My niece and I went to get piercings only because Paramount wasnt open. I went first, then he left us to attend to some other customers looking for jewelry for about 15 minutes after he had already started piercing us. When he came back to do my nieces piercing, he messed up on the second hole and had to repierce her ear. No talking us through what was going to happen, no apologies for making an extra hole in her ear. Was very rough, not soft handed at all like every other piercer we have ever been to. Would never recommend them to anyone and will never go there again. Keisha at paramount is nice, makes things as painless as possible, has never messed up and made an extra hole where is wasnt supposed to be. If you want good work and good prices thats where you should go. Skip multnomah body piercing all together.

Took my daughter in today for her to get her 2nd holes done in her ears. Piercer was fast, calm and talked her through exactly what she was going to experience. She was nervous but he was so quick that she didn’t even have a second to process the nerves before excitement hit her. We will definitely be back in the future and for anyone with young children wanting their ears pierce would highly recommend.

I went in years ago to get my nose and helix done and had a great experience. I went back yesterday to get my conch and my room and had another great experience. I went in with no appointment pretty much as soon as they opened and was seen immediately. My piercer was fantastic, quick, she made sure I was comfortable and liked the placement of my piercings. Neither of them were painful and $80 (plus tip!) really isn’t a bad price for 2 piercings, including the jewelry, which apparently isn’t a thing at most shops anymore? Anyway, it was a great experience and I’ll be back to work on my other ear!

I came here about a year ago to get snakebites for my 18th birthday, one of the ladies pierced me and she was extremely sweet and gentle with me, gave me tons of warnings with what she was doing.I had taken them out because I changed the piercing too soon and it became irritated (my own fault, nothing on them!)I just came back recently to get the snakebites back because I loved how they matched my septum (they allowed me to choose the piercing that got put in last year, so I had chosen steel balls for my snakebites and a matching septum)This time around, I was told to sit down, stay still and breathe, to be fair he did mark the spots and had me check, but I feel that the person who pierced me was pretty rough, it hurt way more this time, and I got no warnings with what they were doing. (We were the only ones in the shop, I was hoping one of the ladies would have pierced me instead)Once it was all done, I didn’t have a chance beforehand to choose the jewelry, I’m not sure If that’s normal but I thought it was, and they put diamonds as my snakebites, I only saw them once I was already in the car. I was upset, but didn’t want to go back in and cause stress on anyone. As of a few days later (today) my entire lip is bruised, which didn’t happen the last time I got pierced, I think it’s because of how rough it was.I appreciated the services, and will come back in three months to get the downsize and switch the jewelry to what I actually wanted, I’m only disappointed because I got these in time for a trip to meet my long distance partner, and they don’t really look good on me like my old ones did.

I got a double nose piercing from them today I got a second one on my right nostril and I got a new one on my left nostril! This place is amazing The ladies that helped me were super super sweet and it was really quick. I have a high pain tolerance and the pain of piercings doesnt bother me but for some reason I still get lightheaded after I get pierced sometimes. I was fine right after she pierced it but then a couple minutes after for some reason light-headedness decided to come out of nowhere and they were super caring got me piece of candy and a water bottle had me lay down and made sure I was good. Absolutely amazing experience If I wanted another piercing I would 100% go back to this place!

Nice staff and good prices. Very clean. Sean did my tattoo and was very nice! It gets busy in there but the service was very quick. I got a tattoo and my friend decided to get a few piercings, no appointment needed. Will go back in the future. Recommend this place. Always nice knowing where you get your tattoos will still be around the next time you want another one.

I went in originally just wanting to get my nose ring changed out after it broke. I ended up deciding to get my doubles done while I was there. The two people who were working were super kind and the person who did my piercing was super quick! She did a great job too. I will definitely come back here for more piercings :)

Had my first face piercings here. Took the special two for $90 and its recommended to pay in cash to avoid transaction fee. Was consulted and even given a great recommendation for my piercing. I will definitely come again and would highly recommend this place. Clean, fast, honest, and grew service

My new favorite jewelry shop in Gresham! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went in to get some nose jewelry and decided on getting a stud and they custom bent it to the perfect size so there is no over hang of jewelry inside. Highly recommend! Great pricing too!

I needed a replacement septum and was taken here by a friend. They had a fine selection and I was able to get 2 new septums (8mm). I think it was 1 for $25 and 2 for $40 but I could be wrong. Worked out well and the staff was nice about everything.

I went here a few months ago to get a second lobe and helix piercing. The girl that did it was super nice. I went in thinking helixes had to be done with studs and she told me you can start with rings. I was stoked! She had me double check my placements and got it done efficiently and with little pain. With the helix piercing, they give you a card for a free piece of earring that you can choose to get your helix switched out for after two months. Im super happy with my new piercings and will go back to get my other ear done.

I got my nose pierced in July for my birthday here and I followed the saline solution instructions they gave me( but the salt the give runs out pretty quick so try to get 100% salt non-iodidized as soon as you can after a piercing) and after about a month a bump started developing so I thought I maybe had an infection but it turned out I was subconsciously moving the piercing around causing irritation so I had to leave it alone. A month later it was healed and now i have and amazing nose piercing that I love. Great job!

I got 6 ear lobe piercings yesterday, 3 on each side, they are currently a little swollen but thats natural with any piercing. They, (Chris specifically), has done nearly all of my piercings over the years. They dont remember me which is totally fine, I dont talk much and I only come around when I need a piercing.I started going to them when they were still in Troutdale, got my lip pierced, had to go back about a month or two after because my hoop came out, but they easily got it back in for me. I went back a year later and got my tongue pierced, though I eventually took it out because it just wasnt for me. A couple years later they did my Daith after they moved to Gresham, and now they have done my ear lobes.I did tell Chris that the original lobe piercings I had closed about 10 years ago and he told me we would pierce in new spots because those are done. I had researched this beforehand because when a piercing is closed for that long it can be impossible to pierce again if it created new tissue when it closed up, which mine have. I mention this because he clearly knows what should, and should not be done, when it comes to piercings.Over the years that he has done my piercings, he has been extremely knowledgeable, checked that I am getting what I want where I want, he is quick to get me in and out and hes kind.Yes, he does tug a little to make sure he is piercing where you want it.Yes, he is very quick. He wants to get you in and out, just like any employee wants to do when a customer comes in.Yes, he does like to gossip sometimes which honestly makes me laugh, I know its not for everyone but Its a piercing and tattoo place, the whole concept is freedom to be yourself.Anyway, I never have any regrets going. They are always quick to remind me that I can come in or call if theres any issues, they do a free one time change of piercings, the place is very clean, the owner is very nice, theres nothing else I could want.

