I recently had the pleasure of getting a tattoo at The Art Collective, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.My artist, Vince, was incredibly talented and attentive. From the moment I walked into the studio, he made me feel comfortable and welcomed. He took the time to listen to my expectations and provided valuable input to ensure the design was perfect. His attention to detail was impressive, and it was evident that he is passionate about his work.The studio was immaculate, which is a huge plus for me. They followed all the necessary safety protocols, using sterile equipment and wearing gloves throughout the process. Vince explained each step, making sure I was informed and comfortable. This attention to hygiene reassured me that I was in good hands.My experience at The Art Collective was exceptional. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was professional, and the artistry displayed is second to none. I’ve already received numerous compliments on my tattoo, and I can’t wait to go back for my next piece. I walked in on a Saturday to get both earlobes pierced. I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in the door and was asked to scan a QR code to conveniently check in on my phone. After answering the usual questions, taking a snapshot of my ID, and digitally signing the waiver, I sat down and waited for only a minute or two.Vince did my piercings, and he was super friendly and walked me through everything. After showing me the sterile equipment and jewelry, he cleaned and marked the area. He walked me through quick breathing exercises while he pierced and it took all of a couple minutes. The pain was minimal then and now even several hours later. After purchasing an optional bottle of cleaner, I was sent on my way with a card containing contact info and a QR code for after care instructions.Overall the process was very quick and smooth, and the shop was friendly, welcoming, and clean. Ill definitely be looking to come here again for my next tattoo and piercing.

We stepped into this shop after being disappointed by another nearby and I couldn’t be more thankful. The care they put into each interaction with their customers was immediately obvious. Vince was so incredibly kind and patient with a young girl who wanted her ears pierced, and then supported her choice in changing her mind. Marissa was a strong communicator and made me feel very comfortable from the rip, despite my anxiety that often gets in my way, and I absolutely love my little rear view mirror! I don’t think I can say enough good things about the whole experience, and I am already looking at my calendar to see when I can book next.

We walked in today around 2ish to get my 12 year olds ears pierced. They were pretty busy with tattoos but the owner, Vince, saw us right away. Very fast service and the piercings look great! I will definitely be booking an appointment for some cover-up work soon...hopefully! The shop was very clean and inviting.

I’ve been working with Madi for about 8 tattoos ranging from small to large and the quality never misses. She’s amazing and extremely talented. Vince, as well as the other artists are all amazing. The atmosphere here is unmatched!

I had a wonderful experience!! Vince made sure I was a candidate for the daith piercing before he did it. He explained what he was doing while he was doing it. He was actually about to leave and took the extra few minutes to take me in to do my piercing and I thank him because so far I have had 2 headache free days ❤️. By the way, what a clean place!!! What a professional and just altogether awesome place, five starts!

I’ve been to Art Collective Tattoo several times to see Dustin Storm for tattoos. Each time I go the shop has been clean, the staff friendly and the tattoo experience simply the best! Dustin took the time to listen to what I wanted, made sure placement was perfect, and even made sure I had a break when needed. Going back to see him for more work on a few weeks. I can’t recommend him enough.

I absolutely LOVE this shop, the people and the quality of the services they offer. I’ve had two tattoos done by Vince and couldn’t be more pleased. When my son decided he wanted to get his ears pierced, I knew exactly where to take him. Scheduling was a breeze, the shop is immaculate and the prices are FAIR. Artists deserve to get paid AND you get what you pay for right? I also appreciate the fact that Vince knew what would work best for and look better on melanated skin. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and DIVERSE. I’ll definitely continue to be a customer for as long as they’ll have me!

Did a walk-in for a consult and was able to get tattooed within minutes thanks to a cancellation. Dustin looked at what I wanted and was able to bring my tattoo to life. It looks better than I imagined it would. He was super nice and personable. Found my go-to person for future tattoos. The shop is very clean and pricing is reasonable. Highly recommend checking them out; you will not be disappointed.

