Great place ran by great people!. I went in there to change out jewelry I got from a previous tattoo shop that pierced me. The last place did a realy bad job and caused me lots of pain. Steel and ink was more than understanding and gave me several options on how they can help me. I was helped by Sherif. He ended up swaping my piercing for me for a very affordable price, And was very friendly and supportive even when I almost fainted and got sick. He was very straight forward and and friendly. And prioritized my health and care. Overall just a realy cool dude. I would definitely recommend sharif to any one who wants a piercing. Will fs come here for all future peiricings and possibly tattoos.

Love the guys down at steel and ink great atmosphere and they had no problem with my babys hanging out while the wife and I got work done

Had a very good experience. Very good people. I came in as a walk in and Mac hooked me up with exactly what I wanted. He blended 2 tattoos together perfectly and it came out better than I imagined. Definitely will be going back!!!!!

Had an amazing experience here! Went in for a symmetrical nose piercing for my pre-existing nose piercing. Thomas was my piercer and he was very patient and kind. He ensured that the piercing was symmetrical and took his time perfecting the pre-marking before piercing. 10/10 recommend!

I just got my septum done here and it was absolutely wonderful! The staff were so accommodating and kind. The energy was absolutely great! The person piercing my septum (I’m so sorry. I didn’t catch your name 😭) was very patient with me and made sure to tell me what to do to keep my piercing clean and healthy! I have anxiety and tend to shake a lot so keeping still was very hard, but the piercer was absolutely lovely and so patient with me! The piercing came out great!! Highly recommend and I will definitely be back!

Went there for my nose piercing a few months ago with Sharif, I was very happy with him. Hes knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Went back for my second ear lobe piercing a wk ago, I would highly recommend Sharif for all of your piercing, dont be afraid to ask questions, he takes time to answer all of your concerns!

Went in no appt, asked for 1 ear piercing and was pointed to an artist named Serif, whom was kind, transparent, and nice; $25 for one ear. I appreciated the shops cleanliness, transparency, and even the culture there. Would go again, wondering how much the other ear is but. 5/5.

Took my Daughter in for a piercing for her 14th Birthday and both of us were shown award winning service from start to finish. Props to everyone at Steel & Ink. My kid is so happy with her Piercing, Its almost annoying, its all good. And finally , although they had no problem with me recording the memory, they were very happy that i did ask before hitting the record button

I went to get a cover up and they did an excellent job. They were literally walking out the door at the end of the day and I walked in hoping someone would help me. They were nice enough to do it for me without hesitation. The artists were amazing and very nice. Amazing work he did on my cover up. I recommend steel and ink to anyone who wants good work and friendly service.

Fantastic service. Super professional. This waa My first piercing ever and I loved the experience. I was made super comfortable. Very trustworthy buisness. Afterwards I got lightheaded and they gave me a jolly rancher and a bottle of water. Free of charge haha

Tattoo came out okay, some of the ink didnt take well so Rudy said hit him up to get it fixed. I let him know I was coming, waited and hour and he didnt show up. Tried again later but now he wont return my messages. Update: I never got a hold of them and was left with some faded ink.

So this was lace isn’t bad, the atmosphere is great but when I went to get my tattoo it was a small one and I want to say a month later it was faded and looked like I had the tattoo for over a few years. I told the gentleman who did my tattoo and he said to come back to fix it but every time I gave a time and date and to confirm it he would rarely respond. I even tipped well initially! The meaning behind it is always going to be beautiful to me but quality isn’t the best. Anytime I show my tattoo and say how old it is people are shocked because it looks older than my other tattoos. Which are over 6+ years!!It’s been a year now and I just don’t care to bother anymore. But my advice is to make sure it looks good once it’s healed. Then follow up immediately after.

It was okay. i got a tattoo from this place. he did good on it. the customer service was fine. i just wish he would’ve told me how to properly take care of my tattoo & how long would the healing process be. he just did my tattoo & that was it.

Went in for some nipple piercings, the piercer was super nice, and kept the entire process very professional. I was comfortable the entire time. For future piercings I will definitely be going back.

The piercer is really nice and doesn’t just do the piercing he does what he think is best for the ear and the person… I recommend coming here for piercings because he tells you what he’s doing and makes sure he gives you want you want but also what’s best for the person

Was greeted at the door by the entire shop when I walked in. Sat down and had about a 15 minute convo with everyone then got my ink done. One of the best tattoo experiences Ive had. Will be back for more!

I never like to leave negative comments but I rather help out anyone who wants to get a tattoo here. If anyone decides to come here please don’t go to Richard, he left my tattoo uneven and he rushed through the whole tattoo, it’s also faded & I just got it done, I regret getting my tattoo done by him.
