Everyone was really nice and kind. Jason was really cool to talk to and work with. It has only been one day, and everyone has given so many compliments on the piece I got done. Will recommend this shop to others who are looking for great work and environment.

My girlfriend and I got tattooed by Eli. He did an amazing job on our matching tattoos and charged a very reasonable price. Shop was very clean, orderly, and comfortable. With me having terrible anxiety getting tattooed, the whole experience and the atmosphere of the shop helped me relax and know that we were in good hands. Would recommend to anyone

My boyfriend and I got our ears pierced together here at Incognito for our one year anniversary. Cori was amazing at explaining everything to us. My boyfriend got an industrial as his first ever piercing. Cori made the whole process so easy! She even helped me pick out my jewelry. She gave my boyfriend a longer bar just in case he had any swelling (although he really never had any swelling at all!). He will come back in a few weeks once he’s healed more to get a smaller bar. I will come to her for any future piercings from now on!

The peircing was great, no complaints at all, super nice but I was completely taken advantage of. I was told peircing costed 40$ for each ear, 40$ for my earrings and the total came out to 125$. Not being told about any other charges at all.

Went here to get my nose pierced and they did a great job! I do have a question tho if anyone could answer. How old do you have to be to get your navel pierced here?

Cori was wonderful, nice, professional, and very knowledgeable. I got a daith piercing recently and, for me, an important deciding factor in where to go was an offering of jewelry options - more than just the standard piece. Incognito offered multiple options. They also offered to order something custom if I didnt like the options they had available that day. Luckily, I found a piece I liked, but I appreciated the offer to make sure I liked what I was getting. Cori respectfully answered my questions and was just as excited as I was about the piercing. During the piercing process, she explained what she was about to do and what to expect. I felt comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend!!! I definitely will be returning to Cori at Incognito for future piercings. 10/10

Cori and Sarah (I hope I spelled their name correctly) were so super sweet and very helpful! I was asked my preferred pronouns and made to feel right at home. Cori complimented me and was very verbal through the whole process. I got my second lobe on both ears and a helix on my right ear done. Cori checked with the placement and adjusted to what I wanted. Jason Lewis has gone above and beyond to do my mothers memorial tattoo and making my vision a reality. Very clean, and laid back atmosphere. And I also didnt need to pay and arm, leg and kidney for my half sleeve!!! 10/10 recommend!

Tre has done coverups for both me and boyfriend and honestly I dont think either of us will ever be able to have as much trust and confidence in someone elses work as we do his. Amazing shop with great people overall

I got my first tattoo by Will Carr 12 years, Cori corrected one of my forward helix piercings about 6 months ago and I just got my 2nd tattoo from Hannah 3 days ago. Cori is amazing! Super sweet, very educated, experienced piercer. Made it as painless as a piercing can be which showed her skill off the bat. Clean! Super clean! Had 6 piercings done today and she mapped mine first and discussed future jewelry ideas and what space I’d have to do more later if I desired to. She made my daughters first piercing a great experience too. Not only was it a memorable moment for my daughter and me but she was so good with her and showed her exactly how she’d clean it and told her when. The girl at the desk (I forget her name and feel awful that I have) super NICE! She was warm, happy, sweet, helpful, and great with every person I seen her interacting with staff and customers alike. I can not stress enough that this was an experience not just a service and we’ll be returning and absolutely recommending! Thank you Cori and incognito staff 🖤

My appointment with Kate was such a great experience! She was super personable/friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. I really appreciated that she asked additional questions and then took the time to explain process/details of my service in an easy to understand and helpful way to me. Front of house staff was very helpful and welcoming as soon as I walked in too. This studio provides a VERY clean and safe environment for their customers.

