Matt did an amazing job on my tattoo. I walked in with no appointment and he was accommodating and very kind. I would recommend this shop to everyone and anyone. I felt comfortable sharing my opinion of size and placement and love my experience here at Mountain Rose Tattoo. I will definitely be going back!!

Matt was amazing! He was so kind and his work is incredible, he was so patience when i changed my mind on little things over and over again and he made sure it was perfect! Not to mention he stayed past his regular hours to accommodate me and my sister both! His detail that he did was amazing and took inspo i showed him and redesigned it himself into something even better! i’ve been to quiet a few different places but i can for sure say matt was by far the best i’ve had!!

I had a great experience with Becky. She performed a cover up of a bad tattoo from when I was young. Her line work and shading were perfect!The owner Matt is also great to have conversation with.

I selected him personally based on his wildly creative and unique work over all the tattoo artists in the Boise area. Matt is incredibly personable and I wanted him to complete a full sleeve for me. I couldn’t be happier with the ongoing results. His studio is immaculate, his demeanor is warm and relational, and his expertise as a tattoo artist is of the highest caliber. If you wonder if Matt Crow’s work is for you then I suggest you consider a consultation with him. For me, selecting an artist that understands others, is willing to be bold, and who is literally so gifted in creativity was most important. I am blown away by his use of color on others. I came from out of town to ski at Sun Valley Resort and stopped by this shop. The owner was extremely friendly and professional. Super easy to work with and had solid ideas to contribute. His lines are bold and clean and if you’re looking for a solid traditional tattoo he’s your guy. I will definitely be making a trip back for some more rad work by Matt!

Stoked the universe aligned me with Matt Crow at Mountain Rose Tattoo in Hailey, Idaho (Sun Valley)Was waiting for years for the right artist/brother to come through. Matt is it! He drew an original design for me from just some references/styles I gave him. Was on point 1st draft! He even went out and bought a new cross hatching gun for our second session. After living in the valley my whole life, its a blessing to have a tattoo artist of this caliber finally set roots in Hailey! Matthew was kind, professional, and above all an amazing artist! The shop is clean, open and uncluttered giving way for a relaxing and pleasant experience! I cannot give more than 5 stars but I would if I could. Go here now if you are looking for a tattoo!!

Fun and creative atmosphere. Matt created a BEAUTIFUL piece out of my vague details and was an incredibly fun person to talk to for my first ink. Love his style and great vibes all around.

Matts shop is the only shop close to where I live with a 5 star review. I had a very simple, but very personal piece I wanted done and he was nothing but friendly, and professional about it. I love my ink that he did soooo much!!
