Justin created the perfect piece to pay homage to my favorite book. He was communicative, hospitable, and beyond talented. He makes the process as comfortable as possible, he even lets you pick a show to stream! I will definitely be back!

Started out ok with the 1stone after that all down hill. Not professional at all people always walking in your room, they even ask you for a ride home. No. They didn’t even finish my granddaughters. And she paid a lot with tip.

Jewelry for piercings is well priced and affordable.My tattoos (cow tattoos) were 120$ altogether (sale was going on) I also got a nose piercing for 15$ (also sale based)And two pieces of jewelry for 8$.Wicked ways is always my go to place for good quality tattoos and affordable pricing.

I received my first tattoo from Pixie who was absolutely amazing and patient. She took her time and checked in with me to make sure the healing process was going well. I received my second tattoo from Gene which was very last minute but he was very kind with fitting me in his busy schedule. He altered the design to my liking and made helpful suggestions about the placement. He completed everything in a timely manner. I will never go anywhere else to get my tattoos done. The staff at wicked ways in river town mall are wonderfully skilled without a doubt.

Was going to get a tattoo by Kevin, but Ive never felt so uncomfortable during a consultation in my life! listening to himtrash talk all of his coworkers so far from professional, not good business practices

I could not go here again the staff had allowed a service dog in their shop, witch is illegal under Michigan law to have any animals in a tattoo shop. And I could not in good conscience tell anyone to go here. I’m appalled that the staff would let this slide let alone the owner

I got two tattoos done by Pixie, shes really talented, she does awesome work, I didnt want color cause it always fades out, but she thought the pink and purple would make the tattoo pop which it sure did I dont regret getting color I love it! So if I was you go to Pixie for tattoos!! 😁😁

Waited over 2.5 hours and to get my name skipped just because another person requested a tattoo artist Snow Olson. Told her I was next her response she requested me. I’m like no disrespect take care of me then she can be next. No she wanted me to continue waiting for the next person. I ask to speak to the manager the person that was helping me got all upset. I told her put yourself in my shoes you would be upset too. And gave me my money back. To shut me up. Hopefully the manager/ owner will see this and get his team some much needed customer service training.

Been a few years since the last time I got a tattoo. Went looking for a new artist and what Willy did was amazing. He took my ideas and came out with a beautiful piece on my arm. Cant wait to go back and add to it.

Absolutely love coming here. Pixie has done all of my alice themed tattoos and I couldnt be happier. Already have plans to do a full sleeve with her. She is truly an amazing artist.

My daughter and myself got our noses pierced in the Grandville location a year ago. Came to Allendale location today And my daughter got her nose pierced. And I was coming to get my lip pierced my Monroe redone, but decided not to. They had a great deal of $10 piercings. They girls were really sweet and helpfulYou sign an agreement and consent. Minors need parents. It was a beautiful store, well decorated. Loved the chairs! Sterile, clean environment. It was busy that day but no wait. Pretty Cool.

Went in at 3PM for nose piercing with girlfriend. They didn’t say anything about a wait time so I expect to be in within 15-30 min but here comes 5PM and still sitting here while 5-6 people are talking behind the counter. Do not go here these people are jokes and like to waste time.100% would not recommend

A great place to get a piercing! Everyone is very nice and everything is very clean. They are very careful about making sure the environment is completely sterile. I highly recommend getting your piercing here or bringing your kids for their piercings. So much better than going and getting their ears pierced with a gun.

Very upset with the lack of care I was given. I came in and got 3 sets of piercings done. The snakebites popped out within 2 days because the balls on the end didnt properly screw on so the would fall out without even being touched. When I went in to try and get help there was only one person there and she just handed me a baggie with the same kind in them and I could not get them in on my own. I have basically given up on the snakebites for now and will most likely seek new ones elsewhere.

I would not recommend coming here for a piercing. Go to a more reputable shop, and don’t get sucked in by Wicked Ways’ bargain prices.The sales counter/waiting area looked cheap and kind of shady, and the sales staff laughed at me (for no reason…) when I stepped up to the counter and told them why I was there. Literally everyone working at this shop looked and acted like they were high. I don’t care about your after work activities, but that did not inspire much confidence in me that they would do a great job with my piercing. They only accept cash, which was also weird, but at least they have an ATM onsite.Noize and his apprentice Hailey performed my septum piercing. Hailey was friendly and talkative and eager to learn, but Noize seemed like he was trying to get the job done as fast as possible. He did not explain the piercing procedure beforehand to me and didn’t wait to make sure I was comfortable before going ahead with the piercing. However, he did act very kindly when my lips turned white afterwards. 😆When they say “you get what you pay for,” this place is what they’re talking about. Although my piercing is fine, the overall atmosphere of the shop and its staff did not make me want to return. I should have listened to my gut and left as soon as I walked in and felt immediately unsure about the place.

