get walk-in service, we were able to get tattooed at the same time by Ian and Izzy- and we got good size tattoos! Both of which came out STUNNING!! Ian did mine and he took plenty of time stenciling and restenciling to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Pricing was more than fair for the care and precision it took to create the masterpiece on my foot! He will do all my work from now on for sure. Incredible experience all the way around!

Had an AMAZING experience here with Alisa!! I followed her from her last shop and finally got to come check out her new space. It was so easy to book my appointment, and I didnt need to book a year out like at some shops. Alisa was set up, ready to go when I arrived. She is both efficient while working and delightful to chat with... before you know it, your session is over and you dont feel beat up.The shop is warm, cozy and clean!! Looking at the work of Alisa and all the other artists, theres someone for everyone here. I look forward to getting a chance to meet everyone else at Yellow Rose.

Got my 3rd tattoo overall, but first time at Yellow Rose. Booking was very easy. Seb was awesome! He was prepared for me, made sure I was happy with everything. The other artists were very welcoming as well, and a good music selection. Some shops feel like youre not welcome if youre not a regular, but that was not the case at Yellow Rose, I felt right at home when I walked in. I will definitely be back for more!

This is by far my favorite tattoo shop I’ve been to. I am so fortunate enough to have been introduced to them because I don’t see myself going anywhere else! Everyone is always so welcoming, asks about yourself, and checks in on you throughout the appointment. The best work I have ever received and expectations are ALWAYS exceeded. Going for my fourth time in November!

I got my first tattoo here with my friend and it was a great experience! My friend was super nervous and Seb was very reassuring. He did an amazing job on my tattoo and I will definitely be back.

This was my first tattoo and I had an amazing experience. I had been tattooed by Ian and he walked me through the entire process and kept checking in and asking if I needed breaks which made it so much easier for me to relax and not be nervous. The shop was very clean and professional while still having its own personality to it. I think by just this one tattoo I have found my go to spot. So happy with the outcome as well, it really couldn’t be more perfect, definitely will recommend to others!

Received my first tattoo tonight from Jackson and it was the best experience I could have asked for. He took his time on the design, even though my appointment was scheduled close to closing, and walked me through the entire experience. The price was reasonable for the design and overall I’m really pleased with how everything came out. I will 100% be back here for my next tattoo.

There is a reason YRT has 5 Stars. It truly is a 5 Star experience. I have been tattooed at multiple shops but after finding Ian, I will never get tattooed anywhere else. His talent is obvious, but what makes the experience unlike anywhere else is his professionalism, caring and comforting attitude, and his attention to cleanliness and your well being. There are plenty of talented artists in the world, but Ian at Yellow Rose Tattoo is the whole package. Youll leave with stellar ink and an experience that will keep you coming back. For reference, I have three original pieces by Ian and two cover ups that are literally out of this world.

Got tattooed by Seb today and it was a fantastic experience! I finally decided what I wanted to Seb went above and beyond my expectations! I will be going back soon for more work!

I got an absolutely amazing tattoo, which I totally expected, but when I was done and went out to my car to find a flat tire, not only did Ian set me up with a place to park, but even helped me change the tire, the customer service here really cannot be beat.

Tattoo artist Izzy did an amazing good on the tattoo I wanted. She even made a few adjustments that made the tattoo more realistic. Amazing work!

I’ve worked with Jackson before but not at this shop. When I arrived at Yellow Rose I was delightfully surprised! It’s a very cozy little shop that is cute, clean, and nicely decorated. Everyone working there was very nice. Jackson was awesome as usual and gave me a great price for my inner forearm tattoo. I would definitely use Yellow Rose again!

We called as soon as they opened on a rainy Saturday to see if they could accommodate two small walk-ins and managed to snag two spots with the same artist. We just wanted small matching tattoos but being able to have the same artist made it even better. We worked with Jackson, who was great, understood what we wanted, and was able to pull up an image of exactly what we both pictured. The shop itself felt very welcoming, which is sometimes just not the case, so we were pleasantly surprised. Id love to visit again for something larger, flash or planned out. 10/10 perfect spontaneous rainy Saturday plan

I had an amazing experience today! I came in as a walk in to get my first tattoo done by Ian. He was so excited to be able give my first one, and made sure I liked what was sketched out. He checked in on me while he was tattooing to make sure I was okay. It came out exactly how I wanted it, and I’m so happy I got it done at yellow rose tattoo!!! Highly recommend.

Yellow Rose is special! A friend of mine got his first tattoo here. Afterwards, I also went and got my first tattoo. Hands down would go back for the sake of re-living my experience. I plan to in the near future.I enjoyed collaborating with Ian to ensure the tattoo would last in the long run. He took pride in the finished product. FYI: Once your skin heals, and if you notice work needs to be done, they will do free touch-ups.10/10 would recommend to any of my family and friends. Thanks again Yellow Rose and Ian!

Got my first tattoo here yesterday and Jackson was amazing! The shop is very clean, and all of the workers are very friendly. Booking the appointment was very easy, they accommodate all of your needs, and they don’t overprice. I will definitely be going back here, I highly recommend it!!

I was recommended by people on our Boro community page and by clients. I used the make an appointment form on the website and attached the two drawings I wanted combined for my tat. I heard from Ian within 48 hours and I had my appointment the night before! The shop was busy- kinda comforting for anyone nervous. Jackson did my art; he pulled up the design on a tablet for my approval before printing and resizing it (he enlarged it a few times to get the size right). He encouraged me to take breaks to stretch my arm during the process, told me what to do afterwards. All the shading he did free-hand and it looks great. Shop is very clean and everyone was meticulous about keeping their stations sterile. I will be back when I want more ink.