I’ve gotten more tattoos in the past year that I’ve been living here but I can’t find all the pictures lol. I’ve been going to this shop for a year now and between Vince and P they always get me right. The atmosphere is always chills and a good vibe. Definitely go check them out!

Vince has done two tattoos on me so far, and I’m completely happy with how they turned out!!! He’s very open to discussion on what you want, the size, the details, how you might want to “tweak” it, and he evens gives his own suggestions! The shop itself makes you feel at home and comfortable while you’re there, also.

The Art Collective - Grovetown Location**Artist - Vince**What can I say about this place, artist, and results —phenomenal! Work was incredible and efficient (whole chest - pic below). Vince was extremely professional, creative, and really puts the client first. Will absolutely return for another piece and most likely the rest of the work I would like to get done. If you haven’t already go check them out they offer a variety of styles of tattoos, piercings, coverups, and exotic work.

I have been here several times to see Marissa. She is just amazing and her work is so clean!! I just love her and the atmosphere is absolutely welcoming and a vibe. Vince the owner is such a sweetheart and no matter what idea they are always willing to listen and work it out. Come on in you won’t be sorry.

Great experience easy check-in with QR code and the artist made it a quick and easy piercing. And also a QR code for after care. Great experience ,loved the piercing but sadly it came out on vacation swiming and i didnt let anyone else repierce it.

Vince was AMAZING!! My two daughters were getting a sister tattoo and his work came out beautifully!! For one of them, this was her first tattoo- and shes afraid of needles!! Vince was very patient with her. He educated her on the dos and donts of having a tatt done- the things to check and things to watch out for. Not only is his work top notch, but, hes also very sweet and laid back, which really put her at ease- made her feel comfortable just being there. He has definitely made us future returning customers!!

I absolutely love coming to get my tattoos at this shop now! Madi does all my work here and I couldn’t ask for a better artist. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m getting the artwork that I LOVE tatted onto my body. Highly recommend Dustin Storm. He has turned a tired old tatoo into something bright and beautiful with this cover up flower.He did a couples tatoo for me and my husband of a beach scene that matches and a beautiful bible verse as well on another arm. I am already planning my next piece.

Piercer used a hand held pressure piercing needle. I questioned on it because all my piercers have said only to use hollow needles (I have 10 piercings) because they cause less trauma but the piercer ensured this was better... but its basically the same thing as a needle gun just the piercer controls the pressure. Im hoping the piercings heal up well because this method causes more trauma than others

I went in to get a tattoo and I already had an idea of what I wanted from a picture of Gungnir, particular the one from God of war Ragnarok that Odin uses. Dustin was able to fit me in that day after his last appointment and I think he did a solid job. Overall I loved how it turned out. And I cant wait to go back to get my next tattoo.

I’ve been here for the last 4 of my tattoos by Vince and every time I go in it’s always a great experience from the staff and from Vince. Vince is a very talented artist and highly recommend him when I meet someone who wants a tattoo.

Ive been going to Vince Willis for years and his work is by FAR the best. He’s done my spine tattoo, both of my shoulders, and my thigh work. I mention my idea and he makes it come to life in a unique way. I highly recommend Vince to anyone that wants high quality work done!

Came in two days and had a wonderful experience both times. Vince was very knowledgeable about the daith piercing I came in for on the first day and executed the piercing phenomenally. I also had Vince do two tattoos for me. He was super supportive of my ideas. He made sure to show me all the dates on the needles and assuring me that everything was brand new. The atmosphere is welcoming and soothing. 10/10 recommend

My sisters and I walked in at 9:00pm without an appointment and it was four of us. Vince was AMAZING in accommodating us even though they were closing at 10:00pm. All 4 of us were able to get exactly what we wanted and Vince and Dustin were both so kind and professional. My sisters and I were getting a meaningful tattoo to celebrate our sisterhood and Vince and Dustin took videos and pics to help us remember the experience. The work was awesome and we all love our new tattoo’s. If you need a new one, definitely go check them out in Grovetown.

