Walked in today with questions on a nose piercing I received a few months ago down in Florida. Was greeted with a friendly let me see if I can get you help with the piercer who is due in. She came in helped me out by shortening the inside nose stem and explained when I can get a nose hoop and questions on a future piercing I want. Looking to do more piercings on my ears and was very comfortable so I will be back to have them done very soon. Thanks so much for being genuine and friendly. Helps a lot. Don’t hesitate to stop in and see them.

My 16 year old granddaughter wanted tattoos on her right side of her rib cage. Craven was awesome and patient and kind. He did an amazing job and I would highly recommend him. His work is top notch! His prices were fair and reasonable.

100% recommend.Lost my nose stud while camping, so needed to find a replacement quickly. They only do custom sizing, which means I left with a better stud than Ive ever had, but at a VERY reasonable price (I expected to pay double).The piercer (I forgot to get her name) was professional, the station was clean and well maintained, and she explained everything she was doing before she did it.

Ashlyn was so personable and had a very light hand. I felt so comfortable conversing with her about my dad as she tattooed. The finished product is exactly what I wanted. I will definitely we back!

Craven was amazing! Super informative, great chair-side manners and knew exactly what to do when I psyched myself out and felt like I was going to pass out. He was calm and collected and help me go through my piercings. 5/5 for sure!

I have gotten several tattoos done by Garrett. He always does an amazing job. His color is vibrant and lasting, and he adds great detail. I moved away from Pennsylvania, but still go back to get my tattoos from him when I have the chance. He is reliable and does great work! The place is very clean and he listens to what you want.

Went to get my nose pierced yesterday...such an excellent experience start to finish. I cant recommend Craven enough. He was knowledgeable and professional. Also, he explained the entire process, after-care and was patient with questions and concerns. I will definitely go back again.

Amazing experience here, Bill has been at it for years and years and still on top of his game. So pleased with my piercings. And let me tell you if you have anxiety, Bill has a calming nature about him that will put you in your zen space real quick.

Craven was such a cool dude. He gave my boyfriend a tattoo and he pierced my tongue and septum. He was super professional and thorough. He explained aftercare and what to expect for the next few days/weeks with my piercings. I couldnt be happier with my results!

I went to possibly get an ear piercing, i was on a very tight schedule, and she seemed busy too. But i was very welcomed and treated with respect even though i didn’t buy anything. I highly recommend this place based off customer service.

I have many piercings, I wanted my nose pierced. Craven was the best. I did not feel anything but pressure which was over that fast. The healing process has also been easy. Say less,The owner wasn’t there and no artists except an apprentice. The business sign for appointments I swear was not there when I had to go back after my release from county. This 2nd run in at this business in person when I went thereand it Dragged. cuz I had to go back to jail without their service. The pandemic gave them no walk-ins, and when I went to go back it got worse.” When I couldn’t dedicate the future, or my fate. They had supported to give me an appointment and my deposit was received.I got a less fortunate set of circumstances and severe charges and I wouldn”t want to loose money before I would go go back.I had a reassuring deposit that could go back to me before my appointment, then all a sudden my money, is now the owners! I was supposed to leave a lame review, but all I’m saying is it’s the ones who live off structure no honest apprentice and “ Not a fair business.” It could of gone that they give second chances for a customers appointment to be put back in order, but I can’t complain about them being well kept on their books, and appearance of the shop. Or there professional integrity behind their repo of my money, it’s just a stubborn work hard play hard pocono mentality.”

Review from John Jennings is obvioulsy false as can be seen from the fact that he has only reviewed 3 places and all of the reviews were done on the same day.The studio is completly clean and, having know Craven for years, have never been presured in to anything.All that being said, I have been in the studio several times with my wife and would go no where else in PA to get high quality work done. Yes, they are a bit pricy, but you pay a cheap price, you get a cheap product.Bill and Craven are amazing artists, both my wife and my daughter have work by them and my daughter traveled 3 hours just to get work done by Craven.

From somebody who has used many artists over the years I can honestly say this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had. The atmosphere was easy and relaxed no other word is fitting. Conversation was what you want, dialogue fun random and pleasant; the setup is very clean and well-organized. a person who put the time into taking care of their equipment,a person who spends the money in order to have nice equipment, that is somebody who values what they do. The artist went above and beyond my expectations in every way in order to make it so I could walk out of there with the best possible results. Putting all that together this is exactly what a person looks for when they want to get work done. I will be back and I will recommend and refer people to them. Cravin did a amazin job. as I stated I am very very pleased with the outcome. Taking from my imagination and turning it into a living peace adding to my ever-growing project. Bill is a great guy, just had some issues with adding a stray line to the piece which ruined the appeal of the tattoo. He tried fixing it but my hubby was disappointed. although I think the tattoo looks great.

I got my nose pierced here today. Every step that was taken was thoroughly explained to me. The service was quick and attentive and everything was sterile.

Had a great experience at the shop. Very pleased with the work, just a great environment an great tattoo will definitely be back for more work.

They will never return your phone calls or try to do business I’m not sure if the workers are apathetic 😐, biased or just unprofessional or all of the above but I’d stay away from this place not good for business look for a tattoo outside of honesdale it will be worth if I’m the end - piercings or tattoos

They tried charging me OVER 30 $ FOR A EYEBROW RING, RIP OFF, I have gotten titanium earing my enture life and never had to pay that much.
