I had the best experience with a piercer I’ve ever had. Everyone was very nice, communicative, and non judgmental. The piercer was very patient and talked me through all of the steps. Everything was so easy and went so smoothly, I hadn’t even realized I’d gotten pierced! All of the jewelry options are of high quality and very reasonably priced. Definitely will be returning!

Never been to Lady Luck before but my artist recently moved back to the area and landed there so went in today. Bo Winstead is worth any drive to get to him. He can take a simple suggestion and knock it out of the park! Getting to lady luck was a plus the building is full of character everyone was super helpful and clean so clean! Definitely will be back!

I got my septum pierced by Samhain and it is by far my favorite piercing! She was amazing and walked me through the entire process. I would 10 outta 10 recommend her, for sure!

Outstanding! Had the gem fall out of a new (2 months) nose piercing done out of state. The end/back was still in my nostril! To say that I was freaking out is an understatement. Went in, and they were more than helpful and kind. She was wonderful and helped ease my anxiety of thinking I would need it re-pierced. They have a wonderful selection of jewelry at various price points. Will definitely return when it heals and pick out a new piece!

Literally just left tue shop. Got my nostril repierced. It was NOTHING like the first place I went to last year. The jewelry selection was much better and just made more sense for folks who worry about jewelry snagging or falling out in the middle of the night. Next, Sammmmmmmm was AMAZINGGGGG. She was the sweetest person and so calming and gentle. Lastly, the aftercare was free. Only caution...because they are so good....BE prepared for a wait.

Ive never had a bad experience at Lady Luck. Ive always been tattooed by Phil but today we switched it up a bit and finally had Robbie do some work. 2 tattoos in 4 days to celebrate my birthday.They both did Amazing jobs!!!❤🤘😁🤘❤

I got my industrial done here! Sam was super cool and had two different plushies to squeeze if needed! She was professional and offer to answer any and all questions I had, too.My fiance also got a tattoo the week before, and while I dont have a picture of it to add, Robbie did a great job!

Sam is a goddess. After being traumatized by getting my ears pierced at Claires when I was little I decided I could never have ear lobe piercings. She pierced my nose and that healed amazingly but still thought I could never have earrings. I was so wrong. At 32 I finally have healthy healed ear piercings. THANK YOU! 💖

I highly recommend them! They were so nice, I was in and out really quick. The lady was so nice and talked me through everything so I wouldn’t be nervous. I didn’t even feel it! I love my new belly button piercing! I will definitely be back if I decide to get something else pierced!

The shop is wheelchair accessible and staff assisted with navigation as needed anna(sp) did mine she quickly understood my desired tat and provided a demo and estimate quickly.i had ink done elsehere(not telling) anknew aBit about the process she very clearly described each step as it was done.i am proud to show mine off in part beCaUse I designed it( bo stock photo for me) and it looks fantastic.i am already planning my next so lady luck,you have been warned,I am coming back.tou have other options in town but dont even bother.

Got my septum done by Samhain. She was super professional and so nice. Explained every step and made me very comfortable. Also, if you are looking for a piercer that is trans friendly, I was asked my preferred pronouns on the intake sheet, which I thought was really great!Oh and also, she has it set up where you can make appointments online through Square. So booking and payment was crazy easy. Everything about my experience was positive.

Recommend anyone to come here! Prices are fair for the work requested. Samantha Grace has done all of my tattoos and was so great. Everyone in the shop was so nice. Samhain has done my piercings and was so comforting throughout the process.

I went to see Sam yesterday to get my daith pierced. My previous one ripped out and it was quite a bad experience. I have had many many piercings but Sam was hands-down the best piercer Ive ever been to. She was so friendly, so gentle and she made sure that I was genuinely comfortable. There was very little pain and it was obvious how much care she took to make sure my piercing was perfect. Shes great at her craft and I would never go anywhere else now that I know what its like to have such an excellent piercer!

Ive gotten several tattoos here. 100% of those times the staff was rude. Today went in and the person at the front desk was super sweet so that was a delightful change. But the tattoo prices have been gouged considerably and the artists are very difficult to work with. They put in very little effort to create something you want to live with for a lifetime. I was honest about my thoughts and they seemed ticked off that I didnt love the first thing they showed me. The blatant passive aggression gave me a full anxiety attack and I had to leave. Wont come back.

The people here are so rude. Their prices are too high and they are wishy washy on their own rules. I asked for line work on a tattoo and it wasnt even 3 inches long and they told me it would be 200 bucks. Ive seen them talk about people who walked out the door. And the people who they were talking about was being polite. They told me to come one day and get there when I wanted my tattoo just to say when I got there that it would have to be another day. And they refused to schedule me an appointment. Instead they said it would be better to walk in at 4. Even though I have kids and needed an appointment. They told me when I got my piercing a mask wasnt necessary last year in May in the middle of covid. A month after it was required by them when i went in. Then 6 months later was ugly to me because I walked in without one on. Then I went back last month for my tattoo and you didnt need one . again. I got my tattoo!! 100 bucks for one that was better quality at a place that was beyond friendly and did amazing work. Will not go back here.