I come here for eli man of few words but you can tell hes really into his work so Im not going to complain his work in great. As for the shop very clean and friendly it dont matter if its your first or 5 tattoo will treat you all the same

I was very selective about the artist I chose to help me with a tattoo design I’ve been carrying around for years and Jason at Incognito did not disappoint! I wanted a colored, watercolor-style tattoo and the end result is so stunning. Jason was really great to work with and assisted in placement of the tattoo to allow it to last for many years to come. This shop is amazing! Very professional with very talented artists. The shop is well taken care of and very clean. Hannah has done my last 3 tattoos and is working on my half sleeve. The work is flawless and amazing! My wife and I both get our work done here and are getting matching tattoos in a few months. This is the only place we will go from now on! Had such an amazing experience here! My brother and I did piercings with Cori and the service was amazing! We were greeted immediately and were helped with any questions we had. Also just nice conversation in general, will definitely be back and I highly recommend!

Well I guess when the artist doesnt want to do the tattoo they just decide to not contact you back about it, go in and ended up doing a 4-5 minute consult and told that she would be back in contact with me within a day, I didnt get any text or call and about a week later havent heard anything back. So for me it was a waste of vacation time from my job on top of a 40min drive and waste of gas going to and from. All because they were recommended to me, so my experience is none and I guess Ill find someone closer to me to go to and get my work done. It sucks because I was so told of how good they are.

Hannah was able to take my idea (and stupid pun) and make it into a real piece of art. She was careful and sensitive to the fact that this was my first tattoo, and had a thoughtful plan of attack. The shop was bright and clean, and everyone I met there was kind and helpful. Im looking forward to going back for my next scheduled appointment!Note: thanks to the pandemic, there is a long-ish wait time! It was literally months between first contact and the actual appointment. Personally, Id rather wait for skilled artists that my family trusts than rush into and unknown.

Ive been coming to this studio for many years - Ive never had a bad experience with any artist. Their work is beautiful, their skills are amazing, and their customer service is outstanding.Everything is VERY clean and sterilized - you always see the new, sterile needles being opened from one time use packaging. Everything is wiped down before, during, and after your session.

Dropped in last minute to check out some of their piercing jewelry and had a great experience. They had lots of great options. Valerie was so helpful and kind, she knew all the details about each option! She was so knowledgable and efficient when changing it out for me. Great customer service! Thanks!

I got my nose pierced from another shop and I had a piercing bubble. The piercer at the other shop told me how to clean it in all the wrong ways… I came in to see cori and she switched out the jewelry, told me the best ways to clean it and now my piercing bubble is pretty much gone after a couple of hours!! I 100% trust her judgement and knowledge… thank you so much cori!

Not to be dramatic but Sara, the apprentice piercer, saved my life lol. I had a tragus piercing that had developed some pesky irritation bumps. I had spent months trying to get rid of them and was debating the night before I called to just take the jewelry out and try again in a few months. Sara was super nice over the phone and said to just come on in and shed help me out! When I got there they had a lot of jewelry to pick from so I ended up with a piece I really loved! Sara swapped the jewelry out for me pain free, which was surprising considering how tender my tragus was. She gave me some instructions on how to get rid of the irritation bumps and Holy cow it hasnt even been a week and its already gone down so much I cant even see it anymore! Im new to the area but Incognito has quickly become my go to place for all my piercing needs and future piercings!

Very clean, well managed and a great atmosphere. Valerie helped us out and seen to my daughters ear piercings. Even checked with a taper first and saved us some cash since the previous piercing holes were still open. Will definately be going back after the new year for some things I would like done. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Upfront and honest! Thank you all again for a great experience for my teenager and a peaceful mind for me!

Went to get my septum pierced. Not only was the shop clean, but staff were very professional. The piercer did an awesome job in keeping equipment sterile, choosing correct piercing placement, and overall technique. I couldn’t believe how fast and painless it was. I would go here again. I cant say enough about how wonderful my first experience getting a tattoo was today. They were so kind and helpful and super professional. I dont know what I was expecting, but this place was so clean and beautiful and I was immediately at ease. Eli was my artist and he took my kind-of-lame idea and turned it into something beautiful and more what I wanted than what I knew. I cant imagine ever going anywhere else and I am so excited to get my next tattoo, which will definitely be soon!

