Awful customer service! Cashier sat up front in her phone the entire time, never offered a basket to shop or asked if we had any questions! When I did have a question she was very rude and acted like we were interrupting what she was doing! We bought items off the clearance section and asked if they were included in the buy three get three free she said yes! We found and item in the clearance that had no clearance sticker so I went to her to see if it was on sale and how much, she said if you found it in the clearance section then it’s on sale and that will be three dollars!! I’ve been to other Claire’s where people put jewelry in the clearance section then when you get to the register it rings up full price! I had my 10 year old with me and we were using her Christmas money so I didn’t want to get to the register and have her not have enough money after spending time to pick through all of the items to maximize her budget. We go back to picking out items then go to the register to checkout! I have her items separated by price so we can maximize the buy 3 get 3 free promotion. When we get to the register she tells us that all the clearance is 3 dollars regardless of the price tags that were on the items! I was upset, as well as my daughter, because I made her put certain things back because of the price! After all the questions that I had asked she never stated that all clearance was three dollars regardless of the price listed on the sticker! There were no signs Anywhere stating that either! I stated that it wasn’t fair to charge more than what the sticker price stated and I said that’s not the customers fault! She said what do you want me to do about it we ran out of stickers and we can’t override the system! I stated they could take the lower priced stickers off or put up a homemade sing stating that all clearance items were 3 dollars! I also stated that as we were shopping that section she could have told us the current promotion to avoid confusion at the register! Basically she stated that there was nothing she could do so I asked to speak with the manager! She called the manager on the phone but the lady would not speak with me just told the cashier there was nothing she could do! I paid for my items and asked for the corporate number so I could complain, they do not have the corporate number to give customers, I also looked at the receipt and there was no cashier information so I asked for her name and her managers name! She stated that it was illegal to give me that information and I said well that’s fine I’m sure they’ll be able to know whom I’m talking about because she was the only one working! 2 days later the manager calls me wanting to talk about what occurred, only problem is I did not leave my phone number for her to contact me! In fact I didn’t leave any information so now I’m wondering how she retrieved my information after I had already left the store! I was going to just let the incident go and hope that they would write a sign stating their promotion to avoid further confusion! However, after they went into their system to look up my contact information I’m not extremely irritated and will be calling corporate! From here on out I’ll just find a different Claire’s to get our products from!

AMAZING experience! Went out to walk the outlets with my family and since its my daughters birthday soon, I took her into Claires, and the manager working helped us pick out a few items, and even gave us a birthday party pamphlet-I didnt even know they did parties! Wr had a great experience, my daughter got some clip on earrings, I got an anklet, and we had some good mommy-daughter bonding time. ♥️

The employees that are here on March 2nd 2017 were so helpful I was visiting from out of town and looking for presents take back home to my daughters and they helped me out tremendously with picking out gifts for them, age appropriate gifts, I guess I should say. I was very very happy with the prices and they make sure, they told me that the things they have on sale things that would match certain outfits I had purchased for my daughters and for my wife as well. These young ladies was very helpful and Im very thankful that I ran into them in your store. I will be back to shop again at this store.

It was fine. This is kind of a small store, and most of the stuff is geared towards little girls to pre-teen or teens. Had a nice buy 3 get three of anything sale happening.

My child had a great experience getting their ears pierced. The staff was great and super helpful. They had a great selection of earrings and other accessories.

Loved the sales people! They make the experience so much better. Watch out for the high priced items, and stick with the sale items for the best bargains.

Staff friendly.I feel this store is more geared towards ages 5 to 16. Store too crowded can barely move around without knocking something over.
