I went in for a memorial piece that was very important to me. Ray took the time to discuss what I want. He made me feel that it was as important to him as it was to me and for that I will always be grateful. The experience from beginning to end was fantastic, friendly people and a clean shop. I love my tattoo and have gotten many compliments and its all thanks to Ray! I will definitely be going back!

Tracey is absolutely amazing! This place is SO clean and they treat their customers very well. Tracey has done 6 piercings on me and countless ones on my friends. We have NEVER had a bad experience. It’s affordable, the placement is great, and they provide great aftercare instructions. Everything is done in a really sterile way and the one time my piercing got infection (my own fault) Tracey had me come back in and took care of it perfectly.I cannot recommend this place enough!

Staff was so friendly! Tracy was absolutely amazing. She is clearly an expert and knows what she is doing. Overall, best piercing experience I’ve had with such a kind and knowledgeable person. I don’t live in Iowa, but when I’m back visiting family, I’ll definitely be back!

Tracy did amazing on my piercings. She walked me through everything made me feel comfortable. Ray walked my brother and I through everything and did amazing job on both of our first tattoos. He made us feel comfortable through everything. There was always laughing going on through our appointments.

Yall this team is amazing! They fit me and my 2 best friends in when we just showed up one afternoon, they custom designed our matching tats, gave us a great price and Scritch did awesome! They made my 1st tattoo experience very comfortable and Im addicted, and I will be back soon!

Went here after looking for awhile. Was recommended by my sons girlfriend. I want to say that it was a awesome experience! The people were absolutely amazing! The place was clean and everything in its place. Raymond took the idea I had and made it so much better than I could have hoped for! Its amazing how much I love this tattoo! I came in to get dimple piercings and I had the best experience with Tracy she is so knowledgeable about wat she does, she dont miss a beat. I have never felt so comfortable with a piercer in my life, she was very friendly an nice to me. My friend and I walked in to both get piercing and honestly I was horribly nervous but Tracy made it the best experience imaginable from the very beginning. Made it so we both left happy and laughing about our experience about walking in and doing it on a whim. She made sure we knew about what to do for after care and when to come back in if there was problems!

Awesome. The BEST place in Iowa to get a Tattoo.

Unprofessional, not sanitary, uncomfortable environment. Needles were not switched out often enough, would continue to stab me with no ink left in the gun. Unfinished lines. When asked what I was displeased with on my tattoo, Dwayne/Raymond laughed at my response.