This is a long overdue review. I have gone to Incognito multiple times for new ink and I have had a great experience every time. The people are awesome and the shop is professional and clean. The artist are great and really know how to custom tailor a tattoo piece to fit the client from the style & body positioning to the experience they provide artistically. Great place to go if youre just getting your first tattoo or if you have many!

This was my first time getting a tattoo and I was very nervous. I am so glad that I picked Incognito Tattoo because they were amazing. I had Tom as my tattoo artist and he helped calm my nerves and did a great job at explaining what he was going to do so I wasnt as nervous. I also appreciated how clean the place was and their Covid-19 protocol. I highly recommend!!

I scheduled a piercing appointment and all of the staff were professional and super accommodating. I also appreciate that Incognito takes the appropriate safety precautions. Everyone Ive interacted with here is great and Ive already scheduled more appointments!

I walked in to just look at the jewelry and they were able to change out a couple of earrings of mine and were very nice and politeight, Well be going back To get a piercing done at a later date I just wish the selection was a little bigger

Got my daith piercing and havent had a migraine in months! Staff is incredible and its very clean and attractive inside! Lots of cool jewelery and earrings to look at. Probably one of the best places locally for a professional piercing!

Fantastic tattoo parlor, especially if you are a lady. Its women owned and has female tattoo artists and piercer. The guys who work there seem pretty nice too! And every one of them is extremely talented.

I’ve had work done by both Erikka & Will in the past, a combine 35+ Hours between the both of them & will be starting a new piece with Will in a few weeks. Unfortunately my photos are not uploading but these two and the entire staff are top notch, couldn’t recommend them more.

I have received a tattoo here earlier this year by Hannah. Colored faded within 3 months. Not just faded.. but completely gone. I was to have a touch up appointment today. They call me 8 minutes before my appointment which I was already half way to and they had already called me about to confirm this morning.. and cancel due to my covid screen. Which only flag was stomach pains. They called me just a few minutes after I took the surgery to clarify Which so they knew what was going on. I have already been to the doctor for. Have had my entire life. Have my negative covid results back to and everything. But theyre worried imma give them my what was not appendicitis apparently. Unprofessional and rude. And this is after they already canceled are appointments we had made back in December. Tattoo might look decent but fades fast and so isnt worth the trouble of dealing with this shop.

Just had my first tatt in a few years done. We just moved to the area and knew I needed some work fixed. I am so glad I stopped. Love the place. so neat and clean. The young lady at the front desk was so helpful. And Thomas was so kind to this wimpy lady who was chicken! He very kindly talked me through everything. I wanted a memorial to my dad and had no clue which way to go. I still need to have one tatt fixed which he came up with a plan. He was so kind when I wimped out after the memorial tatt and we worked out a plan for me to come back. It was kind of tough to get the memorial tatt-I just lost my dad-but Thomas mad it easy!Brenda Young

Will Carr has done all four of my large tattoos, each in varying style, and each amazing. My ones from another shop I got removed long ago and didnt think Id be brave enough to get tattooed again after those nightmares, but I will keep coming back until I run out of room.

Hands down Erikka is one of the best artist around. If you are looking for a tattoo saturated with color shes definitely worth looking into. She drew all three of my designs from scratch and she nailed them perfect!

I wish there was a way to give zero stars. I got a piercing by Patty yesterday. She quoted me a price at the counter. I asked her how much extra it would be to change another earring for me and she said no extra. Once everything was done she charged me $74 dollars more than quoted price. I called later for the manager to get me my money back, (not all just the extra charge) she was rude and wouldnt do anything but defend her employees mistake. I work in this type of industry and I know you cant charge someone for something without letting them know and refuse their money back when asked.

I took my 8 yr old granddaughter to Incognito to get her ears pierced, and from the moment we walked in Pattie was friendly and attentive. She showed Isi lots of earrings and helped her make a choice. We never felt rushed. Pattie explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it and really understood that she was dealing with a very nervous little girl. She made sure that Isi and her mom clearly understood how to care for her ears and showed them how to clean them. Isi loved Pattie and the whole experience. I would definitely go to Incognito again, in fact, my 4 yr old granddaughter cant wait to get her ears pierced by Pattie when shes old enough!