My daughter has gotten several piercings done here. They do amazing. The shop is always clean and they are very knowledgeable. Its a very laid back and fun experience.I have also gotten three tattoos done by Snow. She does amazing work, is always on time, super friendly and her art is just the best. My husband has used Snow for tattoos as well.

My mother recently visited this establishment, she was so excited but also nervous. An apprentice helped my mom calm down as she was setting her up for the lip piercing. We noticed how clean and well taken care of the place was, and every staff members station if decorated to their style. Which I thought was very unique!! Noize who is a very close family friend of ours, walked in and was very prompt. He was quick and gentle as he did the procedure! Once he was finished he made sure she was comfortable and happy with her new piercing, and proceeded to inform her how to professionally take care for her new look. 😁 We will be visiting the Rivertown location again very soon!

Pixie was amazing I was looking for someone to do a memorial tattoo and I’m so glad i chose her!!! I would definitely get more work by her and recommend her to others.

Pixie is absolutely the sweetest! Shes very light handed but knows how to pack color and make everything her own. Her talent for creating custom pieces to fit what you want is outstanding and the at home feeling she gives is to die for. 10/10 recommend her and the shop as a whole. Ive gotten 3 tattoos and 4 piercings from them in the last 3 months and Im for sure going back. I found my new body modification site and Im following these guys.

We walked in with four people and they were able to tattoo us all that same day! All the employees were super friendly and approachable. The tattoo artist I had also did an amazing job with my tattoo!

Ive gotten five tattoos so far from Wicked Ways and its the only place Im comfortable going. My artist, Gene, does incredible work. Hes professional, fair with pricing, detailed, clean, fast, and has given me amazing custom tattoos. I give him photos and an idea, and he brings it to life perfectly. Ive never been disappointed with his work or service.

My daughter was nervous to get her ears pierced but the studio was really professional and the girl made her feel comfortable. I recommend going here if you are looking for a place that does not use a piercing gun. And its located right in the mall!

Friend had a tattoo appointment, had to run home quick and get cash because they were short, came back 8 minutes after scheduled time and was denied service, was told to reschedule or they’d keep deposit $ (normal), rescheduled and came back right on time, ended up waiting a little over an entire hour after being checked in. As well as having quoted tattoo price raised for being late to the last appointment. And then being called a “pretty little teenager” while leaving the shop. Disgusted by the attitudes and poor customer service.

Me and my friend just went in a got our septum’s pierced, the guy who did ours was super nice! He took good care of us and did our piercings perfectly! He made sure we were comfortable and calm, and kept checking on us, definitely my new place to go for piercings & tattoos!

We love Wicked Ways for our piercings and Tattoos. My boys got their ears pierced and my friend got her daith done. I got my septum and was very nervous , but it didn’t hurt at all and was quick and easy. I have gotten almost all my piercings here (the ones were before I knew of them) and don’t trust anyone else, but Noize! He is literally the best! Highly recommend him for all your piercing needs. 🥰

Those working the desk were so very kind and inviting and I am sorry I did not get the name of the person who pierced my 12 year old daughter ears or the person that checked us in because both were fabulous!!!! Dude finished a tattoo, changed his gloves, but didnt wash his hands, and immediately started setting my stuff up for a double ear lobe piercing. I STUPIDLY DIDNT ASK HIM TO WASH HIS HANDS! Now, I am deeply concerned for my health. Wont be going here again thats for damn sure! Disgusting! :(

Walked in to ask about getting some old tattoos recolored. I was given a pretty high price and told I would have to pay extra because my tats were not from them. What does that have to do with anything??? I went to one of their competitors who happily took less of my money and did a fantastic job.

I came in for a double nose piercing. The people were nice enough and pleasant really! Great people, however I did get the feeling my peircer was inexperienced. She took a very long time to line up my spots and they were still uneven, I hoped she would have asked for help at one point. I got the dots lined up but when it came time to pierce one side was still in the wrong spot. I understand it is hard to make things symmetrical however I just feel like supervision may have been needed.. I ended up having to take that side out completely.. it was pretty upsetting. They are super friendly though! Lol

My husband and I both got piercings. He got his nostril and I got my septum. Lizzy was very professional, paid close attention to placement, and was fast. She made it a quick and (almost) painless experience. Thanks Lizzy!