Went in for jewelry change and the girls were so nice.. like SO nice! Totally made my appointment and really my day.. they were super helpful in picking out jewelry, really knowledgeable about care and were really nice to talk to.. they were just great! I wish I would’ve got more cash for a bigger tip- they definitely deserve it

My husband and I went into this shop for daith piercings (as a chance they may help both of our migraines) Yes, we are aware there is no hard proof that they work but weve been researching for a while and if there is even a slight chance they could help, why not!I knew I wanted both and he was on the fence. We waited a few minutes before being helped but it was because Sheryl was with other clients so we didnt mind at all! Once she finished with them, she got us our paperwork and took care of the next clients in line. When it was our turn, she was so very sweet and easy with both of us. Walked us both through each step of what she was doing and why. It was by far the best piercing experience I have personally ever had (and Ive had almost 30 other piercing experiences). And it was my husbands first piercing experience. He ended up getting both, more than willingly be sure of how wonderful Sheryl was!The shop is set up nicely and very clean. I loved their choice in music, too. (Not to mention having something on TV to watch while we waited)On top of a GREAT price for 4 piercings total and all the jewelry, we also got the aftercare salts included to ensure our new piercings would be well cared for!We were advised we could call or come back any time for questions or concerns and even just to tell Sheryl how the daith piercings are doing and if theyre helping the migraines. :)As a side note, the tattoo artist that was currently in there at the time we were was super quiet. Sometimes people tend to not enjoy the sound of the tattooing machine but his was just about silent.Aesthetically, its cute and fun. Smelled clean, looked clean. Everything in the piercers area was labeled properly and in appropriate sterile bagging.I think that covers all of it. Thanks to Sheryl for being wonderful and to the gentleman that took our payment and kept us occupied with random conversation. :) :) :)

I have gotten multiple piercings from here and they have turned out okay. I would recommend having Hannah as your piercer. Hannah is a great piercer to go too. She reassures you about the piercing and checks the placement of the piercing. Chris is rough when piercing you and doesn’t seem to have the time of day to take him time piercing you.

Have so far gotten two piercings, both have been done fantastically. Piercers are friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be my regular place!

Was very clean and professional. They talk through everything and make sure you are very comfortable. They explain everything clearly and answer any questions, no question is stupid. Definitely going back for future tattoo Im planning.

Wouldn’t recommend. Got my nose pierced here and they came out uneven. I got my 4th ear pierced and I can’t take the stupid piercing off they provided and it caused me to get irritation bumps and I’m really really upset and mad and wish I didn’t come here

They don’t tighten the jewelry correctly so it always ends up falling out a few days later. happens almost every time unfortunately

This place is great! Nice and clean, professional and quick! Took my nose piercing as a walk in and the guy who helped me was insanely good at piercing I didn’t feel uncomfortable or really any pain!

Walked in on Friday the 13th. Lady at the desk helped me right away and explained process to me in great detail. HANNAH was the piercer. She was amazing! I suggested where I wanted it to be placed and she got it right on the money! 👌🏼👏🏼 Affordable, fast, and thorough. Was only in there for about 15 min tops! I highly suggest checking this spot out if you are in the area and are not from the area.

I’ve gotten several piercings from this shop in the past. Had my snake bites done about 3-4 years ago and they’re uneven. But due to the pain of getting the snakebites done I didn’t take them out to be re done. the right piercing is higher up than the left side and it’s visually apparent if I wear hoops instead of studs.I had my nostril, septum, nips and several cartilage piercings here and those turned out fine.

*NERVE DAMAGE *RESPONSE TO OWNER AT THE BOTTOM .. UNBELIEVABLE!I recently tried this place a little after having a baby to feel pretty again and got a double side nose piercing. Chris pierced me, when he did them he didnt properly take the time to make sure they were even and had me try to mark them myself rather than making sure they were even by using some type of tool or technique. I had to return the next day for him to re-pierce one side and when he did the pain was way worse than before and didnt feel normal. I thought it was possibly from having to get poked again near the same hole I got the day prior... Turns out he had hit a nerve, I now have forever NERVE DAMAGE on one side of my nose and its mentally affecting me during postpartum. Its truly sad how unprofessional and careless this person was .. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!* How unprofessional to assume Im lying about something this serious... This in fact did happen and how would you have even been able to check if I went in if its something I feel when I touch my nose. Its definitely numb and have little feeling there. It is possible.. dont be ignorant because youre afraid to lose out on business.

I came here because my the ball of my Medusa piercing came off to get new jewelry and have the new jewelry put in by a piercer since the piercing was still relatively new (1.5 months).I purchased the jewelry, then waited an extremely long time to have it installed. The girl who did it was not the piercer, but was extremely friendly and did her best despite dropping the jewelry inside of my mouth and yanking my lip around. After a few tries, she got it in and told me I was good to go.Getting this jewelry swapped was honestly more painful than the piercing itself, and I left crying because of the pain and my lip was more swollen than it ever was when healing.Now, after all of that unnecessary pain, imagine how frustrated I was when the jewelry fell out as soon as I walked in my front door, 20 minutes later.An absolute waste of time, money, and so much pain for absolutely nothing.Do not come here.

