Went to get my cartilage pierced. Emelyn was amazing! She did my cartilage and my sisters lobes. She made us feel comfortable and safe. My sister has a fear of needles and was very nervous to get hers done. Emelyn took her time and explained and reassured my sister and she ended up getting two lobe piercings!! She took her time and gave amazing advice. She was truly wonderful. Wouldn’t have gotten them done without her!! Truly can’t praise her and thank her enough!!

Was on a Daddy Daughter date today with my 4 year old and decided to buy her a gift after our dinner and Stephanie made it into a wonderful experience. Its great customer experiences like these that make me want to come back! Thanks again!

Took my son to get his ear pierced & the piercer was so nice and reassuring. I didn’t get her name I forgot to ask but she was so friendly I’m very pleased with the way my son’s piercing came out !

I have always looked forward to going to Claires bc they have such pretty 😍 stuff. But I wasnt there for that this time, I was going to get my ears pierced.I just wanted 3 simple 👂 holes. I was expecting to pay in the neighborhood of 30$ / 45$ but after a bunch of negotiations....the managers lowest price was....90$!!! I ended up going down 2 stores further to Mimis Silver and got 4 holes for 60$ .I was Very impressed with how that went and she gave me a great price on some gold plated chains.

They were amazing and very helpful. My daughter got her late birthday presents she wanted, so they had one happy little customer in the end.

Two ladies provide amazing customer service and great piercings!

Took my kid to get pierced. they had a worker dressed up as a princess and make the experience so much more memorable. piercings are pricey but the price of gold keeps going up so 🤷‍♂️ workers are doing their best to keep everyone in the store safe and following mask mandates. whole new team from when i went last time. much nicer.

Me and my wife took our 7 year old daughter to get her ears pierced,, I do have an issue with the employees at the store, my wife and I are over 40 and when our oldest child wanted her ears pierced we chose this store. The employee did one ear then my kid got scared to go through the pain a 2nd time. They let us know we could hold her still and get the 2nd ear piericed. We Im not ok with that so now my daughter has a single ear pierced. I figured thats just the way it works, we have never done this before so we figured we would trust the employees.... After I have talked to some of my customers they informed me they could use both employees to do both ears at once,,, that was never offered and the other employee was not helping a customer or doing.much of anything... I guess my complaint is they should have offered choices, this is their job and they should know the job. Now when my daughter decides to do her 2nd ear Ill have to buy another eating even though I already bought two and they said now they cant use the 2nd earing we will need to purchase another when my daughters ready.. thats fine and dandy but I wouldnt have to if they did thier jobs as if they care. I wont be taken my other daughter their if this is the way they treat you. They do have a nice store and a good selection not that I have a clue, Im just a dad. The employees need training

Person who pierced my daughters ear wasnt very knowledgeable of prices or products I had to inform her of what I learned from my internet search

My 6 year old got her ears pierced here. Although they did try to upsale us on the earings we wanted to buy. Overall it was a good experience.

Hi I am writing this review today I’m a bodybuilder and a realtor I like to take my little girl to Claire’s but almost every time that I’ve been there we’ve never been greeted and there’s somebody always getting her ears pierced and nobody helping the other people that would like to purchase items for me not good business please if you guys can address this I think that it would make your business a lot better I also own two businesses myself and customer service is everything thank you so much and you guys have a great day

4th time my daughters earing came off they peirce them and dont secure the backs every time ! waste of money

We were shopping in this store for a while we the employee had kicked us out because my 3 yrs old didn’t have a mask why didn’t she stop us at the door when she watched us walk in now my daughter is in tears because she couldn’t get what she wanted for her birthday Now I know why it’s so dead in there plus she was really rude im not coming back Sandra was the best employee you guys had!!

The employees were rude and especially the manager when you ask a question theyre not well inform of the item price change . I will be calling the corporate about this incident.
