Ive waited years to get a tattoo from someone I could trust, as it was my first. Ray and his team are phenomenal! My anchor is just one of many pieces of the sleeve. I am doing a nautical theme with meaningful hidden gems throughout the tattoo. Everything Ray has produced thus far, exceeds expectations. I cant wait to see the finished product.

My girlfriend and I stopped here during our vacation and Dom was available for a walk in. He did an absolutely incredible job. We sent him a few pics of what we wanted before we got there and he was ready to go with samples already printed out! He mentioned he was still an apprentice which was great for what we wanted, but I couldnt tell at all. He was very professional, and our tattoos look better than some that were done by artists with 10 times more experience. Hes an incredibly talented artist. Highly recommend this studio!Edit: we loved our tattoos so much we went back the next day and got more!

Wow! Where do I even begin? My sister and I stumbled into this shop for a Friday the 13th deal and I truly couldnt be happier that this is where we ended up. Ray, our artist, was so personable and easy to talk to and get along with. We talked and laughed the entire time he executed awesome tattoos. This is by far the best local shop I have found. They graciously accepted my spontaneous appointment even though I came close to closing since I live in Wilmington (again thank you!). Lauren was so cool and fun to talk to during my session with her. She exceeded my expectations with her work. I will definitely be back!

If I could give 10 stars I would! This was the first time I walked in to shop and felt completely comfortable, and walked out with some badass tats and some new friends. Luckily we called a different shop first, “The Golden Cobra”, and they said they closed at 7 and to come on in. We showed up at 5:30 and they were closed! Happy they were because I found my new spot to get work done! Thanks for the work and the professionalism, you got my money from now on!

Overall 12/10 experience the artists were amazing and the shop looked amazing! Would recommend to anyone! I brought my daughter along and she loved it!

Lauren is not only an extremely talented tattoo artist but has amazing intuition which makes and adds to guiding you into what you want because these are permanent... the experience was above and beyond! Her and I talked back and forth about the different aspects and she had this amazing ability to even know what I wanted! Lauren has never met me before. I cannot say enough I literally could write five more paragraphs on how much I love Lauren and evolution tattoo studio!

Lauren is an amazing artist to work with! With an eye for detail and exquisite fine line work, she takes the time to listen and understand what you are looking for in a tattoo. Her art composition and use of complementary colors are everything you want for a realistic flower piece. Very clean environment and reasonably priced. Absolutely will be coming back to her again!

I have nine tattoos, and Ray has done three of them. The compliments I get on my tattoos from Ray run more than 10 to one over the others and I am blown away at his attention to detail and the quality of his work.

Great artists here - Ray does awesome work and really has a knack for capturing what the client wants. These guys are all around talented artists and their work can be seen around the shop aside from the great tattoos they do. Clean and friendly establishment, very professional and clearly experienced. Their pricing is also very fair. I wont go to anyone else.

Ray and Lauren were so nice when I came in to have my tattoo finished and another covered. Ray was grat and helped draw what I wanted for my cover up. And his apprentice, Dominic, did a great job on my ankle tattoo. Will be back when Im ready for another one.

Lauren is awesome- a true artist! You give her an idea and she turns it in to a beautiful design. I had my first 2 tattoos with others and the last 4 with Lauren. I won’t go to anybody else.