I spontaneously decided to get my upper lobe pierced on both sides. I went in and was greeted by a very kind young woman. She had me fill out paperwork and I was able to get pierced almost immediately. My only complaint is that $60 seemed a bit much for ear piercings, and the guy made it seem a little rougher than I thought it needed to be. I have a good pain tolerance, but this hurt.And it seems like a lot of people had this issue based off of other reviews. “He rushed and was not friendly, he was too rough with me, my piercing was crooked.” I think people need to look at both sides here. Piercing are going to be uncomfortable no matter what. You’re having a needle stabbed through your body. These people have a job to do, they don’t necessarily have time for small talk. During the 3 minutes it took for me to go back, get pierced, and be ready to leave, two more people had already came in for piercings.For the people saying they have anxiety and a fear of needles. 👋 same here. But just sit down and be still, it will go by much smoother. The more you prolong it, the worse it will be for both you and the piercer. If your fear of needles is that bad, maybe don’t get a piercing. It isn’t the piercers job to take your fear away. I understand trying to make you feel comfortable, but if this piercer had taken the time to make me feel comfortable and calm, it would have taken 3x as long.

Extremely professional, respectable prices, and easy-going atmosphere. Staff are very nice and ready to calm any nerves. All my friends have gotten pierced here with perfectresults.

My piercer was professional and made me feel comfortable. However, they give hoops as an option to pierce your nose with. I dont recommend making the same mistake I did. I fought with the healing process for months and eventually I went to a shop to have it changed to a stud. It already feels so much better. So yeah..dont just assume that because they give a hoop as an option that its a good idea. With how much it inevitably moved, it created a relentless infection bump. (Ps the place I got it fixed at said this shop isnt known for their quality. I really didnt see any other issues, though.)

The first piercing Ive had in the last 8 years was here about a week ago (conch), and Hannah did a phenomenal job. Since then, I have gotten my septum, and my tongue peirced all by Hannah, and every time, the process has been smooth and easy. I plan to get at least 2 more done by her as well. I know you can save money if you get multiple done at once, but they are artists, and I love their work, so Ill keep coming back for one at a time. 10/10 would recommend Hannah, very sweet, very knowledgeable, and very professional. 💙

I went and had a few piercings done yesterday, the place is clean the staff is very nice. Although my nipple piercings are uneven and at the time I was so excited I didnt care, but honestly Im a little sad because Ill be taking them out due to them being uneven so they can be redone. Wasnt worth the pain just to take them out the next day but I want them perfect. The one in my helix is perfect though. The guy piercing me was nice and seems professional but didnt do the job I was hoping for.

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time. Shes 9 and terrified of needles. Hannah was super professional and nice. She got her ears done by chris. He was amazing and so patient with her. He was super quick. She got to pick out a necklace when she was done. Im so happy with the service we got. Great price as well!

Horrible customer service!!! I gave this shop two chances, and I had terrible service both times. In my first experience, the lady who pierced my tragus was very rude and made fun of me for being nervous about the pain and told me, Youre acting like a little chicken right now, and called me a scary cat. Both comments were completely unprovoked since I wasnt fidgeting or making a scene. I only informed her that my hands were sweaty and that I was nervous, and that gave her an excuse for her to be rude to me. It made the experience so horrible. The second time I got my belly button done, Chris was so rude that he did not consult me about the placing or the piercing. He didnt even talk to me the whole time and acted like it was a chore to be there. Im pretty sure he did something wrong because its been four years, and it still has not healed. From reading the responses from the owner on other peoples posts, it looks like no accountability was taken in regards to bad customer service that others have experienced since I keep reading excuses by Sheryl.

Hannah did a great job with my piercing’s. I would recommend her if you get piercings she is the one to go to. She made me feel at home and didn’t rush. Someone that actually loves what she does. Cleanliness is perfect no issues when I went to the shop. Thanks again Hannah😊

After reading all of the reviews before coming in to get my sons ears pierced, and my nose pierced, I was honestly a little nervous. Many reviews note an unkind employee doing the piercing. I decided that price, cleanliness, and convenience of location was more important, and decided to chance it. Chris did our piercings, and he was great. He may not be a talkative man, but he was kind, fast and knew exactly what he was doing. I appreciated him very much. I would definitely recommend him and the shop to other people. Thank you.

I got a Vertical Labret done by Chris today and he had a very clean workspace and was quick easy with the piercing. It was very little pain and I highly recommend this piercing location.

Came in with a friend on Friday expecting a long wait time for piercings but we were in and out in 20 minutes. We were able to choose between a stud or a hoop and answered every question we could possibly come up with. The guy who pierced us was a little rough but he was incredibly fast so I was totally ok with it. He was very sweet and talked us through the process. We will definitely be back for more. This place is really clean and a very comfortable environment.

I’m so happy with how my piercings went! Hannah was super professional, patient, and sweet. I got earlobes and daith piercings, which these were basically my first piercings as an adult and she was very reassuring the whole time.

I’ve gotten both my septum and my snakebites here, when i came the first time it was with chris and he messed up my septum (angled, bent the needle in my nose) so i tried to avoid going there for my snakebites recently. unfortunately my appointment at another piercing shop was canceled and i went back, again unfortunately chris was also there and he did my snakebites, they were uneven, not evenly measured, and he missed the dot he made for the needle completely. on both my piercings he did it way too fast to even know if he was doing the right placement. do not come here unless u want a crooked piercing!!

Very affordable piercings, super clean rooms, cool staff!!! Usually a crowd because they are really good. Dont let the crowd deter you though because they have a really good system and keep the flow going nice. The piercers work efficient and quick. They are knowledgeable and do a great job. Ive had many piercings from various shops and If I could give zero stars for this place I would. Took my teenage daughter to get her seconds here. The guy who pierced her was rude and unprofessional. I asked him about marking her holes to make sure they were even and he told me hes been doing it forever and doesnt need to mark them. They are nowhere close to even. One side is spaced ok and the other is literally touching the first earing. Never going back here.

Went in to buy some good jewelry for my ears and belly button and ended up leaving with 3 new holes in my ear. Paid $35 for three cartalige piercings. They look great and the piercer was super quick, but the first two are spaced well and the third one is further from the other two. Looks funny but I really dont want to go through the pain of having it re-done. Besides that, the piercer was very comforting and informed me of everything and told me how to contact them if anything came up. Everyone in the shop was awesome.

