These guys were great! Came here for my very first tattoo 2 weeks ago and couldnt be happier! Brent was fantastic! Professional and an absolutely awesome artist! The shop is extremely clean. Everyone is polite. It was a very positive experience and I will definitely come back for my next one! I would highly recommend!

My daughter has had 2 piercings here. Wrong placement on the ear and the belly piercing is crooked. Sorry but can’t recommend this place.

I drove 30 minutes out to get 2 tattoos from alex and i absolutely am obsessed with it. she was super sweet and i felt super comfortable with her. all the staff was super nice and it was very clean. definitely worth the drive! i will be coming back for more

I wanted a simple and small, yet detailed tattoo on my forearm. I have 5 children and wanted to get something to symbolize them all. Travis White drew up exactly what I wanted. I loved the detail on each elephant. Steel has an awesome environment with a fun staff, a lot to look at in there to take your mind off any pain. Travis was professional and quick, letting me take breaks when needed. I absolutely love my tattoo and would def go back and recommend Steel to my friends and family. Awesome place!

Brent is awesome - if youve already given him a drawn up design that you dont want anything changed or altered on. Or if you give him 100% creative freedom without ANY input from you about the ink that YOU are paying for and that you will have on your body for the rest of your life...Rude. Unprofessional. Go here if you want a nice tattoo that you found on google or one that he picks for you. Dont expect an artist who will bring your vision to life for you. Thats not in his wheelhouse.

Brent did a great job, he absolutely killed it on my tattoo! shop is very clean and I was very impressed by a confirmation call the night before, a confirmation call seems really professional and is something Ive never seen from any other shop. Highly recommend!

If youre considering a tattoo, or piercing Steel Tattoo is hands down your best option! The entire staff is incredible and they create such a great atmosphere for any body in the shop! Ive had about 20 piercings and they were all done at Steel! Jillian is the best! I have also gotten all of my tattoos here! Each artist is great. I got 2 tattoos done by Cassi and my most recent one is done by Travis. Travis tattooed me, my mom, and 2 sisters. He was sooo patient with us, and made getting tattoos a great experience! He told us every thing he was about to do and always had us laughing! I love all three of my tattoos and I wont go anywhere else! Thank you guys for everything!

Don’t come here for piercings, when i got mine done (i don’t remember by who because it was a while back) he pierced in the wrong spot, lower than a second lobe piercing should be. when i pointed out the placement he brushed it off, but today my earlobe ripped all the way through because of how far down the hole was and now it has a permanent tear. so despite how friendly the staff is i can’t recommend

I have gotten all of my tattoos done at Steel Tattoo, by Travis. This place is very clean and everyone is super friendly. Not too pricey and they work around your schedule. He has great linework and am overly happy with the tattoos that Ive gotten from him. I wont go anywhere else! I definitely recommend Steel Tattoo to everyone looking for some good work.

Ive gotten 7 tattoos from Travis White at Steel Tattoo. Hes a great artist with amazing artwork. Hes so much fun to work with and I always look forward to seeing him. If I have an idea, he takes it and runs with it. I never leave unsatisfied. I would recommend going to see Travis! :)

I have gotten tattooed three of the artists at Steel, the most recent being Travis. I have been nothing but absolutely pleased with his artistry, professionalism, kindness and ability to take any idea I have an incorporate it into the sleeve we are working on. I highly recommend him and cant think of a better artist to bring my ideas to life!

My daughter and I had a bad experience here but Brent made it right. He redid our tattoos and did a wonderful job. Very grateful to Brent that he cares about his customers satisfaction. Would definitely recommend going to Brent!

Ive gotten all four of my tattoos here and I cant even begin to explain how great this place is. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The shop is always very clean and professional. I saw Travis White for my last two tattoos. My last one being a cover up on some nasty scars on my wrist. I was really wary about how covering them up would go but Travis drew up an incredible design and the tattoo itself came out so clean and was so much more than I could have imagined. I will be going back to him for all of my future tattoos!

I cant say enough great things about Steele Tattoo. Very clean, very professional, and great artists. Ive gotten multiple pieces done and I cant wait to keep adding. *tried to post this on the fb page and got BLOCKED. Now I know why the shop has 4.9/5 stars!*Shop is clean and nice, however the artists are overpriced and UNRELIABLE. How this place has 4.9 stars is beyond me! I had an appointment for a simple Roman numerals tattoo with Eric, and as soon as I walked in on time for my appointment, I was told that Eric was busy and that Travis would be doing my tattoo. Really? I couldnt have even gotten a phone call?? They just waited until I walked into the store - UNPROFESSIONAL. At the time I figured Id just go along with it because my tattoo was small and hard to mess up (so I thought). Everyone was super nice, but my tattoo is awful! Its super crooked, uneven, and its not even filled in all the way! Do NOT go to steel tattoo unless you wanna pay top dollar for mediocre work and unreliable tattoo artists.