I came to Art Collective for 2 long sessions and I loved every second of it. Madi was my artist and I will not go to anyone else from now on! She was phenomenal designing my arm sleeve, and the process of the tattoo was the best I’ve experienced so far. Vince the owner was very hospitable to me, and to other guests from what I could see. I loved the great vibes the shop has, and I love the great work Madi put in for me. It was the most fun, relaxing, and seamless tattoo I’ve gotten. Would recommend to anybody!

I had a very meh experience. I went in and got a nose piercing and was very underwhelmed at the abruptness of the transaction. I was given an L shaped stud and it kept coming out and ultimately I had to remove it.I went back a month after it had healed after I was told they did have flat back studs in. Well, he didnt and pierced me and then inserted a hoop. I did agree to a hoop, but I dont think its a piercing quality hoop as I have had just problem after problem with it.Im not sure I would encourage anyone to be pierced here. The staff is nice, but Im not certain the quality of the materials, nor the knowledge of what comes after the piercing experience is offered here.

I couldn’t be happier with my whole experience at Art Collective. I was tattooed by Marissa, who was great at communicating, drawing and finalizing my piece. She was so friendly and easy to pass time with during the tattoo itself. Her work came out AMAZING. The lines are so clean and beautiful, and her art and skill brought my vision to life even better than I had imagined it. The shop itself is so clean and welcoming, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and kind. I have two more tattoos in mind and will definitely be coming back for them!

Went to this location to have my daughters ear pierced and Vince was absolutely amazing. We were greeted as soon as we entered and the service was great. He ensured that we knew the after care instructions and had info in case we had any concerns.

I had the pleasure of stopping in yesterday for a walk in piercing. I looked up shops near by and looked at reviews. I was not disappointed!First off, the shop is very clean! Very efficient with sign in and digital paperwork.Worked with Vince. He walked me through the whole process, made sure to note gauge of piercing and show sanitation standards!I was in and out in under 15 minutes.Would totally recommend and plan to bring my daughter back for her 16th birthday!

This was an amazing experience! It was therapeutic, relaxing, and inspiring all wrapped into one. The artists are highly skilled and you get a sense that they all love working here. Madi in particular is a phenomenal artist (Thanks Madi!). The facility is incredibly clean and the environment is welcoming the moment you step through the doors. Dont be shy—its worth every penny.

Vince did an absolute amazing job on a tattoo, that we are still working on. He knew exactly what I wanted without having to do too much explaining. Vince is probably one of the coolest artists out there! I have A LOT of tattoos and I have never seen a more caring, attention to detail artist. He was able to communicate and was genuine in the interest of my questions and exactly what I wanted. He’s extremely flexible and able to take an idea of what I want and turn it into nothing less than exceptional works of art. While being very thorough in his process, he walked me through each detail of what he wanted to do- making sure I loved my tattoo before I walked out the door. Very clean shop and very friendly staff. Please go see Vince - it’s worth the wait! As they say, good things take time and patience!

Love this place! Got my septum pierced and the staff were so informative,entertaining, and caring. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease! Definitely recommend! Since moving to Augusta three years ago, I’ve been hesitant getting tattoos done by just anybody. Vince has done two of my tattoos so far, and I honestly don’t want to go to anyone else from now on. I get compliments on them all the time!! He is professional, friendly, and always responds to messages quickly. His shop is fresh with awesome art from local artists and located right on Washington Rd and I-20! Seriously, go to Vince for your next tattoo or piercing!! You won’t leave disappointed!