I got a paw print from my dog who passed away several years ago done on my chest, Sam does an excellent job, he is very good at keeping conversation going and is very light handed. I pierced my nipples, upper lip, and helix awhile back and the guy did a fantastic job. I cant remember the piercers name but he normally wears shades 😎. Im very happy with the service, its always quick and clean whenever i go in.

Of the 3 people I saw working there when I went in, only one of them was wearing a mask. We were told to sit in the waiting area when a large group walked in and were helped before us and were effectively ignored until it was our turn, at which point we were called not by name (which they definitely had because of the paperwork) but by piercing. The woman who did my piercing (the only one wearing a mask) was great and it was probably the least painful piercing Ive ever had, which is honestly the only reason this isnt one star. My friend was getting her first piercing, by someone else. He didnt mark the piercing, he didnt show her the jewelry, and when he was done he walked away from her without saying a word and I had to tell her she was done. We will not be back.A whole 10 months after my review the owner decided to be nasty, so down to one we go

I’ve been coming here since I was 16 and they’ve done every single one of my piercings (both sides of my nostril, Medusa, cartilage, nipple, and triple lobe piercings). I won’t go anywhere else, not only do they have reasonable prices but they’re incredible at what they do and everyone who works there happen to be the nicest people around. Won’t ever go anywhere else!

My best friend and I were looking to get our helix pierced together and we came across this tattoo and piercing shop. We walked in and we were welcomed right away! The gal with the purple hair (not quite sure what her name was, I believe it might be Hannah) was super bubbly and very sweet. We signed some paper work and paid and waited just a few minutes before the lady called us over. An older lady with white hair sat us down and explained everything she was doing during the process. She was so incredibly kind and made this a fantastic experience for me and my friend. I would totally recommend her and this shop. It was a very clean and professional experience! Overall we had a wonderful time and our expectations were definitely exceeded!

I took my daughter in to have her nose piercing that was done somewhere else and not properly. Redeemed to a correct piercing fit and they were very professional and beyond knowledgeable about the piercing world and Im talking very informative about it. We then found ourselves pretty frequent shoppers for jewelry at this shop. My daughter has now passed away but having the wonderful memories of our time here always makes me smile when I drive by. Oh and they offer photography for home decor. The photographer has one spot on eye for beauty. Amazing experience for tattoos, piercings, and if you have an appreciation for beautiful photography STOP IN will always be worth your time..

I went in tonight to get my septum pierced. All I can say is best experience ever! Hannah was my piercer and she was so kind and patient with me. There was literally no pain and it went so quick i appreciated it so much. I will continue to come here because of how amazing the staff is!!! Seriously the best experience i’ve had. 😊

SUPER grateful for this spot! Went in for my naval piercing and had a great experience. Way more affordable than any other spot around ($25 for the piercing & jewelry!). I also got two nose rings at $6 each and they’re great quality. They changed out my hoops for me and did a great job. It felt clean & professional inside. Will be returning.

My cartilage and nose piercing were done pretty good. However they completely messed up my Monroe piercing. The lady pierced it sideways and the back would rest on my tooth and push it into my lip, irritating my lip and making it never heal😡 the girl also dropped 3 ball things before she finally got one on and it took about 10 minutes. Was really frustrated having spent $40 on something I had for 2 months (worst experience ever, was so hopeful that it would heal) finally went into another piercing shop for suggestions and they said it most likely would never heal, so I had to take it out. I also know a few other people who got piercings here that were completely placed wrong. Also when I was there the lady was a little rude.

I was referred by a close friend to come to get my tragus pierced and was extremely nervous about it at first but the piercer explained the process prior to doing it and made me feel much calmer about the process. She did an excellent job and was super quick. Also surprisingly it wasnt painful at all. I plan to go here again for my future piercings and maybe possibly even my future tattoos.

I came in here yesterday to get my septum pierced and off the bat Chris seemed like he was in a rush, which was weird because me and my friend were the only customers in the shop. He then proceeded to not mark the spot he was going to pierce through which was an immediate red flag. He claimed he has been doing this for 20 years but when I went to another piercer to get it taken out he was appalled at how uneven it was, so much so that he thought I did it myself. After it was done my septum was bleeding and I told him it was uneven and got a refund. The cherry on top was that the “aftercare” I was given was literally a container of salt LMAO. Overall bad experience but Chris in particular was petulant and careless to say the least.

Got a Madonna piercing in February by Chris. He was quick, efficient and i didnt even realize he pierced me, till he pulled on my lip to put the piercing in. Ive read reviews about how mean he is doing piercings, but honestly, hes just a no nonsense piercer. Perfect placement and got me in and out in less than 2 minutes. Looking forward to getting more piercings by him!!

I will always recommend this place. I started going here when I was in high school and Ive had all 9 of my piercings done here. My sisters have all had theirs done here. Its been many years since I was there but my experience was still as enjoyable as all my past experience have been. Its a very clean shop with friendly staff.

The staff here are amazing! Chris pierced my daughters ears so fast, I almost didnt see it! She barely flinched and he will change her rings out for free on 8 weeks! HUGE selection of beautiful jewelry. You wont be disappointed by visiting!

Took my 7 year old to get her ears pierced today! Chris was great. My daughter got pretty scared after the first ear and he said we could do the second ear another day. My daughter decided she wanted it done today and braved through it. Everyone was very kind and understanding! Thank you so much!

I went in to get my nose and lip pierced. They were very friendly and professional and they were cleaning the shop as I walked in which is always great to see! I was in the chair for less then two minutes total for both piercings. He even held up a mirror to check the placing which was not done when I got my ears pierced. It was very painless and I did not even notice that my lip was done. My nose did hurt a little but not at all what I expected. They also gave me salt to make the cleaning solution and sent me home with after care instructions. This was a fantastic experience and I cant wait to get morw piercings and some ink done at thus shop!

If you are ever concerned about something, they will walk you through the process and make sure you feel confident in your decisions. The prices are very fair and it is also a great place to get art for your walls as well. Overall a wonderful place for all your piercing and tattoo needs.

