Saby did a wonderful job! I was very nervous as my daughter is 4 months but Saby went over and beyond to help and address our concerns. I wanted to do go to Claires but heard a lot about people getting uneven piercing unfortunately. Nevertheless, truly grateful for Saby! Give that girl a raise 💪!! Will be back in the future for sure.

Got my ears pierced here by Gia, who is an absolute treasure. The process was easy, quick, and painless. I was so nervous but everything went perfectly. Highly recommend!

Brittany at the Hicksville Banter location was amazing. She really was SO patient with helping pick out the exact pair of earrings. She helped take out the piercing earrings which i was having a lot of trouble with and was very calming and gentle. Thank you for amazing service!

My son and his cousin got their ears pierced tonight at the Broadway Mall in Hicksville. What a great experience. All The workers were so kind, friendly and very professional!! Even though it was busy, they always made it a point to talk to us and tell us how long it would be. In a time where customer service is lacking, it was so refreshing to deal with workers who actually care about their job and the customers. They should definitely be commended. Elijah did the piercing, he was the best!! He joked around with the boys and made them feel very comfortable.. He did a great job! The boys felt nothing! I will definitely recommend all my friends to Piercing Pagoda in the Broadway Mall.

They do the job of piercing fine but terrible customer service. We went there to get our one year old pierced with piercing earrings. They were more interested in selling the earrings and insurance than the actual piercing. However, within 3 months our baby pulled on an earring and lost it. We went back as while buying the insurance we had been ‘promised’ that they would replace if it (one of them)was lost. But unfortunately, they outright refused to do so stating that it’s against company policy. And that they only cover damage and not loss. Also blamed it on the temporary employee who had sold us the insurance. Very unprofessional.Never going back again.

Great place to get kids ears pierce! The salesgirl who did the piercing was patient and kind. She explained the steps to my daughter to help her feel less nervous. I was especially pleased that she made sure the earring hole was centered and that I approved because the first place that I got my daughters ears pierced 4 years ago did it all wrong & the holes closed up. So really appreciated the time and focus the salesgirl/ear piercing specialist (is that a thing?) took. Highly recommend :)

Janelle has to be the best there! Her customer service is GREAT. Had a lot of patience, very interactive, and very helpful! Definitely will recommend her! Store manager was alittle sassy with employees but good with customers. Despite of that will definitely recommend.

The Ladies at Broadway Mall are very pleasant and personable! I love the selection and they make it easy for you to shop! They are very knowledgeable on the selection of jewelry, and always letting the customer know about the incentives of shopping at piercing pagoda!

Located inside the Broadway Shopping Center located off of Route 106/107 servicing Hicksville and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Clean facilities. Close to the other stores and restaurants. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.

Love the girls especially Brenda she is the cutest and she made me feel comfortable when she pierced my ear I told her I was more scared of piercings than tattoos.Great experience love the jewelry’s actually now thinking about I think ima go for another piercing lol.

Unprofessional people that won’t let a 15 year old get their ears pierced with a legal guardian over the age of 22 and said a parent with ID needs to be present. When I was here a year ago they let a 16 year old get their ears pierced from an adult they found in the mall with no ID required. Would save your time and go to a tattoo spot that also does piercings. Piercing pagoda also pierces your cartilage with a gun instead of a needle which can cause damage to your cartilage.