My fiance got a septum piercing there and guy was shaking hole time and swaring cuz needle was not going threw.. also looks like he made the piercing off set he did say it would maybe look like that due to the nose but if u look at it right side is at tip and other side is not at tip like the other side? Idk what was going on. But guy was shaking alot? Went to other shop and found out he messed up her nose. We got this done at woodland mall

Extremely rude staff, process wasn’t explained well as to what was needed to get a piercing for a minor. And when more questions were asked they told us they would prefer us to go somewhere else.

Terrible experience, I will never go back and will tell everyone I know not to go there. So unprofessional, I was shocked. Nobody wears a mask. Made us sit there in a room full of people during a pandemic for no reason for over 20 minutes. Raised their prices after bragging about how much money he made the day before. Employees eating at the counter and putting on deodorant.. just not clean at all. The worst tattoo and piercing shop Ive ever been too. There are quality shops around but this aint it. I wish I could give them negative stars!

Full tattoo not shown but you can see the vibrant colors and amazing work pixie has done on my arm as a cover up tattoo! You can’t even see the tattoo that was there! She was given an idea and added her own artistic skills to it so I would have a unique to me design that I love! Highly recommend!

I have know pixie for a couple years and love the work shes done on my fiancé. I recently when for a back tattoo and it turned out better than I could ever ask for. Thank you do much. I got my double and triple lobes pierced here and I’m never going anywhere else! He was quick and I barely even felt it! Super professional and sanitary. If it was possible i would give him higher than 5 stars. I forgot the piercers names but I definitely would have mentioned him so everyone could go to him.

Everytime I go to wicked ways the energy I get is a unfriendly shop, at first I thought maybe it’s me maybe I didn’t speak enough, but than I felt it multiple times from my Tatoo appointments or just when recently I went to buy some cream, this is the thing being a tatoo artist you should never make your customer feel they are lucky to be getting a Tatoo by you it’s a million and 1 Tatoo artist out not saying they are good but you can easily go to another shop, I have an artist I go to but when she is booked I use to use wicked ways as like a quick last minute tat shop long as I didn’t want a heavy piece, but the vibes I get when I walk in is just a uncomfortable feeling, the tatoos I did get was good so not discrediting the work but definitely not a shop that has a friendly environment, they be to busy with chatting with one another or chilling idk. I feel the front desk ladies may be a tab bit more humble than the artist without people coming to your shop all races your shop wouldn’t stand friendly costumer service is definitely bad now a days with a lot of places.

I got my first piercing, double helix here by Lizzie. She was very patient.My mom is a baby and she said she would come back for work by Noize. He was fast and knowledgeable. Thank you guys.

Noize has been the only person I go to, to pierce me! He has been giving me piercings for 3 years, never had any issues with my piercings, the place I went to for my first piercing was TRASH, my piercing rejected and wouldn’t heal, I waited 9+ months, then I found wicked ways! I definitely recommend it.

Good and fast piercing and prices were great but one of the clerks made fun of my spouse the second he walked away from the counter. He didnt do anything except say he was going to the ATM to get some cash out. Clown tier stuff buddy

Got septum pierced and noticed it was clearly crooked within the next day, one side of the piercing is at the very bottom tip of my nose and is visible, and the other is hidden towards the top. It is clearly at a slant and I’ve already had others tell me it’s crooked I called to complain but nothing. I understand if it’s not fixable but the least that could’ve been done was a refund considering the whole thing didn’t even last 3 minutes. The man who pierced me literally was in and out of that room, I personally felt as if he took his time on nothing expect for when he struggled to get the ball onto the piercing which just caused even more unnecessary pain. I would not recommend this place.

Noize pierced my bellybutton and did a great job. Was done and over before I knew it. I Had a hole previously and he was able to repierce it through the same hole. His apprentice, Hannah, was also really nice and talked to me while getting stuff ready. Would definitely recommend coming to him for piercings!

Came in to get a nose piercing and ear lobe piercings. they pierced my nose with a hoop which is alright i guess but not normal, and used regular butterfly back earrings like ones you would get at claire’s. these earrings have no space for swelling and my ears ended up eating them and hurt very bad, had to change them into good quality threaded post earrings myself. I would not go here ever again just from poor quality of jewlery. and the girl at the front desk is so rude, even my friends said so because we asked normal questions that anyone would ask, then she got right back on her phone. never coming back.

Wicked ways is hands down my favorite shop! The shop is clean, the staff is friendly and they really care about their clients. They make sure you are as educated as possible when it comes to tattoo and piercing after care. Noize is by far my favorite piercer; he goes above and beyond for all of his clients and provides nothing but the best work.

