Absolute BESTTTT process. I’m so so grateful to be getting my tattoos removed, finally! I got two silly tattoos in a rush in 2022 and have been saving up to get them removed. I researched a lot and price compared - Removery was by far the most professional, clean, caring and seemed like their laser was the strongest. All their before and after photos were INSPIRING! Allll the black ink is always completely removed 😍 I’m in my 3rd treatment and I can say I’m so grateful I went with them.To top it all off, Lili at the front desk is always such a joy to see at my appointments, she was my initial consultant and made the process sooo easy. Camille has been my RN every time and she’s sooo sweet, they both are! She takes so much care and makes the process easy even though it’s so painful! I have had 2 sessions so far at Removery and will soon be attending my 3rd session. My experience has been amazing, from the start at consultation to the actual tattoo removal. I have two large tattoos on my upper back and Camille has been very quick and efficient! I am out of there in less than 10 minutes.I would highly recommend this location at Manhattan Beach. I am so excited to see the end results, although this will be a long journey!

This review is way over due but better late than never. Well I always had a great experience coming to this office. Everyone was always professional, I never had any issues with anyone, however the actual tattoo removal was painful (as expected). Most of it was removed with 6 sessions and/or 12 visits due to my tattoo being black, red, blue. I could’ve probably paid for more sessions to get it completely removed but the thought of going back to endure that pain was not in my plans anymore, and I didn’t want them to damage more of my skin because some white spots started to appear in the process of the removal. I was told that it had to due with my skin being on the darker scale of the spectrum. Other than that I guess the only thing I would recommend is to buff out some of the ink, enough to get something over it instead (only if you’re considering that) But you be the judge on my results, I’ll leave that up to you

I’ve had the pleasure of going to 4 sessions at Removery, Hermosa location. Each session has been done by Camille and let me just say, her professionalism and expertise has truly made my tattoo removal journey a highly positive one. Camille’s knowledge of the process and understanding of skin types ensured a safe and effective treatment everytime. She is highly attentive to my concerns and apprehensions each session, and takes care & time to explain each step of the process to make me feel comfortable and well-informed. The staff is amazing and the facility is so clean. I don’t enjoy getting my tattoo removal because of course it’s painful but they make the process really easy and seamless. I cannot recommend them enough. 10/10!

Got a large black chest piece removed. It doesn’t happen over night but I am definitely beyond happy with the results. They use a Pico laser which is the best laser for tattoo removal, also a very expensive machine. I am a tattoo artist (14 years) and I refer all, and I mean all the people who come into my shop with a mess to removery when a tattoo can’t be covered with a really nice tattoo. So many people try to cover up tattoos that are simply not coverable. They end up making a little mess into a giant mess. Don’t make that mistake. Anyway, the staff and the nurses here are great, the results are great too. I’m on my 8th session on a giant black tattoo and it’s 90% gone for a few more sessions to go. Oh and it is painful but it literally only takes 2-3 mins, so it’s super tolerable.

June 18th was my first visit and I’m very happy and love the location I chose. Lili and Camille are so sweet and very helpful. Lili responds quickly when I text with a question and Camille was quick when working on my tattoos.Today is August 13th my second visit I so happy with my results so far and it’s only my second visit. Lili and Camille are the best.

Overall had an amazing experience here. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. The prices here are also very good in comparison to previous tattoo removal places i have gone to.

Removing a tattoo can be an uncomfortable experience due to the pain, but Camille (tech) ensured that I was comfortable in every session. Wonderful experience at this location. I was a bit nervous about the whole experience, but that quickly subsided after my consultation with Lili. She answered all my questions in great detail and ensured I knew about all my options. Staff is very nice however the price is outrageous. It literally took about 15 seconds for each eyebrow and cost of $250! . Seems outrageous to me for that minimal work. And I have to pay $250 if I want to come back.

