Walked in, they were very friendly. I got a naval piercing. (The price was reasonable) My piercer was very professional and it didn’t even hurt :) Would recommend this place!

My father passed away suddenly on the 1st this month. I went it to get an estimate, but walked out with this. Christopher and his sister took 3 different photos from me of my dads handwriting. They had to take letters and put them together for a couple words, and then they included the rest from a letter that my dad wrote to me before his passing. It looks like my dad just grabbed my arm and wrote on it. I am so thankful for the work Christopher did. It’s way beyond expectations and it looks perfect. It’s absolutely wonderful. And he was so good to me during my emotional moments, he and his sister even gave me the BEST hugs after it was done and he let me keep the stencil paper and dated it for me to keep. I’ll never go to another artist. He is my guy now. God bless he and his sister. 🥲💕 this was such an emotional session, but he did not mind it one bit. He welcomed this with open arms. GOD BLESS this man.

My favorite art on my body was done here, I cant express enough how much I love my tattoo from Chris, hes the best artist ever! I will be getting all my art done there from now on! Definitely check them out...trust me u wont regret it!!

This is the only tattoo shop that I have ever been in where you are immediately at ease and comfortable! The owner and employees all treat you as a person/friend and not just another dollar to be made. Ive had piercings done here and they were done right! My sister has had tattoos done and they still look awesome! The quality of the work done here is excellent! Ive never heard anyone that has actually had work done here ever complain! If you want piercings or tattoos or even both this is most definitely the place to go!

I am a real customer of this shop and LOVE everything about it..the people, the vibe, but most importantly..the passion and work done there. It took me 10 years to put together my piece and it took the guys very little time to draw it up, not long to do it and I am more in love with it on me than I ever thought possible. When you put art on you that you want to last forever without having to be continuasly touched up...Asylum rocks!!

I wish there was a button to say better than excellent. About a year ago I took my teenage daughter to Chris Wheeler to have her ear pierced. He sat with her and comforted her for almost an hour explaining everything to her. He changed her jewelry out, free of charge, many times because she was afraid to mess with it herself. (This was her first piercing EVER) Recently, we went back to Asylum to have her lip pierced, because of the relationship Chis and his staff have built up with her over the past year, we were in and out in 15 minutes time (most of that 15 minutes was her simply hanging out talking to the staff after her lip was done). Since, he was changed her jewelry out, and taken care of anything she needs. We drive over an hour each time to see these people and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my daughter!! I highly recommend Asylum to anyone considering having any work done. Although we do not have any experience with having a tattoo done with Wheeler, I have full faith that when I decide to let me daughter get a tattoo we will get the best service we could ever ask for!

I have got several tattoos here Chris is amazing I wont go anywhere else to get my tattoos done there always nice and friendly...its clean and just all around great!!!!

This is the worst place in town. I have never heard good things from anyone I know. If you want a good tattoo go anywhere else. I got a tattoo from here 5 years ago when there were decent artists working but would never step foot in there again

I got my first tattoo done by Chris back in december. It was a basic tattoo, just my daughters names. Tonight I will be going back and having my new tattoo designed and done by Chris. I would recomend anyone going to Asylum tattoos to get there tattoo done.
