I’ve been getting laser hair removal here, and I can’t recommend this place enough! The services are absolutely worth the price. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always welcoming, making the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. The treatment rooms are spotless, and they maintain excellent sanitation standards, which gives me great confidence in their attention to cleanliness and safety. Overall, it’s a welcoming and safe environment, and I always feel well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic laser hair removal with Nurse Thea. I was so nervous for my first treatment and she immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. Her knowledge of the services and her patience with me, made the experience even better. I will absolutely be going back and cant recommend LaserAway and their services enough! If youre considering treatment here - just do it! You will not regret it.

LaserAway is my go-to for facial rejuvenation treatments, and I highly recommend their Thermage treatment. The results are noticeable right away and keep improving over time, which helps maintain my face’s contour and youthful look. I’ve been doing Thermage once a year and am thinking about trying it twice a year to see the difference. The staff is friendly, and the practitioners know what they’re doing. Plus, their BOGO events are a great way to save on treatments.

Every single time going in to get Laser hair removal, I feel like I’m in a Spa. I love that they have towels to freshen up if needed. The technicians are all amazing and knowledgeable with their work and I always feel very comfortable, this definitely is a must feel for me.

Extremely dissatisfied with the services provided and management at LaserAway.I have been going to LaserAway Hoboken for my underarms for over a year (with recommendations to keep buying maintenance packages as you will see results soon!) with no improvement for over $1k. Ridiculous. Also heads up, they will call you around your birthday to scheme you to spend $50+ more for another maintenance session that eventually wont work. I have heard that this location specifically has issues with the results and happiness of their clients. There are so many other better laser providers in Hoboken and NYC for significantly cheaper and better results.The management has been telling me that they are looking into my account for over 3 weeks now to address my dissatisfaction. After calling today now the medical team will get back to me in 7-10 business days. This company does not stand by their products or services if they are not making their clients satisfied with the results. Extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

If I can give a zero start I would. They are SCAMS. Please do not go to them. They will make you open a credit card and their prices are way higher . I went for a full body hair laser removal and the lady on the front her name is mewani. She never said she will open a credit card and never explained the right process or the right price . Until I figured out it’s 15000$ I am not Kidding. According to their policy if a costumer did one time session and don’t like it he or she will get refund . Which I did one one session of face bikini and underarms . They charged me 1000$ for that 15 minute session. and they asked me to pay . I called for full refund and they are rude and always find excuses.and boy my credit score went way down because of them . They are SCAMERS they will pull money on your credit card and they use your ID. Please do not go with them . Better places offert full body for 1000$. That’s why they don’t show their prices on their website because they are scammers don’t fail into their promotions they are nothing .

Paid over $4,000 and had my laser hair removal package cancelled 1/2 way through without my knowledge or consent. I was told someone from corporate will contact me to rectify the issue. I keep calling and emailing and no one has returned my call. I was told someone will contact me in 7-10 business days and its 4 weeks later and no one has contacted me.

Had my first laser treatment at Laser Away for a tattoo removal. Not the first time I had this done so I had something to compare it to. Very satisfied with the experience. Natasha took great care with me and was so sweet. I loved that she sent me home with some stuff for after treatment (something I have not experienced before) and was so great care in what she was doing. The place is immaculate, always a super plus. If I need more treatments I will definitely be back.

My esthetician was rude and made me uncomfortable. She ridiculed how many areas I was getting treated before we started. She was rough when manipulating my limbs for treatment. She also did half an area of treatment before she told me the area was actually not suitable to be treated, and it was incredibly painful. Im appalled not only at her behavior, but also at the way the laser away management team handled it. No one ever reached out about it, even though I asked for the situation to be escalated. I wanted to handle the matter privately, but I feel like I was left no choice, since no one from the laser away team has gotten back to me in over 24 hours. When your estheticians are literally misusing lasers on areas that shouldnt be treated, the situation should be dealt with promptly.

I was very nervous for the tattoo and hair removal. I’m on my second session and Jen has made me feel very comfortable and does it quickly while distracting me with great convo! She also reminds me of aftercare. I’ll recommend anyone to this location.