Ive been to the Removery in Hermosa Beach three times now and Camille has been helpful and professional every time!I called and scheduled a consultation and when I went for the first time, they had me fill out some paperwork in the waiting area (which is very clean and nice) and once they received my paperwork, they took me to a consultation room and thoroughly explained the process and different options available to me. After I decided what option I wanted to do, they were able to do. my first session right away. Camille has done all of my sessions and she is always really professional and answers any questions I have.Removery has other locations that you can go to, which is really convenient. Would recommend this place to any one that thinking about getting a tattoo removed or faded. Its also really easy to call and schedule appointments or reschedule them if you have to.

Brianna did my first treatment and took her time to make sure she got every spot. She was also very knowledgeable about the equipment she was using. I felt like I was in good hands. Though it was just my first treatment, I was shown multiple images to help me under what to expect. I have no complaints. It was a great experience, the facilities are clean and beautiful. The staff at Removery are wonderful! They are very helpful and knowledgeable and it is a completely judge free environment. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. Even the treatment wasn’t as painful as I had thought it would be. It does hurt as much as a tattoo (maybe a little more) but it’s a more pinpointed pain. However, it is a short duration so it’s totally bearable. For the price, I highly recommend this treatment if you’ve been mulling it over. I wish I had come in sooner!! I can’t wait for the end results.

I’ve been loving my experience at Removery! I got my sternum tattoo less than a year ago and decided to get it removed not too long after. From my understanding, newer tattooos take longer to fade. However, I’m on my 6th session and the difference from when I first got it and now is night and day. HIGHLY recommend and shoutout to Camille for helping me through this process.

Staff was great really nice accommodating and professional. The pico Laser was not scary at all i was a little nervous at first and Of course its gonna hurt a little but the results are gonna be worth it. Everything looked clean and modern. Receiving laser tattoo removal and so far so good. I have a full sleeve I’m removing and everyone at removery has been so awesome and helpful with the process and any questions and concerns I have. Already see a lot of fading which is super encouraging. It’s a pretty painful process but they make you feel as comfortable as possible with ice packs and cool air. Removery Tattoo in Hermosa gives excellent service. Before my purchase, they explained in detail what to expect, prices, and after care treatments. Theres never a long wait time, and theyre flexible with my schedule. For someone who has a low tolerance for pain, I feel their sessions are quite durable. It more or less feels like a heated rubber band in quick snaps (the cool air helps tremendously). I have a big tattoo and it takes less than ten minutes for each visit. Im loving my results and I highly recommend this location.

Nothing but good things to say about everyone at Removery. I recently started my first experience removing some unwanted apprenticeship tattoos and the staff here has been phenomenal. They are so easy to work with and they really pay attention to detail making sure i have everything i need. Each session has been a breeze in spite of the pain! I love going to the Removery because theyre always so knowledgeable about the tattoo removal experience. I have been coming to what is now called Removery for the past year to have three tattoos removed. Two were partially removed when I started and one was fresh. I’m getting good results! But you must be patient. It doesn’t happen overnight. The office staff and nurses are always friendly and personable. The nurses are kept up to date on techniques and strategies regarding tattoo removal. I’ve had only good experiences here.

I’m a tattoo artist between here, seattle and Michigan and i have come across many service people and i cannot explain how wonderful the staff was at this location. All locations have been amazing. Christine here was so very patient and sweet and informative. I’m loving my results on my removal sessions so far. I never thought I’d be so pleased with a place that, every 6-weeks, causes me pain that’s worse than heartbreak.However, the employees at Removery in Hermosa Beach are always welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They do whatever you need to feel comfortable & help educate you throughout the process.I just completed my 4th of 10-12 sessions (my tattoo is fairly dark and dense and around 4.5x4.5 inches) and starting to see skin where ink used to be is wild.10/10 would recommend going here for tattoo removal!

I’m on my fourth treatment and I love the service here. I’m darker skinned and was a little apprehensive at first about the tattoo removal process but so far so good. It’s hard to tell a difference when you look at yourself on a day to day basis, but when my tech showed me the progress photos I was blown away at the results. So glad I chose Removery! 4 sessions down, 6more to go. Btw, i commute two hours to get here!