Ive been going here for years for piercings (back when they were called Magic Rainbow!) and always had great experiences with piercings. They even changed my eyebrow piercing for free when I couldnt do it myself!Recently I went in for a tattoo with Heather and Ill be going back for more. It was a walk-in which Ive never done before but they were welcoming and easy to work with. I love my new tat and the overall experience was very professional.

Came in here to get a piercing with my friend, they got a septum and chris completely messed it up. the piercing is so far off from the sweet spot and so far back in the nose that it’s in the cartilage. it’s almost unbelievable how it was possible for him to pierce a septum this terribly. i could do better than that with absolutely no knowledge on how to pierce. i would absolutely never recommend coming here to get pierced, and that chris never pierce a face ever again. i am so shocked at how bad this septum is.

The staff here was probably the friendliest Ive ever seen in a piercing shop! I ended up talking to every employee there and they were all so welcoming. Im a total whimp when it comes to piercings but they were understanding and very relaxing while I was getting a daith. These guys are quick, accommodating, and caring.When its time to switch out this jewelry and get something new pierced Im definitely coming back.

The establishment was pretty good . The lady and the front desk was friendly, helpful, and willing to answer questions . The prices were great. ( I got starter earrings and the piercing for 25 dollars) . The place was clean, neat, and overall good . The man who pierced my ears ( Chris) however, was NOT great . He was very rude at first and unwilling to change any of the markings when my friend and I didnt agree with the placing. He also yanked my earlobes unnecessarily during the piercing. Overall he was very rough and the process seemed unnecessarily painful.

You get what you pay for. Ive been a loyal customer since 2008, back when they had their Troutdale location open. They used to be great, but nowadays they are a rush piercing shop. In it for the money, and not the quality. I had two piercings done about 3 weeks ago, and one piercing changed out. Chris broke one of my hoops during his rough handling. $15 I had spent on it only a few weeks before. He then refused to use a piece of jewelry I purchased from them for my conch, so I still have my extremely long original jewelry in. Its awkward, and needs changing. Im sad to see the way this shop has changed over the years.

Ive had all my piercings done here and every time theyve done a great job, and the same can be said for my close friends. Its a very clean establishment with friendly staff that makes me want to come back. My only small issue, one that my friends have also noticed is that the male piercer is a little rough.

Note that I have only been here once. The gentleman that pierced my ears seemed polite to costumers. However when he pierced them, on both sides he put the [piercing] needle through and then pulled on my ear when he would reach to grab something. Making it feel like I was receiving 2 piercings on each side, in the same place. Claires was less painful...

I came here today to get my nose re-pierced and a belly button piercing. I’m overall really happy with my experience. The older lady with glasses, and the younger lady with the purple hair who were upfront were super friendly and made me feel welcome. The male piercer was pretty quick doing both peircings, I believe his name was Chris. He pierced my belly button and I didn’t even know it was already finished. I personally think he was sort of rough putting the jewelry in, but nothing terrible. He seemed in a rush and he also didn’t offer me the sea salt for cleaning, and had to be reminded by the purple haired girl (I hate calling her that but I don’t remember her name) but hey, we’re all human and forget things sometimes 😊 I’d come back for my future piercing needs and I would refer my friends to come here for theirs! Shop seemed very clean, and I loved the friendly vibe.

I got my belly button repierced here after my old ring had fallen out. No exaggeration, I was in and out in 3 minutes. Everyone was professional and very nice. Ill definitely come back if I want anything else pierced.

As always, I love this place. Ive been pierced here a total of six times, my nose and the first time I got my tongue done by Sheryl who is always kind. Tried another place for my septum piercing and decided I preferred and would stick to this place permanently and am so happy I did, I had 4 piercings yesterday back-to-back, re-pierced my tongue, the other side of my nose, a philtrum/medusa and a tragus piercing and the piercer Chris was very quick, everything was pierced correctly and I couldnt be more happy with my new jewelry. From the moment I walked in, to having 4 piercings and I was out the door in 20 minutes. I love that their new location is much closer to me, the place was clean, organized and friendly.

I was super nervous to get my piercing done here, but I had the BEST experience!! I went in and got my navel done and it came out crooked unfortunately, but I just went in today to get it redone by Chris and wow oh wow. He was so so kind and made my 2nd experience super enjoyable!! And my piercing is straight now, yaaaaay!! Go him!! And thank you🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 I’m inlove with my new piercing!!

First time getting a piercing and the lady there was piercing my nose and she scratch my nose with the needle and then proceeded to pierce my nose which caused me to get a scrape right above my actual piercing. It immediately was infected the following week even with using piercing care. It’s taken many many MONTHS just for then scratch she caused to heal. I now have a permanent scar above my piercing from it.

I just read a young girls post who went in there about 2 days ago and I was appalled! I know this person personally and she is nothing but kind, she suffers from mild anxiety (socially and around needles. She has had other piercings before and understands the pain, but still loved the experience.) and asked her piercer to go slow as to not frighten her. His response? Anxiety is your problem not mine. While true, he cannot control her anxiety, no matter how busy your day is, your number one job is to treat the customer with RESPECT and try to make the experience as comfortable as possible. As a person with several piercings, from cartilage, septum, and normal lobe jewelry, I have a few lacking experiences from bad peircers, but I wasnt even there and this takes the cake. Im defently not going here. Dont make getting a percing a bad experience, its suposed to be fun.EDIT: (It took the owner a year to respond to this comment and they cant even spell 🤣 ya know proof reading aint that hard my man)

The place is literally spot on clean, just by walking in you can tell they are a safe place to get tatted and pierced. Went in to get my nose pierced, the gal at the front was nice, the guy who pierced my nose however wasn’t very friendly, seemed to be in a rush even tho there was literally no one in the shop waiting (noon on a Thursday). I didn’t feel comfortable maybe even awkward, he pierced my nose out of place didn’t even ask if the placement was ok just sort of said here’s where I’m doing it and boom. See ya. Quality before quantity always.