I went inside of this incredibly BEAUTIFUL shop for a little butterfly memorial tattoo with none other than Vince himself.He has one of the most clean and visually pleasing tattoo and piercing shops that I have seen in and/or around Augusta.I love dainty and minimalistic tattoos and he was able to provide just that for me. The tattoo itself was placed on the top of my foot and was told the pain was a 7 out of 10 but his work was so clean, fast, and yet beautiful than it felt more like a 6/10 for me.I am still in awe with how much I love this tattoo and how professional he was, his shop, and surrounding staff were! 10/10 Recommend his experience for your next tattoo/piercing ideas.

I gave 3 stars because me and my mom got one tattoo from here and we had a great experience. fast forward to about a year ago, we tried to go back to Vince, he told us to come to the shop to get our tattoos. Okay cool. So i sent me and my moms deposit, which was $100 (50 each). But what he didn’t tell us was he was at the one in Grovetown and not Augusta, so we had to reschedule. When we came to Grovetown for our rescheduled appointment (mind you, he’s the one that made it), he wasn’t even there. This was very inconvenient as we had to drive all the way to Grovetown just for him not to be there for the appointment he made. So we just decided to cancel the appointment all together because we weren’t about to keep getting the run around when we the ones paying. We still love our first tattoo, just wish they were more professional the second time around.

Vince is an all around incredible guy, with quality work, and an amazing personality that suits the chill atmosphere he brings to Augusta. His work is incredible and his talent is out of this world. He made me feel safe in his shop, due to the cleanliness and safety precautions he takes to ensure you get the very best product. 12/10 would recommend.

Vince is absolutely phenomenal!! Ive gone to several tattoo shops and didnt get that vibe from them or they were unprofessional. From the moment I stepped in Vinces shop, I was immediately greeted and was treated with the best professionalism Ive had in a while. After going over my tattoo ideas, I booked an appointment, which was also a perfect process! The day of my tattoo, Vince had my sketch ready to go with options if I wanted to alter a few minor things. He talked to me during the process, we took a break and completed the process. Vince is VERY detail oriented and ensures you LOVE the work. I booked another appointment to start a sleeve because hes just that awesome!! 💞

The artist I visit, Madi Henderson, is absolutly phenomenal. She brings all of my visions to life with her creativity! It’s always a good experience before during and after the tattoo process. She always looking out for her clients best interest, and I’ve never once felt uncomfortable while being tattooed by her. She’s set the bar pretty high for me.

Walked in, place was clean, people were friendly. I went in to get my nose pierced (never had it done before, hurt like a b****) Vince was the one to do it for me and he was able to answer my questions I had for some tattoos I had. It hard to find a good tattoo shop but this one gave me a good feel. I will be coming back to fix up my tats. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Don’t ever go here for a piercing. My daughter went in for a nose piercing. They were unsanitary… squeezed some sort of antibacterial ointment on a dirty napkin that had been sitting on the tray from the time we walked in…..didn’t use a marker to ask for placement…or even ask if the spot was ok……only asked which side. Vince said he had only 1 size nose ring….. I asked did it have a back to it, he said yes.. well it didn’t and no it wasn’t a corkscrew or Lshape nose ring… it kept popping up just driving home away from the swelling.Immediately drove her to another shop where they gave us a proper nose ring and told me the nose bar was too small for the hole and was pierced at an off angle.I found out he pierced her with an 18 gauge needle and stuck a 20 gauge bar in.Lucky 7 got us all fixed up.

I was super hopeful for this location. I even had a conversation about my future tattoos. However for this trip I went for a piercing, it was cheap easy and mostly painless but a few hours later it came out and the piercing bar was too short to get back through and they were closed so all in all a waste of 40 bucks.Regardless, They are still amazing artist and I still plan to get my upcoming tattoos done here

I was visiting my fiancé for vacation and was in need of a place to get some ink! He then recommended me to this gem! Let me tell yall how AMAZING this place was! Convix is absolutely amazing, I have been going to her for years & she never fails to do AMAZING work on me!The whole shop is so nice, everyone there. Makes you feel more at home when you’re sitting there for hours on end getting a large piece!You guys are AWESOME!