I went here and got a nose and navel piercing. Best piercing experience by far! My piercer, Samhain Ramirez, talked me through it all and put me at ease. Everything was clean and all the staff were extremely helpful. Pricing was great too! Will definitely be going here again!

Ive been to Lady Luck twice for piercings, an industrial and a double helix. Sam is very friendly and professional. On both occasions she patiently worked with me through several changes to ensure that the piercing placement was to my satisfaction.She is very thorough in her directions for aftercare and answered any and all questions. Its such a pleasant experience, both times Ive left already considering a return visit for another piercing.

Samhain was amazing and really personable! She was quick, clean, professional and easy with piercing my nose! Will definitely come back when I’m ready to get my other side done! Thank you so much. My wife went here for a tattoo to add to her collection. Asked for a simple scope on the back of her neck. When the man finally printed it out, it was the size of a quarter. BUT WAIT, get this... IT WAS $100! (The tattoo had no color and was not filled in.) Ive heard that this establishment is racially biased. And it seems to be true as a friend of lighter completion recommended this place. If you look at the pictures they post, its hard to find a darker complected individual.I was on the phone with her when she went to get the tattoo. I could hear the attitude SEVERAL STATES OVER. The way she was treated was disrespectful and no way to treat a customer or a sweet lady like her. Even while she kept calm, the employee continued to be rude and unprofessional, crumpling up paper like a child.She kept her composure and said she would return later, turning him down not even arguing about the price after getting attitude when comparing the price to size. Dont recommend.

First went to this tattoo to get a small tattoo as a walk in. Was ignored by all the workers there for over half an hour while they took walk ins that came before me. Was not addressed at all until my white boyfriend was addressed first asking what he wanted, he had to tell them that we were there for me and I needed to be taken care of first. From there they were very impatient with me even though I explained this would be my first tattoo. They basically rushed me through the entire process just to get me in and out. While with my boyfriend they were nice and attentive and took a lot more time with him. This is only one of the issues I’ve had with this establishment. I would not recommend them to anyone. I especially would never see the video-owner Robbie Wilson again who blatantly ignored my concerns on their business page about another issue and then blocked me when I sent proof I was being ignored.

Super nice people! Brandi did such an amazing job with my back tat, and was super understanding for pain and breaks. Samhain was super nice when she did my piercing as well. Would recommend them to anybody who needs work done

Sam did my piercings. I came in originally wanting a triple helix piercing but because of anatomy it didnt quite work out like i planned. She was very honest with me. Super patient, thorough, and friendly. Talked me through my decision until we got it right. Im very pleased and she comes highly recommended. The drive from Jackson to Hattiesburg was worth it.

Got my helix piercing switched out from starter stud to a hoop. I had been so worried about doing it myself, but the piercer here was so lovely and careful. Done in under five minutes. Professional and efficient. Highly recommend (the stickers are cute too).

I tried to schedule an appointment and got a smart mouthed dude and let it slide, tried to see if he could draw me up a tattoo and he wouldn’t even meet to talk to me so I can explain the idea. Gave up and then tried to come in for a walk in. Got the same dude and thought he was in a good mood today but he tried to play me. Charged me 100 dollar for a quarter sized, 1.5 centimeters, size of my big toenail, size of the red button at sonic face a** tattoo. My friend comes here all the time and recommend y’all but I’m sorry don’t come here unless they like you personally or they will do you like they keep doing me.

Rob did my tattoos in 2008 and they still looking great. Great place. Great ink art work. This Eagle and Shield 1976 tattoo I had done in Kitzingen West Germany in 1977, in 2008 Rob freshened it up restoring it even better and we added US Army to it. The color is still great, Rob is the best at Lady Luck!

My sister-in-law and I went to Lady Luck here in Hattiesburg, as it was highly recommend, to get our daith pierced. The piercer, Sam, spoke very highly of herself and her experience so we felt we were in very good hands. We both were caring for the piercings as directed. However, after 8 months, we were both having difficulties with our piercings healing. We both went to different locations to ask piercers about what to do regarding the healing of the piercings. Oddly enough, we were both informed that our piercings were done incorrectly. Thank goodness they were not infected. Needless to say, we are very disappointed and wouldnt recommend this place at all for piercings!

I got my tragus (not the surface one) piercing here and it’s the best piercing i’ve ever had. The jewelry has never irritated my skin, and it healed perfectly. I have extremely sensitive skin with a nickel allergy, so i was very nervous, but everyone here made me feel very comfortable and assured me i was in great hands.

