Absolutely amazing, went to get a tattoo for my daughter and myself. Was very good with my daughter on her first tattoo. 2 out of 4 of my tattoos were done here. I also took my mother there when she got her first tattoo. Would highly recommend.

Where do I even begin? Oh that right, ask for Zack. Hands down one of the best artist in the area! Unbelievable line work. And a very humble guy.

I’m a regular at the shop I go and see Zachary at least once every three weeks he does amazing work. He is a very talented artist. It’s always so welcoming when I walk in there John and Lu are wonderful people to chat with. If your think about or hesitating don’t I promise you won’t regret walking on there.

John does awesome work and is an all around good guy. Very professional. I have had several tattoos done by him and has yet to disappoint whatsoever.

I had such a good experience at Altered Addiction Tattoos today, my boyfriend and I went in for some flash tattoos and ended up having a blast. Zachary hooked us up with beautiful tattoos and some pretty cool stories. The shop was super cute and clean we will for sure be returning for bigger pieces!

John the shops owner is incredible. Very professional yet relaxed, creating an awesome environment to get inked. Great communication skills when it came to the design & scheduling. Why go anywhere else when you can have it all right here in Washington Co.?

Best tattooing experience Ive ever had! (And I have 7 others) John is incredible! He saw my vision for this tattoo immediately and executed it perfectly! I had Jessica who did a personal piece for me and she nailed it. She was also so willing to fit me in her schedule which I know is extremely busy. The place was so welcoming and so interesting. The tattoo work she did was amazing and she even did a second one for me even though I asked her the night before thankfully she said yes because it was too complicated but just an outline but she immediately said yes which made me so happy. Highly recommend this place especially Jessica she is so caring and a nice person to talk to.

Ive gotten several beautiful pieces here and I adore the staff and work.

Honestly didnt like the tattoo Lou did on me , it honestly looks terrible no skill whatsoever and then she tried to blame me for the tattoo not coming out good because of the color choices instead of just understanding that her customers was upset the tattoo is swollen and becoming infected it looks like a 5-year-old did it John really needs to fire her because I am making it my mission to make sure nobody else is getting tattooed by her she should not be working in a shop after this horrible experience and many tears later she also posted that she was going to give out a free mermaid scale tattoo to prove a point on somebody elses skin!

Since finding John a few years back, I won’t go anywhere else!! The shop is so clean, his work is always ON POINT (no pun intended lol), and he treats every tattoo experience like it’s your first!!! Highly recommend him, and his colleagues!~Angela Lemery~

I highly recommend Altered Addiction tattoo and know way too many people who do as well lol. Never a bad thing but my brother in law and sister are addicted.. this is the only place I know that they and many others prefer over others. Very professional and great quality work. New apprentice I went to school with and have seen his work over the years so cant wait to stop down and get some new ink from him.. Dont pass up good quality tattoos with people who know what theyre doing..

I have 5 tattoos and 3 of them were done by John, and one by Jess, the other one wasn’t done here at all. Everyone here is so friendly and sanitary! They open everything right there in front of you and their work is amazing! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I’ve had several tattoos done my John and all his work is awesome. He is the only artist I go to now, not to mention his pricing is very reasonable. A very clean friendly shop, not like some of the shady ones you see.

Went in for a consultation of my dads handwritten. John n Jessica were awesome. He said it would take like 20 mins. So I did it. N it was less then 10mins. My favorite tattoo of all my other ones..

Great artist, great tattoo. John did a cover up for me. Took all the time needed to do awesome job. Made sure he had blocked more than enough time to get it done. So no worries about someone waiting.

Couldnt set appt there, booked nine months ahead & not impressed by the samples of their work Ive seen on their online sites. Not sure why but people swear by them, but what I see looks Muddy & lacks detail, proportion, originality, so all in all am glad I found a different shop instead.

I have had a sleeve and 8 other tattooes done by Devon. Some of the best work I have seen in the entire upstate area. The prices are phenominal for the quality and the shop is immaculate. I have never been to a tattoo shop where I felt so welcome and confortable. The entire crew makes me feel at home and their quality and cleanliness is remarkable. Ill never go to a different shop for any of my piercings or tattoos. Loyal customer for life.

I love altered addiction. I got my spine tattoo here after I got a flash tattoo on the back of my neck. Everything was really clean and they have such a light touch my tattoo didn’t hurt at all!!! 20/10 would recommend

Jen pierced my rook and was professional and friendly! She said if I bought another earring when it healed she would help me put it in. Another place told me the same thing- but I felt I had to buy the new earring from them. Jen felt like a friend I could call and discuss new earring and I would feel totally comfortable asking her for help! Plus very little pain with piercing! Quick and easy!