I was TRYING to get my nose pierced. I went in and they told me I was going to have to wait 20mins/30mims. I waited but they were servicing people that came in after me. I came back for my time and I was told I had to wait AGAIN. I already let them know I was on a time crunch and they wasted my time being unsure about when they could service me. It was a waste of my time honestly. I called and all and they didn’t tell me anything about waiting over the phone. Ridiculous

I got a tattoo on my hand with my sons name and Im not impressed. It was done by Savage. I got my tragus done here and it healed well but no instructions on how to care for it. Snow did my face tattoo she was quick, neat, and friendly.

Couldnt have been better. Went to Rivertown Crossings. Crew there was great, make my daughter comfortable with her ear piercings. Great after care advice.

Noize did both my navel and my septum piercing. Was extremely helpful and kind. Both piercing are straight and look good! Both were done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

The staff I have interacted with had always been very friendly especially Snow at the front counter. Sadly this place has a lot of inconsistencies, their piercer has very infrequent hours on one occasion I came in looking for a piercing and the piercer was out of town then today I went in, talked with Snow (who again was very kind) and sat waiting in the lobby a few minutes later Snow announced to the lobby the piercer was suddenly leaving for the day and that everyone waiting could come up for a refund.

The girl there was new she tried twice to pierce my nose and failed. Day 5 and my nose still hurts. They did give my money back and offered for me to come back and get a free piercing.

The man that did my ear piercings was vaping & did not wash his hands before beginning he just put on gloves. But what’s worse is the piercings aren’t evenly spaced out :( at 2 for $30 piercings I guess you get what you paid for.

Good same on tattoos. Music was awful. I told the girl what i wanted. She gave me a price, i paid. Then when the artist came to get me he said it was gonna be more... I took time to think on it. Would be back, but the music is nasty. Every other word is horrible.

Brian Haff has both tattooed and pierced me. As his little sister I expected him to straight drill me, u know, a little punishment for all the torment lol. I can honestly say I was shocked at how light of a hand he has!!! The tattoos, my ribs and my thigh, are absolutely beautiful and have held the ink impeccably. Every piercing he has given has turned out awesome!!! Kudos bro!!!

This place is terrible and very unprofessional I drove in a snow storm to see a drawing that was not even attempted after setting this date with the so called artist weeks ago. I was told that he was totally booked today on the same day I am scheduled to see a drawing that is not done hmmm? I am so glad I didnt get tatted here after expressing my dissatisfaction with the drawing not being done was called out of my name. I would never get tatted here and would tell anyone who would listen not to get tatted here period!!!!

Noize is EXCELLENT!! I had my daith piercing done at another shop, needless to say they cross threaded my rings when they put the balls on. He replaced my rings for me. Ill definitely go back!!!

Nobody wears masks.My piercing felt rushed and I was given a super long industrial piercing jewelry for my conch piercing that is obviously very long and it’s very uncomfortable and gets in the way. I know for swelling it should be long but this is ridiculous

I went there to get my nose piercing resized because it shrank and my sister got her nose piercing there two it looks great no infection or placement issues my nose is also not sore or infected great quality very nice people and not expensive compared to many other places I have been

Beginner artists wouldn’t trust them with doing big pieces (got my whole tattoo redone), line work was terrible and shakey. I learn my lesson and won’t be back.

I go there and they double booked, I showed the guy at the front the image again and he said to come back in 2 hours. I come back after 2 hours and he said that he didnt even want to get started and that I could schedule an appointment WHICH I DID, THAT THEY DOUBLE BOOKED. horrible experience, worst service Ive ever

I got work done by Tyler he is the best tattooing guy I know he even drove in a winter storm to do my tattoo today he is the best and I love his art work so much and I am now getting all my tattoos from this guy until I die well recommended he is the best!!!!

I went with my wife when she got her nose pierced and I asked about a small flash tattoo on my hand, and the girl said I could be fit in. The guy that was supposed to do it blew me off and was completely rude.

Don’t bother wasting your time if your a minor without a photo ID. My daughter is a virtual student and doesn’t have a school ID. Even with a parent drivers license and her birth certificate they wouldn’t let us login to her virtual school platform to prove who she is. What a joke!

Terrible experience. Don’t come here for a piercing or tattoo - we had to sit and wait for an unreasonable amount of time because they ran out of liability forms. They had to run to staples for them. Apparently they’re not professional enough to own a printer on-site.

I got a thigh piece done by Pixie, (Kacy) she was sweet as can be, it turned out great and it’s healing beautifully! Very satisfied!