Got my ear pierced today, and Im absolutly in love with it!! If you get anything pierced go to Sam, shes absolutely wonderful and she makes you feel at home! Plus $40 is a super good price to me! Cant beat it!

I love this place! Rob did my first tattoo (ever!) on my ribs and I love it! He talked me thru it the whole time and made it overall a great experience. I will admit, it was a bit pricy, but in my opinion worth it. I’ll be getting my tattoos and more piercings done here!!

On October 8, 2015 I got my septum peirced by Sam. It is my first major piercing, and I couldnt be happier with it!Sam walked me through the whole thing, and didnt make a move unless I was comfortable. She has an awesome energy and was upbeat and awesome! I loved it, I love her and I will definitely be going back for my next peircing!! 😊😊😊(Im thinking both nostrils)

DO NOT GO TO LADY LUCK TATTOOWent into Lady Luck to get two tattoos. One being for my grandfather and one being a memorial tattoo for my grandmother who recently passed in this last month. After looking at the stencil and agreeing on it as well as the colors, the artist began tattooing. The heart on the end of my tattoo for my grandfather was agreed on to be purple, however the tattoo artist did the entire thing in black. But that is not the only mess up, on my grandma’s memorial tattoo, the stencil wiped off towards the end of the tattoo, where the artist seems to have felt the confidence to free-hand the rest of my grandmas handwriting. Because of this, the wrong letter is now tattooed on my leg forever. Where my grandmas cursive L is supposed to be, there is now a cursive lower case f because the artist was not careful.

Got an awesome tattoo from Brandi. Go back in a couple of weeks to finish it up. Cool woman excellent artist

I usually love going there sam that does the piercing is amazing and I hate to give 3 stars.. My mother and I went in yesterday to get a memorial tattoo for my brother, the skinny blonde was so rude! Told my mom they wouldnt do her tat that it was too small... It had to be inlarged and it was going to be 200.. they told me for a outline of a steampunk gear with my brothers name and his birth and death date would cost 400... it was ridiculous

I havent actually been there to have piercings done yet. My mom had went there several years ago because of migraines and had her ears pierced in the outer middle part of her ears, into a pressure point which COMPLETELY stopped her migraines. I am looking so forward to going there as soon as I have a day off. Migraines are one if the worst things you can suffer from. I believe tge girls name is Sam and I CANNOT WAIT to go have this procedure.I will let everyone know how it turns out.

I came from out of state to get a amazing custom tattoo from Savinnah.Everyone at the shop was friendly and I had a great time talking to the artists and other clients while getting my tattoo. I will definitely come back to get more tattoos.

I got my first tattoo here. It’s been a while back but a guy named bill did it. I just wanted a cross on my wrist. I noticed a while after it was done that it was still raised above my skin so I went back and they told me that it was normal and it was just healing. Well a year and a half later it’s still raised and doesn’t look good. I had another tattoo artist look at it and he told me that it just looks like it was welded on because the tattoo artist went to deep with the needle. I won’t ever be back here.

Was on a road trip back in May and decided i wanted my first tattoo... stubbled upon Lady Lucky (unintentionally), lets just say i’m very satisfied with the work, i have my zodiac sign (aquarius) tatted on my right wrist, i was a bit over charged but i didn’t complain because it was my first and it came out great!! i fear of needles and Alex (i think that’s her name) was very patient with me and even talked me through it which made me relax through the whole session.

They were packed and I just wanted a quote on a very simple tattoo. Pretty steep for a giant S with a few hearts. My family has gotten all their tattoos here and its very different than it used to be.

Very clean and inviting facility Phil has been my tattoo artist the past four tattoos and they are absolutely my favorite tattoos I have and I have ten tattoos everyone there does amazing work and are great people would recommend this tattoo shop to anyone looking for quality work.

I recently got my nipples pierced here and they pierced them with the wrong size and put the wrong size bar in. I’ve also noticed my piercings are uneven. My right nipple is deeper in my areola and not the base of the nipple as it should be. And the left has one side at the base and the other is further in the areola. Because of the wrong size bar my right nipple had the jewelry imbedded into my nipple and i had to have a different piercer look at it before it got infected and change my bars. I’ve removed them and once they heal i will be going some where else to get them pierced CORRECTLY.

My boyfriend and I went to get our tattoos and at first they were super helpful and understanding but my boyfriend just wanted a s i m p l e wolf tattoo and they guy told him that he couldnt do it, he then revealed he wouldnt do it because thats his name on the tattoo and he wasnt going to do something like that and kept pushing gory/tribal wolf tattoos onto him. I ended up getting mine and I was super nervous bc its my first tattoo and the guy placed it too far down on my wrist which I could get used to but its CROOKED. theres nothing I can do now . It started off as a nice experience and ended in disaster