Such an annoying way to operate a business. I was researching laser hair removal in Hoboken. Of course none of these places just list info on their websites and all of them make you do a song and dance for ANY info but laser away has been the worst. The day of sending an inquiry to them i had multiple texts, two phone calls, and an email. Ugh! I set up a phone consultation and was already dreading what I felt would be a hard pitch based on the inundation of messages Id gotten. The woman was nice (other than starting off the call, which was on Mothers Day, by literally asking are you a mother which was not the greatest to someone who had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago lol but hey she didnt know Ill give that a pass).And it was indeed a hard sell where it was framed as let me cut you a deal and you must act today to save $200 with a Mothers Day promo Also im creating a package for you with armpits included like maam I dont want my armpits lasered so I dont need this upselling package. It was such a turn off I got off the phone and left it on shed send an invoice and i could decide. Well I thought this would just be an itemized list but it is LEGIT a Square invoice emailed to me and ive since gotten 3 emails (in 3 days) about overdue bill. SOOOO scammy.OH and for anyone wondering --their price was LAUGHABLE. They were trying to charge me for almost $1900 for 3 package of legs, bikini, and armpits (that again i did not want or ask for). I priced out 2 other spas in Hoboken and both charged LITERALLY more than half that and have been sooo much less used car salesman-ish with their communication and approach (and also seemed a lot more conservative regarding advice and after care rather than just pushing sessions).I emailed Laser away asking them to delete invoice and stop emailing (im scared to just block because I dont want to miss other correspondences from Square from other businesses that are valid). Really regret even contacting this place!

I love Laser Away in Hoboken so much!! Lauren did my Xeomin today. She is so gentle with the injections, knowledgeable, personable & beautiful. Everyone there makes you feel fabulous as soon as you walk in the door. They offer great service and specials. Go there you will not be disappointed ❤️❤️❤️

I recently visited LaserAway in Hoboken for a series of treatments, and I couldnt be more impressed with the professionalism and expertise of their staff. From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was calming and reassuring, with a clean and modern interior that immediately put me at ease.

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY! It’s a scam, they put their laser hair removal machine on low or something to keep you purchasing more sessions, idk what they do but it doesnt do much of anything. They sell you packages which even if youre unsatisfied with the results of a few sessions they say they will partial refund you but its a lie to hold you off because past 60 days you can no longer report it as a fraudulent charge. They will ghost you and take your money. This company is evil and will put you in so much debt, go somewhere else.

Emily is the best! Highly recommend going here for your treatment. She is an expert and curates treatment for you based on your progress and type of hair!

Great place with very nice employees. I’ve been treating my laser hair removal and it’s coming out terrific (I’m very hairy) Lauren has been great. It doesn’t hurt . I’ve seen a major reduction in hair regrows since the 1st visit. A+

I recently had a scheduled phone consultation with Chloe, during which she provided a considerable amount of information. However, the delivery lacked a clear structure and conciseness for an effective sales pitch. Additionally, Chloe repeatedly attempted to promote an 8-session laser removal package. She stated 8-sessions are necessary because of science??? Everyone’s body is different. Some don’t need that much laser on their body. Despite expressing my need for time to consider the offer, Chloe emphasized that the promotion would end by day. When I made a light-hearted comment about calling back before the day ends, she reacted negatively and abruptly ended the call 😭😭😭 Honestly, I thought it was pretty funny. Overall, I found her demeanor to be unprofessional and believe there is a need for improved training of the sales process.

Love the staff, place is extremely nice and clean. They make you feel so comfortable. My tech was amazing.

Update for April 5th, 2024Horrible experience with laser hair removal of arms:Raven booked a medium part in a small part appointment. Also, moved 2 months ago appointment a day before.Usually the laser hair removal technician is quite nice and removes hair with Razer and removes any moisturizer. I still had hair on the back of arm that were not shaved and that part of arm was not included in laser hair removal. Horrible experience with Emily. It could be because of shortage of timing and back to back appointments.——I had laser hair removal done today for legs, arms, and toes and fingers. Was super impressed with how Charlie marked areas and marked them done so no area is left undone. She also listened to my sensitive skin concerns and checked in with each area if it is paining. She was very approachable and easy to talk to. The best laser technician I have had at laseraway and other places! Highly recommend Charlie!

This is my first time getting laser hair removal, and honestly I had the best experience ever. Thank you so much to Jen & Lauren for being amazing nurses! The space is super clean and chic. You’re greeted by two wonderful receptionists who know the products and packages like the back of their hand. Overall a great experience, and can’t wait to recommend to my friends. The switch from waxing to laser is 100% worth it.

Yes, yes and yes. This place is awesome! I went here to start my tattoo removal. The PA was super helpful and made me feel so comfortable. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. I am looking forward to continuing my tattoo removal and the other services that they offer. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment.

This place is horrible. First I had a woman on the phone from their call center trying to upsell me on all this stuff I didnt want so she could make a bigger commission. Then I called the Hoboken location directly and found out that the premium membership and facial she was trying to add on was optional and I saved a couple of hundred bucks by purchasing only what I needed directly from the Hoboken location. The saleswoman seemed pissed and kept texting me claiming that SHE corrected the invoice which the Hoboken location had corrected. Then when I arrived for my initial appointment, they wouldnt do the treatment. Apparently, they wanted medical clearance and I had filled out the medical forms a week prior but their staff failed to inform me about this clearance that is required. Now Im sitting in their facility, trying to get in touch with my medical doctor on a Saturday not knowing if these scam artist are going to refund me the money I paid upfront if I am not able to get in contact with my doctor on my day off.