Went in to get my nose pierced. he didn’t mark where he was piercing or show me before putting the needle in my nose. I have a piercing on the other side that he didn’t match up with. they’re uneven with a pretty visible height difference. the staff was talking to each other the entire time & barely acknowledged me. worst service I’ve ever gotten at a piercing shop.

To be completely honest, it is the only place I will go for piercings and I live all the way in West Linn. I have gotten both my nose and septum done there and they are wonderful! They really have a great set up and for a good, reasonable cost you get a high quality piercing by professionals. Ive been to this place multiple times, since they were located in Troutdale. The store owner is always super nice and patient, the prices are great and I never leave unsatisfied. Today I got two piercings, one lip and a daith. I have good pain tolerance but I was still nervous about the daith. She was really nice and chatted with me through the piercings. Theyre all genuine and nice, Id highly recommend going for your next or first piercing

I have ben going here since before they moved from troutdale and i have gotten all my piercings (10 so far) here and they are allways CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, and FRIENDLY. i love the price and the great quality of the jewelry that they have. i have also been here for repacment jewelry and you cant beat the prices for the quality anywhere. I also have gotten a cover up tattoo here and it has been 4-5 years now and the tatto is holding verry well and still looks almost new, if you are looking for a place to be your go to tattoo and piercing shop i recomend this one. I tell every one where i got all my work done when they ask and recommend that they go as well.

Popped in because I just needed a replacement for my lost nose ring. The sales person didnt try to upsell me at all. I was in and out in about 5 min. and wore my nose ring right out of the store. Shop was clean, comfortable, had a great selection of jewlery and good music playing. Great place, Ill be back.

Ive gotten almost all my piercings and my first tattoo here and ill keep coming back for more! Kent does an amazing job and theyre good to their customers. Ive come in several times with help getting a ball put back on my jewelry or getting a nose ring put it so theyre very helpful.

I wanted to put 3 and half stars but it wont let me, I got my septum pierced today and I got the horse shoe jewelry. Im going to start off by saying that if you have anxiety I wouldnt suggest getting pierced here. I dont even have bad anxiety but the guy who pierced my septum went so fast that I didnt have time to process what was happening, I did ask him to go a bit slower after seeing how fast he pierced my moms nose but I dont think he took my request seriously. Im also pretty positive he pierced the cartilage and not the soft spot because he didnt even try to find it and it hurt a lot. The balls of my septum piercing are also quite big but thats pretty easily fixed so Im not too concerned about it.

Nope never again!! Me and my sister-in-law went in for a deal day thinking itd be a good place despite how cheap the price was because of the ratings on here but that definitely wasnt our experience! The girl helping us was very nice she helped us out quickly it was all good! Though we didnt get to pick out out jewelry at all which is sketchy but with the price I shouldve expected that! Then Chris called my sister-in-law up for her turn. He was very aggressive and rough and seemed like he was rushing for some reason. He did her daith first which he bent up real bad. Then because she didnt know the name of the piercing and because he didnt mark the spot and show her first but just went straight in, he gave her a completely different piercing than she wanted! She wanted an inner helix but instead got a rook piercing! He even said that because they were so close together he was having trouble! He put the wrong piece of jewelry in first so he had to take it out and put in the right one! And remember hes being extremely rough the whole time so he was shoving everything in really hard! He was also kinda shaking the whole time like he was nervous or something and kept dropping the jewelry into her hair! She didnt say anything to him about the wrong placement though. Once she was done it was my turn so of course I was terrified and made sure to repeat myself a couple times on what I wanted cuz he didnt look at my paperwork in between getting done with her and starting with me. He was again really aggressive and rough with me. He did my Tragus first, again without dotting it and checking with me and then putting in the jewelry hurt worse than the piercing itself because he shoved it in really hard! My daith went pretty much the same! After I was done he handed me a little thing of sea salt (he didnt give any to my sister-in-law) but didnt explain anything no aftercare instructions, no downsize timeframe nothing so I wasnt even sure why he gave me the sea salt because my normal place uses saline spray! My sister-in-law was extremely unhappy about the rook mishap so she told the front desk if the other piercer could take it out and give her the one she wanted! We had to wait a while but she did it for her and was really sweet and gentle and took her time! Even said she could come back and shed replace the daith ring for free! Today though I stopped into my normal shop since I wasnt told any aftercare instructions or anything about downsizing and the apprentice there said both arent the correct placements. My daith ring is also bent wonky and the gauge and diameter are wrong as well and both piercings may need to be repierced so I have to go back in tomorrow and find out from my normal piercer!! Wont ever be going back to this place!! Quality over quantity people!!! Spend the extra money and get your piercings done right!!

Went in to get my septum pierced the other day and told the lady that I DID NOT want horseshoe jewelry and told me I could get a hoop instead so I choose a hoop instead of horseshoe. After I got pierced and looked in the mirror the piercer, whos name was Kimberly, put in the wrong jewelry after I made it clear that I did not want a horseshoe. If your looking for good quality piercings I recommend Paramount tattoo studio who offers 2 for 25$ piercings.

Theyre absolutely the best place you could go to for piercings and tattoos. Ive had my belly, nipples, lip and Im going back for my tragus and industrial this weekend. This is also the only place I will ever buy belly rings. I wont buy the cheap ones online. Id rather buy them from the best shop in town. Highly highly highly recommended. Theyre all lovely people and very friendly. Im in there so much that they know me and know what I come in to get. :) As far as tattoos, Kent has done 2/4 of mine and I wont get tattooed anywhere else now! ♡

Im really disappointed that my ear piercing ended up in a different area then where the dot was. It ended up being way off to my other 2 piercings and I was specific I wanted it in line and evenly spaced, and it definitely wasnt. I didnt get a really good look at it till the next day because I did bleed quite a lot for some reason. Im happy w the 2nd piercing on the other side.