I’ve gotten 3 tattoos at yellow rose and I have always had a great experience! The studio is clean and inviting. The artist are super friendly and have never tried to talk me into something I didn’t like. With so many tattoo places in the area I’m super happy I found this one.

Yellow Rose is a really nice tattoo shop. Clean, friendly, welcoming environment. I love the way its set up with all the flash on the walls. Seb has done several of my tattoos and is an amazing artist, I am always extremely happy with how they turn out! All of the artists here are very talented and do great work. This is the single handedly the best tattoo shop I’ve ever been in. The whole vibe ofthe place is welcoming and the artists are even better. I usually feel a sense of dread walking into shops because it feels stressful and judemental but Yellow Rose just has the best artists. Ian is always so friendly and is super easy to talk to. Seb has done two tattoos of mine so far and not only do I love them both, he’s also very friendly and down to earth. He was super understanding of when I needed a break, talked me through the process, and when it was all said and done made me feel not bad about myself.I’m so happy to live close to here, and have met some of the coolest humans in the industry. I can’t wait for future projects. Thankyou guys SO much.

I highly recommend Yellow Rose! The place is clean and bright and welcoming. Not only was my artist Ian, super friendly and professional, but so was every Artist in there; which makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I have since moved out of state but will definitely make trips back here just for tattoo appointments, that’s how good Ian’s work is.

Went here to get a traditional rose on my forearm as a coverup. Alisa Affatato did a great job. She was clear about what was possible while also working with my preferences to get a design that I liked. The final result looks great. Would definitely come back here for future traditional style pieces.

I could not be any happier to have spent some time with Ian to get my latest tattoo. After stalking the shop on Instagram, I took a chance and walked in today hoping (but not necessarily expecting) to be fit in. I dont know what forces were at play, but Ian had a last-minute reschedule and I had nothing but time! Ian was a breeze to work with and made an absolutely beautiful tattoo for me. Im fully anticipate that todays visit will not be my last.

I dont know of anyone that puts more effort into others than Ian. He pays attention to the smallest of details to make sure the shop is running to perfection. The atmosphere and the crew are top notch. I remember being younger going to tattoo shops and it would be grumpy old men who would rather you not be there and give them business. This place is the complete opposite of that. Not only are they amazing people operating in a clean shop the artwork is amazing as well with plenty of flash on the walls along with a desire to work with you on your next custom piece. I recommend them to anyone especially if it is your first time for a top notch experience

Today was my second time at Yellow Rose with @tonetattoos and it seriously has been the most amazing shop experience i’ve had both times. I know for me and a few other women it’s been hard finding a tattoo shop that treats women the same as any man that walks through the door, for whatever reason. Yellow Rose is welcoming, treats everyone who walks through the door the same and makes the entire experience feel so comfortable. They keep you fully in control of the process and take all pointers or adjustments u ask for without a single complaint. If you’ve been someone with a poor experience in the past at a shop, yellow rose is truly my top and only recommendation for a shop in the area. Already have my next booked, can’t wait

Update: just went in for my 3rd tattoo with Jackson and it was a phenomenal experience as the past 2, I cant recommend this place enough, such good vibes as soon as you walk in the door all the way until you walk out. After my 4th tattoo from this establishment, i would like to add on how wonderful li is as both a person and a tattoo artist, she was extremely thorough with my current piece and asked throughout the tattoo if I was feeling okay and offered many breaks, would highly recommend her for any tattoos you want.

Me and my boyfriend were tattooed today and my artist Anthony was perfect. The shop was clean and all the tattoo artist are polite and professional. I’m already on the books again for my next appointment. Kurt a tattoo artist made a suggestion on my tattoo and it came out perfect. Can’t say enough good things. The shop has an awesome vibe, so many options for flash. Seb was super kind and easy going. This was my first large piece and he made it a total breeze. He also gave me a rendition of my tattoo that he drew on this beautiful handmade paper that I got to frame and hang up. Definitely planning to be back soon!

I got all 10 fingers tattooed and went into it knowing it could be a difficult process, but tony was so sweet and is an incredible artist. all of the artists there were super friendly and made us all feel right at home, and the shop itself was clean and comfy. Ive been getting tattood for 15 years and Ian here at Yellow Rose Tattoo has given me my best experience yet. His work is beautiful and consistent. I dont ever plan on going anywhere else. Went 64 years 11 months without a tattoo. Kept thinking about that old adage that you regret the things you didn’t do, not the things you did. Ian did my first tattoo, which was EXACTLY what I wanted (my granddaughter’s name Lilly in a flower), and it was surprisingly to me painfree. His professionalism, and talent made my first experience a good one. Can’t recommend him enough.

Ian is awesome! He did the 2 tattoos I have and he is professional and compassionate. They are my memorial tattoos for my dad and grandmother. He is kind and took the time to make the tattoo better than I envisioned it!

Went 43 years from my first tattoo to my most recent which I got yesterday. I visited 3 other shops in the area and always walked out not feeling quite sure that they could picture the vision of what I was looking for. When I walked into Yellow Rose that all changed. Tommy not only understood what I was looking for but went the extra mile to make it even better. He is an incredible artist and made the whole experience enjoyable. Can’t recommend him enough. I was considering Jackson/Jason because my partner recommended me for his services. He used to work at Revelation Tattoo in Hatfield, PA. I am new to the tattoo scene whilst having only one tattoo on my body, as for my partner she has many and has accumulated multiple friends with tattoo artists. Jason is not understanding and will try to make you feel bad for not booking with him. Do not down play our relationship as you did when you commented on my girlfriends review. Goes to show you dont accept the LGBTQ lifestyle.