Had a tattoo done over a year ago and recently contacted my tattoo artist about some problems about my tattoo (line work). He asked for a picture and once it was sent and after days of no response he replies looks good to me. After spending $1500+ on this tattoo and $600+ in tips for the three sessions youd think Brent would be a little more helpful. Extremely expensive and will not be going back!

Highly recommend Steel Tattoo, the people that would work there are so friendly and caring! Travis White tattooed my sisters, mom and I, he was very patient and just awesome and did a outstanding job! such a amazing place to go!!

Had my 4th tattoo done by travis a couple months back and I must say, I was pleased by how comfortable I was while getting a 3 1/2 hour long tattoo. I Love so much of his work and I will be getting another tattoo done by him. Highly recommend. Clean environment with a friendly staff

Travis Is an awesome guy and one hell of a tattoo artist! I love his Japanese style art the most. But all around hes just a great artist! I will definitely be back again!!

My teenage daughters wanted piercings. My 17 year old wanted her belly button pierced and my 15 year old her nose. The staff at Steel Tattoo was very informative and helpful. It was very clean and inviting. My girls were very happy

I have gotten almost every tattoo at this location and I absolutely love them all.The environment at steel is amazing and theyre the friendliest people Ive ever met. I would highly suggest getting your tattoo or even piercings at steel :)

Honesty the worst experience i have EVER HAD getting a tattoo. Beyond over priced, charged me 100$ for a small tattoo that was just an outline. There was no shading, nothing hard, literally just a simple outline of a flower, how could they mess that up? WRONG. The lines are crooked, he got aggravated when i asked him to adjust the tattoo(weird its going to be on my body forever id like it to be perfect) and when i asked for minor adjustments he seemed like it was the end of the world. AND THATS NOT ALL. He CUT into my skin. Not just the needle making me bleed, he actually trenched out my skin so now im going to have scaring for the rest of my life on my arm. Thank god i know an amazing tattoo artist that can fix this mess because it is honestly AWFUL. Would NEVER reccomend to anybody. Would actually tell them to steer clear of this place and their unexperienced and overpriced artists.

I went to get my medusa pierced and i understand with the virus going on it wasn’t the smartest choice, but i’ll live with it. however the man that pierced my medusa didn’t tell me any aftercare procedure nor what was going on during the piercing process. Now that it’s better healed i realize it’s insanely crooked and too far forward to where it sits uncomfortably inside my mouth. additionally no one was wearing a mask (in case this was a concern to others who might go here). no one seemed nice and or friendly which might not matter to some but I would prefer the person piercing my body to be friendly. i don’t recommend and now i most likely have to go elsewhere to get it redone.

Had an idea of what I wanted for a memorial tattoo but was blown away with what John came up with instead. This was my first tattoo and he walked me through everything especially the after care. Needless to say I’m hooked and will be back for more.

Travis is an awesome artist, I have 3 pieces of his work and am looking forward to more. He has a great eye for colors and flow in the work he does .

Brent Davis is a excellent tattoo artist. Moderately priced. Clean open environment.I would recommend Steel Tattoo.

John has done 5 tattoos for me since Jan. 2022. They are flexible with scheduling and I keep coming back for more tattoos

Got a Groupon worth $400 for Christmas. When i went to make an appointment the owner told me that they would not honor the Groupon. He said that they had changed ownership. He was very rude and not willing to accommodate me in any way. I contacted Groupon to see what recourse I have.

I purchased Groupons for Christmas gifts for my daughters on December 22,2017, went in today December 28 2017 and the new owners will not honor them. It states right on the Groupon that it is valid until April of 2018. I will be contacting Groupon for a refund but they were very rude and unprofessional.

For my first tattoo it came out better than I thought it would good service good you get what you pay for my tattoo came to 200$ he dropped it down gave me 20$ back and gave me a free cream and soap kit Im definitely going back everyone should there all friendly people funny and good to talk to I suggest going there to get your tattoo u might not get the deal I got but its by from the best shop I ever went too thanks guys you will always have me as a costumer

Brent pics a design and u dont like it. To bad you loose your deposit I drew a pic and thats what u get. Honestly go somewhere else !

Left a $200 deposit and they refuse to give it back when I decide to go a different way! Shady business! Try to talk to owner and his solution is to hang up on me, instead of work with me to possibly bring back my business or a referral!

Attitude as if we were inconveniencing them. No jewelry selection. Unable to to provide change. Not willing to set an appointment and when they did the piercer still wasn’t in.