We went with my daughter just to ask about the prices and make an appointment to have her belly pierced, but they took care of us right away, it was fast, the price was very affordable and the staff was super friendly, my daughter is very happy with her piercing and the service we received

My daughter got her nose pierced in July 2016. The guys in the store were VERY helpful and informative! Their knowledge and understanding not only calmed her nervousness (although SHE is the one who wanted the piercing to begin with), but helped ME (as her Mom) as well!This morning 9/10/16 she frantically woke me up at 5am because her piercing had fell out! She was devestated (teen angst). I helped her search bedding, clothes, pillows and floor to no avail. She was in tears. I told her, when we had the money, we could get it repierced. She declined because she told me (as part of our agreement) if she lost it she wouldnt have it repierced.Under usual circumstances...this is where our story would end. HOWEVER, despite my first feelings, I really liked the appearance of the piercing on her and had become accustomed to it and it looked nice on her. Plus she impressed me with how well she did with her aftercare and did what they said to do to take care of it.So we patiently waited for 11am to arrive and called the shop to ask questions as far as how long it would take to heal over and if they had any suggestions etc. To BOTH of our surprise, the man said, come on in! We will get another post in there as long as it hasnt sealed over...etc etc. It would only be $5 for the new jewelry!!! We were already on Hogan and headed straight there!Upon arriving, we were friendly greeted and asked how they could help. Long story short? My daughter had a new piece of jewelry in within 5 mins of arriving and we are BOTH satisfied with this location!!! If I am ever asked about a place? THIS is where I will suggest that people go! This Mom? IMPRESSED!!! :-)

I loved coming here to this place because one, the service was fast and they did a great job with my piercing. They made sure I was comfortable through the whole process and continuously talked to me to make sure I was fine. I would recommend going here if youre considering a piercing.

I highly recommend that you DO NOT GO HERE!!!! We have been going here for years for piercings and jewelry. After being recommended for tattoos a well, my daughter decided to contact tattoo artist Kent and set up a consultation. Went well, they discussed what she wanted and price range. After emailing back and forth, reviewing the sketch that Kent drew up, changing some things and taking some details out so that they could specifically stay within the price range she said she could do, they set the appointment. Thirty minutes before end time, he says that he will not be able to finish it all and that it will take another hour and another $100 dollars. He asks her if she would like to schedule for another day when she will be able to have the other money. What was she supposed to say?? No, I already told you that I could only spend x amount, so I guess well just leave the tattoo unfinished. Needless to say, my young, shy daughter felt pressured to agree and gave him more money and they finished the tattoo. I sat on all of this for a few weeks and finally decided to stand up and say something to the shop owner, Sheryl and Kent himself. Kent was unavailable, so I spoke with Sheryl. She was evasive and wishy-washy about the whole issue and felt that it was justified. I strongly disagree and will NEVER, EVER take my business back to that shop, nor will I ever recommend it again. Kent is unprofessional and it is not the way to run a business. If you have tattooed long enough, you know your skill level and about how long it will take. If he felt that it was going to take longer than originally thought and more money, then he should have said so up front and not waited until almost finished. Rude.

Well this place is very busy so we had to wait outside for awhile. At one point we were not sure if they had forgotten we were out there. They get you in and out fast because they are so busy! Our piercer was so fast we didn’t have a whole lot of time to build up our anxiety but he was so speedy we were almost afraid. I give it four stars for affordability and speed.

This place has been horrible to me the times I have gone in there. They body shame me for being on the chubby side and when my piercing fell out, instead of just Re-piercing since it closed up already, the lady tried to put the stud back in my nose when the whole already closed. I was in so much pain during the process and she did not seem to care at all for the fact that I was legit crying in pain when all what needed to be done was to re-pierce my nose that was already closed up.They also messed up my bellybutton ring when I first wanted it. Put it the wrong place and now I have a scar there from them piercing it wrong. Definitely not going back there for any reason.

Went in to get a hoop for my nose because mine had fallen out the other day and walked out with a new hoop and my other nostril peirced something Ive wanted to get for a while. They were super nice and didnt pressure me to get the bogo peircing because I wasnt sure what else I wanted. Chris who peirced me was super cool and friendly. Deff would go back to look at more jewerly and future peircings.**After reading some reviews I could see how people think Chris is too rough but to me he was trying to insure my jewerly was in and where it needed to be. Cant wait to go back.

Great place, the piercer I had was super friendly and communicated well, I got my industrial (left ear) done there and havent had any issues with it ever since, it was very professional and I highly recommend going for getting any piercings. 👍

My daughter and I got matching tattoos Tuesday and I know everyone has their opinions and fav tattoo artists....We were told not to go to Kent but I also know of two people who have awesome tats from him...He was also the only one that seemed to be professional and personal over email with my daughter. He did everything he could to make the placing and lettering just right and dealt with us changing it constantly but in the end it was perfect he did awesome. I would personally recomend him. I also know my daughter would as well and it was her first tat and she loves it. THANK YOU KENT

I wanted to buy two different pairs of 25mm gauges from their case but they didnt have any way to measure their larger sizes due to the fact they were loose in a tray. I know times are tough with rona season and all but either they needed the right tools for the job or better a organization system. I just wanted to give them my money. Very bummed out.

I got a nose piercing, septum, and lip piercing at this place, fast and easy. Only problem was that they pierced my lip but it didn’t go all the way through and just attached the ball to the inside of my lip and let me go on my way knowing what they had done

The place is nice and clean, very comfortable looking, but they seem to not care about customer service. I have been in there twice, once with my sister to see their art and just a few minutes ago.. both times they seemed bothered by us/me being in there. The first time we went in 2 guys were to busy playing videogames on the big screen to barely notice us, the tattoo guy I kept trying to ask question just gave me short answers, then gave us his card and disappeared to the back room and just left me and my sister there. The whole time the 2 guys just played video games and pretended we werent there. We left feeling unwelcome and awkward. This time I figured Id stop in and give it another chance (since Im wanting some work done) and they are just down the block. Anyways, the same guy was there sitting at a computer, an older lady(the owner I suppose) was on the phone,waved and smiled at me but since she was on the phone I just smiled back, she seemed nice. Guy just gave me short answers and said they were booked up till next week and told me I should have just called ??? all the good reviews seem to be from local people so maybe its because Im Mexican Im not good enough to be treated with some decent service? Im NOT saying theyre racist, Im just trying to figure out why they have plenty of great reviews, when they seem to not want my business?

