My fiancée got her nose pierced and they did really well, she loves it. I got a pair of earrings and they are really nice as well. Definitely a good place to get a piercing or good quality jewelry. A worker named Alyssa did my fiancées piercing and checked us out, she was very nice and personable!

10/10 the girl was so nice and funny. got my pericings done quick. very clean and proffessional

They did a fantastic job piercing my daughters ears. They were patient and the piercings healed perfectly.

I had such a positive experience here. I wish I got her name but associate # 1076951 was so sweet and helpful. I was wavering on a piercing and she didn’t pressure me at all. This was my first time in the mall for years and I’ll come back to Arnot just for her!

My daughter just had her second holes repierced after they closed a couple years ago. She had an excellent experience today, and we highly recommend this place.

I got my 6 year old daughters ears pierced for the first time yesterday. The ladies that we worked with were EXCELLENT!!! They were great with her and made the process very stress free for her and I.

Went today with my friend a little after noon to get my ears pierced for the first time and the guy and girl were both very nice and helpful. I don’t remember her name, but the girl really stood out to us for just having such a fun attitude.

Website says this location is open til 8, i have been here at 6:45 3 days in a row and its been closed. Hard to make sales when its not open til closing time.

Supposed to open 11 the girl said we open at 12 and a guy from another store said she will be two hours her car broke down on her break how was she on a break when she said they open at 12 this is lies don’t go here

Don’t get your ears pierced here. i’ve gotten mine pierced here twice and both piercings have either gotten so incredibly infected to the point where i can’t wear earrings or have swollen shut. just don’t get your ears pierced anywhere with a piercing gun.

The sales clerk was a delight. She loved the merchandise she was selling which made me want to buy it.

Just a sign left on the check out register on break be back shortly at location closest to sears.. 30 minutes went by, called other location at the other end of mall near kids which was useless. Very unprofessional.

First piercing did good explained everything and I didnt even feel the piercing I loved it