I absolutely love Absolute Laser!!! Not only is their office beautiful and comfortable, but the staff is so awesome also! They make you feel comfortable, always offer you something to drink, or a promotional chap stick (my new fave!). And OMG their laser is THE BEST! Ive seen more improvement in my tattoo removal in just 2 sessions than I saw in 6 sessions at a different tattoo removal company. The quality of their lasers are better, more modern, and more effective. They are definitely on the cutting edge of technology!

I’ve been using Removery’s services for about 3 years, and have had my last 3 treatments at the Hermosa location.The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and sweet. The treatment is very quick, and the technicians are able to answer any questions you may have.I recommend getting numbing cream to be applied ahead of treatment, and Vitamin E oil for aftercare.

I came in to get a quote and was able to get my first treatment today. Getting rid of 3 unwanted tattoos on my side and back. I was nervous as the last time I tried laser removal was 10 years ago and it hurt. Today they numbed the area with ice and used cool air while the laser was running. Joanna was great and it was fast. Clear understanding when having initial consultation. For my 1st removery session, I was able to go over the expectations and what would happen during the process. I just left my first session at removery and this is the best laser tattoo removal ! Everyone that works here is so kind and comforting it made the process so much easier. There are different payment plan options so you do not have to pay in full. I highly recommend the package option for unlimited tattoo removals, it’s a little pricey yet still reasonable but you can get as many sessions as needed without having to worry. They use the best laser technology the picoway which is the least painful! I have had incredibly unbearable painful experiences at other places using any older laser technology, don’t waste your time at other places!! The healing process is already so much better and WAY less painful then my previous experience. I just finished my 5th session at the Hermosa Beach location and I’m very pleased with my results thus far. I’m getting a lower back tattoo removed and yes...it hurts because of the huge size and position (mistake I made at 18). Numbing cream helps me tolerate the pain and the treatment. Audrey moves quickly with intention and communication which helps me relax and feel comfortable. Totally been worth the time, patience, and investment.

Like many others, I have been living with a dreadful rib tattoo for about 10 years. I went in for a consultation several months ago and immediately felt so comfortable and welcomed. After speaking with the nurse about the process, my nerves and anxiety just melted away.My tattoo was SO dark and was deeply scarred. After that first session, my crappy, raised tattoo was sudden flat! My scarring went away completely. I required 6 sessions but its looking like I may need a few more. My skin just loves that ink.The pain is pretty bad but not as bad as getting a tattoo. It also last about 30 seconds for my size tattoo (5 in x 3 in) then its done. The healing process isnt as painful as I thought, more of an inconvenience than anything else.Getting a tattoo removed is not a fun experience but the Absolute staff makes it much more enjoyable and will work with your budget. I highly recommend this place if youre looking to remove that stinky ink!

I’ve been searching for a place that can help me with my bad job done on my eyebrows. Saline removal was not working. Yes, it lighten but I still had to use a heavy concealer to cover up the bad job. An advertisement came up on my social media and I checked it out. Easy to get in and they did a test run to see if the process would work for my skin. And lucky it did. We did the first round and wow, like half is already gone. It all depends on how much ink was used. I was Amazed. I will most likely need another round but for the next 8 weeks, I’ll still see some added results. Very happy with the results so far!!!

Removery makes you feel so welcome once you come in. I was nervous from going to another place who definitely was overcharging me and using the Q tip laser which does more damage than good where Removery uses a Pico. The procedure isn’t pleasant but the laser tech I had was so sweet and made me laugh a little which is nice :) They even told me more about aftercare that I’m excited to practice as I wasn’t aware of those things. Deff recommend coming here! Such lovely energy all around :)

This place is a God send! I have a tattoo on my neck that I needed removed due to professional purposes. After my first session I already started seeing results. The nurse Audrey is so informative and sweet and Angela the receptionist is so accommodating with appt scheduling. Ive had a few sessions and its almost vanished!!! I went and did sessions at another place before this and never saw one change. They also have this rad cooling system that blows cold air on your tattoo during the session which makes the laser less painful.