I called to ask about the jewelry they use to pierce with because I have allergic reactions to most. The girl who answered the phone said they only pierce with surgical steel and when I asked about people with allergies she scoffed at me and said “it’s literally impossible to be allergic to surgical steel.” Unfortunately it’s not “literally impossible” so I just said ok then and got off the phone. Lost a chance at my business and I will definitely be taking it elsewhere. Thank but no thanks.

Ive been going here since before they moved locations, got my ears pierced in the mall with a gun when I was 12 and the posts embedded quickly, I went to Multnomah for help and they fixed me up with some surgical steel hoops and saline spray. Im 22 now and since then Ive gotten multiple lobes, an industrial, a daith, a navel, a labret, and two nostrils at Multnomah, all 13 of my piercings were done at this shop by 3 different artists. They use iodine, needles, and surgical steel, highly professional and affordable.

Girl wasnt very friendly she was more worried about getting off at 7pm then helping the customers and having good customer service. FYI I am a manager and very well know that no employee should be rude to customers and tell them Oh well were closing. And we were in there an HOUR BEFORE YOU GUYS WERE CLOSING. I could see if we were in there 15 -20miuntes before closing , but a whole hour thats more then enough time especially when no one else is in the shop. And for your information Sheryl we didnt say we wanted anyone to stay late for us. I am well aware that when its closing time its closing time! & when people write a review on here its based on what type of customer service and experience they had and thats what it is.

I went looking for jewelry. I left without buying anything purely based on the serious lack of customer service. The guy that helped me acted like he had better things to do and I was bothering him. I was a sure sale!I would think that if you are a business in an industry that lives off of word of mouth and getting new customers to walk in the door you would act like you wanted them there.

I took my daughter there to get her ears pierced. They do a fantastic job with kids and are very clean! The people there were very nice and had great customer service!

They had a ton of stone guages and the lady working came over and helped me immediately. I ended up buying two pairs even though I only needed one because they also had good prices and selections.

Love this place and plan on going back for future pericings. The staff is very nice and reassuring as well as informative of any questions I had. Getting my nose pierced here, and going to get retainers put in for medical purposes, were a great experience.but when i came for my double forward helix, they refused to mark me before piercing and the top one was pierced crooked

I would star this place 5 just because the guy was so very fast with piercing me and great costumer sevice But, with how fast he was going he pierced my cartlegde, and actually pierced the actual “bone” (cartlegde) and now I am in severe pain and have no idea if it will even heal. I hope he sees this and nextime takes his time!! He didn’t even look in my nose or feel around he just stuck the needle through and it’s super far back and it is too low for my nose.

I got a tattoo from the artist Sam, he wasnt able to finish before the shop closed but I still couldnt be happier with how it looks! I went in with a party of 5 all wanting the same type of wings with different flares to them. Im getting mine as navi from LOZ and its coming out jist fantastic!! Definantly suggest a tattoo from tge artists here!

Ryan did a lovely job of my tattoo, especially with the fact it was my first tattoo. It was beautiful and done incredibly quickly! I love it and am totally coming back for more!

So I went in to get my lip piercing, and the piercer was not only a dick but he used his clean gloves, to touch his phone screen, didn’t change his gloves, then pierced my lip. Not very professional and he was just kid of cocky. Ehh, got the job done.

I got nosed done and the guy was good but he was rough with my nose and I did not like the stud I got and when I got a nose piecing the first time I got a diamond stud at the mall and they were gentle and not rough the guy didn’t ask me if I was okay or anything he didn’t tell us how to clean the nose piercings and he just handed us salt in a little container and he also was editing while I was waiting on the chair which was not the best cause I was trying to hurry cause I had other things to do and the 2 for 25 isn’t what I expected because they only gave me one chose which was not what I expected ?

Clean space, lots of different jewelry to choose from. Nice staff, my step daughter got her septum pierced and it was quick and painless.

I was pierced here in my septum and nostril and the jewelry they use is cheap and breaks easily. I went to a more professional shop and they fixed what this place did wrong. I still have scars from this place. Don’t go here

I asked them a question on their recent post about their 2 for 25 deal, since they were claiming it was a once in a lifetime chance. However, there were reviews from 2 years ago saying they engaged in this same deal, so I screenshotted a review with this info and commented asking Is this just not true about it being a once in a life time chance, or is this just the last time yall are doing it? Just looking for clarification. And they deleted my comment and blocked me from commenting/reviewing them on Facebook.So, if youre looking for cowards who took offense to a legitimate question (if it was an annual event I would have considered going next year since I have bills to pay this year) and would rather block you than answer your questions, look no further! Definitely glad I didnt go to this establishment. Just read some of the reviews on Facebook, but what are even worse are the companys replies! I swear, you cant teach this kind of unprofessionalism and stupidity.

I went in on March 5 2019 and got my nose and tounge piercing I was okay the first few days hard to eat and had to rinse mouth every time til today I woke up at 4:40 in the morning with a inflammation under my tounge come to find out I am allergic To the bar they put in my mouth and it truly truly hurts so bad to the point where if I rinse it stings so bad

The staff was friendly and the shop was clean. I got an eyebrow and anti eyebrow as a walk in. The price was well done and I am please with the results.

Pretty good variety on earrings but ultimately they didnt have what I was looking for. I settled for something else. A bit expensive @ 15 bucks for a pair of hoops.

Its a clean atmosphere the artist know what theyre doing Sam does really good lines and excellent work Brian is real friendly I would recommend this place anybody that wants to get artwork done they know their lines and they know their colors they know their drawings

Went here for lit all of my piercings, and tattoo. 5 piercings, one tat, good jewelry, wasnt painful in the least, fam friendly, been going here since my first piercing 9 years ago.

Im looking into going back to this place to repeirce my tongue . The first time I got it done with here, and they were excellent barely any pain I didnt notice that he had even pierced my tongue yet he was very professional he knew what he was doing he didnt even need to mark my time and it was done in 30 seconds I highly suggest these people