Staff was great, facility is so clean. Natasha was amazing and very informative. I got my under arm and Brazilian, I was in and out less than an hour, which is great! Best self care investment!

I am so happy with the services at LaserAway- Hoboken. From the front staff being super kind and helpful as well as my amazing nurse Jennifer who talked me through every step and made me feel more comfortable throughout the process. I was excited and nervous when walking in for my first time and truly appreciated just how helpful everyone was. Dimple was such a pleasure to speak with as well! She gave me such great information on all the services they provide and good bundle deals!

Edited 1/26/24: Is there a time frame for when someone from Laserway will contact me? Its been 5 days I wrote this review?I have waited for 11 days now to hear back from Laserway regarding the cancelation of my sculpting (additional) treatment which at the time of purchase I was told I can cancel even on the day of appointment before the service is due. I called 6 days before to cancel the appointment and the plan. The customer rep who canceled my appointment told me that he made a note in my account and someone will contact me in 24-72 hours for cancelation confirmation. It has been 11 days since I first called, plus 3 additional times and have received that same response from each representative but no call back from the corporate office.This is my final resolve plus putting a dispute on credit card. I have had good experience with the Hoboken center for my appointments but its the promise that was made at the time of selling me the additional plan and no response to my attempt to cancel which leaves a bad taste.

Would give 0 stars if google let me. I was getting a million calls and text messages for a consultation, and the woman I spoke to, Madison, for a consultation was really “nice” to begin with. I just wanted a consultation and didn’t want to be forced into buying a package in that 15 minute call itself. I felt super coerced and very forced. I received no response, and the “super nice” persona of the woman vanished once I turned it down. Just makes you feel like everything is fake just for a sale. Fake customer service is not customer service.

I went for my first laser hair removal session yesterday and I am so happy to have chosen laser away! From the minute I entered the clinic the girls in the front were so friendly! The clinic was beautiful and Dimple talked me through the many services they have at laseraway and was an absolute pleasure to work with! Lauren my nurse was amazing and I can’t wait for my next session!

Im completing this review 2 weeks after my first treatment and all I can say is wow. I was very skeptical and nervous at first because I didnt think I would see results this quickly especially because I have PCOS, but Im seeing immediate and great results just after 1 treatment. Seeing the results honestly encourages me even more to continue with the rest of the treatment. They have an amazing Team, starting with my Laser Away Rep who explained the whole process and was so encouraging. The Clinician (Lauren T) that completed my treatment, made me feel so comfortable and at ease and the Team at the Hoboken location is so welcoming and nice. Cant wait for my next treatment!

The Hoboken location overall is very nice. I am more unhappy with my results through out this whole process. Ive recieved 10 sessions of laser hair removal and the results Im seeing are not what was promised in my consult. Im very disappointed and feel misled by the whole process.

Honestly the costumer service at laseraway is beyond. So much better than any other laser places I have tried, the place is beautiful and they make you feel really comfortable when you arrive and during the procedure. Customer service is everything! Sadly I don’t feel comfortable in that location because they don’t make me feel welcomed. One receptionist was very rude to me , raising her face at me and making faces . Also was seen almost 1 hour after my appointment and only because I asked if I had to wait more ! Made me late to everything else .

When I heard that Dimple was relocating to the Hoboken location, I had to go because she is amazing and well versed on skin care treatments and products. Always professional and honest during consultations. Top notch experience EVERY time! This is the only place I’ll allow to service me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

STAY AWAY! Worst Laseraway location and I’ve been to many in NY, NJ and FL. They have booked me treatments when the nurse was not even planning on being there and also canceled 13 minutes before. Both times they confirmed the day before. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE -GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

My clinician Lauren was probably one of the best I’ve had at Laseraway so far and it’s encouraging that this new location has such great professionals!

The facilities and installations are brand new. The welcoming staff is above and beyond, they are super friendly and make you feel comfortable. The practitioners always give you the best service and comfort

This is a commentary on how they operate in terms of Customer Service. I inquired online and then the following two days I was called approximately 10 times each day from different phone numbers. I mentioned that I would call back when I’m ready but I continued getting a ton of phone calls. I would block one number and then get a different phone number. That’s extremely shady and aggressive and not a way to get customers but instead it’s a great way to alienate your customers. do not give them your real phone number because they will call you minimum 10 times a day from different phone numbers. It was extremely annoying and unprofessional. It’s very possible their services are great, but this alone was enough to make me not want to give them my business.

Love this place! I was afraid of having laser treatments because people said it was very painful, however the girls at LaserAway Hoboken are the best, always attentive and asking questions, but at no time did I feel pain.