Clean, friendly, and convenient.I have done about six sessions and my tattoos are nearly gone. I chose to not be super aggressive since I wanted to minimize any potential scaring or skin damage. The technology used by ALTR also appears to be the safest in regards to skin damage.Costs are as expected.The procedure is only slightly uncomfortable. The discomfort comes more after the session and it’s not bad. I think I had the most discomfort after my first session, but every session after that has been more tolerable⎯despite the fact that the intensity of the laser has progressively increased with each session.

The receptionist and nurse, Audrey, are incredible. It’s not a fun experience to remove your ex girlfriends initials from your ring finger but they both have made the experience the best it can be. They have a new laser which is much more effective and less painful than most. I highly recommend this place partially because of the laser but mostly because of them. They also make my current girlfriend quite pleased too.

I have been coming here for months for two medium size tattoos and it has been going smoothly. They are more informed than the last place I went to in Southgate (describes all the lasers for diff colors and diff settings) and are always courteous and do a great job.

I was a patient under Audreys wonderful care for 3 treatments with the Picoway Resolve laser to treat acne scars on my cheeks. I saw more even-ness in my skin coloration and texture after just the first treatment with improvement over the course of the treatments. Im fairly tanned with sunspots from years in the sun and also saw these brown spots lighten!The process was quick with limited pain; Audrey was very skilled at explaining each step which helped eliminate any concerns I had. Recovery time was quick and I was able to face the next day with a normal looking face.

Customer service is always solid. They remember you, ask about your life, etc in a genuine way. You are not just a number and they arent just fake nice to you.Consultation was very thorough and comfortable. I did plenty of research regarding laser tattoo removal beforehand, but they were very thorough explaining their procedures. And they didnt try to grind me for a sale. They gave me the pricing, let me take it home, didnt bother me with follow up sales calls. They let me call them when I was good and ready.They are actually really good with record keeping. They take periodic photos, follow up with you, and actually record the settings they used on your last treatment for reference (that is hugely important to ensure consistency of make adjustments as needed).Im personally am a fan of Pico lasers (which this place uses). Usually places are going to use either Q-Switch of Pico.Without getting too technical, Pico is basically newer and faster. This means the procedure is faster (so in discomfort for less time). And because its a faster laser its more efficient at targeting your ink (so fewer treatments).This is not a sales pitch, this is what I researched independently regarding the two. Ive also had both Q and Pico done on my tattoos and was happier with the results I got from Pico so Im planning on sticking with it.Good luck getting your tattoos removed! I recommend at least give this place a chance with a consultation.

Went in for a counsel for tattoo removal, the office is beautiful and clean and the receptionist Maggie is the sweetest person ever she was very professional and explained treatment well and payment packages are well explained by her too , I’ll definitely be coming back for further treatment.

I’ve committed to resuming my treatment at Absolute Tattoo Removal after Dr. Tattoff went bankrupt, and after two sessions, they seem promising. I have a long way to go before any drastic results are due to be noticed (my tattoos are very dense), but I’m confident they’ll deliver. Audrey is my gal, she understands the procedures thoroughly and is also thorough with the treatments from start to finish, her knowledge and attention to detail make me feel comfortable! It’s all about that Tegaderm now! Sleek, transparent, single layer of protectant after each treatment. It’s a whole new way of convenience. I was contemplating getting my tattoo removed for YEARS; it was a mistake I made when I was 18 and been living with it ever since. Im so glad I found ALTR and Audrey! They are the best. Audrey was the one who did my consult and she is so knowledgeable, kind, and great at communicating the process. Also, a big PLUS is their laser!! You should be asking what kind of laser at any place you are considering for tattoo removal - these guys have the PICO laser, which is AWESOME and NEW TECHNOLOGY! They estimated my tattoo being gone in 5-6 sessions. I saw great results after my first session and I was just there for my second session. Audrey was amazing at evaluating my results and picking a frequency level that would effectively get rid of my tattoo but not torture my skin so much. PS.