We had the best experience getting our eight year old’s ears pierced with Joe. He was so good at helping to calm her and patiently talk through everything with her. The shop itself was nice, comfortable, and clean. 10/10 recommend.

My tattoo artist was Madi. She did an amazing job on my tattoo. The tattoo itself looked way better than the picture i sent in. The hand drawn details she added in made it 10x better.I would highly recommend reaching out to her if you’re wanting a tattoo.

I love Art Collective and would recommend to anybody! I came in as a tattoo customer. I got a small hamsa hand behind my ear. Vincent was very sanitary, he wasn’t heavy handed at all and on top of that I got to perform for a small crowd at the shop which was an experience I never had before!! My tattoo healed beautifully, its definitely my favorite that I have. I highly recommend the Art Collective for your ink needs.

Please be careful!! Piercer did not mark my piercing at all beforehand, making it uneven from my other nostril piercing. It was pierced with an L-shape stud, not a flat back labret. Because of this, and because the jewelry was too short, there was no room for swelling and my skin grew around the jewelry, so I took it out. Will let it heal and will get re-pierced somewhere else.

Ive had work work done,by Dustin, and my daughters and I came in to get our 7 yr olds ears pierced. She was so nervous but has been begging to get them done. I wanted this to be a positive experience for her, and thats exactly what she got. Vince, calmly talked her through it instead of holding her down and just quickly doing it with no care. He waited patiently until she was ready. Shes now the happiest little girl in the world with her new earings:)I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their childs ears pierced.

I got my first tattoo here and i’m so happy with the whole experience, vincent was very patient with me, he made sure i got what i wanted he explained the whole process and made suggestions i wouldn’t have considered that ultimately made my tattoo look better, i also got a lot piercing and i have not had any problems with it as well. i’m really happy that i went here for my first tattoo and i’m definitely going to come back, i still get compliments on my tattoo and i always put him on to my friends who always end up being satisfied as well

Please be mindful of where you go to get a piercing! Thankfully another shop was able to remove the jewelry that was put in my conch piercing. It took two people to remove what was put in my ear. The wrong size and type of jewelry was put in my ear.

Very nice and clean place. The artists that work there are very professional and down to earth. Overall amazing experience and they talked me through the whole way as it was my first tattoo. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Prices are also very fair and they put amazing detail into their work. Definitely would come here to get a tattoo or piercing.

I had the best service! it was really quick and i’m in love with my ear piercing! Joe did a great job and was very funny and nice! i will always come here for piercings!

I was in there maybe 5-10 minutes for an ear piercing. I wanted my flat done. They didnt understand so i showed them what i wanted. I was shown clean needles, then he marked my ear. There was a pause so i thought i was going to be handed a mirror to look if its in the spot i want like other shops. Nope, and i was pierced with a gun. Not even where i wanted, i ended up with an upper helix

Make sure you call ahead if you’re getting a piercing because the piercer is only in at certain times. The only negative part of my experience is that the piercer didn’t have on a mask when piercing my nose. Clearly I couldn’t wear one so I thought if he was going to be in my face then he would’ve wore one at least. Also the hook on my piercing was too short and the ring came out 2 hours after having it done. I wasn’t going to bother coming back to have it put in because i had already been to the shop 3 times hoping to catch the piercer there to get pierced in the first place. But I had to have another shop put in a ring with a longer hook. I will say staff was nice at least

I’ve been in the shop multiple times for multiple sessions of my chest piece and eventually going to get a quarter sleeve done as well everytime you go into the shop everyone just shows love off and gives you the opportunity to talk to them and see what there working on just gives a really good open friendly environment and then the artwork speaks for itself

Went in for a tattoo and came out with a work of art. Vince did my tattoo in one session over 11 hours knowing I would be leaving the area in a few days. Artist might be thrown around nowadays but he is the real deal. Ill be back for many more tattoos.
