I got my first tattoo today at 51 to honor the loss of my son. The store was clean an comfortable, the people were so nice, but the best part of the experience was my artist. Katherine was kind and compassionate and went out if her way to be sure the design I brought her was perfect.

I have been wanting to get a memorial tattoo for my brother and went in today on a walk in appoint. My tattoo artist was Taya and she was absolutely amazing so kind and I LOVE the tattoo she did for me. She chatted with me while she worked and was just a wonderful tattoo experience I will be coming back in the future forsure. Everyone in the shop seemed very nice as well great environment

I got my first professional piercing done here, It was my helix on my right ear. The piercer, Lucan, was very friendly and a super nice guy to talk to, it made me a lot more comfortable with the process. He picked out a piece of jewelry that he thought would look good with the anatomy of my ear, and I absolutely love it! I haven’t gotten any tattoos here (yet) but I would 100% come back.

The only place to go for piercings! Luke is amazing. Super nice and makes getting a piercing so easy and relaxing. All the people there are so nice. Highly recommend

I got my first tattoo from Rachel yesterday and she made me aware of her 17 years of experience during that process. I could not be happier with my first tattoo. I would recommend this shop to anybody, especially people getting their first tattoo or piercing. Of course I would also recommend asking for Rachel but the rest of the staff was friendly and welcoming to my girlfriend and I. Great place, went in to get my daughters ears pierced and Lucan was fantastic making her feel at ease and he was very professional. If you are going to get your kids or even your own ears pierced go see these guys.

I have had the pleasure of getting tattoos and piercing here. I wish I could give them more stars because five is just not enough. Every single person that works there has such a high level of professionalism and knowledge, but they also make you feel so comfortable with what you’re getting done. Every time I’ve booked with them I’ve had a wonderful experience from the apprentice to the owners, professionalism and pride in their work is apparent from the moment you walk in the door. The artists remember you after every visit. Theresa and Lucan have truly created a wonderful and safe environment for tattooing and piercing. Their job doesn’t end with the piercing or the tattoo either. They offer touch ups and will help you with any piercing/tattoo aftercare that you need.

My daughter got an industrial piercing and I cant say enough good things about our experience. The shop is so clean and inviting. The major thing that impressed me was the fact that Luke made sure my daughters ear was anatomically compatible with the type of piercing she wanted and was willing to say no if he didnt think it would be successful. He was so patient with her (she got a little lightheaded after the first piercing) and took a lot of time to explain how to clean and take care of it while it heals. Her piercing looks great; I cant recommend them enough!

We had a great experience with Katie @ Black Diamond today! She is a great artist with great energy! All staff was fun and engaging but Katie really shined! Her work is amazing! The shop was clean and super comfortable. So happy with our experience!

Theresa is hands down one of the best artists Ive ever worked with. She cares about her clients and the art that she produces. She works incredibly hard and theres a very good reason her books fill so quickly. The other artists in the shop are also fantastic and i love that guest spots are becoming more common. The shop is clean and health and safety are always prioritized. Plus the vibes are always great. This is the only shop Id ever visit in Hastings.

A phenomenal group of artists and they do impressive work. I drive roughly 2 hours every time I make an appointment and its worth it every time. Definitely check them out :)

UPDATE: So, I was an idiot and took out my earring because I thought reopening was not.the same as a piercing. Went back today, and Luke was yet again amazing and understanding as he put them back in for me. He reassured me that the type of earring he gave me doesnt need to come out at all because it is best quality for sensitive skin. I had them on all yesterday, and not even an itch. Usually an hour or two in, and my ears are itching, so this type is awesome!I went to Black Diamond Tattoos & Piercings because I needed a lobe piercing reopened. Luke was amazing, VERY knowledgeable with high quality standards, and he established trust right away, which is important in this line of business. I now completely understand why you want to go to a piercing expert instead of using the piercing gun. Much better quality and a healthier way, especially since I have sensitive skin. This place really is about the person and what is best for the person. The price was so much better than I thought it would be for something like this.

The staff was very nice and he did a great job piercing my nose and making sure it was even with my other one but my complaints are that the jewel on the nose piercing fell off less than a month after getting it done and the piercing itself would fall out all the time. i payed $100 for two piercings which honestly wouldnt be bad if the jewelry wasnt cheap. i got my first piercing done with kyle at revolution 4 years ago and that piercing is still good as new. great staff, just not the most reliable jewelry. :/

Teresa and crew do an amazing job, their artistry is spectacular. Black Diamond is a very clean, professional shop. Sterile procedure is a #1 priority without fail. They listen to what you want, how you want it and may make suggestions to improve the out come of the tattoo, but its always your choice, your wearing it for a lifetime. They are a bit more expensive than others around, but well worth the wait and price. Teresa is a bit of a legend around here, her art was featured in one of the better known tattoo magazines.

The work done by Theresa was absolutely impeccable. The artists there are genuine, easy to talk to, and so much fun. I loved my entire experience and I will definitely be going back for more ink soon!

They did a great job on my tattoo, and had such a friendly and laid back atmosphere. They were able to get my daughter an industrial piercing which they calmed her down and made her relaxed and not worried at all.

I had went in and they did my eyebrow and my nose and a month later my nose ring fell out and I I would like it if they would redo it or just give me another nose ring that’s all the experience was awesome the guy was very nice he was very confident in his work but like I said my nose ring fell out and I would like him to put in another ring or something I don’t have the money to get another nose ring so if he can make it right and fix it
